  • 최근, 국내에서는 스마트홈 기술이 공동주택인 아파트를 중심으로 점차 도입되고 있는 실정이다. 스마트홈의 주거공간은 홈네트워크를 기반으로 하는 다양한 정보(가전)기기들이 활용되고 있다. 이러한 주거생활환경에 의해 전기에너지의 의존도가 지속적으로 증가하고 있어, 먼저 스마트 홈 환경하 수용가 변압기 2차측에서의 전기합선과 누전에 대한 전기안전 및 진단의 기반기술을 제시한다. 다음으로, 주거시스템이 지능형홈으로 발전함으로서, 소비 전기량이 급속히 증가하는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 홈거주자의 정보가 전기기 사용유무에 따라서 전원상태를 지능적으로 차단/통전시켜 소비전력을 최소화할 수 있는 Auto 스위치에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

Analysis of Residential Location Preference Factors by Characteristics of Households in the Case of Seoul Metropolitan Area Households : Comparative Analysis with the Case of Daegu·Gyeongbuk Households (수도권 가구의 가구특성별 주거입지 선호요인 분석 - 대구·경북 가구사례와의 비교분석 -)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the residential location preference factors by households' characteristics in the case of Seoul metropolitan area households. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, residential location factors most preferred by Seoul metropolitan area households are accessibility of public transportation, followed by security and living environment. Therefore, we can see Seoul metropolitan area households prefer amenity and quality of life as residential location factors. Secondly, according to the results of AHP by age and household income, the residential location factors Seoul metropolitan area households prefer are different by age and household income. Thirdly, according to the results of comparative analysis between the case of Seoul metropolitan area and Daegu Gyeongbuk households, Seoul metropolitan area households more prefer safety and quality of life, on the other hand, Daegu Gyeongbuk households more prefer investment value of housing.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the residential location preference factors by households' characteristics in the case of Daegu Gyeongbuk households. Under this research purpose, firstly, questionnaire survey of Daegu Gyeongbuk was done, and nextly, AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) with questionnaire survey results was analyzed. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, residential location factors most preferred by Daegu Gyeongbuk households is capital gain, followed by living environment, accessibility of public transportation, accessibility of private car traffic and security. Therefore, we can see Daegu Gyeongbuk households prefer investment value and living amenity together as residential location factors. Secondly, according to the results of AHP by age, below 30th prefer accessibility factors, 40th prefer capital gain and school district factors, and above 50th prefer living environment, natural environment and security factors, relatively. Thirdly, according to the results of AHP by household income, low income households prefer living environment and accessibility factors, middle income households prefer capital gain and accessibility factors, and high income households prefer security, accessibility of private car traffic and view/sunlight factors, relatively.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the recognition of the Children's Rights Guarantees among parents and child service providers in a local community, and to explore ways to organize Child Friendly Cities. To this end, I analyzed survey data collected from a municipality based in Seoul, Korea, and discovered certain differences in recognitions of play and leisure, citizen and participation, safety and protection, health and social service, education, and housing. Among the six categories, the parents and child service providers recognized that education and housing were relatively well guaranteed whereas citizen and participation was less secure. Child service providers were more negative in the physical environment for building child-friendly community, while parents were more negative about the institutional / cultural environment, such as participation rights. Based on these findings, I suggested the following: First, the physical environment should refer to the standards of child welfare officers, and the institutional and cultural environment should refer to the parents' standards. Second, the participation of parents and child service providers as well as children should be expanded in the community decision-making process.

  • 경기 남양주 진접지구는 수도권에서 인기가 높은 신도시 중 하나다. 서울과 인접해 있으면서도 한적한 전원의 정취를 느낄 수 있기 때문. 최적의 주거환경을 갖춘 곳이지만 딱 한 가지 아쉬운 것이 있으니 바로 교통문제다. 진접지구와 서울을 잇는 유일한 도로인 국도47호선 퇴계원-진접구간은 상습 지 정체구간으로 악명 높다. 진접지구가 개발됨에 따라 인구유입은 지속적으로 늘고 있는데 반해 도로는 이를 감당키 어려운 4차로에 불과한 것. 그래서 지역민들은 늘 교통대란에 시달리고 있는 상황이다. 하지만 이 고생도 올해면 끝날 듯하다. 퇴계원-진접간 도로를 8차로로 확장하는 공사를 맡고 있는 쌍용건설이 공사에 더욱 박차를 가하고 있기 때문이다. 게다가 우수한 안전관리로 대 내외에 이름까지 떨치고 있어 도로의 안전성은 물론 공정 전반이 신뢰를 얻고 있다. 안전으로 미래 진접을 열어갈 길을 만들고 있는 쌍용건설(주) 퇴계원-진접간 도로공사 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

  • After January 2023, as part of the plan to realize housing stability for the people, the weights for each field of reconstruction safety diagnosis have been adjusted. Among them, the weight of the residential environment sector has been raised from 15% to 30%, so that it occupies a high proportion. The adequacy review will also be partially implemented if requested by the local government. Therefore, it is also required to improve the existing reconstruction safety diagnosis manual for rational review. In this study, we intend to examine the problems and points to be improved through the review cases from the introduction of the system to the present. Through this, it is intended to be used as basic data to approach changes in demand for reconstruction and future trends in the future housing market.

