거주공간은 외부 환경으로부터 거주자를 안전하게 보호하고 사람의 생존을 위한 기본적인 환경을 갖추어야 한다. 또한 사회적 소통과 활동, 그리고 보다 안전하고 쾌적한 생활(업무 등 목적 행위 포함)을 보장할 수 있어야 한다. 수중주거공간은 일반적인 거주환경과 다른 극한 환경이며, 입지에 따른 고립과 공간 활용의 제한이 있다. 따라서 수중주거공간의 거주성 확보를 위해 공간설계기술 및 관련 기준 개발이 필요하다. 수중 habitat 프로그램은 1962년부터 1977년까지 선진국 17개국이 총 65개 수중거주공간을 해저에 설치하고 운영한 것으로서 수중주거공간에 대한 많은 데이터를 축적하였다. 이 연구에서는 수중 habitat 프로그램의 사례를 분석하고, 특성을 도출하여 수중주거공간 계획에서 고려해야 할 요소를 정리하였다.

우리나라 1인 가구는 대부분 다인가구로의 전환 이전에 잠시 거치는 거주형태로 인식되어 불안정한 상황이다. 그러나 오늘날 만혼, 비혼 등 결혼에 대한 인식 변화와 고령화 등의 영향으로 가족의 형태가 변화하고 있으며 이에 따라 거주형태도 다인가족 중심에서 1인 또는 2인 등 소단위로 분화되면서 다양해지고 있다. 하지만 다인 가구에 중심으로 형성된 기존의 주거시장에서는 이러한 급속도의 변화를 수용할 수 없어 여전히 소형 주거는 많은 불편함을 감수해야만 하는 열악한 실정이다. 본 연구는 현 사회현상에 주목하고 1인 가구를 위한 주거 계획 시 실내환경 측면에서 고려해야 할 사항들을 도출하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 선행연구들을 바탕으로 1인가구의 생활유형과 실내공간에서의 요구 사항들을 파악하기 위한 설문을 구성하였으며 실제 1인가구를 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 결과, 현재 1인가구들이 거주하는 소형주거에서는 식사공간, 수납공간 등이 미비하여 공간 만족도가 매우 낮게 나타나는 등 무계획적 원룸형태 공급으로 인한 문제점을 확인 할 수 있었다. 따라서 단순히 숙식을 위한 물리적 공간 공급이 아니라 다양한 라이프스타일을 반영한 계획적 평면개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 공간이라는 하드웨어와 1인 주거 간의 커뮤니티 활성화, 고령사회를 반영하여 다양한 연령대 1인 주거를 위한 사회화 프로그램 개발 등 소프트웨어 적 고려도 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 물리적, 심리적 전환기에 있는 우리나라 주택시장의 새로운 요구에 대응할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되어지길 기대한다.

본 연구는 거주자를 고려한 색채계획에 기초자료로 활용되고자 주거공간의 색채계획 실태와 선호하는 색채를 파악하고, 이를 사용자 측면에서 평가하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거주자들은 마감재를 선택하는데 있어서 특정한 한 가지 요인보다는 여러 가지 요인을 동시에 고려한다. 둘째, 주거공간에서 색채는 실내분위기를 결정하는데 중요한 요소라고 평가하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 현재 거실공간과 부부침실의 경우 천장과 벽의 색상(Hue)은 N(흰색)계열이었고, 색조(Tone)는 밝은 톤으로 마감되어 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 색채계획에 관한 만족도는 보통인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 거실공간과 부부침실에서 가장 선호되는 마감색채는 현재의 것과 동일하게 나타났지만, 현재 마감된 색채보다는 색채종류가 더 다양함을 알 수 있었다.

Apartment is the most favorite residential type which already occupies more than 50 percent of total number of housing unite in Korea. The interior space design shows various changes of trends within old and legal standard in terms of basic dimension. The most important function of housing means that Provides comfortable living spaces for a family and enjoying relaxation of stress form social activities. This residential space effects direct or indirect to each family members self-satisfaction and relationship. The basic factor for space design brings dimension which is enable space efficiency together with behavioral route, size of electronics and furnitures. Apartment dwelling type was introduced from out of countries. From the very beginning that inharmonious conflicts found and adjusted for several decades. But, the changes of body conditions of new generation has not considered as a dwelling space design yet. This research may call for attention of changing human scale standards for housing in various field of study.

