This study explored parental mediation strategies of children's online gaming and their relevant variables which could influence on them. A survey to 379 parents with elementary, middle, highschool, and college aged children revealed 7 distinctive parental mediation strategies of children's online gaming, that is, 'instructive', 'co-playing', 'rule-based', 'restrictive', 'technological', 'government regulation-dependent', and 'active guidance' mediation. Also, the results showed that there was significant relation between the parental mediation strategies, characteristics of parents, and characteristics of children. This study holds its significance in identifying the parental mediation types reflecting media characteristics of online games and Korean social and cultural context.

People with auditory processing disorders(APD) do not exactly understand what they hear with normal hearing levels because of difficulties in the processing of auditory information in auditory nervous system. The purposes of this study are to investigate intervention strategies suggested by current literatures and to develop a guide map for APD intervention. The problem based intervention strategies are customized to the specific deficits of a subtype of Buffalo model and Bellis/Ferre model and general intervention strategies are recommended with compensatory strategy, auditory training, environmental modification and so on. Multidisciplinary team should determine and provide various intervention strategies to improve auditory capabilities of a child with APD intensively and persistently. APD intervention guide map is organized with four steps. It helps clinicians and teachers related with the intervention of APD find appropriate intervention strategies and process in order to reduce difficulties of a child with APD and a suspected APD.

This study examined the effects of clarification training on conversational breakdowns and repair strategies of 3 school aged children with ASD. Clarification training provided to the participants during playing the barrier games. The results found that the occurrence of conversational breakdown was decreased in terms of overall and types. The occurrence and appropriateness rates of repair strategies were increased among all participants. Based on the results, 'clarification training' used in this study can be an effective method to train children with ASD for appropriate repair strategies in conversation.

This study analyzes the dispute settlement of between arbitration and litigation using a game theoretical approach. Many studies on arbitration have so far focused on the relevant institutions. However, there are few theoretical studies that have focused on the demand side of arbitration. The model presented here suggests conditions under which arbitration form a perfect Bayesian Nash equilibrium, provided that the players strategically choose a dispute settlement tool. Furthermore, the suggested model is used to analyze simple cases of international commercial dispute cases.

본 연구는 도시와 농촌거주 결혼이주여성들의 결혼적응도가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에서 배우자 및 가족지지의 조절효과가 거주지역별로 차이가 있는지 분석하여 결혼이주여성들의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 거주지역 특성에 맞는 중재전략을 마련하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도되었으며, 본 연구결과 결혼적응도와 삶의 질 사이의 영향관계에서 배우자 및 가족지지의 조절효과가 있었고, 도시보다 농촌에서 더욱 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 근거로 농촌과 도시의 특성에 맞는 거주지역별 특성을 고려하여 배우자지지, 가족지지를 향상시킬 수 있는 맞춤형 중재전략을 개발하여 적용해 볼 것을 제언한다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the Power Card strategy on the receptive vocabulary and expressive vocabulary in children with autism spectrum disorders. Method: Three children with autism spectrum disorder were selected for this study and the power card strategy language intervention was applied, using a multiple baseline design across individuals. The target vocabulary was selected by examining the individual preferred characters. Power cards were constructed, and intervention was applied to improve the receptive vocabulary and expressive vocabulary through the baseline stage, intervention, and maintenance. Result: The application of the power card strategy showed that the acquisition rate of receptive vocabulary in children with autism spectrum disorder was increased, and expressive vocabulary acquisition rate was also improved. Conclusion: During the intervention period using the power card strategy, the children's target receptive vocabulary and expressive vocabulary acquisition rates improved, and the acquisition rate was maintained, even after the intervention. This suggests that the power card strategy is effective in improving the vocabulary of autistic children with disabilities, of school age.

1997년 외환위기 이후 국내 부실기업의 해외매각을 빠른 속도로 진행하여 매각과정에서 협상력 부재로 인해 기업가치를 제대로 평가받지 못하였을 뿐만 아니라 계약조건 부분에 있어서도 협상성과는 매우 낮은 것으로 평가되고 있다. 또한, 부실한 계약조건으로 인해 계약이행이 종료되지 못하고 소송이나 중재와 같은 분쟁발생이 급격이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 문제인식 하에 본 논문은 부실기업 매각협상 사례중 국제중재와 관련된 한보철강 매각의 사례를 통해 매각시 국제중재를 통해 분쟁을 해결하는 과정을 상세하게 설명함으로써 향후 매각협상 과정뿐만 아니라 매각이후 분쟁이 실제로 발생한다면 이에 대한 정확한 대처와 중재 대처 전략을 수립할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다. 중재는 소송과 달리 단심제로서 중재기간이 상대적으로 짧다고 볼 수 있으나 단심제의 특성을 감안하여 최대한 유리한 증거와 증인확보 등 보다 더 적극적인 자세로 임해야 할 것이다. 본 사례연구에서 중요한 시사점은 국내 협상자들이 협상시 매각가격에만 중요성을 부여하며 기타 계약조건 특히, 준거법 및 관할권에 대해 소홀히 취급하는 경향이 있다는 점이다. 본 한보 중재에서도 승리의 결정적인 원인은 바로 계약서에 준거법을 한국법이라고 명시하였기 때문에 가능했던 것이다 이러한 점은 향후 국제협상시 중요하게 다루어져야 할 사항이라고 판단된다.

This study considers the activation of the Asia Pacific Maritime Arbitration Center(APMAC) established for the first time in South Korea. This research investigates the suitability of arbitration for maritime disputes through literature review, as well as the importance and expectations of the establishment of the APMAC. In order to activate the APMAC, maritime arbitration rules must be established. Second, a cooperative body should be established between the courts and related institutions. Third, related institutions need to creat a short term and long term promotion plan. Fourth, the APMAC should appoint professional arbitrators in the maritime field. Fifth, an educational system should be established for new arbitrators. Finally, APMAC should link to universities for research activities.
