웹 서비스를 기반으로 이루어진 MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)는 대규모 학습자에게 공개된 온라인 교육이다. MOOC는 교수와 학습자 사이 커뮤니티를 통해 상호 참여적으로 수업을 진행한다. 그러나 무료로 강의를 들을 수 있고 성적을 내지 않기 때문에 학습자들에게 큰 동기 부여가 되지 않아 등록하는 학습자는 많지만 수료하는 학습자는 현저히 적게 나타났다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제 해결 방안 마련을 위해 KDD Cup 2015에서 제공한 MOOC 데이터를 통해 중도 포기와 관련된 변수들을 선정하였으며, Decision Tree, KNN, Logistic Regression, Naive Bayesian, SVM, Neural Network인 6가지 머신 러닝 알고리즘을 통해 데이터 예측의 정확률을 확인하였다. 그 결과 Naive Bayesian이 89.3%로 가장 높은 정확률을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 중도포기를 정확히 예측하며, 향후 학습자들에게 특정 동기부여의 효과로 학습을 수료하는 결과를 기대할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to explore factors that physical education graduate students in graduate school of education drop out of teacher appointment examination of secondary school by using Ecological Model. The in-depth interview was conducted for 10 physical education graduate students studying in school of education. As an aspect of the intrapersonal component, the effort to apply how participants'current job positively affects their preparation for teacher appointment examination is required and they need to clearly decide academic priorities to prepare for teacher appointment examination. As an aspect of interpersonal component, participants are negatively affected by subjective norm, thereby providing personalized mentoring program is required. As an aspect of organizational component, limited tuition support and inappropriate place to study are emphasized, so practical helps like sports practice instructor or teacher appointment examination preparation class is required. Finally, this study suggests the introduction of integrated system for teacher appointment examination.

This study aimed to find out how to support school adaptation among multicultural family youth from accompanied entry, specifically the children who came to Incheon, Korea to live with new stepfather because of their mother's international marriage. The objective of the study is to seek for counter-measurements against the problems of their high probability of leaving and quitting school. Based on grounded theory in qualitative studies, the study was to analyze various categories and dimensions in school adaptation process among the elementary students. Individual, family, and school related factors were involved in the school adaptation process, positively or negatively. Probing and speculating multi-dimensional aspects of the adapting process, the study paid attention to the followings. First, to extent to which the experiences of school adjustment among the multicultural youths were differentiated from those of other students. Second, how the youths responded to society and other people, directly or indirectly, and modified their actions and attitudes. Third, how we can help the youths out of school maladjustment and toward social integration. In conclusion, policy suggestions are given to assist the struggles of the disadvantaged youth, who are under acculturative stress and adapting problems at the new country.

이상에서 심한 Gag Reflex를 가친 76명(名)의 환자와 경우를 보았다. 자극의 주된 요소는 상악의치였고, 병력 및 임상조사를 했으며, 두개 측면방사선사진 촬영도 했다. Eysenck Personalty Inuentory도 실시했다. 치료시 레진 training base를 썼고, 기타 Relaxation therapy 및 Heterohypnotic technic을 썼다. 이 결과, (1) 대조군과 비교시 특징적인 유형은 없었다. (2) 몇 환자는 동기유발이 불충분해 치료를 중도에 포기했다. (3) 약간의 환자에서 성공적으로 치료가 되였으나 재발했다.

박종도(주)윤일문화 대표가 인쇄제작을 맡은 '한국철학사전'이 최근 발간됐다. 한국철학에 남다른 열정과 애정을 가지고 있는 박종도 대표는 인쇄사 사정이 어려운 와중에도 '한국철학사전' 발간을 중도에 포기하지 않고 진행했다. 한국철학사전은 2년 7개월에 걸쳐 민간신앙, 불교, 유교, 실학, 도교, 기독교를 망라하여 고대부터 현재까지의 주요 철학인물들과 핵심용어, 저술들을 총정리한 책이다. 이 책은 2011년 문화체육관광부 우수교양도서, 간행물윤리위원회 권장도서로 선정됐으며, 한겨레신문, 조선일보, 동아일보, SBS TV 등 주요 매체에서도 앞다퉈 소개하는 등 화제가 되고 있다. 본지에서는 이 책 발문에 쓰인 박종도 사장의 글을 소개한다.

대학생이 학업중단에 이르는 과정은 여러 가지 요인에 의해 영향을 받는다. 이에 관한 연구는 초기에 학업중단을 예방할 수 있게 해주며, 각 단계에서의 다양한 개입의 방향과 전략을 제시해 줄 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 학업을 포기하는 전문대학생의 실태와 현황, 학업중단의 문제를 요인 분석하기 위하여, K대학의 중도탈락에 관한 실제 데이터를 대상으로 요인분석을 실시하고, 그 개선안을 제시하데 그 목적이 있다.

최근 DPO (Dynamic Positioning Operator) 자격증을 취득하고자 하는 해기사가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라에는 취득과정에 필수적인 승선실습을 제공할 수 있는 선박이 거의 없기 때문에 취득까지 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 하게 되며, 때로는 중도에 포기하는 경우도 발생하고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 완화하고 보다 더 많은 해기사가 DP 선박에 진출할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 DPS (Dynamic Positioning System)를 설치한 실습선이 적극 검토되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 발맞추어 이 논문에서는 실습선에 탑재할 DPS의 요건에 대하여 제안한다.

전자도서 입력봉사 시스템이란 시각장애인을 위한 봉사활동의 일환으로써 일반 도서를 컴퓨터 워드작업을 통해 전자도서를 제작하여 시각장애인에게 제공하기위한 자원봉사활동을 의미한다. 하지만 봉사자의 모집이 어렵고, 봉사자들의 중도포기가 많은 등 애로사항이 존재함에 따라 지속적인 전자도서 제작의 어려움이 존재한다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 웹서비스 기술을 이용한 전자도서 입력봉사 시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 입력봉사 시스템을 구현하기 위해서 설계 개요, 계획 단계, 분석 단계, 설계 단계, 개발 단계, 시험 단계를 거쳐 웹서비스를 설계한다. 본 논문의 결과는 시각장애인복지관 또는 시각장애 관련 정책 개선 시 활용될 수 있으리라 본다. 또한 향후 보다 효율적인 입력봉사 시스템 체계의 설계를 위한 고도화 연구가 필요하다.

It is easy that students give up his study in e-learning environments. So it is critical for success of e-learning school to encourage students' aspiration to graduate study. This study examines the effect of sense of community to aspiration to graduate study and school loyalty in e-leaning school. I found that sense of community effect to school identification and that school identification effect to aspiration to graduate study and school loyalty.

외환위기 이래 현재까지 대한민국의 가장 큰 사회 문제 중 하나로 대두되고 있는 청년 실업문제의 해결 방법 중 하나로 정부에서는 창업을 적극 권하고 교육부, 중소기업청 등의 여러 정부기관들이 많은 예산과 지원 정책을 시행하고 지원하면서 청년 창업을 적극적으로 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 대학생이 창업해 성공한 스타트업 기업의 사례가 늘어나면서 대학생들의 창업에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 반면, 창업을 꿈꾸는 대학생 중 사업 아이디어를 가지고 창업을 준비하면서 중도 포기하는 학생들도 많으며 실제 창업을 하고도 폐업하는 실패사례도 많이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 개인적 특성이 창업의 직 간접적인 경험 조절에 따라 창업 의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 개인적 특성이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 창업의 직 간접적인 경험 조절로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생의 개인적 특성을 독립변수로 설정하고 직 간접경험을 조절변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.