도시화는 현대사회의 가장 큰 특징이며 도시가 성장하면서 과거의 기능이 변화하고 도시내부의 공간구조가 점차 기능적으로 분화하는 경향이 있다. 그 중 가장 주목할 만한 것 중의 하나는 주거지역의 입지변화와 공간적 확산과정에서 나타나는 주거지 분화현상이다. 도시생태학자 Hoyt은 주거지 이동패턴에 대하여 도시 내의 주거지분포 패턴을 결정짓는 핵심적인 요인으로 최고지대를 지불할 수 있는 부유층의 주거입지 선택에 따라 전체 도시의 계층별 주거분포가 영향을 받게 된다고 주장하였다. 서울은 소규모로 계획된 역사도시에서 인구 1000만의 대도시로 성장하여 오면서 많은 구조적 변화를 경험하여 현재의 공간구조를 이루게 되었다. 현재 전체 서울의 주택지는 동일한 것이 아니고 각종 주위환경에 따른 성격과 특성을 달리하는 요소로 구성되어 있다. 이 특성을 달리하는 주택지들이 모여서 각기 상이한 역할을 수행하고 서로 기능적 관계를 맺으면서 주택지를 형성하고 있다. 선형이론(Hoyt's Sector theory)에 따르면 고급주택지역의 도시 공간구조에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다고 주장하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 서울의 고급주택지역의 분포와 그 입지 특성에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 서울시 고급주택지역의 분포를 형성하는 원인을 규명하는데 있다. 고급주택지의 지역적 분포를 파악하여 그 입지 성향과 특성을 알게 되면 도시의 토지이용계획, 특히 주거지계획에 도움이 될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to apply the basic data of the color plan to satisfy the internal desire of residents by considering residents's special in housing space. So we analyzed and surveyed the current condition of color plan in housing space where age units of 30~40 are living. The results of this study are as followed. when the current place of color distribution was observed, ceiling and general wall showed that N(white) systems and YR of bright tone was mostly distributed. On other hand the bottom showed that the calm tone YR was mostly distributed. we could know that residents wanted to show the special of rooms by using point wall. This tendency more presented in privacy room than public room. Through this study, we could evaluate that the special of residents is not presented in color plan of the housing space where age units of 30~40 are living. So we could think that it is needed methods of color plan considered the special of residents for discriminative characteristic of the design in housing space.

플로팅 건축물은 현장 시공에 제약 조건이 발생할 가능성이 높아 현장 시공을 최소화할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 현장 시공을 최소화할 수 있는 모듈러 설계를 플로팅 건축물 상부공간에 적용하기 위하여, 먼저 프로젝트 초기 단계에서의 고려 사항을 검토하였고, 소규모 레저용 플로팅 주거공간을 대상으로 모듈러 설계를 적용하는 방안을 시도하였다.

Recent decreased number of family members have caused at least one spare room which is not used as a bedroom in an apartment house. In addition, people who need an apartment house cannot be satisfied with the typical unit plan any more, and rather request more various types of living space. Based on this kind of housing needs trend, we would like to analyze and classify dwelling unit planning methods which may create particular purpose extra rooms to satisfy their unique needs and to give characteristics and individualities by means of study on various cases. As a result of this study, we could find the following planning methods which can produce extra rooms : 1) Utilization of optional plan between living room and adjacent bedrooms, 2) Utilization of optional plan on master bedroom zone, 3) Insertion of transitional space and Utilization of spare space, 4) Insertion of a space for housewives near a kitchen, 5) Positive utilization of a balcony space. This study is also trying to show many unit plan cases of which planning methods can be applied in other cases.

노인은 대부분의 활동을 주거 공간 중심으로 보내게 되므로, 노화에 따른 만성적 지병과 신체활동의 기능저하로 말미암아 주거와 의료 서비스의 결합은 노인의 생활에 있어서 핵심적인 요소가 아닐 수 없다. 따라서 주거와 의료서비스를 결합한 노인의료주거단지에 있어 노인의 라이프스타일을 반영한 다양한 형태의 주거생활공간에 대한 연구와 대안모색이 필요하다. 참여와 공동창작으로 이루어지는 유니버설서비스디자인의 프로세스를 본 연구에 도입함으로써 주체적이고 활동적인 서비스의 소비자로서의 노인에 대한 적극적인 대안이 될 것이다.
