Evaluation of Waterway Dredging Work using Spud Dredge Process Management System (스퍼드 준설선 공정관리시스템을 이용한 항로준설작업의 평가)

  • The most important point when we engage on waterway dredging work is supplying safe navigational passage to the vessels underway by narrowing dredge work area and removing submerged dangers. In order to meet this end it is necessary to use auxiliary equipment for shifting actively and mooring and adopt automation of dredging work by integrating information on real time position, dredging depth, and work information. The dredger with a spud control system in this study, by the way, is able to employed on continuous dredging work with the narrowest working area allowing wide and safe passages to vessels underway, by moving the dredger to the working zone with the spud controlled automatically. Furthermore, it has been improved definitely compared with the existing dredging process management system such that it shows the track of spud and working depth on the electronic navigation chart of window, together with the final outcome of dredging work. The test dredging work at the entrance of Busan North Port for system evaluation showed that actual working time available was twice of the one by the existing anchor system, and that it reduced $38\%$ of time for preparation work and one man power.

  • Efficiency of dredging work depends on the types of equipment used, the sediments encountered, whether the work to be performed is new or for maintenance, pre and/or post hydrographic surveying and so forth. Among those, surveying accuracy which is directly determined by the control of the dredge's position and depth surveying accuracy being surveyed at the dredging point are important factors. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated process management system for pump dredge. The system is composed of 4 sub-systems such as LADGPS for dredge positioning dredging point determination, tidal gauge and angular depth sensor for depth determination, and GIS and ENC process management. The process management system for pump dredge developed was installed on the pump dredge "EUNJIN PD-2" but is now producing work data for comparison with performance of the existing dredge. The data retrieved from the pump dredge process management system up to now shows similar result from the grab dredge management system which was developed previously. It is easy to operate, achieves good accuracy with only 45cm unevenness, reduces working perioa by 20 percint,. More precise evaluation of the system comes later after the dredging work is completed.completed.

  • In order to perform scientific evaluation of dredge results, it is needed to construct the system which is able to manage and evaluate the work process by monitoring in real-time the dredge process such as dredge ship position, dredge depth and dredge volume. This research aims to develop the hydrographic dredge surveying system adding water depth measurement method to both precise positioning and navigation methods using GPS, which allows a high rate of measurement and long distances between the control point and dredging points, operate in all weather conditions, and does not require line of sight to points. We constructed Beacon DGPS-based hydrographic dredger guidance and position management system and developed the operation program which makes the dredge operation perform as monitoring work situation in real-time. It is expected that this developed system will be able to contributes to reducing ultimately the cost in hydrographic dredging or hydrographic construction industries.

  • This research does by purpose that present safe navigation plan for ships during doing dredging construction with dredger crossing waterway of Gadeok. Dredging operations need to build sunken tunnel that cross the bottom of the sea under waterway of Gadeok for access road construction between Busan- Geoje. Accordingly, dredger must cross and dredge waterway of Gadeok fatally. There is possibility of marine accident of collision for latent danger situation of ships to navigate waterway of Gadeok relatively. Therefore, safe navigation plan of ship is groped in reply and its countermeasure is presented.

  • Although work-efficiency of construction machinery is a critical factor for estimating its workable-quantity perunit time, the efficiency figure table presented in the Poom-Sam that is used for Construction Cost Estimation of public sectors in Korea is very subjective for practical usage. In order to suggest objective work-efficiency table for a Pump-Dredger, domestic and overseas documentary records were investigated and on-going construction sites were also visited. Moreover, actual work quantities collected from the site visits were compared with the ones calculated based on the Standard Measurement Methods used in Japan. The research found that the table can be revised by means of detailing down by several factors, namely project type, depth of soil, undersea-site shape, and condition on the sea for better estimation of its workable-quantity. The research will be the foundation for applying the rapid development of Construction Equipment and technology to the appropriate cost estimations and the ground work of related studies.

  • In order to evaluate dredging results scientifically the system which can manage and estimate working process by monitoring dredging process in real-time needs to be constructed. We constructed real-time dredging management system for guidance of a dredging vessel and for survey of dredging construction. This system was designed to have functions of dredger location by GPS, ship direction measurement by GPS/Gyroscope combination, Grab position measurement, dredging depth measurement and correction. In addition, we developed the programs for controlling and operating the constructed system. The system could induce the vessel to accurate position and conduct dredging according to plan and the effectiveness of the system was evaluated through the results of application to actual dredging construction site.

