(사)한국파렛트컨테이너협회(회장 서병륜)는 지난 11월 11일 중소기업중앙회 그랜드홀에서 '제16회 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상' 시상식을 개최했다. 산업통상자원부, 국가기술표준원, 물류신문사 등이 후원한 이번 시상식은 '제5회 글로벌 유닛로드시스템 창의성 공모전', '유닛로드시스템 컨퍼런스'와 함께 열렸다. 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상은 우리나라 산업물류의 혁신을 위해 표준파렛트와 표준컨테이너의 생산 및 사용에 있어 가장 모범이 되는 우수한 업체와 그러한 활동에 헌신한 개인 또는 단체를 발굴, 시상함으로써 유닛로드시스템의 보급 및 확산을 촉진해 우리나라 산업물류 효율화에 기여하고자 주는 상이다. 올해 시상식에서는 산업통산자원부 장관 표창 3명, 국가기술표준원장 표창 3명, 한국파렛트컨테이너협회장 표창 5명 등 총 11명이 수상의 영광을 안았다. 다음에 제16회 한국파렛트컨테이너산업대상 수상자들의 공적사항을 살펴보도록 한다.

To simulate a complicated hydrodynamic phenomena in the surf zone, the SWASH model is used in Haeundae Beach. The SWASH model is well known as a model competing with the Boussinesq-type model in terms of near shore waves and wave-induced currents modelling. This study is aimed to the detailed analysis of seasonal waves and wave-induced current simulation in Haeundae Beach, where the representative seasonal wave conditions was obtained from hourly measured wave data in 2014 by Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Administration( KHOA). Incident wave conditions were given as irregular waves by JONSWAP spectrum. The calculated seasonal wave-induced current patterns were compared with the field observation data. In summer season, a dominant longshore current toward the east of the beach appears due to the effect of incident waves from the South and the bottom bathymetry, then some rip currents occurs at the central part of the beach. In the winter season, ESE incident waves generates a strong westward longshore currents. However, a weak eastward longshore currents appears at the restricted east side areas of the beach.

Korea has about 70% of its land classified as the mountain area, which has led to cut-slope being the result of substantial road and railway construction. However, there is currently a lack of research about the seismic retrofit design of a slope, even though many earthquakes have recently occurred at home and abroad. In this study, in order to investigate the stabilizing effect of piles against sliding during an earthquake, a series of 1 g shaking table tests and pseudo-static analyses were carried out. As a result, the stabilizing effect of piles against sliding during an earthquake was verified by the 1 g shaking table tests and the most effective result from the pseudo-static analyses was that the installation of the piles on the central part of the slope, where the failure surface included piles unlike the lower part and upper part of the slope. Furthermore, when the pile was installed on the central part of the slope, the change of the safety factor depending on the distance between the center of two piles was evaluated.

한나라당 이명박 후보가 제17대 대통령에 당선됨에 따라 이명박 정부의 출범이 초읽기에 들어갔다. 특히 한미FTA 국회 비준 등 굵직한 농정 현안이 산재되어 있는 만큼 이명박 당선인에 대한 농업관에 따라 농업 정책의 일대 변혁이 예상되고 있다. 이에 이번호에서는 이명박 당선인의 농업관과 농업기조에 대해 알아보고 향후 농업 정책에 대한 전망을 알아보고자 한다.

현재 건축중인 대부분의 신축 건물들은 에너지 효율이 떨어지는 예전의 설계 원칙에 따라 지어지고 있으며, 이는 일반적으로 사용자가 난방을 직접 조절할 수 없는 1950년대부터 사용되어 온 중앙 난방시스템식 설계를 기초로 하고 있다. 중국 정부는 신축 건물의 에너지 효율을 1980년대 초에 지어진 건물에 비해 $50\%$정도 높게 향상시키고자, 난방지역에 있는 건물에 대한 새로운 에너지 효율 기준을 발표했다. 하지만 이 기준은 거의 효력을 발휘하지 못하고 있다.

The objective of the article is to find the research trends and the main traits presented in the keywords on abstracts of research articles of "International Journal of Education Development" from 2002 to 2017. To do this, Text Network Analysis(TNA) was applied targeting 966 papers on the journal and the major research outcomes are as follows. First, the frequency analysis on the keywords showed that the keywords like Administration of education program, Schools and instruction, Regional public administration, Educational support service, Elementary education, and Elementary and secondary school were analyzed more than 100 times and also high in centrality degree. Second, the analysis results of the keywords presented in those research articles by development goal periods showed that several new keywords like Elementary education, Elementary and secondary school, Education quality, Secondary education, Educational planning have emerged frequently after SDGs and these keywords showed high in their centrality analysis. Third, the analysis on education level showed that the keywords like Elementary education, Administration of education program, School children were high in frequency and centrality degree in Elementary level. In secondary level, Schools and instruction, Administration of education program, Academic achievement were high, and in high level, college and university was high, respectively.

The promotion of social economy is one of the Korean government's top 100 initiatives. As of August 2019, there are 2,249 certified social enterprises in Korea, showing explosive growth with a 41-fold increase from 2007 when the Social Enterprise Promotion Act was first enacted. Currently, the discussion of the sustainability of social-economic organizations is lively, including the issue of changing the certification system to the registration system. Noting the unusual management structure of social enterprise - seeking both social and economic value, this study identifies factors affecting the performance of social enterprises. The study focuses on an empirical investigation of the relationships between characteristics of entrepreneurs' experiences in social economy, strategic competency, the extent to which they seek social value, and their performance. This study is unique in social enterprise research due to its approach to the hybrid management structure of social enterprise with a focus on entrepreneurs' characteristics. Accordingly, this empirical investigation focuses on how social-value seeking mediates the relationships between strategic competency emphasized in typical for-profit enterprises, the characteristics of experiences stressed in social-economic organizations, and the performance of social enterprises. The study findings suggest that, firstly, social entrepreneurs must seek social value as a top priority and improve economic performance using strategic competency to keep pursuing social value, and secondly, social-value seeking must be founded upon entrepreneurs' understanding and experiences in social economy. Practical implications of the study findings include concrete directions for training in social enterprises offered by relevant agencies and the establishment of competency models for current and future entrepreneurs.

웹 2.0 환경에서 인터넷 사용자가 생성하는 정보는 폭발적인 규모로 증가하고 있다. 또한 UCC 등의 사용자 참여 서비스 및 VOD, IPTV 등의 대용량 서비스가 본격화 되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 데이타 전송량 증가 속도를 네트워크 전송 설비의 증설이 따라가지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 P2P 기술을 이용하고 있지만 대부분의 P2P 기술들은 실제 물리적인 네트워크 상태를 고려하지 않고 응용 계층만을 고려하기 때문에 데이타 전송의 비효율이 발생하게 된다. 게다가 이러한 비효율을 해결하기 위한 방안들은 분산형 Pure P2P 시스템이나 구조적 P2P 시스템에 대한 연구가 대부분이고 비구조적 중앙 집중형에 대한 연구는 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 물리적인 네트워크 정보와 그래프 클러스터링 기법을 적용한 계층적 클러스터링 방법을 이용하여 실제 기업에서 운영하는 중앙 집중형 P2P 시스템에서 성능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 그리고 이를 통해 기존의 기법들이 가지고 있는 과도한 메시지 교환, 고정된 랜드마크의 유지 등의 문제점을 보완하여 대규모 데이타의 효율적인 전송을 가능케 하는 실제적인 P2P 환경에 적합한 오버레이 네트워크 모듈을 구현하였다.
