일본을 자판기 산업 선진국이라 하는 데는 그저 우리나라 8배에 달한다는 산업외형만에 있지 않다. 이 보다 더 중시해야 할 부분은 자판기 산업의 사회적 역할과 책임을 무엇보다 중시하고 산업계 자율적인 대책강구에 대한 노력을 아끼지 않는 다는 점에 있다. 자판기가 가질 수 있는 사회적 위해 요인을 최소화하고 실생활과 소비자들에게 보다 도움이 될 수 있도록 산업계가 많은 노력을 해왔기에 현재의 일본 자판기 산업이 있을수 있었다. 이 같은 사실을 여실히 엿볼 수 있는 게 "자판기 자주 가이드 라인"이다. 이 제도는 청량음료자판기 운영에 있어 "안전"이나 "안심"을 위한 대책이나, 자판기 소비 에너지의 절감, 사용 후의 적정 폐기, 사용이 끝난 용기의 산란 방지 등 자판기의 적극적인 사회적 책임을 실천하도록 유도하고 있다. 그런데 이 같은 자주 가이드 라인의 필요성 단지 이웃나라 일본에만 해당이 될 까. 그렇지 않다. 우리나라도 자판기 산업이 성숙기로 가기 위해서는 반드시 필요한 부분이다. 지금까지는 산업의 양적인 성장에만 치중해 왔지만 앞으로 자판기의 적극적인 사회적 책임을 다하지 않고서는 분명한 성장 한계를 맞을 수밖에 없다. 보다 멀리 보는 산업의 성장을 위해서는 일본의 "자판기 자주 가이드 라인"을 잘 참조할 필요가 있다. 이런 취지에서 현재 일본에서 적극 시행 중인 "자판기 자주 가이드 라인"의 전문을 게재했다.

최근의 비즈니스 환경은 고객, 공급자, 파트너 등 다수 기업과의 관계적 협업관계가 중시되는 수평적 통합환경으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 관계적 협업이 중시되는 비즈니스 환경에서 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서 기업은 급변하는 사용자와 시장 요구에 민첩하게 대응하고 적응해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 웹 서비스를 이용하여 다수의 협업관계를 가능하도록 동적 환경에서 배치와 재구성이 가능한 모델을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 필요한 서비스들을 의미적으로 발견하고 동적으로 재구성한다. 웹 서비스 발견 및 재구성 프토토타입을 통하여 본 모델의 유효성을 보인다.

한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소는 울산 경남지역 최초의 화력발전소로 1970~80년대 산업발전 중흥기부터 지금까지 산업분야에 안정적인 전력을 공급하기 위해 만전을 기해오고 있다. 또한 발전소건설 이후 체계적인 안전관리 활동을 통해 무재해 사업장으로서의 면모를 다져나가고 있는 것은 물론 안전선진문화를 선도하는 사업장으로서의 입지도 착실히 구축해 오고 있다. 영남화력발전소의 슬로건은 "창의와 역동적인 사업소 구현"이다. 그리고 다음과 같은 분야별 기본방침을 설정하여 모든 업무의 최우선에 적용하고 있다. 첫째, 안전분야로서 '인간존중, 인명중시, 3무(무재해, 무사고, 무상해) 달성', 둘째, 품질분야로서 '설비안전성 및 수익성 제고, 국제표준에 부합하는 물질 경영체제 구축', 셋째 환경분야로서 '환경경영 선진화로 녹색성장 추구 선도적 환경관리로 기업이미지 제고' 등이 그것이다. 인간존중의 이념을 최우선으로 내세우고 있다는 것을 볼 때 이곳이 안전경영을 얼마나 중시하고 있는지 쉽게 짐작해볼 수 있다. 화력발전소로서 규모가 크지는 않지만 구성원 모두가 가족적인 분위기 속에서 신명나는 직장분위기를 조성하려 노력한다는 한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소를 찾아가 봤다.

Bridgestone사에서는 트럭ㆍ버스용 래디알 타이어 신형상이론인 TCOT를 발표했다. Bridgestone사는 이미 발표한 승용차용 래디알 타이어의 형상이론인 RCOT를 토대로 PCR을 상품화하고 있는데, 최근에 발표한 TCOT는 내구성을 중시한, TBR용으로 확립한 이론이다. Bridgestone사에서는 이 이론을 일본, 미국, 유럽 등 주요국가에 특허를 출원, RCOT와 같이 국제적으로 공식화할 전망이다. 다음에 TCOT이론을 소개한다.

