The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the development of disaster nursing training program by analyzing disaster nursing knowledge, preparedness, core competencies of disaster nursing in hospital nurses. This study was conducted in 177 nurses in an university hospital in C area. The results of the study showed that the significant positive correlation(r=.787, p<.001) between core competencies of disaster nursing and disaster preparedness, and disaster preparedness(${\beta}=.791$) was the factor affecting the core competencies of disaster nursing, and explanatory power was 62.3%. In this way, it is necessary to develop and education program of disaster nursing education in the form of simulation training in order to improve the core competencies of disaster nursing in hospital nurses.

Careful preparation for a start-up can lower the risk of failure and create a successful business model. However, there are still challenges for middle-aged entrepreneurs, as start-up services and policies are often not readily accessible or fully utilized. Despite active research on middle-aged start-ups, previous studies have not delved deeply into the demographics of start-up preparation and various preparation behaviors. In response to this, a study was conducted to identify which start-up support services middle-aged entrepreneurs use, and how start-up preparation can be classified based on this. Data from 324 middle-aged tech start-up owners, based in Seoul and who started their businesses within the past 7 years, was collected and analyzed. The results showed that middle-aged entrepreneurs had moderate start-up preparation, with the greatest focus on the preparation period and the least focus on start-up education. Latent Profile Analysis revealed three groups of start-up preparation types among middle-aged entrepreneurs: "Overall Tribal Type," "Lack of Start-up Education Type," and "Comprehensive Preparation Type." BCH was performed on start-up satisfaction, start-up competence, fear of failure, access to start-up services, and support needs for middle-aged entrepreneurs based on the preparation type. The results showed that "Overall Tribal Type" had statistically lower start-up satisfaction, competence, and service accessibility compared to the other groups. Meanwhile, "Comprehensive Preparation Type" had a statistically lower fear of failure than the other types. "Overall Tribal Type" also had lower accessibility to middle-aged start-up services. All types had a high recognition of the need for support for specialized middle-aged start-ups. The findings highlight the need for more comprehensive support for middle-aged entrepreneurs. This could include expanding support projects to enhance their level of preparation, providing customized support based on their level of preparation, and improving the visibility and accessibility of start-up support services for middle-aged individuals. Additionally, specialized education that addresses the characteristics of middle-aged individuals should be provided.

The purpose of this study is to check effects on the awareness of parents supporting in their self retirement preparation of the baby boomer generations who have faced relatively bad situation in this era considering the reality of great changes brought in the parents supporting spirit which was regarded as family and individual responsibility due to the rapid industrialization and urbanization. In the result of this study, some points such as religious, living status and monthly average earning show meaningful result and also all of the colligation in the retirement preparation standard concerning economic living life, health life, leisure time, family life, dwelling life and leisure life shows most significance probability of .001(*p<0.05) and retirement preparation standard relative to economic life indicates significance probability of .005(*p<0.05). Eventually this result shows that the higher people have retirement standard, the higher parents supporting sprit they have. So I would like to suggest some policy advices on the basis of this study. First stable supporting policy on their dwelling life should be assisted by differential methods, secondly social programs aid for leisure life through social activities like volunteer work are required, further more national based policy supports for youngsters are considered in order to reduce economic daily life on their economic activities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate major selection motivation, major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and career preparation behavior as well as identify influencing factors on the career preparation behavior of nursing students. The data were collected using questionnaires filled out by 208 nursing students in their junior and senior years at two universities in Jeollanam-do and Gyenggi-do, from November 1, 2018 to December 20, 2018. Data ware analyzed by using the SPSS Win 22.0 program (frequency, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis). The mean score of career preparation behavior was 2.74±0.70 (range:1-5). There was a significant positive correlation between major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and career preparation behavior. For the multiple regression analysis, meaningful variables that significantly influenced career preparation behavior were nursing professionalism and general characteristics (grade, career preparation period). These factors explained 21.5% of the variance. Improvement of the above meaningful variables allowed better career preparation behavior. The results show that among students with weak meaningful variables, improvement of the above meaningful variables can improve job preparing behavior. In order to improve career preparation behavior, a career preparation program should be developed that reflects meaningful variables.

본 연구는 노후에 대한 인식이 국가의료기관과 민간의료기관에 따라 차이가 있는지, 또한 노후준비에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산의 보건소와 병 의원의 종사자를 대상으로 연구하였으며, 연구결과는 노후에 대한 인식, 정부정책에 대한 만족도, 노후준비에 대해서 국가의료기관이 민간의료기관 보다 더 잘 인지하고, 만족하며, 잘 준비하고 있었다. 하지만 노후준비는 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 노후 준비에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 국가의료기관과 민간의료기관 간에 영향 요인은 부분적으로 차이를 보였다.

