어린이 도서연구회는 어린이를 도서 선택의 주체로 인식하고 국내 어린이 교육문화 운동을 실천하기 위해 설립된 단체다. 이곳에서는 어린이 책을 연구하고 좋은 책을 골라 권장하는 등 어린이 삶을 바르게 가꾸기 위한 활발한 활동을 펼쳐오고 있다. 본지에서는 제16회 간행물윤리상 시상식에서 독서진흥상을 수상한 부길만 어린이도서연구회 이사장(한국출판문화학회장, 동원대학 교학처장)을 만나 대담을 나누는 자리를 마련했다.

This study analyzes several factors of good instruction that have been studied by precedent studies as well as the dominated perspective of teaching that validates the value of good instruction. For this purpose, the authors explore an understanding of the perspective that lessons ought to pursue. The authors examine the difference in the dominated perspective of good instruction of pre-service teacher and teachers through the study methodology of chi-square, one-way analyses of variance, and post-hoc test. The research subjects were enrolled students and graduates of the Department of Early Childhood Education at colleges in Seoul and the Capital area. The TPI that had been objectively indexed with comprehensive understandings and viewpoints of good instruction was also applied. The study result shows that high schools' dominated perspective is "nursing" and colleges' is "apprenticing", regardless of the kind of school. The article discusses the perspective of good instruction by comparing the results of domestic and foreign studies and this study. Some ideas were suggested for further research.

This study was a descriptive study to investigate the factors influencing on attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment of nursing students' consciousness of biomedical ethics, good death recognition and meaning of life. The subjects of this study were 293 nursing students attending college at P city. Data were collected for two weeks from May 1, 2018 to May 11, 2018. The statistical method was performed with SPSS WIN 22.0 using a complex sampling analysis, pearson's correlation coefficients, and a multiple regression analysis. The result of this study was significant positive correlation between attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment and consciousness of biomedical ethics(r=.266, p<.001), good death recognition(r=.373, p<.001), meaning of life(r=.122, p=.037). The meaning of life was significant positive correlation consciousness of biomedical ethics(r=.294, p<.001), good death recognition(r=.230, p<.001). The good death recognition was significant positive correlation consciousness of biomedical ethics(r=.306, p<.001). Factors Influencing on the attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment was good death recognition(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001) and consciousness of biomedical ethics(${\beta}=.16$, p=.004). These factors explained about 16% of the variance. Therefore it is necessary to develop an educational program to positively raise the attitude of consciousness of biomedical ethics and good death recognition.

With the fierce competition between universities and the diversification and rapid development of multimedia, university promotional videos have become one of the effective means for universities to instill a better brand image, increase their competitiveness, and attract more new students. There were not many studies on university promotional videos in the field of advertising promotion, and there were no comparative studies on university promotional videos in Korea and China. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze promotional videos of the top 30 universities in Korea and China by referring to the world university rankings released by the 2021 World University Rankings (QS) World University Evaluation Agency and explore the differences between the two countries. According to the results of the study, it was found that there were some significant differences between Korea and China's university promotional images in each analysis category. This study is meaningful in that it will serve as a reference for the production of promotional videos for schools in the future while presenting the differences between Korean and Chinese university promotional videos.

시대의 흐름에 따라 창업자본주의(entrepreneurial capitalism)의 경향을 보이고 있는 현대사회에서 혁신적인 아이디어와 도전정신을 바탕으로 글로벌 진출을 도모하는 소규모 기업 또는 개인 창업자의 역동적인 창업활동은 창업생태계(Entrepreneurial Ecosystem)에서 새로운 성장 동력 창출로 이어진다. 이러한 창업에 대하여 대학에서 창출된 기업들은 다른 기업들보다 훨씬 높은 성공률을 보이며, 좋은 일자리를 만들고 경제활동을 촉진한다. 이에 따라 우리나라 정부에서도 대학 창업을 촉진하기 위한 노력으로 "대학창업교육 5개년 계획(2013-2017)"과 "2015년도 정부 창업지원 효율화 방안", 그리고 "산학협력 활성화 5개년 기본계획(2016-2020)" 등을 발표하였고, 대학과 연구소 등에서도 대학 창업 활성화에 대한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있지만 여전히 현실적인 한계가 존재한다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 본 연구에서는 대학 창업교육의 체계화를 목적으로 변화하는 대학의 역할과 클러스터(cluster), 그리고 창업교육에 대한 이론을 고찰한다. 또한, 미국 혁신대학의 대표적 사례를 중심으로 창의적인 대학문화의 요인을 살펴보고, '창업 성공'과는 다른 '성공적인 창업'을 목적으로 클러스터 관점의 창업교육에 대한 개념적 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 대학 기술기반의 창업 활성화를 위한 통합적 창업교육 플랫폼 구축의 기조(基調)가 되는 클러스터 관점의 창업교육에 대한 개념적 프레임워크는 관련 이론과 사례를 바탕으로 창의적 문화 구축과 효과적인 혁신 창출에 필요한 인재, 기술, 관용이라는 세 가지 요소의 역할이 중심이 되어 창업교육에 수반되어야 할 지역의 창업자원, 창업정책, 그리고 리더십의 클러스터링을 강조하고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 후속연구에서는 통합적 창업교육 플랫폼 차원에서 창업보육센터, 기술지주회사, 기술사업화센터, 창업지원단 등과 같은 대학 내에 존재하는 대표적인 창업활동 주체(조직) 간 효과적인 협력체계 구축과 함께 성공적인 창업을 위한 실행 가능한 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

