  • 타워팰리스 3차 현장은 국내에서 현존하는 건축물로서 가장 높은 63빌딩보다 약 30m 정도 더 높은 초고층 주상 복합건물이다. 초고층 건축현장에는 일반현장과는 다른 시공기술과 기법이 적용되는 바, 당 현장에는 기존의 타워팰리스 1차와 2차에 적용되었던 초고층 시공기술을 기반으로 좀 더 발전된 시공기술과 공정관리기법을 적용하여 선진국에 버금가는 속도로 공사가 추진되고 있다. 당 현장에 적용된 여러 시공기술 중에서 콘크리트와 관련된 주요 기술은 1) Mat 기초에 적용된 무다짐(또는 고유동화)콘크리트, 2) Mat 기초에 적용된 Closed Pipe Cooling System, 3) Core ACS Form에 적용된 고강도 콘크리트, 4) 기둥에 적용한 800 kg/$m^2$ 초고강도 콘크리트, 5) 스포츠동 기둥에 적용될 CFT용 고유동화 콘크리트, 6) 주차램프 바닥의 조면처리용 섬유보강콘크리트 등이다.

  • In this paper, a bike management system using 900 MHz RFID technology has been developed. There are limits to the 13.56 MHz spectrum of existing management systems, which are single tag identification and the short possible identifying distance of the technology. In this paper, we use 900 MHz instead of 13.56 MHz in order to make wide recognition and multi-tag identification possible. Granted, there are also many benefits to using 13.56 MHz RFID tags, which include compatibility with existing bike management systems. This system was developed on the 900 MHz band using RFID similarly to existing 13.56 MHz systems in order to be able to manage multiple bikes at the same time.

  • This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of remodeling business by predicting the future price of apartment house after remodeling using Hedonic Price Model. The data concerning such 9 independent variables as location, unit size, unit plan, landscape, parking, the number of elapsed years after completion, number of units, mechanical performance, interior from 25 regions in Seoul metropolitan city were collected and evaluated by established evaluation criteria. The coefficients affecting the price of apartment unit were made by way of linear multi-regression and put into Hedonic Price Model. The feasibility evaluation model for apartment was made and verified by data of remodelled apartment. The predicted results using suggested evaluation model coincide with actual apartment market situations.

  • 현재 국내를 비롯하여 세계적으로 녹색성장, 친환경 등의 열풍이 고유가와 화석연료의 고갈위기와 맞물려 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이미 미국, 영국, 프랑스, 이태리, 일본 등의 선진국에서는 자연 친화적, 경제적 실리 추구 및 편리성을 추구하면서 청정 에너지를 사용하는 "미래형 이동수단"에 큰 관심을 갖고 우리보다 한발 앞서 나가고 있다. 2005년 2월 16일 발효된 기후변화의 주 요인인 온실가스 배출 감축을 위한 교토의 정서 또한 이러한 친환경이란 말과 무관하지 않다. 교토의정서의 발효 이후 세계 각국은 의무화된 규제조항을 만족하기 위해 막대한 자본을 투입하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 온실가스 배출량이 세계 9위에 달하고 있으며, 전체 온실가스 배출량의 82.5% 정도가 화석에너지의 사용에 의해 발생되고 있다. 이중 이산화탄소의 경우 전체 배출량의 27%를 자동차에서 배출되며, 이로 인해 세계 각국에서는 자동차에서의 배출가스를 규제하는 조항을 법제화하고 있다. 이러한 규제는 앞서 미국의 경우 캘리포니아 주정부에서 1998년부터 전기자동차 사용을 의무화하는 ZEV 규제를 입법화하면서 본격화되었고, 무공해 및 저공해 자동차의 개발이 활발하게 진행되었다. 또한 고유가 시대로 접어들면서 대체에너지에 대한 필요성이 한층 고조되고 있는 실정이다. 이중 전기자전거는 배터리를 통해 무공해, 무소음이라는 장점을 가지고 있으며, 유지관리비가 거의 들지 않고 교통체증을 완화시켜주며, 주차에 신경쓰지 않아도 되어 교통수단에 혁신을 가져다 줄 것이라 생각된다. 또한 전기자전거의 경우 배터리를 동력원으로 사용하며 전동스쿠터 등에서의 문제점인 일충전 주행거리에 제약을 받지 않아 최근 중국 등에서 보급이 급격히 확산되고 있는 추세에 있다. 하지만 대부분 납축전지, 니켈-카드뮴 등의 배터리가 사용되고 있어 중량, 수명, 중금속에 의한 환경오염 등의 다양한 문제점을 내포하고 있다.

