A Study on Fault Characteristics of DFIG in Distribution Systems Based on the PSCAD/EMTDC (PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용한 풍력발전의 배전계통 사고특성에 관한 연구)

  • Korea Ministry of Knowledge Economy has estimated that wind power (WP) will be occupied 37% in 2020 and 42% in 2030 of the new energy sources, and also green energies such as photovoltaic (PV) and WP are expected to be interconnected with the distribution system because of Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) starting from 2012. However, when a large scale wind power plant (over 3[MW]) is connected to the traditional distribution system, protective devices (mainly OCR and OCGR of re-closer) will be occurred mal-function problems due to changed fault currents it be caused by Wye-grounded/Delta winding of interconnection transformer and %impedance of WP's turbine. Therefore, when Double-Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) of typical WP's Generator is connected into distribution system, this paper deals with analysis three-phase short, line to line short and a single line ground faults current by using the symmetrical components of fault analysis and PSCAD/EMTDC modeling.

분포형 수문매개변수 산정을 위한 GIS의 활용 - 금강상류유역을 중심으로 -

  • 강우시 유역 내에서 발생하는 수문특성을 구명하고자 하는 연구는 지속적으로 진행되고 있다. 특히 최근 몇년간 집중호우로 인한 홍수피해가 매우 실각한 수준으로 발생하였고, 이에 지방 소하천을 포함한 전국의 하천정비사업이 새로운 설계홍수빈도를 토대로 진행되고 있다. 우리나라의 강우특성은 여름철에 편중되는 특성을 지니고 있어 홍수시의 홍수방어 대책 등 치수에 많은 어려움이 있는 것이 현실이다. 집중호우로 인한 피해는 전 세계적인 문제로 제기되고 있으며, 이에 강우-유출 관계를 규명하고자 하는 노력이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 강우-유출과정은 시간적, 공간적 다변성을 지닌 수문학적 인자에 의해 좌우되기 때문에 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 다년간의 강우-유출 자료를 바탕으로 알고리즘을 생성하고, 이를 바탕으로 정확한 모의가 가능한 수문 모형 및 시스템들을 개발하는데 노력을 기울이고 있다(심순보 등, 1998, 신사철 등, 2002). 그러나 이러한 모형들은 많은 매개변수와 다양한 정보들을 필요로 하게 되어 이들을 처리하는데 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 최근에는 GIS(Geographical Information System)를 활용하여 유역과 분수계를 결정하고 하천형태학적인 특성인자를 추출하는 자동화된 유역정보 추출기술 개발에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다(Bhaskar, 1992, Francisco, 1995, Yeon, 1999). 이에 본 연구에서는 GIS기법을 이용하여 지형자료로부터 하천연장, 배수면적, 지체시간, 도달시간 등 유역내의 분포형 수문매개변수를 추출하였고 추출된 매개변수를 통해 강우-유출식을 적용하여 분포형 유출량을 산정하는데 활용하고자 한다.ansverse Mercatro) 지구좌표계의 DEM 자료로 변환하였다. 또한 유역의 고도차를 이용한 흐름특성 분석을 위해 수치고도자료를 이용하여 유역흐름특성을 분석할 수 있는 TOPAZ(Topographic PArameteri-Zation) 프로그램을 이용하였다. TOPAZ 프로그램을 통해 분석된 각 격자별 분포형 수문 매개변수는 적합한 관계식을 통해 분포형 유출량을 모의하는데 적용된다.다 정확한 유입량 예측이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.이 작은 오차를 발생하였으며, 전체적으로 퍼프 모형이 입자모형보다는 훨씬 적은 수의 계산을 통해서도 작은 오차를 나타낼 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 Gaussian 분포를 갖는 퍼프모형은 전단흐름에서의 긴 유선형 농도분포를 모의할 수 없었고, 이에 관한 오차는 전단계수가 증가함에 따라 비선형적으로 증가하였다. 향후, 보다 다양한 흐름영역에서 장${\cdot}$단점 분석 및 오차해석을 수행한 후에 각각의 Lagrangian 모형의 장점만을 갖는 모형결합 방법을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.mm/$m^{2}$로 감소한 소견을 보였다. 승모판 성형술은 전 승모판엽 탈출증이 있는 두 환아에서 동시에 시행하였다. 수술 후 1년 내 시행한 심초음파에서 모든 환아에서 단지 경등도 이하의 승모판 폐쇄 부전 소견을 보였다. 수술 후 조기 사망은 없었으며, 합병증으로는 유미흉이 한 명에서 있었다. 술 후 10개월째 허혈성 확장성 심근증이 호전되지 않아 Dor 술식을 시행한 후 사망한 예를 제외한 나머지 6명은 특이 증상 없이 정상 생활 중이다 결론: 좌관상동맥 페동맥이상 기시증은 드물기는 하나, 영유

