Recently, dissatisfaction with aspects of health care has been complemented by directly at complaints such as informal, formal and litigation. But some people take action and other not in spite of feeling of dissatisfaction. This study was to investigate an accounts of patient's disagreement with doctor's care from a community sample, and make a distinction between felt disagreement and disagreement actions. This study was done in six hundred forty residents in Sungjoo County of Kyungbuk Province and Nonman city of Chungnam Province. The questionnaires of interview included sociodemographic data, health status data, a nature of patient's disagreement with doctor and actions taken following or during the disagreement episode. Approximately sixteen percent of sample reported a disagreement, and nine percent reported action taken following or during the disagreement episode. Age, educational attainment, income and area were significantly related with experience of disagreement episode in univariate analysis. In people who experienced the disagreement episode, nearly forty-one percent reported on disagreement about the diagnosis related, twenty-eight percent reported doctor-patients relationship related, twenty percent reported treatment related, and eleven percent reported prescription drug related. In people who experienced actions taken following or during the disagreement episode, nearly fifty-four percent acted as 'sought a second opinion or visit other doctor', thirty-six percent acted as 'verbally challenged the doctor', thirty-two percent acted as 'stopped prescribed treatment or medication', twenty-nine percent acted as 'made repeat visits to the same doctor', twenty-five percent acted as 'eventually left and changed doctor'. Results of multivariate analysis, age, marital status, have or haven't chronic disease, and general satisfaction with health service were significantly related with experience of disagreement episode and marital status was significantly related with experience of actions taken following or during the disagreement episode. This study is experimental and exploratory trial about a relationship between patient's disagreement with doctor and actions taken following or during the disagreement episode in some community of Korea. We find that patient's disagreement with doctor and actions taken following or during the disagreement episode is latent in our community. We suggest that the relationship between felt disagreement and disagreement action is more complicated and worthy of further study.

After announcing a special law for promotion of urban regeneration, urban regeneration project expand a scale. The urban regeneration project is purposing of increasing the public well-being and elavation quality of life citizen. But it is comprehention the making many conflict in phase of project promotion. A project is taken participation many stakeholds. So it is generated a multiplicity of conflict. It is survey placing an example of conflict to basis of paper news. So an example of conflict is studied total 44. Among of them, phase of project operation and management disposial was occupied to many ratios. The participation of the residents made only to specify the project district. What doesn't reflect the opinion of residents cause of after approved to specify It is classified those conflicts by procedure to study. It will make reduce the government role and between the residents and contractor will enable coordination comment in way to resolve conflicts between the subject's participation. That is to say, reflection the opinions of residents to actively of way is presenting variation of the process and change in the choice way of construction company.
Generally, the method of the policy analysis has been used for making a policy decision of the development project of the road through the expert interview based on AHP. According to introducing PI, the study of the method of the integrating process for various opinion of the related groups is required. On this study I evaluate what is a difference between the results of integrated process and the AHP analysis on what is major considering factor in decision-making process. From the analysis, each evaluate factor is in level of significance by ANOVA. First, there is a significance level difference between Group A, C and Group B Second, there is also a significance level difference on the result of AHP analysis for each group in order to evaluate by integrated method. Finally, the method of AHP analysis which considers priority factor is expected as to be useful tool on decision-making of various group.
The purposes of this study were to investigate the influence of local residents' nature environment attitudes to recreation forest development impact perceptions and to examine application possibility of nature environment attitude to resolution information of recreation forest management conflicts. 30 items of residents' perceptions and opinions were designed from previous tourism impact studies. The new environmental paradigm(NEP) was used to measure local residents' nature environment attitudes. In October 1995, 204 questionnaires were obtained from interview survey in local residents' villages near two recreation forests. Generally most local residents perceived low economic effects and negative environment impacts for recreation forest development. Nature environment attitude levels were significant differences due to socioeconomic variables of local residents, specially high in age, education level and influenced their perceptions toward recreation forest development impacts. The results suggested that the nature environment attitudes could be provided a useful referential framework in resolution of recreation forest management conflicts.
