Influence of Citation Field Segmentation on Citation Matching for Social Network Construction (사회연계망 구축을 위한 인용 매칭에서의 인용 필드 분해 영향 분석)

  • 인용 매칭(Citation Matching, CM)은 동일한 논문을 지칭하는 인용레코드(Citation Record)를 군집화하는 것으로 인용 관계를 가진 사회연계망 구축시 필요한 기술의 하나이다. 인용 매칭의 전단계로써, 인용 레코드를 저자, 논문 제목, 게재지명, 발행연도 등의 필드로 구분하는 인용 필드 분해가 고려될 수 있다. 본 논문은 인용 필드 분해(Citation Field Segmentation, CFS)와 인용 매칭의 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 즉, 인용 필드 분해가 인용 매칭에 필수적인 단계인지를 밝히고 개별 인용 필드가 인용 매칭에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 실험을 통해 인용 필드 분해를 한 인용 매칭(CFS-based CM)이 인용 필드 분해를 적용하지 않은 인용 매칭(CFS-free CM)에 비해 1% 내외의 성능의 차이를 보이므로, 인용매칭의 성능에 크게 영향을 미친다고 보기 어려웠다. 이는 인용 레코드의 서로 다른 필드들 사이에서 어휘 중복 비율이 크게 낮기 때문에 따로 필드를 구별하지 않아도 필드가 구별되는 특성때문이었다.

  • 우리나라의 물관리는 기상, 수문, 수질 분야별로 다원화 되어 있고 부처별로도 국토해양부, 환경부, 농림수산식품부, 기상청 등에서 관련법규를 제정하여 물관리 업무를 수행하고 있어 효율적인 물관리가 어려운 실정이다. 현재 각 기관별로 효율적인 물관리를 위해 자체 정보관리시스템을 운영하고 있으나 기관별로 자료공유 및 연계활용이 어렵고 상위업무조정기관의 부재로 수문기상관련 사업의 중복투자가 발생할 가능성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기상청은 물관리의 핵심정보인 기상관측 및 예측정보를 생산 및 제공하는 기관임에도 불구하고 현재까지 자체적으로 생산되는 정보를 단순히 제공하는 역할만을 수행함으로써 우리나라는 수문기상연계활용 분야에서 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 한편, 최근 기후변화로 인해 물 순환 시스템이 변하면서 홍수 가뭄 등의 이상기후가 빈발함에 따라 국가차원의 대책 마련이 필요하며 재해대응 측면에서는 기상재해 극복의 패러다임이 복구위주에서 예방위주로 변하면서 고품질 수문기상예측정보에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수문기상예측정보 생산 및 활용을 위한 운영조직 설립방안과 시스템 구축 방안을 제시하여 효율적인 국가수자원 관리에 도움이 되고자 한다.

Directions for Improving Efficiency of National Agricultural R&D Programs Based on Their Performance Analyses (성과분석에 근거한 농업부문 연구개발사업의 개선방안)

  • Agricultural R&D Programs of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forest and the Rural Development Administration are important for improving agricultural technology in Korea. However, the roles of these two agencies have been overlapped as the research fields and funds are extended through educational-industrial-governmental-institutional cooperation programs. In this study, we analyzed the performances of two agencies. As a result, these programs of these agencies do not show much difference in the research area. A new direction for improving efficiency and solving problems of programs, with a variety of information about the role of two agencies and activation of agricultural R&D programs, will be provided by this performance analyses.

  • The cost of logistics has been highlighted in Korea due to the fact that it has been an obstacle for nation's economic competitiveness. There are a number of logistics information service companies relating to international logistics. The absence of an integration of these VAN services leads to occurring the additional time and cost of operating which the users have to pay for This directly affects the competitiveness of our economy, This study presents the importance of information integration between the VAN service companies. In addition, the schemes for the standardization and connectivity of these services are suggested. This paper analyses the current status of international logistics and suggests the improvement and betterment of the integration.

  • 기업 정보 시스템에서의 근태 및 식수 관리와 같은 인적 자원 관련 업무는 개인의 업무 성과 관리를 위한 중요한 기초 자료로써 이에 대한 중요성은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 많은 기업에서는 이러한 시스템들이 분산되어 운영됨에 따라 자료의 일관성 확립하고 신뢰성 있는 자료를 획득하기 어렵다. 또한 이로 인한 추가적인 중복적 업무 부담이나 불필요한 인력을 소모하게 됨에 따라, 기업에서는 효율적이고 효과적인 인적 자원 관리가 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 바코드 기술의 대체물로 각광받고 있는 RFID 기술을 적용하여 기업 인력을 효율적이고 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 "ERP와 연계를 통한 RFID 기반의 인적 자원 관리 시스템"을 제안하고 구현한다. RFID 기술이 가지고 있는 비접촉성, 편리함, 자체 데이터 저장 능력을 활용하여 제안된 시스템을 실제 중소기업에 적용함으로써, 효율적으로 인적 자원을 관리할 수 있었다. 또한 기존의 시스템과 제안된 시스템의 비교 및 평가를 통해 제안된 시스템의 효율성을 보인다.

