As an impactive factor on industries and national economy, The Social Overhead Capital(SOC) is major factor to determine the national competitiveness and the investment of SOC is essential for its economic growth. Accordingly, introduction of the preliminary feasibility study and establishment of legal institutionalization and evaluation system has been carried out and reviewed since 1999. Nevertheless of these efforts, basic problems such as lack of scientific method for investment evaluation and loss of effectiveness on feasibility studies are continuously being brought up. Moreover, as the preliminary study to improve the mentioned problems is mainly focused on the economic and estimated demand analysis, the study of policy analysis, the most important phase during a feasibility study, is still insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, a quantitative decision-making model, to which the performance assessment method of Value Engineering(VE) is applied, is developed and proposed to improve the policy analysis of (preliminary) feasibility study that requires combining with relative studies, to induce quantitative analysis method, and to contribute the improvement of value on the political aspect for SOC investment goals and use as a strategic decision-making method by systematic analysis.

The study as explained above has been progressed as follows: Through the theoretical required for projecting the corporate's exhibition at exposition, the justifiability of this study was recognized. To approach the pavilion of exhibition the importance of marketing communication at the corporate and its forming process were suggested, and the public information of the corporate as a medium of its marketing communication was under-stood. - With regard to the exhibiting event as its method, general constituents and contents of it were closely looked into, and on the exposition, as a kind of corporate's event and a place for the reciprocally exchangeable communication between the corporate and the public, a general study was done. - The importance of identification of the corporate's image for the corporate to participate in an exposition and its analytic method were refined in the stages of 'basic image' and 'serve image', and the general process in which the corporate is processing the image of its own pusiness since its participation in exposition was suggested in terms a model, dividing it into the stages of inspection & analysis and design.

Patent data have both properties of technological and industrial information. They satisfy explicit requirements for originality, technological validity, and commercial value. They comprise all fields of innovation for a long period of time. They show their own qualitative importance by forward citation of them. In this paper, we attempt to establish and apply an analytical model and process based on informetric approach using patent information in order to predict emerging technologies which have the possibility of industrial development in the future.

The advancement of digital technology accelerates intelligence, convergence, and demands better change beyond traditional methods in all aspects of business models and technologies, infrastructure, processes, and platforms. Risk management is becoming more important because of various security risks, depending on the changing business environment and aligned to business goals is emerging from the existing information asset based risk management. For business aligned risk management, it is essential to understand the risk appetite for achieving business goals, which provides a basis for decision-making in subsequent risk management processes. In this paper, we propose a framework for analyzing the risk management framework, pre - existing risk analysis, and protection motivation theory that influences decisions on security risk management. To examine the practical feasibility of the developed risk appetite framework, we reviewed the applicability and significance of the proposed risk appetite framework through an advisory committee composed of security risk management specialists.

사고력 신장 교육은 정보영재를 위한 교육과정 및 내용 중에서 매우 중요한 목표이다. 이 논문에서는 정보영재 교육에서 중요성이 증대되는 사고력 신장 교육에 적합한 교수-학습 프로그램을 제시하여 적용하고 분석하는 방안을 마련한다. 사고력 신장 교육을 구성하는 영역별 교육 내용에 포함되는 여러 가지의 문제들에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있는 모형으로서 AND/OR 트리에 기반을 둔 교수-학습 모형을 제시한다. 이 논문에서 제시된 AND/OR 트리형 교수-학습 모형을 정보영재의 현장 교육에 도입하기 위하여 tic-tac-toe 게임 문제를 예로 들어 적용 방안을 제시하며, 그 적용 결과를 분석하여 교육 프로그램 개발의 타당성을 검증한다. AND/OR 트리형 교수-학습 모형에서는 AND 트리와 OR 트리가 결합된 형태의 트리 구성과 그에 따른 트리 탐색을 주요 학습 내용으로 하는 고도의 사고력을 필요로 하는 학습 단계를 필요로 한다.

본 연구에서는 표준 게이트웨이 기반의 다중 생체계측 장비 및 CMCIS(Central Monitoring and Cardiology Information System) 기반의 통합 시스템을 개발하기 위한 타당성 분석을 위한 국내외 동향을 분석한 연구이다. 개발의 필요성을 타진하기 위하여 기술, 사회, 경제적 중요성과 국내외 관련기술의 현황을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 대부분 해외의 다국적 기업에 의존하는 실정이며 심혈관계 질환의 지속적 증가로 효율적인 의료 서비스를 위한 기술개발의 필요성이 높게 평가되었다. 또한 표준 게이트웨이 기술의 확보로 진단용 심전계 표준 게이트웨이를 적용함으로써 다양한 HIS 인터페이스가 가능하며, 편의성이 증대되어 활용성이 높아질 것으로 예상된다.