This survey was conducted to study the mountain village residents' needs and awareness of eco-tourism. The survey included opinions about introducing Eco-tourism, Residents' willingness to join, types of policies to push forward, requirements to Korea Forest Service and expected outcomes. 346 residents were selected for this survey from 33 mountain eco-villages established by Korea Forest Service and 24 rural experience villages established by Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, and they respectively participated in this survey through interview from June $17^{th}$ 2015 to September $17^{th}$ 2015. As a result of major analysis, the survey showed that 86.7% of residents were in favor of the introduction of mountain village eco-tourism and 78.3% of those questioned showed the willingness of their participation of the program. Also 42.2% of respondents reacted positively that Korea Forest Service, associated administration agency and local government should be cooperated when the policies are established. 60.4% of respondents said they expect installment of recreational facilities and 67.6% said they expect development of eco-tourism program, which were respectively the highest rate as the requirements to be supported when the eco-tourism program are introduced. 86.1% said that increasing visitors will help mountain villages more revitalized as eco-tourism is introduced. This research is expected to provide information when making the mountain eco-tourism policy in the future.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the directions for establishing a disaster safety village in rural areas where damage from a similar type of disaster occurs repeatedly by conducting the consciousness survey targeting at experts and disaster safety officials in a local government. Method: The risks of disaster in rural areas were examined and the concept and characteristics of disaster safety village which is a measure on the basis of Myeon (township) among the measures of village unit were examined in order to carry out this study. In addition, opinion polling targeting at officials-in-charge in the local government and survey targeting at experts in disaster safety and building village were conducted. Based on the findings, the directions for establishing a disaster safety village that fitted the characteristics of rural areas were examined. Result: The officials-in-charge in the local government answered that rural areas have a high risk of storm and flood such as heavy snowing, typhoon, drought, and heavy rain as well as forest fire, and it is difficult to draw voluntary participation of farmers for disaster management activities due to their main duties. They also replied that active support and participation of residents in rural areas are necessary for future improvement measures. The experts mostly replied that the problem of disaster safety village project is a temporary project which has low sustainability, and the lack of connections between the central government, local governments and residents was stressed out as the difficulties. They said that measures to secure the budget and the directions of project promotion system should be promoted by the central government, local governments and residents together. Conclusion: The results of this study are as follows. First, a disaster safety village should be established in consideration of the disaster types and characteristics. Second, measures to secure the budget for utilizing the central government fund as well as local government fund and village development fund should be prepared when establishing and operating a disaster safety village in rural areas. Third, measures to utilize a disaster safety village in rural areas for a long period of time such as the re-authorization system should be prepared in order to continuously operate and manage such villages after its establishment. Fourth, detailed measures that allow residents of rural areas to positively participate in the activities for establishing a disaster safety village in rural areas should be prepared.
The purpose of this study is to survey the community support program of Green Belt from 2001 to 2011 and propose the improvement of the institution. For research method, the projects were analyzed by year, area, and category using statistical data. The improvement of the institution was drawn through the opinion survey of the interest group such as residents and public servants. For 10 years, 2007 community support projects were carried out and the total amount of government expenditure was 583.9 billion won. Among the support items, life convenience projects comprise 96.7%. For area, metropolitan area comprise 32.5%. There is a bias in items and areas. According to the survey of the residents and public servants, the satisfaction for the community support program is increasing. But it is necessary to enlarge the direct life cost support, activate community involvement and develop new project type. Proposed new projects are such as making characteristic village for income creation, planning for the landscape preservation using historic and traditional resources, making leisure space for nearby residents, and projects for the aged people. And it is proposed to give incentive to the characteristic village projects through competition.
We are developing a hazard map creation support system for historical local towns. Our system aims at collecting the unique information received from residents and raising resident's consciousness to disasters by recording hazardous locations where residents feel danger in case of disasters. In this paper, we examine the hazard information of the area collected by the residents themselves in using the system. While exchanging opinions, the residents review the validity and completeness of the information gathered by walking around the area. We also consider how to integrate and share it throughout the region. We found that it was possible to gather regional hazard information from the viewpoint of residents in addition to high coverage for each district. Also, by sharing information at the review meeting, the residents were able to newly know the hazard information of other districts that they did not know before. This shows the usefulness of residents to share the dangerous information while examining each cause across the different districts.

The purpose of this study is to prepare basic data for establishing a mid-to long-term comprehensive development plan for Gangdong-gu libraries by analyzing the results of a perception survey conducted on local residents, librarians and operators. To achieve the research purpose, a survey was conducted targeting 1,224 library users and non-users in Gangdong-gu. To collect more in-depth opinions, focus group interviews were also conducted with local residents, librarians at public libraries and book cafe libraries, and operators of small libraries. As a result, for the efficient operation of the Gangdong-gu library, it is necessary to establish the role of each library to adjust and reorganize specialization to form an ecosystem, to introduce services and programs without time and space restrictions required in the information society, and to actively promote and attract non-users to the library. The conclusion drawn is that it is necessary to establish a system and support system that can encompass various types of libraries.
Urban river have been a key pillar in citizens' lives through the healthy urban environment of ecological nature along with the function of this dimension. On the other hand, conflicts are occurring in terms of conservation and use of rivers in the region along with the expansion of infrastructure due to urban densification. Appropriate agreement and coordination are needed for sustainable streams. This study aims to analyze various opinions through public discussion of residents' proposals through the resident participation cooperation budget. User awareness surveys and expert interviews were conducted on six rivers in Eunpyeong-gu. Through this, stable and sustainable preservation of local and small rivers and appropriate and balanced use measures were proposed.