  • Residential environment is not only the physical aspects affected by the unique characteristics of the residents, social, economic, cultural, etc. are closely related to many environmental factors. This research is based on choice attribute theory that substantially explains how housing choice attributes affect loyalty via image, perceived value in Secho. This paper investigate empirically relationship between selection properties of residential environment and loyalty, moderating effect of image and perceived value. Results were computed using SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis programs. The results are summarized as follows. First, The elements of choice attribute are divided into six factor, such as regional reputation, green environment, convenience, property value, safety, housing status. In the results of the analyses, housing choice properties gives a positive influence to the loyalty. Second, testing its mediating role, I use the three regression equation models by Baron and Kenny. When the mediator effect of image, perceived value was represented, the effect of image and perceived value was statistically significant. Thus, the mediating role of image and perceived value was supported. It means the higher image and perceived value can enhance loyalty of Secho.

An Exploratory Study on the Children for Poverty Housing (아동 주거빈곤 정책 마련을 위한 탐색적 연구)

  • The government has switched the purpose of housing policy, from the 'housing supply' to 'housing welfare', with the Housing Laws established in 2015 under evaluation that resident stability and resident standard were improved. But, as 'affordable' housing is gradually decreasing, residential environment has become more poor. Residential environment is a basic element for the child safety, health, and better education. This study explored that the poor resident environment had effect on the child, figured out the situation on housing poverty of domestic child and searched the situation of the residential policy of domestic and foreign child. The main results are as follows. First, the poor resident environment of childhood has a bad effect on the physical health, mental health, academic achievement and cognitive development. Second, 1.29 million children (11.9%) are living in condition of housing poverty below minimum resident standard and are concentrated in certain areas. Third, the policy on housing poverty of domestic child is almost absent and focuses on the elderly, young people. this study discussed political and practical solutions based on these research results. On the basis of these research results, as policy suggestions we proposed housing policy making based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, evidence-based housing policy enforcement and, residential policy suggestions under the responsibility of central government, and as practical suggestions community working as the subject and related agency's solidarity from prevention activity of housing poverty and child advocacy point and we discussed way for issue and analyzed related laws, policies, commitments.

  • 대전 서남부 지역 주거환경 개선을 위해 도안신도시가 한창 개발주인 가운데 일부 아파트는 벌써 입주가 완료되면서 신도시로서의 면모가 차츰 갖춰지고 있다. 이 시기에 맞춰 교통의 흐름을 원활히 하기 위한 터널공사와 교야 공사도 함께 분주히 진행되고 있다. 오늘 찾은 현장이 바로 터널공사와 교량고사를 담당하고 있는 계룡건설 대전도안지구 동서대로 건설현장(현장소장 이기욱)이다. 총 연장 1.82km의 편도 4차선터널과 3백여미터의 교량 건설이 한창인 이 곳은 중장비가 연신 들락거리는 가운데 각종 차량과 인력이 유기적으로 들어가며 안전시공, 무재해 시공에 연염이 없다. "신바람 나게 즐기면서 재미있게" 일을 하고 있는 계룡건설 대전도안지구 동서대로 건설현장(이하 동서대로 현장)을 찾아 이들만의 안전 이야기를 들어 봤다.

  • 최근 초고속 인터넷의 확산과 IT기반의 가전기기들이 등장하면서 흠 네트워크에 대한 관심이 집중되어 지고 있다. 이러한 배경은 사람들에게 좀 더 안전하고 편리한 주거 환경을 제공한다. 하지만 기존의 제어 방식은 홈 서버 내의 디지털 기기만을 제어 한다. 이러한 단독 제어는 외부 환경으로부터의 영향에 대한 예방을 할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 홈 네트워크 그룹에 홈 서버들을 관리하는 관리 그룹 서버를 두고 홈 서버들의 정보를 이용하여 방재, 방범등에 대한 문제 예방을 가능하게 하였다. 또한 온톨로지를 사용하여 상황을 인지하고 추론하며 추론 결과는 각 홈 서버에게 전송되어 디지털 기기들을 제어하게 된다. 이로 인하여 주거 환경의 신뢰성 있는 안전과 편리함을 확보할 수 있다.