The role of VTS center was emphasized in the new Busan Port, lastly.

  • 준설은 수중굴착, 운반(배송), 매립 기술로 구분되는데, 국내에서는 아직까지 각 기술을 통합한 체계적인 연구가 수행되지 못하고 있다. 준설분야는 토질, 수리 등의 토목 분야 기술뿐만 아니라 기계, 제어, 환경 등 여러 분야의 기술들이 매우 복잡하게 연계되어 있으며, 제한된 소수의 기술자들과 특수 대형 장비-준설선에 의해 수행되기 때문이다. 최근에는 장비의 대형화, 첨단화가 진행되면서 선진국과의 기술격차로 인해 국제 경쟁력이 약화되어 심각한 위기에 처해있는 현장기술 분야이다. 유럽의 델프트 공대, IHC, 준설협회(CEDA)는 세계 기술 개발을 주도하고 있으며, 미국에서는 육군공병단의 수로국에서 준설을 담당하고 있으며 DOER(Dredging Operation & Environmental Research) 기술 개발을 주도하는 등 선진국에서는 이미 여러 연구가 진행되었으며 준설기술이 정착되어있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 현대건설에서 보유중인 아산3호를 모델로 축소모형을 제작하여 실험하였다. 본 연구에서는 선행실험으로 성층형성 및 석션펌프 작동시 물입자의 운동방향을 PIV로 촬영한 결과에 커터헤드를 추가 장착 시행하여 이를 바탕으로 수치해석시 발생할 수 있는 오류를 수정 보완 할 것이다. 차후 실험에서는 준설토의 조건과 기계적 조건 및 환경적인 영향력을 고려한 여러 가지 방법으로 진행할 계획이며, 실험 조건에서는 각 매개변수를 달리하여 이를 토대로 데이터를 구성하고, 측정을 통해서 얻어지는 결과 값을 기초로 하여 준설시에 환경과 매개변수의 조건에 따른 준설량의 특성을 파악하고 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 방향을 제시할 것이며, 이를 통해서 기본적인 메뉴얼을 구성할 계획이다. 수리실험의 결과값을 바탕으로 이를 현실무 작업에 적용할 경우 효율적인 준설작업을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. HDL-콜레스테롤 함량은 유의차가 없었다. 간조직 중 총지질, 총콜레스테롤 및 중성 지방 함량은 HC군이 NC군에 비하여 유의하게 증가되었다. HC-LREL 군과 HC-LREH군은 HC군에 비하여 간조직 중 총지질 함량만이 유의하게 저하되었다. 이상의 결과 연근 에탄올 추출물은 in vitro에서 HMG-CoA reductase 활성을 농도 의존적으로 저하시켰으며, in vivo 에서는 고콜레스테롤 식이급여로 증가되어진 LDL-콜레스테롤 및 중성지질 함량을 감소시키고, 감소되어진 인지질 함량을 증가시킴으로써 고콜레스테롤 혈증 및 지방간의 예방과 치료에 효과가 있을 것으로 사료되나 연근의 어떠한 성분의 작용 기전에 의한 것인지에 대해서는 더욱 체계적인 연구가 요구된다.}nlein$ nephritis가 3례로 가장 많았다. 미세변화 신증후군 71명 중 비재발군이 16명으로 22.5%, 비빈발 재발군 49.3%, 빈발 재발군 18.3%, 스테로이드 의존군 9.9%를 보였다. 결론 : 대전시에서의 신증후군 환아의 발생빈도는 15세이하 소아 10만명당 약 5명으로 추정되었으며 10여 년전과 비교하여 큰 변화를 보이지는 않았다. 또한 저자들의 임상병리학적 연구결과가 다른 문헌에서 보고된 소아 신증후군의 연구결과와 큰 차이를 보이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 자극에 차이가 있지 않나 추측되며 이에 관한 추후 연구가 요망된다. 총대장통과시간의 단축은 결장 분절 모두에서 줄어들어 나타났으나 좌측결장 통과시간의 감소 및 이로 인한 이 부위의 통과시간 비율의 저하가 가장 주요하였다. 이러한 결과는 차가운 생수 섭취가 주로 결장 근위부를 자극하는 효과를 발휘하는 것이 아닌가 해석된다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 생다시마를 주원료로 개발된 생다시마차와 생다시마 음료가 만성 기능성 변비 증세를 개선하는 효