The top thirty universities in 2014 by the college rankings of the Korea Joongang Daily were chosen for the samples of this study to find how much academic libraries affect the competitiveness of universities. Evaluation scores of the universities in four areas, and building size, budgets, the number of collections and personnels were also decided as the variables in this study. The influence to the universities' evaluation and rankings of their libraries through average and correlation analysis was studied. The major findings of the study are: (1) Average analysis between metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas found that there were significant differences in globalization indicators, reputation, and social advance degree. Also, (2) Correlation analysis found that library budgets and the number of personnel highly affected the university evaluations or rankings compared to the other variables.

대학은 교육개선을 통하여 교육 수요자인 학생에게 질 좋은 교육을 제공함으로서 교육 만족도를 높일 수 있으며, 대학 경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 교육개선의 일환으로 2010년부터 시행중인 전문대학교 공학기술교육인증(ETAC) 컴퓨터공학기술 분야에서 필수 이수 교과목인 종합설계의 대학별 운영 사례 비교 분석을 통하여 졸업생역량(PO)의 산학연계형 평가 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 종합설계 교과목 운영시 담당교수 이외에 산업체 인사가 참여하는 다면평가 방법과 더 나아가 종합설계 교과목 수업 운영으로 현장 실무자가 포함된 팀티칭 방법을 제안한다.

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술은 기존의 서버, 데스크톱 컴퓨팅 환경을 빠르게 변화시키며, 차세대 인터넷 서비스의 핵심 분야로 부각되고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술 중 특히 저비용, 안정성, 확장성, 무결성 그리고 보안성을 가지고 있는 클라우드 스토리지 서비스가 각광 받고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 클라우드 스토리지 기반 기술인 분산 파일 시스템에 관해서 살펴보고, 오픈소스 기반의 분산 파일 시스템인 MooseFS, XtreemFS, GlusterFS, Ceph 등을 이용하여 시스템 구축 및 성능 측정을 수행 하였다. 수행결과 Postmark에서는 GlusterFS, MD5SUM에서는 XtreemFS가 가장 좋은 성능을 보여주었다.

본 논문에서는 초등학교 교육과정에서 교육목표로 다루고 있는 창의성이라는 주제와 학교현장에서 초등학생들에게 쉽게 접목시킬 수 있는 교육용 프로그래밍 언어인 LOGO 프로그래밍과 프랙탈 기하이론을 초등학교 컴퓨터교육에 활용하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 향후 컴퓨터교육과정은 알고리즘과 프로그래밍 영역이 포함될 예정이며, 이러한 알고리즘과 프로그래밍 교육에는 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 사용이 필수적이며 이의 활용에 대한 연구가 시급한 상황이다. LOGO 프로그래밍과 프랙탈을 함께 지도함으로서 규칙성, 반복성, 유사성, 닮음 등 수학적 개념을 쉽게 이해하는 것이 가능하므로, 이를 활용하여 초등학교 수학과 교육과정에서 반드시 학습해야 할 도형, 측정, 규칙성과 문제 해결 영역과 연계하여 지도하면 좋은 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

폐쇄된 터널 내부에서는 사고가 일어날 경우 외부에서는 터널 내 상황을 알 수가 없어 경미한 사고라 하더라도 대형 후속 2차 사고로 이어질 가능성이 크다. 또한영상탐지로사고 상황의 오검출을 줄이기 위해서, 본 연구에서는기존의 많은 CNN 모델 중 보유한 데이터에 가장 적합한 모델을 선택하는 과정에서 가장 좋은 성능을 보인 VGG16 모델을 전이학습 시키고 fully connected layer의 일부 layer에 Dropout을 적용시켜 Overfitting을일부방지하는 CNN 모델을 생성한 뒤Yolo를 이용한 영상 내 객체인식, OpenCV를 이용한 영상 프레임 내에서 객체의ROI를 추출하고이를 CNN 모델과 비교하여오검출을 줄이면서 사고를 검출하는 시스템을 제안하였다.