본 논문은 AHP의사결정 기법의 계층적 분석과 자산 및 부실채권에 대한 예측 평가르 수행하는 프레임워크를 설계하고 위험탐지 분석 시나리오 등을 통해 상황변화에 따른 모니터링에서 수집된 자료를 수집, 분석할 수 있는 포렌식 준비도 모형을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기업에서 운영하고 있는 기존의 레거시 시스템과 연계하여 자산 및 부실예측평가 항목을 다양한 속성에 따라 그룹화하고 분석을 수행함으로써 기업의 자산과 리스크를 보다 효율적이고 안정적으로 관리할 수 있으며, 부실 자산에 대한 관리와 회수를 통해 기업 경쟁력 및 수익률을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 포렌식 준비도와 분석 모니터링을 활용하여 민사 및 형사 소송 등의 기업 간 분쟁에 대하여 수집된 증거자료를 제공할 수 있으며, 민원발생과 기타 사고를 예방하고 처리비용을 줄일 수 있다.

Jini 2.x 표준의 보안 모델은 클라이언트와 서버간의 신뢰와 안전한 통신을 위해 크게 3 가지 순차적인 과정을 요구한다. 순서대로, 프락시 준비, 상호인증을 위한 자격증명과 신원의 확인, 세션의 암호화 연산이다. 첫 번째 프락시 준비 과정은 다운로드 서비스프락시가 올바른 출처에서 온 안전한 이동코드인가를 검증하는 과정을 요구하고, 보안 제약조건과 동적 권한부여 구성을 완료하는 과정을 포함한다. 나머지 두 과정은 기존 X.509 인증서 기반의 TLS/SSL 통신이 요구하던 과정과 유사하다. 프락시 준비 과정은 클라이언트-서버 양측에 안전하고 신뢰 할 수 있는 스텁(stub)을 준비하는 시간이기 때문에 실질적인 통신지연 요소에 들지 않는다. 그러나 나머지 과정들은 기존 SSL 통신이 갖는 오버헤드를 가지고 있다는 것을 본 논문의 실험에서 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 프락시 준비 과정에서 상호 인증정보와 세션 키를 확보하기 위한 Jini 서비스 구조와 방법을 제시하고 서비스 연결 지연을 단축한 실험결과를 논한다.

본 연구는 여성들의 경제활동의욕에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구로 여성들의 경제활동의욕과 창업의도에 대한 영향요인들을 실증적으로 분석하여 영향관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 독립변수로는 심리적특성과 준비도, 동기, 업무경험, 네트워크 역량, 차별인식, 일에대한 인식. 지원 제도, 재산상태 인식, 가족지지로 하였고, 종속변수로는 경제활동 의욕과 창업의도로 설정하였다. 여성의 경제활동 의욕과 관련하여 선행연구 및 정책적 자료들에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 이론적인 개념을 정립하고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 선택된 연구의 변수들인 심리적특성과 준비도, 동기, 업무경험, 차별인식, 지원제도등 경제활동 의욕과 창업의도들 간의 관계를 실증분석하고, 이를 토대로 의미 있는 이론적 및 정책적 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the school readiness between children in low-income families and children in non-low-income families. In particular, it examined the influence of family's income levels child's age and gender upon children's school readiness. The subjects were 184 children that were 4~5 years. The collected data were analysed using t-tests, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, and Scheffe test. The results showed that the school readiness of children from non-low-income families's was higher than children from low-income families. The school readiness was explained significantly by the interaction effect of children's age and gender. However, there was no difference in children's school readiness according to the participation in Dream Start. The findings suggest that the level of income is the key factor in differences of children's school readiness. Finally, the importance of social support of low-income children and development of effective Dream Start programs was discussed.

This research was conducted to explore the influences and factors that are related to the preparation for successful aging life after retirement of Koreans living in Philippine. The subject of survey is the generation of baby-booming(born from 1955-1963) and it was done from June 1 to August 15 in 2011. 150 survey questionnaire sheets were distributed and 126 answered sheets returned. Among them 105 that are to be recognized were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program. The purpose of this research and the survey is to provide basic sources and information for setting up policies and programs of aged life of the generation. The survey shows that the answers are in comparatively good financial level including average level of physical readiness and mental stability. Relative impacts are also strong in mental attitude and emotional preparation.