A Comparative Study on the Safety Management Status of LP Gas Fueled Vehicles in Korea and Foreign Countries (LP가스 연료사용 자동차의 국내외 안전관리현황 비교 연구)

  • This thesis suggests ways for ensuring the safety of domestic autogas (liquefied petroleum gas) vehicles by conducting comparison and analysis on the status of market diffusion and safety management scheme in foreign countries as well as in Korea. According to the result of the survey on the status of domestic autogas safety management, the national scheme to secure the safety of autogas vehicles seems neither well-organized nor sufficiently-controlled. Actually, the gas leakage check-ups conducted for 5,000 autogas cars revealed that about 4 percent of them had leakage problems. As a result, it was acknowledged that the autogas safety regulations being operated in advanced countries need to be selectively introduced for the domestic autogas industry. Consequently, in line with the recent permission to use autogas as a fuel for subcompact cars etc., this thesis is recommending some methods to enhance the safety management scheme for autogas cars such as the amendment of facility regulations including the ventilation of underground parking lots, mandatory attachment of labels claiming autogas cars and indicating periodical inspections etc.

A Study on Major Safety Problems and Improvement Measures of Personal Mobility (개인형 이동장치의 안전 주요 문제점 및 개선방안 연구)

  • Purpose: The recent increased use of Personal Mobility (PM) has been accompanied by a rise in the annual number of accidents. Accordingly, the safety requirements for PM use are being strengthened, but the laws/systems, infrastructure, and management systems remain insufficient for fostering a safe environment. Therefore, this study comprehensively searches the main problems and improvement methods through a review of previous studies that are related to PM. Then the priorities according to the importance of the improvement methods are presented through the Delphi survey. Method: The research method is mainly composed of a literature study and an expert survey (Delphi survey). Prior research and improvement cases (local governments, government departments, companies, etc.) are reviewed to derive problems and improvements, and a problem/improvement classification table is created based on keywords. Based on the classification contents, an expert survey is conducted to derive a priority improvement plan. Result: The PM-related problems were in 'non-compliance with traffic laws, lack of knowledge, inexperienced operation, and lack of safety awareness' in relation to human factors, and 'device characteristics, road-drivable space, road facilities, parking facilities' in relation to physical factors. 'Management/supervision, product management, user management, education/training' as administrative factors and legal factors are divided into 'absence/sufficiency of law, confusion/duplication, reduced effectiveness'. Improvement tasks related to this include 'PM education/public relations, parking/return, road improvement, PM registration/management, insurance, safety standards, traffic standards, PM device safety, PM supplementary facilities, enforcement/management, dedicated organization, service providers, management system, and related laws/institutional improvement', and 42 detailed tasks are derived for these 14 core tasks. The results for the importance evaluation of detailed tasks show that the tasks with a high overall average for the evaluation items of cost, time, effect, urgency, and feasibility were 'strengthening crackdown/instruction activities, education publicity/campaign, truancy PM management, and clarification of traffic rules'. Conclusion: The PM market is experiencing gradual growth based on shared services and a safe environment for PM use must be ensured along with industrial revitalization. In this respect, this study seeks out the major problems and improvement plans related to PM from a comprehensive point of view and prioritizes the necessary improvement measures. Therefore, it can serve as a basis of data for future policy establishment. In the future, in-depth data supplementation will be required for each key improvement area for practical policy application.

