The main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the cost estimates on the construction work in residential apartment housing facilities. The planning work of facility construction is roughly divided into five main tasks which are further broken down into the following: process plan (P1-P6), construction plan (C1-C5), environmental management plan (E1-E4), quality management plan (Q1-Q5) and the safety management plan (S1-S5). In this study these tasks were classified into 25 detailed planning duties and a statistical analysis was performed on each one to determine its impact on cost. Finally this study derives from major planning tasks for effective cost management through correlation between planning tasks, cost indicators and t-test.

과학기술활동에 의해 창출된 발명은 주로 특허에 의해 보호되고 있으나, 특허통계ㆍ지표에 대해서 국제적인 기준이 마련되지 않아 국제비교가 어려운 실정이며, 측정요소들의 조합에 의해 특허통계ㆍ지표의 종류 또한 매우 다양하지만, 이 지표를 모두가 과학기술활동을 측정하는 데에 유용한지에 대해서는 의문시된다. 따라서 그 대안으로서 각국 국가연구개발사업의 성과평가지표 활용사례 및 활용되고 있는 특허통계ㆍ지표를 중심으로 분석ㆍ연구하고자 한다.

The mission of public library is to contribute to local society's growth and improve local residents' quality of life by satisfying local residents' desire on information use, cultural activities, lifelong education, etc, and providing more convenient and equal access. This study is a research that deducted BSC-based public library performance indicator model composed of 12 critical success factors, 36 key performance indicators under four perspectives of learning and growth perspective, internal process perspective, resources perspective, and user perspective, estimated relative weights of deducted the performance indicator model on librarians of public libraries to analyze what performance indicator is important for accomplishing public library's mission and promoting performance.

Management performance of a construction company can be the sum of management performance of each different project. Therefore, the measurement of management performance following construction projects is essential for securing the competitiveness of a company. However, most research has been related to the performance measurement of the construction industry and companies and little has been conducted on individual project's performance. In particular, building projects have various characteristics depending on construction orderer, type and commissioning entity but no performance indicators have been selected based on this classification. This study aims to select performance indicators for subdivided areas based on project characteristics as well as those which can be commonly used to measure management performance at construction and trial run stages of building projects. In the future, those indicators proposed in this study can be used for developing methodology to evaluate them and later applied to actual building projects to generate quantitative data. In addition, they are expected to be used as reference for selecting indicators to measure management performance of plant and civil engineering projects.

Earned value management(EVM)는 프로젝트 진행 상태를 파악하기 위해 주로 비용과 일정 편차, 성과지표를 통합하여 분석하는 것으로 비용/원가 관리를 위해 발전되어 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 최근에는 경영환경 변화에 따라 불확실성이 증가하여 프로젝트 전체 일정의 예측에 대한 성과지표로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서, 비용관점에서 분석된 earned value management의 성과 지표와 시간관점에서 분석된 earned schedule의 성과 지표를 비교하여 차이점을 도출하고 비용관점에서의 지표가 프로젝트 전체 일정을 예측하는 것에서는 신뢰성이 떨어지는 현상을 발견하였다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 프로젝트 비용관리와 더불어 earned schedule의 성과 지표를 이용한 일정 예측을 통해 성공적인 프로젝트 수행에 도움이 되도록 하고자 한다.

The aim of this study is to compare and analyse the evaluation or performance indicators for academic libraries suggested at domestic and foreign. For the study, evaluation indicators of the various evaluation models(IFLA, ISO, ALA/ACRL, LA, HEFCE, CERLIM, JUAA, UNICOOP. KLA) was analysized. Evaluation or performance indicators should shed light on inputs and outputs of resource, levels of demand and satisfaction, the library effectiveness, and operating efficiency. There is a great deal of work going on at present, but as yet there is no greed set of indicators that can be across all academic libraries. Therefore, new evaluation indicators for physical and electronic libraries should be developed.

