An Exploratory Study For the Social Feasibility Of the Dredging the Water-Depth of Busan Port (부산항 컨테이너터미널의 증심준설에 관한 사회적 타당성 분석을 위한 탐색적 연구)

  • As the containership has been large-sized, it is important to analyze the social feasibility for the dredging the water-depth of Busan port. We tries to do an exploratory study to analyze the needs of the core port user group by using the survey methodology. We did the survey for the ocean carriers, terminal operating companies, ship pilots respectively. Collected data was analyzed by frequency and cross tabulation method. Result suggests that the Busan North Port should be dredged to the 16 meter depth and Busan New Port should be dredged to the 17 meter depth. And the priority of the depth dredging is ranked as Gamman pier, Sinsundae pier, New Port and Jasungdae pier.

  • 과거 국내의 선사들의 주력선대는 8,000TEU급 이었으나, 현재 10,000TEU급 이상 선박의 대형화가 추세이다. 부산항 신항의 경우 2006년 1월 개항당시 4,000~7,000TEU급선박을 대상으로 수심 15m로 항만을 건설하였다. 10,000TEU급 이상의 선박이 안전하게 기항하려면 수심이 최소 16m 이상 확보되어야 하며, 이에 세계적인 컨테이너선 대형화에 발맞춰 수심 17m까지 증심준설 공사를 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 조류관측 자료를 토대로 부산항 신항 1-2단계 증심준설에 다른 부산신항만 해역의 하계조류 특성변화를 파악하였다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to verify the financial validity of dredging the port of Busan with the change of global port logistics circumstances. In order to do so, NPV, IRR, B/C ratio, DPP techniques are adopted. The whole dredging at Northern port area is supposed to be negative at the depth of 16m water. Based upon its financial validity, however, the priority is Shinsundae (option 1) followed by Shinsundae (option 1) and Gamman (option 1), Shinsundae (option 1) and Gamman (option 2), Shinsundae (option 2) and Gamman (option 2), Shinsundae (option 2) and Gamman (option 2) and ShinGamman in sequence. In addition to this, Busan New port is considered to be the positive financial validity at the dredging of 16m water depth. This is because the ultra containerships of over 8,000TEU are trying to call at the port and Hanjin shipping and Hyundai Merchant shipping companies which are now the most significant customers in Northern port are scheduled to divert it.

  • There are two major types of underwater blasting at Korea, bridges and harbor construction work. Pier blasting for lay the foundation bridges construction is used dry excavation working (drilling and charging) after pump out water and then fire pump in water that is same as bench blasting. In contrast, underwater blasting for harbor construction and increase of harbor load depth is used to barge with digging equipment that is in oder to drilling on the surface and blasting work(charge, hook-up) under water. Thus, there are need to special concern such as charge method and hook-up method different from tunnel blasting work and bench blasting work. If do not use special concern breaks out dead pressure and mis fire because of there are so many difficult condition such as water pressure, obstruct field of vision. In this study underwater blasting at Busan Harbor Construction have consider with special concern that is plastic pipe charge method used to MegaMITE I and specialized buoy hook- up method make far initial system detonate on the surface used to TLD. The results is designed blast pattern charge per delay effect an inspection of verify between predict velocity and measure velocity. minimized break out mis fire consideration charge method, hook up method. According to result best underwater blasting design is 105mm drilling dia, MeGAMITE II, HiNLL Plus(non electric detonator).

Estimation on Filling Performance of Thixotropic Grout for Increasing Front-Water Depth of Gravity-Type Quay Wall (중력식 안벽 구조물의 증심 시공을 위한 가소성 그라우트의 충진성능 평가)

  • Recently, as the size of transportation vessels has increased, there is a growing need for securing the front-water depths of existing port facilities. The method of deepening front-water depth is securing the depth of the port facility, and it is reinforced by grouting after excavating the rubble-mound to the required depth. The purpose of this study is to investigate the reinforcing performance and filling performance of thixotropic grout as a grouting material for reinforcing rubble-mound. Compressive strength tests were carried out for two types of thixotropic grout, and 5 specimens with a diameter of 400 mm and a height of 530 mm were manufactured and evaluated for filling performance. The required strength of reinforced rubble-mound required to ensure the safety of the structure is 6 MPa. All the thixotropic grouts used in this study were found to satisfy the required strength over 9 MPa at 7 days of age. As a result of visual observation of filling state of the filling performance test specimens, it was confirmed that the thixotropic grout was well filled up to the desired fillet height.