  • Detecting a moving object from videos and tracking it are basic and necessary preprocessing steps in many video systems like object recognition, context aware, and intelligent visual surveillance. In this paper, we propose a method that is able to detect a moving object quickly and accurately in a condition that background and light change in a real time. Furthermore, our system detects strongly an object in a condition that the target object is covered with other objects. For effective detection, effective Eigen-space and FCM are combined and employed, and a CONDENSATION algorithm is used to trace a detected object strongly. First, training data collected from a background image are linear-transformed using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Second, an Eigen-background is organized from selected principal components having excellent discrimination ability on an object and a background. Next, an object is detected with FCM that uses a convolution result of the Eigen-vector of previous steps and the input image. Finally, an object is tracked by using coordinates of an detected object as an input value of condensation algorithm. Images including various moving objects in a same time are collected and used as training data to realize our system that is able to be adapted to change of light and background in a fixed camera. The result of test shows that the proposed method detects an object strongly in a condition having a change of light and a background, and partial movement of an object.

Comparison with SAR Patterns of Biological Objects Contacted with Coaxial Waveguide Antenna Using MUR and GPML ABCs in the FDTD Method (유한차분법에서 MUR과 GPML 흡수경계조건을 이용한 동축 도파관 안테나에 접촉된 생체의 SAR 패턴 비교)

  • The SAR patterns of biological objects contacted with coaxial waveguide antennal has been investigated, in which the biological object was modeled by a homogeneous and four-layered lossy human body. We derived the finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) algorithm and equation of MUR and generalized perfectly matched layer(GPML) ABCs in cylindrical coordination. The coupling between coaxial waveguide antenna and a biological object was analyzed by use of MUR and GPML ABCs in the FDTD method to obtain the absorbed power patterns in the media. The specific absorption rates (SAR) distribution which was corresponding to the temperature distribution was calculated in each region by use of the steady-state response in the FDTD method. The SAR patterns of the FDTD method using MUR absorbing boundary conditions(ABCs) was compared with those of the FDTD method using GPML ABCs. The comparison exhibits that the penetration depth of the SAR patterns using MUR ABCs is deeper than that of the SAR patterns using GPML ABCs because of loss in free space. However, the spread in the lateral directions of the SAR patterns using GPML ABCs is smaller than of the SAR patterns using MUR ABCs.

Diagonal Magneto-impedance in Cu/Ni80Fe20 Core-Shell Composite Wire (Cu/Ni80Fe20 코어/쉘 복합 와이어에서 대각(Diagnonal) 자기임피던스)

  • The Cu(radius ra = $95{\mu}m$)/$Ni_{80}Fe_{20}$(outer radius $r_b$ = $120{\mu}m$) core/shell composite wire is fabricated by electrodeposition. The two diagonal components of impedance tensor for the Cu/$Ni_{80}Fe_{20}$ core/shell composite wire in cylindrical coordinates, $Z_{zz}$ and $Z_{{\theta}{\theta}}$, are measured as a function of frequency in 10 kHz~10 MHz and external static magnetic field in 0 Oe~200 Oe. The equations expressing the diagonal $Z_{zz}$ and $Z_{{\theta}{\theta}}$ in terms of diagonal components of complex permeability tensor, ${\mu}^*_{zz}$ and ${\mu}^*_{{\theta}{\theta}}$, are derived from Maxwell's equations. The real and imaginary parts of ${\mu}^*_{zz}$(f) and ${\mu}^*_{{\theta}{\theta}}$(f) spectra are extracted from the measured $Z_{zz}$(f) and $Z_{{\theta}{\theta}}$(f) spectra, respectively. It is presened that the extraction of ${\mu}^*_{zz}$(f) and ${\mu}^*_{{\theta}{\theta}}$(f) spectra from the diagonal impedance spectra can be a versatile tool to investigate dymanic magnetization process in the core/shell composite wire.

