The purpose of this research was to develop objectives of Housing contents in Technology$\cdot$Home Economics by three systems of action and to find out the importance of the objectives of the teachers have taught the class. The 303 teachers from 183 middle schools replied the mail questionnaire during September, 2003. The data were analyzed by SPSS/win. The 21 objectives for each system of action were developed based on the textbooks, teachers guides, and other related references. The importance of the objectives related to communicative system of action was the highest, respectively followed by the ones related to technical and emancipatory systems of action. Indoor Environment & Equipment was more likely to be important than Maintenance & Repairs as the objectives related to communicative system of action, while Usage of Living Space was less likely to be important than the other two sub-units. The importance of the objectives was somewhat differed by the general characteristics of the teachers. The older are the more important the objectives related to technical system of action. Female, Home Economics teachers, who learned philosophy of Home Economics were more likely to think than others objectives related to communicative and emancipatory systems of action to be important. This research showed the teachers' perspectives of the objectives of Housing contents were not the same among respondents and generally supported the previous results from other contents of Home Economics.

Integrating a field of transportation and IT is becoming a novel solution to social and economic problems which was previously focused on the investment in infrastructures. It also created new areas of industry such as ITS and telematics. Especially, vehicle communication is being considered very important and DSRC is also important in the field of rational ITS in recent. DSRC OBE has come into wide use through ETCS. In the field of traffic signal control, the research to implement an optimal traffic signal control system using a real-time information of good quality is being carried out and also the study of WISDOM was successfully completed. This paper shows the development of Dynamic-Dilemma zone warning service utilizing WISDOM and the evaluation of a reliability and a practicality through the field test. While the proposed Dynamic-Dilemma warning system transmits an information of signal time optimized by WISDOM, the OBE which receives this information makes dilemma zone based on its location and speed and gives warning to a driver.

Roadside trees that are managed by the local government play important roles to enhance the city lifestyle in many ways. However, because of insufficient human resources that monitor fields and regulations, most roadside trees were left unprotected and lacked the professional management. Also, due to the lack of financial support, pesticides or treatments have rarely been done in a proper time. To solve this existing matter, we have proposed concrete methods that include a latest communication technology, and developed an on-site management system and a web-monitoring system for roadside trees. Our successful research includes efficient approaches to identify an individual tree and integration of both field works and internal work processes with wireless communications and web displays to monitor the roadside trees.

사용자를 중심으로 하는 주변환경과 사용자간 흑은 사용자와 장치간의 상호 운용성을 지능적, 자동적으로 선택하여 지원해 줌으로써 사용자로 하여금 정보 획득 및 실행을 보다 용이하게 하는 상황인식 기술은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 가장 중요한 핵심 기술이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 위한 상황인식 기반의 미들웨어 및 컨텍스트 서버를 설계 및 구현한다. 먼저 미들웨어는 블루투스 (Bluetooth) 무선 통신 기술을 이용하여 이동성을 지닌 이동 노드를 발견하고, 컨텍스트 서버에 등록하여 해당 컨텍스트에 적합한 실행 모듈을 서비스하는 기능을 담당한다. 컨텍스트 서버는 주어진 원격 객체의 정보와 사용자의 현재 상태 물리적 환경의 상태 등의 상황 정보를 효율적으로 데이터베이스 서버에 저장하고 관리할 수 있는 기능을 수행한다. 마지막으로 응용 시스템을 통해 제안하는 미들웨어와 컨텍스트 서버의 유용성을 보인다.

무선 통신 기술의 발달로 최근 무선 device 들로 이루어진 ad-hoc network이 주요 issue가 되고 있으며, ad-hoc network에서의 성능이 중요한 관심사가 되고 있다. 그러나 유선망에 최적화되도록 설계된 TCP 는 무선망이 가지는 링크의 불안정함으로 인한 손실을 네트워크 혼잡에 의한 손실로 인식하여 혼잡 제어 메커니즘이 수행함으로써 전송률을 줄이게 되므로 전체적으로 네크웍의 성능이 저하되는 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 무선망에서 TCP 성능을 향상시키기 위한 새로운 congestion algorithm을 제안하고 그 성능을 평가하였다. 성능 확인 결과 기존 TCP-vegas에 비해 더 나은 성능을 보임을 알 수 있다.