74년 교육공무원이 된 유효진 계장은 ''원칙''을 중시한다. ESCO사업도 원칙적으로 효율성을 우선하면서 진행시키고 정책적인 뒷받침이 지속된다면 큰 실수가 없을 것으로 보고 있다. 또한 ESCO사업을 추진할 때 있을 것이나 관련 담당자들의 에너지에 대한 전반적인 이해도가 상승하는 등 에너지 절감 이외에 부수적인 효과까지 거둘 수 있으므로 가급적이면 추진하는 것이 타당할 것이라고 강조했다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the differences and commonalities between Korea and China by comparing the objectives, contents, and models of in-service teacher education. Through the differences and commonalities, it is intended to present a revelation point for the education of incumbent teachers in both countries. The research results show that in China, teachers' moral education and subject knowledge are emphasized, while in Korea, teachers' cultural competency and major knowledge are emphasized, and the specific training content and completion time are all precisely stipulated. Based on their research capabilities, the Chinese side was asked to provide individual-centered training support, and to the South Korean side, they were asked to suggest new points, such as substantiating the cooperative system between educational and training institutions.

'Smart Grid 선도 기업', '국내 최고의 전력 자동화 기업' 등이 최근 LS산전을 인식하는 대표적인 상징어로 각인되고 있다. 이 가운데 스마트 그리드 분야의 선도 이미지는 LS산전이 지난 10여 년간 투자해온 전력IT 분야의 결실로 평가되고 있다. 1974년 설립된 LS산전(대표 구자균)은 과거의 생존게임을 탈피, 대단위 투자를 통한 그린 비지니스 전략 및 비전을 구체화 하고 있다. 국가적 차원의 아젠더로 추진되면서 일상생활의 패러다임을 변화시킬 원천기술인 스마트 그리드와 HVDC, 전력선 통신, 연료전지 등의 상용화 기술개발에도 박차를 가하고 있다. 품질경영과 혁신활동을 중시하면서도 창조적이고 역동적인 소통의 기업문화를 자랑하는 LS산전의 미래성장을 위한 글로벌 열정은 여전히 진행 중이다.

과학기술 중시의 정책기조는 앞으로도 계속될 것이고, 과학기술을 통한 남북의 협력은 비정치적, 비사상적인 이유로 인해 어느 분야보다도 북한이 적극 나설 수 있으므로 그 가능성은 대단히 높다고 할 수 있다. 현재 남북경협은 단순 교역 방식의 위탁가공이 주류를 이루고 있으나 기술이전 등 기술협력 방식으로 발전이 요구되고 있다. IT를 중심으로 활발히 진행되어온 남북 교류는 과학기술 전반으로 기술 이전 및 협력 등 교류의 폭을 넓혀 나갈 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to provide the strategic implication of the Korean open air market by examining the factors affecting customer loyalty for various market segments as their competitive environment becomes more turbulent. We have undertaken empirical research that uses the methodology of a mixture regression modeling, as a way to ascertain the determinants of customer loyalty toward the Korean open air market, which should form the base of strategy for each segment. We construct a mixture regression model which uses perceived the Korean open air market value dimensions as explanatory variables, an income as a covariate variable, and a customer loyalty as a dependent variable. The analysis of results show that customers are statistically divided into four segments: 'Accessibility'(33.7%), 'Price'(29.7%), 'Shopping environment,'(22.0%), and 'Merchandising,'(14.5%) groups. The findings also showed that parameter estimates are different for each group, which indicates that the sensitivity to changes in the Korean traditional market perceived value and the income variable affecting customer loyalty vary among segments.

Confucianism and Buddhism were compatible in the period of Goryeo Dynasty. And then, the rulers worshiped Confucianism and repressed the religious activity of the Buddhist monk in the early years of the Joseon Dynasty. But King Sejong planed to bring reconciliation between Confucianism and Buddhism. Especially on the ceremonies of mourning and sacrificial rituals, he always performed the two religious style. The reason of sticking to his amicable consciousness is as follows. Firstly, he thinks that both the theory of Confucianism and the religious spirit of Buddhism are very important for the building up the foundation of his Dynasty. Secondly, his mind has been of a same faith cure on the incurable disease. Therefor, when the Royal family is taken ill he must pray to Buddha for recovery from the first stage. Thirdly, he regards social conditions to be the most important and respect for man's life and dignity for the purpose of beneficent administration. But Joseon's government line was the anti-Buddhist policy. So, the policy came in the wake of a debate among King Sejong and Confucian government officials. However his harmonious mind was unchanged between Confucianism and Buddhism. After all, in the last phase of his life he was deeply religious on Buddhism. I think that King Sejong's amicable consciousness could make a contribution to overcome religious conflicts and to create a new political cultural form in the modern society