Three Crystal Structures of Dehydrated $Ag_{12-x}Na_x-A$ (x: 4, 6, and 8) Treated With Cesium Vapor (탈수한 $Ag_{12-x}Na_x-A$(x :4, 6, 및 8)를 세슘 증기로 처리한 세가지 결정구조)

  • Ag+ 이온이 부분적으로 치환된 3가지 제올라이트 A(Ag4Na8-A, Ag6Na6-A 및 Ag8Na4-A)를 완전히 탈수한 후 280℃에서 24시간동안 약 0.1 Torr의 Cs중기로 처리하 였다. 이들의 결정구조는 22(1)℃ 노에서 입방공간군 Pm3m (단위세포상수 a가 각각 12.321(3) A, 12.295(1) A 및 12.380(7) A임)을 사용하여 단결정 X-선회절법으로 해석 하였다. 이들 세가지 구조에서 Cs+이온은 각각 서로 다른 4개의 결정학적 위치에서 발견되었다. 단위세포당 3개의 Cs+이온은 8-링 중심에 위치하고, 약 6.9-7.3개의 Cs+이온 은 큰 동공의 6-링과 마주보는 위치에 있는 3회 회전축상에서 발견되었다. 그리고 약 2.17-2.74개의 Cs+이온은 소다 라이트 동공내에서 발견되며 약 0.5-1.0개의 Cs+'이온은 4링과 마주보는 곳에 위치한다. 또한 이들 구조에서 단위세포당 각각 1.88(5),2.30(3) 및 5.28(10)개의 Ag종이 존재하며 이들은 큰동공의 중심에서 헥사실버 클러스트를 형성한다. 8-링위치가 Cs+이온으로 모두 차있어서 Ag0가 골조밖으로 이동하는 것을 막을 수 있다. 각각의 헥사실버 클러스터는 서로 다른 좌표에 위치하는 14개의 Cs+이온에 의해 안정화된다. 이들 구조에서 발견되는 약 12.35-13.49개의 Cs+이온들은 Cso의 흡착이 일어나 제올라이트 기본 골 격에 있는 음이온 전하와 균형을 맞출 수 있는 12개의 Cs+ 이온 이상의 이온 또는 원자로 존재하고 있다. Cs+의 배열 은 다음과 같은 두 가지 배열로 쉽게 설명할 수 있다. 일부는 2개의 Cs+이온이 소다이트 동공내에 있는 6-링과 마주보는 곳에 위치하고 큰동공내에는 6개의 Cs+이온이 6링 근처에 위치하며 1개는 4-링 근처에 위치한다. 그 나머지는 소다라이트 동공내에 위치하는 3개의 Cs+이온과 한변의 길이를 3.52 A로 갖는 삼각형을 형성한 후 6-링을 통 하여 큰 동공 내에 위치한 3개의 Cs원자와 결합하게 되므로 3m (C3v)의 대칭구조를 갖는 (CS6)4+클러스터를 형성한다. 그 밖의 5개 Cs+이온은 비어있는 큰동공의 6-링에 위치한다.

Modeling Three-dimensional Free Surface Flow around Thin Wall Incorporation Hydrodynamic Pressure on δ-coordinate (δ-좌표계에서 동수압 계산 수중벽체 인근흐름 수치모형실험)

  • Submerged thin walls are extreme case of submerged rectangular blocks, and could be used for many purposes in rivers or coastal zones, e.g. to tsunami. To understand flow characteristics including flow and pressure fields around a specific submerged thin wall a numerical model was applied which includes computation of hydrodynamic pressure on ${\sigma}$-coordinate. ${\sigma}$-coordinate has strong merits for simulation of subcritical flow over mild-sloped beds. On the other hand ${\sigma}$-coordinate is quite poor to treat sharp structures on the bed. There have been a few trials to incorporate dynamic pressure in ${\sigma}$-coordinate by some researchers. One of the previous approaches includes process of sloving the Poisson equation. However, the above method includes many high-order terms, and requires long cpu for simulation. Another method SOLA was developed by Hirt et al. for computation of dynamic pressure, but it was valid for straight grid system only. Previous SOLA was modified for ${\sigma}$-coordinate for the present purpose and was adopted in a model system, CST3D. Computed flow field shows reasonable behaviour including vorticity is much stronger than the upstream and downstream of the structure. The model was verified to laboratory experiments at a 2DV flume. Time-average flow vectors were measured by using one-dimensional electro-magnetic velocimeter. Computed flow field agrees well with the measured flow field within 10 % error from the speed point of view at 5 profiles. It is thought that the modified SOLA scheme is useful for ${\sigma}$-coordinate system.

