Drivers check always vehicle state for own safety and is necessary to understand about vehicle state. If driver know vehicle state, because driver request vehicle state at vehicle specialty company, driver pay a lot of money and waste a lot of time. Now, drivers have checked vehicle state by using variety features of smart phone due to progress of IT(Information Technology). but existing smartphone vehicle diagnostic system learned professional knowledge of vehicle and know vehicle state. drives not need vehicle diagnostic. to overcome these disadvantages, there use easily drivers by using smartphone and request system to know own all vehicle state. In this paper, there implement vehicle diagnostic system with smartphone based on android OS to use easily this system and know check information of vehicle supplies replacement cycles, vehicle internal problems, Eco driving by using OBD-II data to receive by OBD-II Protocol convert Bluetooth connector.

Credit card is means of payment used like cash in terms of function and its users have increased consistently. With development of Internet and electronic commerce a role as payment method of credit card has been growing. But as the risk which results from centralized information and online increases, credit card fraud is also growing. Card theft and loss are decreasing due to countermeasure of card companies and financial supervisory authorities, while card forge and identity theft are increasing. Recently because of frequent personal information leakage and deregulation of financial security following easy-to-use payment enforcement, customer's anxiety about card fraud is growing. And the increase of card fraud lowers trust on credit system as well as causes social costs. In this paper, the security problems of card operating system are addressed in depth and the measures such as immediate switch to IC card terminals, introduction of new security technology, supervision reinforcement of the authorities are proposed.

As the numbers of Internet users have grown dramatically in recent years due to increased use of mobile devices, businesses using internet are also expanding rapidly. Internet marketing has the advantage of expanding business without any constraint of time and space using the global network which connects tens of thousands of world's computers and mobile devices. In a way of utilizing internet marketing, the present study examines the applicability of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to the domestic professional baseball industry in Korea. The study focuses on the issue of whether the intangible value of customer satisfaction can create higher profits. We combine both inductive and conductive methods for this study. First, we carry out a random survey of baseball spectators and find that customers are willing to pay more when their satisfaction level is improved. Next, we recognize satisfaction factors that are considered as important by customers through literature survey. Then we use Decision Tree to find which satisfaction factors are most important to each clustered customer group. Finally we estimate how much they would pay more when the most important satisfaction factor improves by each customer group. Therefore, this study demonstrates that CRM implementation to one-to-one internet marketing can improve the profitability of baseball industry. The major contribution of the present study is to show that the introduction of CRM can be used as a profit-generating strategy in various industries for future internet marketing.

This paper summarizes the results of a research on the isolate effects and economical efficiencies of seismic isolation design compared with the existing earthquake-resistant design, and presents seismic performance of the base isolation system consisting of sliding-type bearing and lead rubber bearing (LRB) compared with that consisting of the LRB only. From the results of the research, it is verified that seismic isolation is very effective to mitigate the influence of earthquake on structures and it is possible to increase the serviceability due to decrease of the floor acceleration. Also, from the point of view of reduction of story acceleration and base shear, the base isolation system consisting of sliding-type bearing and LRB is more effective than that with LRB only. In respect of economical efficiency, special care should be taken in using this method since costs which have to be paid in proportin to increased performance are high.

Small electric vehicles, such as electric bicycles or electric kickboards, operate with the power charged in a battery mounted in the vehicle, and some of these users use emergency power sockets installed in apartments or public facilities without getting permission. For this reason, the necessity for a simple method to approve the use of power with instant payment system rises for the building managers and small vehicle users as well. In this paper, we propose a technique to charge batteries for small electric vehicles with less than 1 [kW] through a power supply control device installed on the existing 15 [A]. sockets on the common residential properties or public buildings. It also describes the power user authorization algorithm and how to charge fees for the power used. As a result of this research, this paper shows how the user authentication power supply system with the effect of preventing power theft can be realized by creating an environment in which a battery in a small electric vehicle can be easily charged.

There are many methods to buy and sell online items. But A lot of people use item trade sites when they want to sell or buy their items. This article analyzes the price structure of item trade, and finds why gamers use item trade sites in spite of the brokerage. We analyze the difference of item prices between in the market of item trade sites and in the market of other trade methods. And we find that the prices of item trade sites is higher than those of other markets. Buyers pay about 6% higher prices to seller. The higher prices are for the safe trading what item trade sites supply. And sellers take about 0.7% higher prices than in other markets. There is a sufficient motive when gamers use item trade sites in spite of their high prices.

Production of hydro-energy is random in its output amount due to the characteristics of the reservoir inflows. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the rationality in determining the amount of energy for a supply contract. This study presents a methodology for determining reasonably reliable amount of the energy supply considering the energy sale-incomes associated with the penalties which are subject to inflow-reliabilities. The objective function consists of the returns of energy sales and the risk-loss function to reflect statistically relevant risks. A range of the coefficient of the risk-loss function was figured out by its sensitivity analysis. The risk-loss herein means the penalty which should be paid by the energy supplier in case that the level of the energy supply is behind the contracted amount. And the reliability of reservoir inflow is defined by the exceedance probability of the inflow. The log-normal distribution was accepted as the probability density function of monthly inflows on the level of significance at 5%. Golden-ratio searching was applied to identify the optimal reliability and Incremental Dynamic Programming was used to maximize generation of the hydro-power energy in reservoir operation. The algorithm was the applied to the Daechung multi-purpose reservoir and hydro-power plant system in order to verify its usefulness.

In a buyer seller transaction process, "value for money" is one of the most important criteria for a buyer's purchasing decision. The terms "value" and "money" represent a composite measure of what a buyer receives from goods and/or services and a measure of what he/she pays for them, respectively. The purpose of this paper is to help buyers select the best seller in terms of value for money. We suggest DEA models for buyer seller transactions and apply them to the case of an Internet comparison shopping site in Korea. We expect our DEA models to provide valuable information for rational buyers who want to pay the least price for high quality products/services. Moreover, we expect that our models can help sellers be more competitive by showing them how to attract buyers.

As the major developed countries of the world have realized the importance of common information and its utilization, they have begun to seek a plan that will facilitate manipulation of common information. Despite development of the National R&D activities and its quantitative increase in Korea, its practical use still remains at a lower level. Therefore, it is worthwhile to analyze practical use and economic contribution in order to achieve higher profits. There are two purposes of this study. The first purpose is to draw a conclusion by analyzing the practical uses of the National R&D Reports, and the second purpose is to evaluate economic contributions by the National R&D Reports. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, literature review, survey, focus group interview, and experts' consultation were conducted as a way to deepen research, simultaneously comprising the quantitative and qualitative methods.