  • 본 연구는 자연주의 이론을 근거로 도예 벽화 창작 속 4가지 평가 요소를 정리했다. 아름다움, 기능성, 생태성, 상징성을 통해 중국 도예 벽화의 대표 인물 주러겅(朱?耕)의 작품을 분석했으며, 결과는 아래와 같다: 이러한 자연주의 스타일 작품은 뛰어난 미적 가치를 가지며, 인본주의 표현방식은 사람들에게 자연에 돌아온 느낌을 주어 자연과의 관계를 다시 생각하게 만든다. 자연주의는 도예벽화에서 기능성과 생태성으로 나타나며, 환경과 공간의 새로운 의미를 끊임없이 재정의할 뿐만 아니라, 도예벽화의 새로운 발전의 길을 제시한다.

A Case Study of the Underwater Blasting Using Emulsion Explosives (에멀젼폭약을 사용한 수중발파 사례)

  • In many cases of underwater blasting in South Korea, the special blasting is mainly used for deepening harbor, installing gas pipes, or well blasting to build a bridge. The procedure of well blasting is almost same with shaft blasting, but the difference is that water is filled in before blasting. In case of deepening blasting under water, the first step like drilling, arranging explosives, and wire connection is done on a barge, then the next step such as charging and tamping is accomplished under water by expert divers. Therefore, underwater blasting needs precise and exact plan before blasting. In this paper, authors would like to introduce a case of underwater blasting for deepening the Busan new port with emulsion explosives and non-electric detonators in order to get some of 8,500TEU out sized container vessels entered into the port and to make safe. Considering environment and vibration, the blasting was controlled to minimized the damage to the lighthouse nearby. It will be great help to many other blasting sites where emulsion explosives and non-electric detonators are used for underwater blasting through this case.

Parental Disciplinary Practices as Predictors of Peer Acceptance (또래 수용도와 부모 앙육태도: 인기아와 고립아를 증심으로)

  • This study investigated whether parental disciplinary practices mediated the status of peer acceptance. From a sample of 420 kindergarteners, twenty were classified as popular children and twenty were classified as rejected children using sociometric assessment and their parents(40 mothers and 40 fathers) were responded to a parental behavior questionnaire Results were as follows: 1. Compared to rejected children, popular children had fathers who participated more actively in child-rearing practices and mothers who were less overprotective in child-rearing practices. 2. Popular children had fathers who were more affectionate and more actively participated in child-rearing practices than mothers were, whereas rejected children had fathers who were more overprotective than mothers were. 3. Reasonable guidance made by parents was uniquely predictive of peer popularity, whereas parental overprotection was the best predictor for peer rejection.

  • LibQUAL+$^(TM)$은 도서관의 서비스 품질을 평가하기 위한 이용자 중심의 서비스 품질 평가 모델이다. SERVQUAL에서 출발한 이 모델은 도서관에 적합한 차원들을 확장 및 개선한 모델로 서비스 영향력(Service Affect), 장소(Library as Place), 정보제어(Information Control)의 3개 차원 22개 항목으로 구성되어 있다. 이는 전통적으로 도서관 경영활동의 3요소로 인정되고 있는 사람, 장서(정보), 건물과 유사함을 알 수 있다. 이 모델은 이용자 중심의 서비스 품질 평가, 전략적 계획 수립의 토대, 동등 기관과의 비교, 모체기관과의 정치적 관계 정립 그리고 이용자, 도서관 및 사서 사이의 관계 정립 등의 측면에서 의의가 있다.
