This paper aims to analyze the priority of elements in building management system surveying owners living in Small-scale Apartment, and to suggest basic data for establishing effective management alternatives. To achieve the goal, this paper extracted the elements from a guideline supported by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Korea, and tried to analyze their priority. The result as follows. First, the analysis of the first level suggested that people give priority to facility management, moving management, security management and administrative for management. Second, on the analysis of the second level, settlement of budget was the most important for the administrative, cleaning for facility management, parking management for security management and advertisement of the administrative for moving management. By suggesting the result, this paper concludes that it would be very important to establish a regional management corporation to manage the Small-scale Apartment.

The building construction projects include a variety of risk factors due to uncertainties. To succeed in the projects, it is important how risks are managed. Risk management processes identification, analysis and response. Especially, the analysis process is important to objectively identify importance and priority among risk factors. The purpose of this study is to develop the effective analysis process by studying and supplement the problem of the AHP analysis method. The study provides a analysis process to use the PROMETHEE analysis method proposed.

본 연구는 지리산국립공원의 동부지역을 찾은 이용객의 이용 행태의 분석 및 중요도-성취도 분석방법을 통해 관리와 이용관련 속성들에 대한 중요 정도와 실제만족도 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다 이를 위해 이용객 직접기입 방식의 설문조사가 현지에서 실시되었다 총 254명이 본 설문조사에 참여하였으며 응답자들의 사회경제적 특성 및 방문특성은 다른 국립공원 이용객조사에 나타난 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다 대부분의 응답자들은 최근 대두되고 있는 환경문제에 대해 높은 관심을 보였으며 이와 더불어 이용보다는 보전이 우선하는 국립공원 관리정책에 더 큰 관심을 나타냈다 각 관리 및 이용관련 속성에 대한 중요 정도와 만족도 결과는 수질의 상태 자연식생의 보존상태 공원 내 쓰레기 문제, 야생동물의 보호상태에 특히 높은 중요도를 나타냈으며 휴양.관광 프로그램의 다양성 여부와 야생동물의 보호상태에 대하여 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 나타낸 것으로 조사되었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between job importance awareness and actual job achievement of archivists of private universities through importance-performance analysis (IPA), and to analyze the difference between certified and noncertified archivists about the above two factors. To achieve the purpose, the detailed job activities were drawn through a review of laws, regulations, and policies. The detailed list of job activities was confirmed by a few current archivists, Using the confirmed list of detailed job activities, a survey was conducted for archivists of private universities. The collected data in the survey were analyzed using the IPA method. According to the study results, the two groups of archivists have a clear understanding of their jobs; however, environmental factors influence the actual achievement of the jobs.

This study performed to provide the basic information about the effects of the health management importance awareness on the occupational performance and basic fitness for the people with intellectual disabilities. 16 people with intellectual disabilities participated in muscle strengthening exercise. To assess health management importance awareness, the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure was used to identify the importance of the health management. According to the results of the importance, they were divided into two groups: Extreme and Neutral Importance Group in order to analyze the changes of the occupational performance and basic fitness. In-group analysis of the performance, satisfaction level, strength, and flexibility found that all measures improved in both groups following completion of the program. Between-group analysis following completion of the program indicated group differences in the performance and satisfaction level, but no group differences were found in the muscle strength and flexibility. Thus, this study showed the positive effects from the results of the program participation targeting the people with intellectual disabilities, and highlighted the importance of the awareness for them regarding the need for the health management (as evidenced by the improvement in occupational performance). It is expected that effective health management through participation in programs such as this will help maintain a healthy lifestyle and contribute to improve the quality of life.

The study was conducted to examine the characteristics of case management in psychiatric rehabilitation facilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of case management activities, and 114 cases managers in the psychiatric rehabilitation facilities in Seoul participated in the study. The study analysed the importance and performance of each case management through IPA and Paired T-test. As a result of the study, Assessment stage showed the highest performance and importance, and the performance was conducted as much as the importance. Except assessment, performance in all stages were significant lower than the importance. IPA analysis showed that most case management activities belonged to the quadrant I(high importance-high performance) and the quadrant III (low importance-low performance), but the T-test analysis showed lower performance than importance. Participation of Service users and Cooperation of community resource were lower than those of importance. Participation of Service users showed high importance and performance, but performance was relatively lower than importance. On the other hand, cooperation of community resource was low in overall importance and performance, moreover, performance was very low. It is considered that various efforts should be made to activate them.

The study aims at understanding records professions' job areas and conducting the Importance Performance Analysis. Under the perception which it is necessary to analyze records professions' job for securing their roles and identity, this study conducts a job analysis and categorizes records professions' job into 4 duties, 19 jobs and 78 job elements. The 4 duties includes records management, records office operation, records management infrastructure, and records information services. Furthermore, it researches jobs' importance and performance using the IPA. Accordign to the analysis, the jobs which rank at top of the importance and performance list are jobs concerning appraisal and disposal. The jobs which ranks at bottom are jobs related to services. In general the current 'one man records office system' is not appropriate to carry out all the records management business. In this context, it is necessary to lighten records profeesions' workload through the job adjustment in government institutions.

This research was to count and quantify relative importance through analytic hierarchy process on checkups items in order to solve the questions raised by uniformalized numbering in the established athletes self management test. This study has the following results. The relative importance in priority factors of the test is in following order of training management, mental care, body care and interpersonal management. It was also confirmed that relative importance varied according to every checkup item in the lower factors. Consequently, the new result from this study, as an initial research for the relative importance of athletes self management test, supplied the possibility in which the sports-field expert's opinion was reflected. It was expected that this study would be helpful for enhancing athletes' competence in the sports field.

The purpose of this study is to survey the importance and holdings of competency of Archives and Records management Professions and compare the difference between the quantum. For these purposes, I derived six competencies(tasks, knowledge, skills, interests, work values and attitudes) from O*NET and used this by questionnaire. Survey is conducted to archivist and records managers in National Archives, central government agencies, municipalities, school districts and universities. Through this analysis, I seized core competencies and holdings of archivists and records managers and the difference between the quantum by organization and career. In addition, I suggested the difference between Korean's and American's competency importance.

This study suggests a reasonable method for visualizing risk management level by risk weight linked with 4D model. This study defines risk management procedures as preparation, identification, analysis, response and management to manage potential risks in the construction project. The modules for computerizing in this system consist of planning, construction, application of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and RBS (Risk Breakdown Structure), and risk analysis. The final results include a method for visualizing risk level by each element of the project by using 4D simulation technique. It can be used as a visualized risk management tool instead of current system using numerical data.
