This study presents a risk management methodology using fuzzy theory for early construction stage and is focused on risk identification and risk analysis. This study identifies various risk factors associated with activities clearly construction stage, then establishes the Risk Breakdown Structure(RBS) by classifying the risks into the three groups; Common risks, risks for Earth works, and risks for Foundation works. The risk analysis method presented in this study is based on the RBS that has two levels such as upper level and lower level. The risk exposure of lower level risk factors is assessed by fuzzy inference. The weight of risks is estimated by fuzzy measure. Then, the estimated risk exposures and weights are aggregated to assess the risk exposure of upper level risks by Choquet fuzzy integral. The risk exposure of upper level risks determine the priority of risk factors in view of risk management. This study performs case study to validate the proposed method. The result of case study shows that the methodology suggested in this thesis would be utilized well in evaluating risk exposure.

Construction projects are exposed to various types of risks, which tend to increase. The increasing risks call for contractors' more attentions to forecasting and dealing with these risks. One of the measures to deal with contractors' risks is to forecast or estimate risk cost and include it in the construction budget. Although various researches in relation to risk cost have been observed, little attention has been paid to general contractors' perceptions and current practices in estimating risk cost of construction budget. The objective of the study is to identify and discuss key characteristics and implications based on the survey and analysis of general contractors' perceptions and current practices in estimating risk cost of construction budget. The study shows that there is a gap between the perception and the practice of estimating risk cost, that is, high perception of the importance of risk cost and a relatively low level of practice. It suggests that historical cost data, guidelines and corporate-level standard procedures are required to improve the current practice in addition to sufficient time allocations for risk cost estimating. It discusses that there is a need for using sophisticated estimating techniques including bid data analytics despite a low level of the current adoption, and also proposes that research and development in the field of the sophisticated estimating techniques should be further implemented in order to increase their practicality.

The government of South Korea has introduced various security measures in the supply chain, such as CSI (including a 24-hour rule) and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), in compliance with global security trends and the war on terror. However, many participants in the import and export process are still unfamiliar with the purposes and functions of CSI, the 24-hour rule, and AEO. As such, considering these risks as obstacles or as factors that interfere with the import and export process, this study suggests proper management schemes, which can identify, measure and evaluate these risks.

지구를 원궤도로 돌고 있는 위성 운동과 지진에 흔들리는 건물 진동을 선형 확률적 미분 방정식으로 나타내고 최적화 제어를 위하여 리스크 센서티브 제어기를 사용한다. 리스크 센서티브 파라미터에 따라서 코스트 함수의 평균과 분산이 변하게 된다. 이 파라미터가 무한히 커지면 리스크 센서티브 제어기는 기존의 LQG 제어기와 같아지므로 리스크 샌서티브 제어이론은 LQG 제어 이론을 포함한 종합적인 이론이다. 이 논문에서는 리스크 센서티브 이론을 소개하고, 리스크 센서티브 제어 방식의 성능 측정및 평가 방법을 도출하기 위하여 공분산을 이용하면 리스크 센서티브 제어기는 기존의 LQG 제어기 보다 우수한 성능을 나타낸다는 것을 보여준다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 위성의 자세및 궤도 운동 제어와 건물 진동 제어에 활용된 리스크 센서티브 제어기의 향상된 성능과 안정성을 보여준다.

새로운 시스템이나 제품이 철도운영환경에서 이용할 수 있을 만큼 안전하다는 것은 체계적인 문서화를 통해 입증해야 한다. 이러한 적정성을 제공하기 위해서는 안전성 관련 사항들은 논의에 대한 유효성을 판단하기에 앞서 독립적인 검증기관이나 자체적인 전문 평가를 수행하는 기관(또는 관리기관)에 제시되어져야 한다. 이러한 유효성은 종합안전대책기술서 형태로 제공되어지며 이는 사실에 대한 단순한 열거가 아니라 해당 시스템이나 제품의 실제 사용시 안전하다는 확신을 해당 기관에게 줄 수 있도록 고안되어 있는 일련의 논의들이다. 종합안전대책기술서는 관계자가 시스템 및 제품의 신규도입으로부터 발생되는 모든 리스크에 대한 분석 및 평가 수행여부와 이러한 리스크를 어떻게 관리하고 개선시켜 왔는지를 나타내주는 문서이다. 또한 관리가 효과적이고 지속적으로 적용되었음을 확인하기 위한 관리시스템을 제시해 주기도 한다. 본 연구는 유럽의 철도산업 범주내에서 종합안전대책기술서 그 자체의 특성과 시스템의 형태 및 적용 가능한 제품에 대해 정의를 내리는데 그 목적이 있으며 기술서의 취지와 구조, 보조문서 및 관련법규에 관한 사항에 초점을 맞출 것이다.

Project risk assessment is the most important activity performed at the beginning of a project because it can judge the performance of the project in advance. In this study, We were evaluated risk with traditional risk factors such as technology and schedule, etc, and Indirect risks factors such as financial, strategic, and special risks. and then, we analyzed what kind of relationship these risk evaluation factors have on business performance and customer satisfaction. As a result of the research, it was found that the risk evaluation items had a relationship with performance and customer satisfaction. However, It is possible that the performance may differ depending on how risks are managed after risk assessment. Therefore, follow-up studies should be conducted, including information on risk management practices. This study is meaningful that presenting practical risk evaluation items and at the same time identifying the relationship with performance. We plan to further the study in future studies including the evaluation of risk management process.

제일경제연구소는 국내기업의 파생상품 이용현황, 파생상품의 유형과 거래목적 및 리스크 관리체제 등을 파악하기 위하여 KOSPI 200의 구성기업과 상장 금융기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 국내기업의 해외파생상품의 거래는 최근 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 특히 금리관련 파생금융상품의 거래가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이는 국내기업이 환율 및 국제금리의 변동리스크를 헤지하거나, 자금조달 및 운용을 비롯한 종합적인 자산 부채의 관리를 위하여 파생금융상품을 적극적으로 이용하기 시작했음을 시사하고 있다. 국내기업의 파생상품 이용은 전반적으로 대기업 중심으로 이루어지고 있고, 금융기관들은 비금융기관들에 비해 거래소상장 파생상품의 이용률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 국내기업들은 투기적 목적보다는 환을, 금리, 상품가격변동의 리스크를 헤지할 목적으로 파생상품을 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 환율 및 국제금리의 변동리스크를 관리하기 위하여 많은 기업들이 스왑을 이용하고 있다는 사실은 주목할만 하다. 많은 기업들이 정기적인 보고체제를 갖추고 있지 않은 것으로 파악되었는데, 국내기업의 장외파생상품에의 높은 의존도를 고려할 때 리스크 관리체제의 중요성을 다시 한번 인식할 필요가 있겠다.

Currently, as construction businesses develop and diversity, risk became one of the most crucial considerations. Risks are potential and difficult to predict by nature. Also, they are important as they influence delay in construction period and increase of project costs. In construction projects in South Korea and elsewhere, the importance of risk management widely recognized and relevant research is being conducted continuously. The companies use PRM checklist but apply different criteria and items. For efficient risk management in plants, plant PRM checklist is necessary. This study analyzed risk factors that are taken into account in construction projects and proposed a plant PRM checklist based on case analysis and opinions of experts. Also, it rated the frequency and importance of each risk.
