The secondhand market in Korea has been showing steady growth. However, the number of fraud cases and the amount of damages from fraudulent activities in secondhand transactions are also increasing. As of 2021, the size of the secondhand market reached 24 trillion won, but the total amount of fraud-related damages reached 360.6 billion won. In order to prevent fraud between individuals, secondhand trading platforms have implemented a safety payment system. However, new types of fraud methods exploiting the safety payment system have emerged, undermining the security of secondhand transaction safety payments. In this study, we aim to utilize text mining to examine the current state of the safety payment system in secondhand transactions and propose improvement measures by analyzing the system through text mining and network analysis.

최근 경제적 어려움과 물가 상승으로 인해 생활비 부담이 증가함에 따라, 생활비 절감을 위해 중고 거래를 이용하는 대학생들이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존 대학생을 위한 중고거래 플랫폼은 제한적이며, 대학 커뮤니티에서는 서적 중심의 거래로 중고 거래의 다양성이 부족하고 해당 서비스 이용이 번거롭다. 이러한 점을 개선하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 대학생들이 다양한 중고 물품을 저렴하게 학교에서 직거래할 수 있는 중고거래 및 대여 시스템인 "U-bo"를 개발하였다. 효율적인 거래 관리 시스템과 실시간 채팅 기능을 통해 사용자 경험을 향상시키며 맞춤형 이용이 가능하다. "U-bo"를 통해 학생들의 생활비 절약과 환경 보호에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The survey was conducted on the Bungae Jangter and Danggeun Market, which provide mobile used market services. The goal is to investigate factors that affect the user experience of used market platforms and to compare usability. Based on Peter Morville's Honeycomb Model, a survey and In-depth interviews were conducted to users with experience in secondhand transactions. And we qualitatively analyze the factors that affect the user experience. As a result, there were differences in usability depending on the age of the user. (reliability, how to find things, purpose of using used trading services, etc.) This study focused on actual user experience, so it will help you find a way to develop to user-centered secondhand marketplace services.

본 논문에서는 기존 중고거래 플랫폼들의 불편한 점들을 해소하고 사용자들이 효율적이고 편리한 중고거래를 할 수 있도록 도와주는 플랫폼을 개발했다. 조사를 통해 기존 중고거래 플랫폼은 허위 매물, 시세 파악의 어려움, 사기 피해 등의 문제점이 존재한다는 사실을 인식했다. 문제 해결을 위해 파이썬을 활용하여 주요 중고거래 플랫폼의 상품 데이터를 수집했다. 이에 IQR을 적용하여 가격의 이상치를 판별했다. 가격 비교와 허위 매물 판별이 용이하게 되는 장점이 있다. 또한 이상치를 제거한 상품들의 시세를 계산하여 데이터를 차트로 시각화했다. 플랫폼과 지역마다 상이한 중고 상품의 신뢰성 있는 시세를 파악할 수 있고 중고거래 사기 피해를 방지할 수 있도록 사용자에게 주요 사기 수법, 뉴스 등의 정보를 제공한다.

The system of this paper designs and implements a used trading system that is commonly used on the Internet. In order to pursue local transactions based on location, we designed the system by dividing the region in consideration of the general characteristics of used transactions that are restricted by transactions through distance and location. To do this, I used MySQL as the database engine and I used PHP, an Internet server-based scripting language, for database interworking. Due to the characteristics of secondary transactions, information security and design of each product are considered.

Recently, consumer who has a desire to spend less money want to buy a cheap and good product because of long economy recession. Secondhand trading is regarded as a good method which allows people to buy cheap and good product. Activation of secondhand trading reduces the psychological distance among customers. Especially, in the case of expensive books such as major books, each university has community only for used book trading. However, existing used book community is hard to find current real-time trading state at a look, and it is impossible to purchase reasonably because of a one-way pricing of the seller. In this paper, we design and implement a used book trading web service using an auction system which can help anyone to trade used book easily. It is designed web based system and it provides convenience to user through efficient book registration function and book search function.

현재 중고거래 시장은 빠르게 성장하고 있으며, 중고물품 거래는 쓰지 않는 물건을 나눠 쓰고 재사용하는 중고거래 문화로 하나의 지역 생활 트렌드로 자리 잡고 있다. 이에 따른 가장 큰 이점은 환경보호와 자원의 재활용이다. 따라서 본 연구는 사용자의 밀집도가 높은 대학교를 공략하여 중고거래를 활성화하려 한다. 편의성과 실용성 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 파이어베이스와 T-map을 기반으로 안드로이드 프레임워크에서 사용하여 구현하였다. 본 애플리케이션의 주 서비스는 중고물품 거래, 실시간 채팅 그리고 위치 기반 서비스이다.

Online e-commerce management systems are gradually increasing, and transactions are made in various items. However, the reliability between sellers and buyers is very important in high-priced transactions such as automobiles when used transactions online. Nevertheless, in the existing used trading system, a device that prevents fraud or trusts the seller is insufficient. This paper developed a blockchain-based used transaction management system to improve the reliability that occurs during used transactions. We have improved the safety trading system by developing a trading management system for used cars with the highest amount of used cars in various fields. This system uses Ethereum-based smart contract to guarantee reliability without third party intervention. By designing the contracts required for used car trading by utilizing smart contracts, it was possible to reduce the effort and time of trading participants in the existing used car transactions, while enabling safe transactions. In addition, this system mitigated information asymmetry between buyers and sellers, and reduced and prevented brokerage fees in the distribution process without third parties.

가. 중고전문거래업소의 연간 중고판매대수는 트랙터 36.4대, 콤바인 18.8대, 승용이앙기 5.2대였고 농기계 대리점에서는 트랙터 18.8대, 콤바인 9.9대, 승용이앙기 3.4대로 중고 전문거래업소의 중고판매대수가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 농기계 대리점의 경우 신품판매에 따른 중고 인수율은 트랙터 67.1%, 콤바인 85.7%, 승용이앙기 33.1%인 것으로 나타났다. 나. 중고농기계 거래업소의 중고판매대수 분포를 보면 중고트랙터의 경우 사용년수 7∼8년이 37.5%, 사용년수 3∼4년 경과한 중고콤바인과 이앙기가 각각 34.8%, 30.0%로 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 다. 사용년수가 1년된 중고트랙터 거래가격률은 신품구입가격의 60.7%였고 트랙터 내용년수와 같은 사용년수 8년차의 중고가격률은 21.6%인 것으로 나타나 일반적으로 적용하고 있는 기종의 폐기가격 5%보다 비교적 높게 나타났다. 또한 1년사용한 중고콤바인의 경우 신품구입가격의 약45%수준으로 급격히 떨어지고 있으며 사용년수 1년 경과한 중고이앙기는 신품구입가격의 약 57% 수준으로 거래되고 있었다. 라 현행 중고융자처리 규정상 융자지원이 되지 않는 사용년수 8년 이상의 중고트랙터 점유율은 38.4%, 중고콤바인 및 이앙기의 경우 사용년수가 5년 이상 경과된 중고판매대수 비율은 각각 44.6%, 60.0%로 나타나 기종별 융자지원 대상 적용년수의 연장이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