하천공간은 홍수방어와 용수사용을 위한 수자원관리 측면의 공간에서 벗어나 국민들의 삶의 질 제고와 이용편익, 생활환경의 중심 공간으로 자리매김하고 있다. 국민의 하천에 대한 눈높이가 상승하고 있음에도 하천공간이 주는 여러 가치에 대해서는 학술적 검토가 미진하였으며, 그에 따라 정책에도 제한적으로 반영되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 설문조사, 요인분석 등을 통해 주민 입장에서 부여할 수 있는 하천의 다면적 가치를 식별하고 주민친화적 관리를 위한 성과지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구가 개발하고자 하는 성과지표 체계는 기존 방식대로 객관화·정량화가 불가능한 주민의 정성적·주관적 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 것에 목적이 있다. 먼저, 관련된 각종 선행연구 및 도로 등 타분야 사례, 일본 등 해외 사례 등을 종합하여 하천의 4가지 사업부문인 치수, 이수, 환경, 친수를 모두 포괄하는 지표체계안을 구축하였다. 다만 본 연구가 주민친화적 하천관리를 목적으로 하므로 상대적으로 환경·친수 부문 지표의 비중이 높았으며, 총 지표 개수는 25개로 도출하였다. 도출한 지표체계안을 바탕으로 주민 대상 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 요인분석법을 활용하여 지표체계를 재정리하였다. 요인분석법은 학술적·실무적으로 가장 널리 사용되는 PCA 추출법과 Varimax 회전법을 채택하였으며, KMO 및 Barlett's 검정법을 활용하여 자료 검정을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 하천 부문 주민만족 요인은 3가지로 나타났으며, 이를 각각 '최소친수기반요인', '안전·청결기반요인', '친수활동지원요인'으로 정의하였다. 요인 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 3개 영역, 6개 세부 영역, 24개 평가항목으로 구성된 성과지표 체계를 도출하였다. 마련된 성과지표의 항목별 중요도를 전국 대상 설문조사를 통해 분석한 결과, 영역 중에서는 '안전·청결기반요인'이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 특징적으로는 CCTV, 장애·위험물 제거, 수질·공간청결성, 공공화장실 만족성 등이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대전지역 국가하천과 지방하천을 사례지역으로 성과지표를 비교한 결과, 국가하천의 성과가 대체로 높게 나타났으며 '최소친수기반요인' 영역의 성과가 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다.

IT 조직의 활동에 대한 성과 평가는 과거 재무적인 평가방법이 주를 이루었으나 최근에는 정보시스템 기능과 활동 주체가 다양해짐에 따라 재무적인 접근방법과 함께 새로운 평가 방법 및 기준에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 균형 성과표 (Balanced Scorecard: BSC) 개념을 IT 활동 평가에 적용한 IT-BSC에 대한 연구도 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 정보시스템과 기업전략과의 관계에 대한 규명이나, 다양한 IT 성과측정지표들간의 연계성을 측정하는 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 본 연구에서는 IT 조직의 성과평가를 위한 핵심성공요인(CSF)과 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 도출하고, 도출된 지표간의 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 영역과 지표들은 각 산업영역에서 IT 조직의 성과를 측정할 때 참고하고 적용할 수 있는 효과적인 지침으로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 연구의 의미를 둘 수 있다.

Logistics and transportation are increasingly playing a crucial role in international trade relations. Logistics services provide sectoral connections within the local economy. The efficient logistics services facilitate the flow of products; besides ensuring safety and speed of movement, they can reduce the cost of cross-border trade. The Logistics Performance Index (LPI) evaluates the efficiency of customs, quality of transportation service, and infrastructure for overland and maritime transport in each country it covers. The objective of this article is to analyze the impact of the various LPI indicators of Korea's trading partners. The impact of LPI on trade varies according to the income level of the trading partners. The results show that an improvement in any of the components of the LPI can lead to significant growth in a country's trade flow. Exports to Korea will increase as the LPI of the trading partner country is higher. This index has a greater impact on the exports of low-income countries.

본 연구는 기업의 자본비용을 반영한 초과이익(excessive earnings)의 우리나라 주식시장에서 투자지표로서의 유용성에 대해서 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 주당초과이익과 함께 전통적인 성과지표인 주당순이익을 비교분석하였으며, 주된 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분석기간 중 주당순이익을 기준으로 보면 대부분의 기업들이 양(+)의 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났으나, 주당초과이익의 경우에는 대다수의 기업들에서 음(-)의 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업들이 주주들에게 충분한 보상을 하지 못하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 주당초과이익(EES)은 전통적인 성과지표(EPS, ROE)보다 주식수익률과 상관관계가 높으며, 주당순이익에 비하여 주당초과이익을 기준으로 포트폴리오를 구성하는 경우에 보다 높은 초과수익률을 올릴 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주당순이익 기준에 의한 하위집단의 누적평균초과수익률은 유의적으로 음의 값을 보이는 반면에 상위집단은 0과 차이를 보이지 않는다. 그러나 주당초과이익 상위집단의 수익률은 시장수익률보다 유의하게 높고 하위집단에서는 낮게 나타난다. 이는 주당순이익이 낮은 EPS 하위집단의 경우는 당기순손실이 주는 부정적 효과가 반영된 것으로 유추할 수 있으며, 투자지표로서는 EES가 유용한 것으로 판단된다. 결론적으로 기업의 진정한 부가가치 생산은 자본비용을 반영한 순이익이며, 제한적이지만 우리나라 주식시장에서 초과이익이 투자지표로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
