The goals of this paper are to analyze the present status of logistics on the Dongbei area in China and present implications to the related Korean companies. The mainland of China is very huge, we need to study each regional logistics of China separately. The Dongbei area is more than three times as much as the Korean peninsula, and the population is over two times as much as the two Koreas. Therefore, Korea which is trying to be a logistics hub in Northeast Asia has to pay attention to the logistics of China. This study tries to analyze the logistics of the Dongbei area, but except for the Liaoning province, we needs more information.

This study analyzes the influence of the logistics quality of Chinese internet shopping mall on the customer satisfaction. This study also analyzes the influence of the customer satisfaction on the word-of-mouth intention. Then this study examines whether there is a difference among the influences of the logistics quality on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' traits. As a result, when it comes to the logistics quality, carriage, after service and kindness influence customer satisfaction and the customer satisfaction influences word-of-mouth intention similarly. And this research reveals that the logistics quality can not differently influence on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' gender and ages.

국내의 주요 물류기업들 중 16개 기업이 '종합물류기업'이라는 인증을 받기위해 건설교통부로부터 심사를 받고 있다. 올 상반기중에 우리나라를 대표하는 종합물류기업이 탄생할 것으로 기대된다. 이들 기업을 비롯하여, 물류기업들이 국내시장 규모만을 바라보고 경쟁하기 보다는 보다 넓은 해외진출을 꾀하여 글로벌 물류기업으로 다시 태어나야 할 것이다. '물류'라는 단어가 우리나라에 들어온지 불과 30년도 채 안되는 시점에서 동북아 물류중심을 외치는 우리의 물류산업은 비약적인 발전을 이뤘으며, 국내 시장이 아닌 중국을 비로한 해외 각국으로 진출하는 국제물류에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 최근 21세기에는 북한, 아시아, 중국의 항만, 도로, 철도 등 하부구조를 크게 성장시켜, 권역 운송을 광역화하고 복합운송을 발전시켜야 한다는 의견과 더불어 물류시장의 개방을 통한 외국 운송업체들의 참여를 유도하여 국내 업체의 경쟁력을 키워야 한다는 업계의 의견이 조심스럽게 흘러나오고 있다. "만약 물류시장이 개방될 경우 우리나라 물류기업은 생존 대응능력은 있는가!"하는 의문은 종합물류기업들을 보면 답이 나올 것이다. 해외시장 개척을 적극적으로 펼치면서 외국 물류기업과 어깨를 나란히 하고자 하는 국내의 우수 물류기업들이 많다. 그 중 몇몇 기업들을 살펴보면 대한통운, 글로비스, 한솔CSN, 현대택배, 한진, 현대상선 등은 해외현지법인화를 통하여 글로벌 물류기업으로 도약을 꾀하고 있는 기업도 많다. 이번호에는 "국내외 물류기업의 해외진출 방향, 전략 및 사례"를 통하여 글로벌 물류기업으로 성장하고 있는 업체들의 해외진출현황을 간략히 살펴보고, 전략에 대해 물류전문가로부터 의견을 들어본다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the competitiveness of the logistics industry of three countries - Korea, China and Japan - by looking into their logistics industry structure and the related regulations. For this aim, the paper examined the modal distribution of transportation, transport infrastructure, freight cost structure and regulation in transport sector in these countries. Furthermore, this study suggests some proposals for the further cooperation to bring sustainable progress in the logistics sector across Northeast Asia. The main suggestions of this paper are as follows: First, Korean government needs to strategize its options in the logistics industry, the most competitive in the country’s service sector, in upcoming FTA negotiations with China and Japan. Second, Korea needs to foster Busan into a strategic point for the Rail Ferry System and Road Feeder System. Third, Korea should participate in establishing shuttle flight service in Northeast Asia amid exploding flight demand from active economic interchange and tourism industry development.

The Gross Merchandise Volume for the China's Singles day event in 2019 is about $38.4 billion. More than 500 million customers placed about 1.3 billion orders a day, and the related delivery volume is 2.8 billion. The main technologies associated with the 4^th Industrial Revolution are bringing about a big change in the logistics industry. The purpose of this study is to present implications by reviewing the main technologies which are applied to China's Singles day event, the introduction of smart logistics in China, and analyzing the progress of Singles day, smart system of Alibaba, its significance. China still has poor infrastructure in non-capital areas. And many Chinese companies are actively introducing and developing smart logistics to cover the vast continental area of China. Singles Day is a representative case in point where the smart logistics and main technologies related to 4^th Industrial Revolution are applied. The data obtained through smart logistics would be reused for inventory management, production planning, and order processing, contributing to the optimization of the company's operations. In the era of the 4^th Industrial Revolution, domestic companies and governments need to make efforts to expand the introduction of smart logistics to secure competitiveness with global advanced companies.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the spill-out effects of logistics industries among Korea, Japan and China. For this purpose, we used an International I/O table made by Asian Economic Institute of Japan, which is made up for 11 countries. At first, we transformed the I/O table for 11 countries into that for 3 countries, and then we applied the Inter-Regional Input Ouput model to find out the spill-out effects of one country's logistics investment to another country's logistics or other industries. The contribution of this study is that this paper has suggested a method how to evaluate a logistics interrelation among 3 countries by way of I/O analysis for the first time.
