  • 대형 화물트럭의 차실 내에 높은 수준의 차바닥 진동을 수반한 높은 소음이 발생하였다. 측정 및 분석결과 문제의 진동 소음은 추진축의 회전 1차 및 2차 성분으로 나타났다. 진동 전달경로상의 구성계 및 구성요소들에 대해 모드해석과 실차 주행 모드 해석시험을 실시한 결과 드라이브라인 및 프레임의 공진주파수가 문제가 되는 소음진동 주파수와 거의 일치하였으며, 또한 캡의 실내음향 공진 모드가 문제되는 주파수에서 존재하였다. 실험결과에 따라 액슬과 액슬간의 축의 장착각도를 변경하여 가진력을 줄이고, 비틀림 동흡진기를 추진축에 장착하여 드라이브라인계 공진을 제어함으로써 문제의 시내진동소음을 현저히 개선하였다.

Analysis of Excitation Forces for the Prediction of the Vehicle Interior Noise by the Powertrain (Powertrain에 의한 차량실내소음 예측을 위한 엔진 가진력 해석에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this paper is to get excitation forces of the engine at each of the brackets for the prediction of the vehicle interior noise by the powertrain. A powertrain geometry model is produced by CATIA and its FE model is made by MSC/Patran. A vibration mode analysis and a running mode analysis are experimentally implemented. After getting a satisfied MAC value by doing a correlation about a measured mode analysis value and analyzed value through MSC/Nastran software, all components are assembled through MSC/ADAMS software which is a dynamic analysis tool. We can predict the vibration of brackets which is the last points to occur the force of the engine combustion by analyzing the combustion force produced by engine mechanism.

  • This paper presents a practical method for reduction of interior noise and improvement of sound quality in compartment of passenger car. The tested vehicle has a booming noise problem at rear passenger seats. In order to identify the transfer path of interior noise, the running modal analysis, the vibro-acoustic frequency transfer response and the noise path analysis are systematically employed. Using these various methods, it has been founded that the rear part of the roof of the test car was a noise source for the booming noise. Through the modification of the roof, the booming noise has been reduced and sound quality inside car also has been improved.

  • A tool for the dynamic simulation and design technique of the excavator plays an important role in the prediction of dynamic behavior of the excavator in the initial design stage. In this paper, a flexible multibody dynamic analysis model including track of the crawler type excavator is developed using DADS and ANSYS. Through the driving simulation of the excavator travelling over rough road track, frequency characteristics of the upper frame and cabin are obtained, and the reaction forces acting on the track rollers are also presented for the fatigue life estimation. The effect of boom vibration modes on the joint reaction forces and accelerations is presented from the swing simulation.

  • 본 논문에서는 자계표식기반 안내시스템을 이용한 차량의 무인주행을 제안한다. 자계기반 안내시스템에서 가장 중요한 것은 자계도로상의 자석의 위치예측이다. 자석의 위치를 예측하기 위하여 자석과 센서의 상관관계를 해석하여 도로에 매설된 자석의 위치를 검출하기 위한 배열형 자계표식위치인식센서를 개발하였다. 또한 자동모드와 수동모드의 동작을 위해 스텝모터를 이용한 조향제어장치를 개발하였다. 자율주행 실험을 위해 자계기반 자계도로를 구성하였다. 그리고 로봇형 차량을 자계도로에서 실험을 통해 실용성을 입증하였다.

Manbridge Crane의 지진해석에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구용역에서는 반도기계주식회사의 의뢰에 의거하여 Manbridge Crane의 지진하중에 대한 구조물의 안전성을 평가하였다. 구조해석은 유한요소 모형을 사용하여 사하중, 활하중 및 OBE(Operating Basis Earthquake)와 SSE(Safe Shut-down Earthquake)의 지진하중에 관한 해석을 수행하였다. Crane설치지점의 층응답스펙트럼을 입력으로 한 응답스펙트럼해법으로 지진해석을 수행하였다. Trolley의 위치와 정격하중의 유무에 따라서 5개의 구조모형을 작성하여 해석을 수행하였으며, 지진해석에는 35개의 자유진동모드가 고려되었다. 구조해석을 통하여 1) 구조부재의 과도응력 발생여부, 2) 보강재의 좌굴 가능성, 3) Hoist Rope의 안전성, 4) Crane의 전도의 가능성 및 Seismic Lug의 안전성, 5) 지진하중에 대한 제동력, 6) Crane의 주행 Rail로부터의 탈선여부, 7) Traversing Rail의 수직처짐, 8) 주행 Rail 및 End Stopper의 Anchor Bolt의 안정성, 9) Fuel Basket과 Handrail의 안전성을 검토하였다. 해석결과를 바탕으로 설계시방서에서 제시한 모든 설계요구조건을 만족시킬 수 있도록 수직 Frame의 보강부재를 보강하고, Hoist Rope 용량을 증가시키도록 제안하였다.

A vibration mode analysis which makes us know the natural frequency and mode shape and a running mode analysis which measures the mode shape as a relative displacement about one reference point by measuring the acceleration of each bracket to take a place at the running vehicle are experimentally implemented.   • A key factor in the study of hybrid vehicle is to enhance the usability of energy. The paper introduces the monitor and controlling technology of hybrid vehicle that can process the relevant information considering the structure of power system and driving strategies simultaneously, and can monitor its results. This technology, so called HEV algorithm analysis, has been applied to PRIUS THS made by Toyota Co. LTD. This model is adapted to parallel hybrid type. It has a somewhat comlex structure, but has several merits. It's energy loss is lower when conversing. and also it is easily applied to the conventional vehicle having a gasoline engine without any overall changing of its structure, and so on. This monitor and controlling technology is very useful to study on the various driving strategies of hybrid vehicle for maximizing the usability between engine and electric motor.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the dynamic characteristics of low, medium and high speed Maglev trains and guideways through dynamic interaction analysis. The coupled dynamic equations of motion for a vehicle of 10-dof and the associated guideway girders are developed by superposing vibration modes of the girder itself. The controller used in the UTM-01 Maglev vehicle is adopted to control the air gap between the bogie and guideway in this study. The effect of roughness, the guideway deflection-ratio and vehicle speed on the dynamic response of the maglev vehicle and guideway are then investigated using the 4th Runge-Kutta method. From the numerical simulation, it is found that the air gap increases with an increase of vehicle speed and the roughness condition. In particular, the dynamic magnification factor of the guideway girder is small at low and medium speeds, but the factor is noticeable at super-high speeds.

  • In this paper, unmanned driving of robotic vehicle using magnetic marker is proposed. One of the most important component of autonomous vehicle is to detect the position of a magnetic marker on the road. In order to calculate the precise position of a magnet embedded on the road, the relation of magnetic field and a sensor is analyzed, and a new position sensing system using arrayed magnetic sensor is proposed. Also, the steering control system using a stepping motor is developed for driving by automatic mode as well as manual mode. For the verification of usability, the developed robotic vehicle is tested on magnetic road.