국내의 에너지 이용 효율개선과 에너지 절약의 중요성은 갈수록 높아 가고만 있는 상황이다. 이에 국내 전력용 변압기의 평균 연간부하율을 도출하여 합리적이고 타당성 있는 고효율 변압기 기술기준안의 작성이 필요하게 되었다. 우리나라의 평균연간 부하율을 변압기 용량별, 업종별, 지역별로 구분하여 조사하였으며 이를 토대로 전력용변압기의 관련 기준안을 검토 보완하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 고효율 변압기 기술기준안 수림에 의해 예상되는 기대효과는 국내 실정에 맞는 고효율 변압기의 생산 및 보급이 확대됨으로써 수용가의 전력요금절감은 물론 관련업계의 시장 경쟁력 강화 효과를 기대한 수 있을 것이다.

오늘날 네트워크 환경은 다양한 응용의 등장으로 트래픽이 복잡 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 정확한 네트워크의 상태 파악을 위한 트래픽의 응용 별 분류에 대한 중요성은 더욱더 증가하고 있다. 최근 트래픽 플로우의 통계 정보를 이용한 트래픽의 응용 별 분류 방법론에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 연구들은 TCP 세션의 이상 동작에 대한 고려가 없어 분류결과의 오분류 및 미분류가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 TCP 세션의 이상동작의 문제점을 지적하고 이를 개선하는 방법론을 제안한다. 제안된 방법론을 통계적 응용 트래픽 분류방법에 적용함으로써 그 타당성을 증명한다.

The recent drastic increase of imported foreign restaurants provided the importance of service quality and the customer satisfaction is considered as the most important factors for the business activity. In order to identify the important factors for the customer satisfaction of the family restaurant in Korea, we attempt to test the validity of host call service as a significant variable in the family restaurant using Fishbein behaviour model. Based on literature review, the empirical study was conducted using the questionnaires for customers of the family restaurant in Seoul. Descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test and regression analysis were made of the gathered questionnaires using SPSS programs. The results shows that four hypotheses established in this study were significant. Therefore, host call service in the family restaurant should be introduced to increase the customer satisfaction. In conclusion, it proved that host call service in the family were the important factors that could satisfy the customers and the family restaurants will have to make a great effort to develop the differentiated service so as to enhance their competitiveness.

새만금사업, 신행정수도(행정중심복합도시, 세종시), 한반도 대운하사업(4대강 살리기사업) 등과 같은 대형국책사업은 대통령 선거공약으로 제시되었다. 그러한 대형국책사업이 국가의 이익을 위해 꼭 필요한 것으로 제시되었다 하더라도, 그 결과는 좋은 의도와는 다르게 나타날 수도 있다. 대통령 선거후 환경정책기본법과 환경영향평가법에 따라 대형국책사업에 대한 사전환경성검토(전략환경평가)와 환경영향평가가 이뤄졌지만, 예상하지 못했던 정치적, 사회경제적, 환경적 갈등이 발생하였다. 이러한 개발 및 환경 갈등의 원인은 여러 측면에서 찾을 수 있겠지만, 사회경제적 항목을 중심으로 하는 사회영향평가의 미흡을 그 원인으로 제시하는 연구가 많다. 대규모 국책사업을 둘러싼 개발 및 환경 갈등을 해소하기 위해, 우리나라와 외국의 사회영향평가의 현황과 연구 동향을 고찰하고, 국책사업의 주요 쟁점의 분석을 통하여 사회영향평가의 중요성과 필요성을 강조하였다. 그리고 사회영향평가의 도입, 강화, 지침 마련에 대해 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 현재의 사전환경성검토(전략환경평가)시에 사회적 통합, 경제적 측면(B/C분석, 비용, 고용 등), 법제적 측면, 한반도 통일이나 국가균형발전 등과 같은 사회경제적 항목을 평가항목에 추가함으로써 사회영향평가를 도입하고; 둘째, 환경영향평가 시에 공공시설, 교육, 교통, 문화재, 경제적 타당성, 고용, 토지이용을 현재의 사회경제평가항목에 추가시켜 사회영향평가를 보다 강화시키고; 셋째, 한국의 환경적, 정치적, 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 상황을 반영하여(사회영향평가의 원리와 지침(가칭))을 마련하도록 한다.