Assessing the Real-time Positioning Accuracy of Low-cost GPS Receiver using NTRIP-based Augmentation Service (Ntrip 기반 보정서비스를 활용한 저가 GPS 수신기의 실시간 측위 정확도 평가)

  • This paper presents the static and kinematic positioning accuracy by the real-time GPS positioning modes of the low-cost GPS receivers using NTRIP-based augmentation service. For this, acquires both the raw measurements data of the field tests by LEA 6T GPS module of u-blox AG, and correction communication via NTRIP caster with RTKLIB as an open source program for GNSS solution. With computing the positions of the check points and road tracks by six kinds of GPS positioning modes which are Single, SBAS, DGPS, PPP, RTK, and TCP/IP_RTK, compared these results to the reference position of the check points. The position error average and rmse of the static test by GPS L1 RTK surveying showed $N=0.002m{\pm}0.001m$, $E=0.004m{\pm}0.001m$ in horizontal plane, and $h=-0.116m{\pm}0.003m$ in vertical, these results are very closed to the coordinates with the geodetic receiver. Especially, in case of the kinematic test with obstacles located on both sides of road, the computed track with ambiguity fixing showed very similar trajectory considerably from VRS network RTK mode. And also, evaluate and verify the performance of the TCP/IP_RTK mode developed based on TCP/IP protocol.

Performance Enhancement of the Attitude Estimation using Small Quadrotor by Vision-based Marker Tracking (영상기반 물체추적에 의한 소형 쿼드로터의 자세추정 성능향상)

  • The accuracy of small and low cost CCD camera is insufficient to provide data for precisely tracking unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs). This study shows how UAV can hover on a human targeted tracking object by using CCD camera rather than imprecise GPS data. To realize this, UAVs need to recognize their attitude and position in known environment as well as unknown environment. Moreover, it is necessary for their localization to occur naturally. It is desirable for an UAV to estimate of his attitude by environment recognition for UAV hovering, as one of the best important problems. In this paper, we describe a method for the attitude of an UAV using image information of a maker on the floor. This method combines the observed position from GPS sensors and the estimated attitude from the images captured by a fixed camera to estimate an UAV. Using the a priori known path of an UAV in the world coordinates and a perspective camera model, we derive the geometric constraint equations which represent the relation between image frame coordinates for a marker on the floor and the estimated UAV's attitude. Since the equations are based on the estimated position, the measurement error may exist all the time. The proposed method utilizes the error between the observed and estimated image coordinates to localize the UAV. The Kalman filter scheme is applied for this method. its performance is verified by the image processing results and the experiment.

The Crystal and Molecular Structure of Sulfadiazine (Sulfadiazine의 結晶 및 分子構造)

  • Sulfadiazine, $C_{10}H_{10}N_4O_2S$, forms monoclinic crystals of space group $P21}c$ from a mixture of acetone and ethanol with $a=13.71{\pm}0.04,\;b=5.84{\pm}0.03,\;c=15.11{\pm}0.05{\AA},\;{\beta}=115.0{\pm}0.3^{\circ}$, and four molecules per cell. Three dimensional photographic data were collected with $CuK\alpha$ radiation. The structure was determined using Patterson and Fourier synthesis methods and refined by block diagonal least-squares methods with isotropic thermal parameter for all non-hydrogen atoms. The final R value was 0.15 for the 1517 observed independent reflections. The dihedral angle between the planes through the benzene ring and the pyrimidine ring is $76^{\circ}$. The conformational angle formed by the projection of the S-C(5) bond with that of N(1)-C(1) where the projection is taken along the S-N(1) bond is $77^{\circ}$. The imino nitrogen atom, N(1), and pyrimidine nitrogen atom, N(3), form intermolecular $N-H{\cdots}N$ hydrogen bond between the molecules related by center of symmetry. Amino nitrogen atom, N(4), forms two intermolecular $N-H{\cdots}O$ hydrogen bonds, with O(1) and O(2) atoms of different molecules separated by b. A two dimensional network of hydrogen bonds form infinite molecular sheets parallel to the (100) plane. Adjacent sheets are bound together by van der Waals forces.