The analyses of duplicated contents of 'Consumer Life' area in Technology & Home Economics and other subject textbooks for middle and high school students (중·고등학교 기술·가정 교과서와 타 교과 교과서의 '소비생활' 영역 중복 내용 분석)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the duplicated contents of 'Consumer life' area of Technology & Home Economics and other subject textbooks for the middle and high school students. It focused on textbooks compiled following the 2009 revised curriculum. To achieve the purposes of this study, "Technology & Home Economics I II", "Social studies I II", and "Ethics I II"textbooks for middle school and "Technology & Home Economics", "Social studies", and "Life & Ethics" textbooks for high school were analyzed based on the criteria for analyses of 'Consumer life' area. The results were as follows. First, the analysis of duplicated contents in Technology & Home Economics and other subjects (Ethics, Social studies) for middle school revealed that Technology & Home Economics textbook had the most proportion of 'Consumer Life' area, followed by Social studies and Ethics. The duplicated content elements in Technology & Home Economics, Ethics, and Social studies textbooks for middle school were 'consumer decision making', 'consumer information', 'economic impact of consumption', 'food life and sustainability', and 'consumption and sustainability'. Secondly, as a result of the content analysis of textbooks for high school Technology & Home Economics, Social studies, and Life & Ethics according to the criteria of analysis, it was found that Technology & Home Economics textbook had the most proportion of 'Consumer Life' area, followed by Life & Ethics and Social studies. The "content elements" 'food life management and consumption environment', 'desire of consumption', 'economic impact of consumption', 'changing factors and characteristics of consumer culture', and 'consumption and sustainability' were commonly found in all three textbooks. In this way, the 'Consumer life' area of Technology & Home Economics is thought to play a central role in teaching the 'Consumer Life' area because of its strength that contains detailed contents about consumer life for adolescent consumers who will apply it to everyday life. Based on the result of this research, it is needed to consider articulation of 'Consumer life' area of secondary schools for the future curriculum development of Technology & Home Economics to reduce the duplicated contents and to help the adolescents develop the ability to solve consumption problems they may encounter in real life and grow up to be rational adult consumers.

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the duplicated contents of 'family life' unit of home economics and other subject textbooks for the middle school students. It focused on the 'family life' area in the home economics textbook compiled following the 2009 revised curriculum, and textbooks of other subjects compiled in the same period. To achieve the purpose of this study, "Home economics I II", "Ethics I II", "Social studies I II", "Science I II III", and "Physical education"were analyzed. The results were as follows. The contents in 'family life' area of "Home economics I II" were overlapped most in the textbook on Ethics, and then Science, Physical education, and social studies in order. In Ethics textbook the contents in family life area and those throughout the whole chapters of home economics textbook are overlapped most. The contents of home economics textbook are overlapped at the content of 'Juvenile's sexual development' of 'Human development process' in science and physical education, and at the content of 'Juvenile's emotional and social development' of 'Understanding of human development' in social studies. Seen from this study the 'family life' area of home economics is overlapped in science, physical education, and social studies, but, home economics has comprehensive contents with the goal of managing healthy individual and family life compared with other subjects, and it induces students' moral practices in their real life on the basis of scientific knowledge different from morality, social studies, and physical education. Hence, the instruction of 'family life' area might be done more effectively by focusing on home economics and integrating the connections of duplicated contents in Ethics, Science, Physical education, and Social studies.

  • The study is to suggest the example of convergence capstone design operation in department of early childhood education at a college and intellectual property rights application and registration. Based on key experiences such as practical training, students derived ideas for solving problems across the field related to young child, and overlaps with existing intellectual property rights ideas were verified. Linkage with industry and engineering experts was established for mentoring, after going through a refinement process, it contains the process by which five teams among the winning works of the school competition achieved the result of patent application and registration. Through this, we revitalize convergence capstone design education that goes beyond a creative and practical competency-centered curriculum and is linked to the performance of securing intellectual property rights.

  • The main purpose of this article is to suggest policy implications for building innovative cluster in Korea by investigating the operating system and role of the Kanagawa Science Park (KSP) located in Kanagawa prefecture, Japan as a central network agent. The KSP established mainly by private and government partnership has played a critical role for building innovative clusters as a way in which increase national competitiveness. But they also provide variety of real service from R&D to commercialization for local firms by facilitating and coordinating networks among regional economic actors such as firms, universities and public research institutes. The regional policy as a way in which increase national competitiveness in Korea is also the establishment of innovative clusters based on regional and industrial characteristics. However, the main problem with building the innovative cluster is the reduction of policy effectiveness due to duplicated supporting and coordinating institutes and institutions established by the each central administration and local governments, aimed at facilitating networks among regional economic actors. In this context, the article suggests that there is a need to build a regional central network agent by designing an organic operating system for the effective management of each network agent in accordance with the process from R&D to commercialization, i.e. an encompassed supporting system, on the basis of benchmarking the KSP operating system in Japan.

Analysis of the Continuity of Reading Passages in the 5th and 6th Grade Elementary School English Textbooks Based on Readability (이독성을 통한 초등학교 5, 6학년 영어 교과서 읽기 지문의 연계성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the vertical and horizontal continuity between grades and publishers, respectively, by analyzing the readability of reading passages included in English textbooks for 5th and 6th grades of elementary school. In order to do so, a corpus was constructed with the reading passages contained in 10 textbooks, and the reading passages in each textbook were analyzed through Coh-Metrix. Also, it was examined whether there was a statistically significant difference between grades and publishers in readability through one-way ANOVA. The results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the difference in readability between publishers within the same grade, there was a statistically significant difference between fifth-grade textbooks in the L2 readability index. Second, as a result of analyzing the vertical continuity between grades within the publisher, the difficulty of textbook A was higher in grade 6 than grade 5 based on FRE and FKGL, which showed a statistically significant difference. On the other hand, when L2 readability was used as the standard, the difficulty of textbook B was lower in 6th grade than in 5th grade. This result seems to be because FRE and FKGL calculate readability based on sentence and word length, whereas L2 readability is based on content word overlap, word frequency, and syntactic similarity of sentences.