Selection of Retaining Wall System for Underground Parking Lots Expansion of Apartments (거주중 공동주택의 지하주차장확대를 위한 흙막이공법 선정)

  • Rapidly increasing automobile supply rate according to improved economic level of life makes lack of parking space of apartments. Even though the initial design of parking space compiled with old regulations, it may not observe either new laws or requirement of inhabitants. Even if old apartments have no structural durability problem, outworn facilities and insufficient parking area may be a main reason for reconstruction. It causes waste of national resources and makes recycling issues. Additionally, irregularly parked cars make traffic obstruction to a fire engine and result in many fire accident victims. Parking problems of apartments are not only inconvenience but also serious safety issues. From these points of view, remodeling only for parking area expansion is necessary to avoid overall reconstruction of apartments. The purpose of this study is to suggest a retaining wall selection method for apartments underground parking lots expansion without evacuation of resident people. Effect factors to select retaining wall system are analyzed and weight values are calculated by applying AHP. One selection method of retaining wall is proposed by evaluating applicability and its sensitivity analysis is executed. This selection method is expected to help decision-making of retaining wall system selection.

Study on Flexural Strength of Wide Composite Beam for Long Span and Saving Story height (장스팬 및 층고저감형 와이드 복합보의 휨성능에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, the parking in downtown area has caused severe problem due to the dramatic increase of possessing automobile in the country. A parking structure has been on the spotlight to solve the parking problem in downtown area. However, the overall height of parking structure is stipulated less than 8 m. Therefore, in this research, 'wide composite beam', which is possible for reducing story height and having long span, is developed and the flexural capacity of the wide composite beam is evaluated. Based on the result of the flexural test, the flexural strength of wide composite beam increased by 20% as the thickness of steel beam increased by 3 mm ($6mm{\rightarrow}9mm$) The shapes of rebar (whether it is triangle or rectangular shape) in the wide composite beam did not affect its flexural strength. The flexural strength of wide composite beam without rebar decreased by 10% compared to that of wide composite beam with rebar. In addition, the neutral axis moved upward as a load increased, but the neutral axis moved downward, when the load exceeded a certain level of load.

  • The number of households old over as much as 20 years is expected to get increased rapidly more than 1,000,000(1 million). As a measure to this fact remodeling is being revitalized over the country. parking lots expansion actually takes up a great deal of weight among the requirement for remodeling. When constructing a parking lot for enlargement, the way of going into the main building determines such construction features as selection of Retaining Wall Method, installation of an elevator, parking measure of capacity, etc. This study derived the affecting factors for selecting the way of going into the main building when constructing an underground parking lot. In a research way, we examined the features on each method of going into the main building in an apartment complex through an in-depth interview with some experts after investigating the method of enlarging an underground parking lot and going into the main building. After that, we derived the affecting factors for selecting the way of going into the main building. The affecting factors include constructability, convenience, economic efficiency as a high level as well as existence and nonexistence of basement and removal, safety of current building, parking measure of capacity, amenity, inhabitant traffic line, construction expenses and construction duration as a low one. This study will be applied as a reference for selecting the way of going into the main building when constructing an underground parking lot especially targetted on an old apartment house.

A Study on the Functional Analysis of Parking Lot Expansion Technology using Technology-Tree (기술트리를 이용한 주차장 확대 기술의 기능분석에 관한 연구)

  • Aged apartments lack parking space and are suffering from severe parking difficulties due to the increase in the supply of private cars due to the economic improvement. Efficient remodeling technology is required as a way to solve the problem of a shortage of parking spaces, but there is a lack of establishing a technology for remodeling plans that can reflect the characteristics of various parks. This study was conducted to analyze the functions of the parking lot expansion technology using the technology tree and to derive the final technology through the function deployment. As a result of functional deployment of the plan to expand the parking lot, the fifth function was deployed and a total of 22 technologies were derived. Four types of technologies are categorized, four technologies for underground expansion, 12 technologies for underground and ground expansion, two technologies for ground expansion, and four technologies for ground-based expansion. As a result of the functional deployment of the main entrance plan, the fifth function was deployed and derived with 22 technologies. The total technologies were grouped into four categories, four technologies for direct underground entry, 11 technologies for indirect underground entry, three technologies for direct access to ground, and four technologies for indirect entry to ground. Through case verification, the detailed technologies applied to the semi-industrial complex of remodeling were identified and expert surveys and interviews were conducted to verify the adequacy of the technology tree.
