Purpose: There is not much time left for mandatory BIM implementation for all sectors and stages of the construction industry. Therefore, it is necessary to find a way to secure technology to substantially improve the productivity of BIM work. In the research, we proposed a method to automatically verify related construction standards for major objects produced by BIM modeling procedures so that engineers can verify construction standards in the BIM-based design process. Method: We defined a modeling work procedure for BIM-based road design work and prepared a method for constructing related design standards in a database. In addition, a process map for developing a BIM-based design basis review automation system was also presented. Result: A BIM-based design standard review automation module was developed using Civil3D and Dynamo. And it was confirmed by the test application that it is possible to quickly judge whether the BIM object manufactured in the design process conforms to the construction design standard. Conclusion: BIM-based design standard review automation technology can improve the productivity of BIM model production work and secure the quality of the BIM model.

본 논문은 가상 공간에서 운영할 수 있는 가상 대학 모델에 관해 기술한다. 인터넷을 통한 가상 교육의 발달로 인하여 많은 사람들에게 교육의 기회가 부여되었다. 많은 교육의 기회의 부여는 온라인을 통하여 사용자의, 자료가 도청 흑은 변경이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 보안 문제를 해결하기 위해 전자문서의 보호와 검증에 대하여, 공개키 기반 구조 모델과 OTP(One-Time Password)를 이용하여 주요시스템의 업무 및 기능을 정의한다. 기존에 사용되는 가상대학 모델의 문제점을 제시하고 새로운 가상 대학 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 제시한 방식을 통해 안전한 가상대학 모델의 하고 신뢰성을 바탕으로 사용자의 수업 참여를 확대(유도)하는 수단으로써 활용될 수 있다.

정보화 환경에 적합한 인재의 Personality 유형 분류 및 주요 특징 분석을 통하여 이에 대한 모델을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 기존 심리검사 및 정보화 성격 관련 연구의 한계점을 제시하고 조직 내 각 계층의 업무 수행에 필요한 성격 및 주요 성공 역할을 도출하여 이를 정보화 환경에 맞게 정리함으로써 정보화 성격 유형을 분류하고자 한다. 이러한 성격 유형들은 세부적으로 IT 창조자, Communicator, IT 리더, 정보 공유자, IT 감독자, 비전 제시자, 동기 부여자 등 7가지 수평적 유형으로 분류되며, 이러한 유형들의 분석을 위하여 성격 검사 연구인 Big 5 Model의 분석 방법 및 설문 문항을 적용하고자 한다. 이러한 정보화 성격 분류 및 각 유형에 대한 특성 제시는 개인의 정보화 성향 및 잠재성격을 파악하고 이를 개인적, 조직적으로 더욱 발전시킬 수 있는 방향을 제시할 수 있다.

보상업무를 수행하는 정부 및 산하기관, 공사/공단, 보상전문기관 등에서 2000년대 중반부터 자체적으로 보상시스템을 개발하여 운영중에 있으나 보상시스템은 현재 진행중인 공사와 관련된 자료만 전자적으로 보관하고 있어 기 보상 완료된 자료는 여전히 수작업을 관리하고 있는 실정이다. 때문에 과거 보상자료와 관련된 민원을 응대하기 위해 서고에서 방대한 보상자료를 검색하기 위해 많은 시간을 소비하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 보상자료 손 망실에 따른 민원인과의 소송에서 패하는 등 국고를 낭비하는 원인을 초래하기도 한다. 이에 과거보상자료의 손 망실에 따른 피해를 최소화하고 민원에 효율적으로 대응하기 위한 반드시 보관해야 할 주요 대장을 선별하고 이를 메타데이터와 결합하여 이미지를 조회할 수 있는 증빙서류뷰어(Viewer) 개발을 위해 주요대장정보를 발췌하여 데이터모델을 설계하고 이를 실증하기 위한 파일럿시스템을 개발하였다.

Record management metadata schema should have robust structure to represent not only elements innate in records itself but also management elements for the life cycle of records according to business activities. To realize these requirement, Information model for record domain is needed and also Metadata framework supporting semantic refinement and data element specialization required in record management business or applications are required. This study analyse main principles and characteristics of metadata scheme, and then suggested a novel method to develope schema systematically and effectively. This study propose information model and set of core data elements of records management based on ISO 15489 and 230381, and show how to implement the record management framework.

This study was conducted to develop core competence model for bancassurance personnel. Prior studies have conducted both FGI and specialist workshops to explore and define the necessary competencies for bancassurance personnel. As a result, 17 such competencies have been identified. A survey involving 105 bancassurance personnel from affiliated banks was conducted to compare perceived importance with retention levels of the aforementioned required competencies. SPSS 20.0, T-test, Borich analysis, and The Locus for Focus model were utilized to confirm education priority and for statistical analysis. The bancassurance personnel competencies that were rated as high in importance and retention were as follows: relationship building, interpersonal understanding, proactive execution of duties, and introspective self-confidence. In chronological order, the educational priorities for the required competencies were found to be as follows: professionalism, proposal capability, achievement orientation, and relationship building.

Recently, EA has been introduced in the Korean government as a tool for improving both IT management and IT investment. However, EA has been superficially used at the conceptual level without any efforts for facilitating it. As a result, it seems that any substantial outcomes from using EA could be hardly realized. This study suggests EA Service Model as a framework for facilitating the use of EA and then generating benefits. The purpose of EA Service Model is to provide a framework with which information and data can be linked, interconnected and shared in the whole process of IT management. It is expected that EA Service Model will possibly make a contribution to improving IT management. Empirical Analysis shows that key factors of EA Service Model make significant effects on improving the IT management, proving practical value and the validity of the model.

VE is one of the most effective and systematic tool available to achieve the required function at minimum cost and manage in many industrial fields. The purpose of the preparation phase VE job plan is to establish a cooperation system referring to groups for the successful implementation of VE, and to achieve a common objective to collect sufficient materials required in the analysis phase. The Quality Model is used to measure the requirement of shareholders(users and owners)in the project. It also offers a guideline on decision making when executing the function definition, function arrangement, function evaluation, and the idea evaluation of VE. However, the current the preparation phase business confirms that the required items of owners and users has not suggested definite goals and directions. This study analyzes the problems of current work in the preparation phase from case study, survey and interviews of experts. It then proposes a new process after understanding the required items of owners, users and experts.

계속 반복하여 실시되는 통계조사에서 조사원은 오차를 발생시키는 주요 요인으로 간주되고 있다 조사원에 의한 오차를 측정하는 방법으로서 조사표 형태별로 조사원, 집락 및 가구 등 변수에 따라 할당하고 선계방법에 따른 추정 값에 대한 효과 및 효과의 분산을 산출하는 모델을 제시한다. 또한 실제 조사모델로부터 품질관리표본을 추출하여 이를 대상으로 리인터뷰를 실시한 결과를 조사원의 인구통계학적 특성별로 분석하고 불일치지수 등을 산출함으로써 오차를 분석하는 방법을 제시한다.