An ubiquitous healthcare system for the home care of elderly persons was designed and implemented using wireless sensor network technology. The wireless technology for home-care purpose gives new possibilities for monitoring of vital parameter with wearable biomedical sensors, and will give the patient the freedom to be mobile and still be under continuously monitoring and thereby to better quality of patient care. Emphasis is placed on recent advances in wireless ECG system for cardiac event monitoring with particular attention to arrhythmia detection in patient. This paper presents a diagnostic system for cardiac arrhythmias from ECG data, using wireless sensor technology. The system also provides an application for recording activities, events and potentially important medical symptoms. The hardware allows data to be transmitted wirelessly from on-body sensor to the base station and then to PC/PDA. Data is also transmitted to a back-end server for analysis using wireless internet connection. Experiments were conducted using the system for activity monitoring, exercise monitoring and medical screening tests and present preliminary data and results.

As wireless network was developed and Capability of Wireless Phone was increased, M-Commerce was activates In Wireless network environment. User Authentication and Security in E-Commerce Environment is very important, so Authentication Technology, such as WPKI and Hermes System, XML Digital Signature in Wire Network is studying. But if authentication systems was implemented heterogeneous, WPKI is difficult to implement the system, it's not interoperate with authentication system on wire internet, not support XML digital Signature. Hermes system also not interoperate with XML digital signature system. So our paper designed System that can interoperate among digital signature systems and XML document to apply XML digital signature technology on wire network to wireless network, and then implemented system that can XML digital signature to use Java Card.

As network communication increases by using public WiFi to check e-mail and handling Internet banking, the danger of hacking public routers continues to rise. While the national policy is to further propagate public routers, users are not eager to keep their information secure and there is a growing risk of personal information leakage. Because wireless routers implement high accessibility but are vulnerable to hacking, it is thus important to analyze hacking to tackle the attacks. In this study, an analysis is made of the encryption method used in WiFi and cases of hacking WiFi by security attacks on wireless routers, and a method for tackling the attacks is suggested.

최근 초고속정보통신망의 구축 및 무선망의 확산과 댁내 자동화, 지능화 된 디지털 정보 가전의 출현으로 이를 통합하는 홈 네트워크에 대한 기대가 커지고 있다. 이러한 홈 네트워크의 가장 중요한 특징은 다양한 기기를 하나의 네트워크로 구성할 수 있어야 하며, 사용자의 편의를 위하여 자동으로 정보 가전기기들을 인식하여 댁내 네트워크에 등록 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구사항을 만족할 수 있도록 홈 네트워크 미디어 접근을 위한 기술로 유선에 비해 편리하고 무선 랜에 비해 상대적으로 소형이며 비용이 저렴한 저전력의 블루투스(bluetooth)와 다양한 미들웨어 중 차세대 접속기술인 지니(Jini)를 이용한 미들웨어 프레임웍을 설계하여 홈 네트워킹 서비스를 구현하였다.

With the development in IT technology and with growing demands of users, a ubiquitous environment is being made. Because of individuals identification is important in ubiquitous environment, RFID, a technology used frequently. RFID, a technology that radio frequency identification, reader send signer, then tag provide user information. RFID has various strengths, such as high recognition rates, quick recognition speed, but Eavesdropping is possible and problem that user information is revealed happens. To solve this, study is proceeded with activity, but, because of low-cost passive tag is limited operation capability, usually used hash function and random number. Also updates value that is used to present session and uses in next session. Therefore, this scheme protects user privacy using random number. And this sheme can offer synchronization by creating variable value without updating value.
