Research on the Residual Pesticide and Risk Assessment of Agricultural Products at Local Food Markets in Ulsan (울산지역 로컬푸드 농산물의 잔류농약 실태조사 및 위해성 평가)

  • This study investigated pesticide residues in 367 agricultural products from local food markets in Ulsan. Pesticide residues in these samples were analyzed using multi class pesticide multi-residue methods on the Korean Food Code for 350 pesticides using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS. Residual pesticides were detected in 79 (21.5%) samples and exceeded maximum residual limits (MRLs) in 4 (1.1%) samples (chwinamul, narrow-head ragwort, green onion, apricot). The range of the hazard index (%) was 0.0000-63.1043%, and values for the pesticides that violated the MRLs were 63.1043 (green onion), 0.5417 (chwinamul), 0.0684 (apricot), and 0.0100 (narrow-head ragwort). This risk assessment study showed that the values of hazard index (%) were less than 100%, indicating that the consumption of these local agricultural food products was not harmful for human health.

Behavior of the Embankment on Normally Consolidated Clay Supported by the Piled Raft (Piled Raft 기초로 지지된 연약지반 상의 제방의 거동)

  • A railway embankment route extending to 2 km was laid on normally consolidated clay in the West Gimhae Plain. This embankment was first built using the stage-construction technique, but longitudinal cracks suggesting arc sliding appeared on the surface of the embankment immediately after the first stage of its construction. As an alternative, the piled raft was installed on the failed embankment and then the remaining height of the embankment was raised. The behavior of the piled raft was monitored with different instruments during construction. This paper describes the monitoring results and analyses. The results show that if the pile group essentially exhibits the behavior of friction piles, the piled raft foundation performs well even in normally consolidated soft clay.

  • This paper proposed yaw moment control scheme using braking and active rear wheel steering for improving driving stability especially in high speed driving. Its characteristics the unified chassis control system of two equipment that 4WS(4 Wheel Steering) and ESP(Electronic Stability Program). in this study the performance of the vehicle was compared each equipment. And conventional ABS and TCS can only possible to control the longitudinal movement of braking equipment and drive which can only available to control of longitudinal direction. There after new braking system ESP was developed, which controls both of longitudinal and lateral, with adding of the function of controlling Active Yaw Moment. On this paper, we show about not only designing of improved braking and steering system through establishing of the integrated control system design of 4WS and ESP but also designing of the system contribute to precautious for advanced vehicle stability problem.

Nondestructive Analysis on the bell of Boshin-gak (보신각종(普信閣鐘)의 비파괴조사(非破壞調査))

  • In the course of preparing for the transfer of the Boshin-gak Bell, which was designated as Treasure No. 2, due to the transfer of the National Museum of Korea, the current internal cracks and defects in the founding of the bell were examined in order to verify its solidity through γ-ray penetration via 60Co. The bell's compositions were also examined with x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. The result showed that the bell had 65.2% cracks when viewed from the horizontal direction and 62.5% cracks when viewed from the vertical direction. The cracks had approximately 5cm depth. In addition, the result of examining the composition of the bell revealed that it was made of 89~92% copper and 7.5~10.5% tin as well as traces of impurities including 0.1~0.3% lead and not more than 0.1% iron, manganese, etc.

Safety Evaluation on Interaction between Track and Bridge in Continuous Welded Railway Bridge Considering Seismic Load (지진하중을 고려한 장대레일교량의 궤도-교량 상호작용에 대한 안전성 평가)

  • To observe the rail-slab interaction in continuous welded railway(CWR) bridge when earthquake occurs, additional axial rail stresses and relative longitudinal displacements between rail and bridge deck were calculated with input of various load combinations and 3 different types of seismic loads to an analytical model. As results of analysis, it can be found that standard response spectrum proposed by Korea Rail(KR) network authority for earthquake design showed less additional axial rail stresses than allowable levels, but greater relative longitudinal displacement between rail and bridge deck, which means that adjustment of relative longitudinal displacement within a standard level is much more difficult than axial train stress. Additionally, if a large-scaled earthquake as occurred at Kobe, Japan comes up, then both of additional axial rail stress and relative displacement in rail-bridge deck may exceed allowable levels, which indicates to make proper design guides against sudden earthquake occurrence.

  • High-rise buildings and complex facilities are a representative urban system for the masses, and it requires an increasing role of commodity and safety. Smoke and toxic gasses can cause accidents due to fire in these systems. The purpose of this study is to develop a fiber screen material for emergency evacuation passages that can be avoided quickly and safely in cases of disasters. The fiber screen material is applicable to folding devices for emergency evacuation passages. The material is different from general steel material in that it is lightweight with less burden during storage for a long time in a roll form in a folding device. It also has an excellent secondary function in that it is less affected by radiant heat. Three kinds of fiber screen materials were selected that have good flame retardancy and post-processing characteristics. A performance evaluation was performed by a heat shrinkage test, contact heat test, combustibility test, flame retardancy test, tensile strength test, and tear strength test. As a result, the lightweight fabric shows excellent performance through post-processing, and silicone resin coating can secure safety of the pizza by the fiber screen material performance and radiant heat. The optimum post-treatment conditions were evaluated by performing a burning test after coating two kinds of glass fibers and four types of flame-retardant silicone resins with different weight and thickness.

  • Increasing environmental concerns have prompted countries around the world to tighten regulations on greenhouse gases and fuel efficiency. Research is being done using advanced driver assistance systems to improve fuel economy and for the convenience of drivers. Research on systems such as adaptive cruise control (ACC), LKAS, and AEB is active. The purpose of ACC is to control the longitudinal speed and distance of the vehicle and minimize the driver's load, which is considered useful for accident prevention. From this point of view, research has used a mathematical method of safety evaluation as a function of distances and scenarios while considering domestic road environments. A vehicle is tested with a simulation in a proposed scenario. The purpose of the analysis is to verify the functional safety of ACC by comparing the theoretical calculations using theoretical equations, the relative distances in the simulation, and an actual vehicle test. These methods are expected to enable many companies to use scenarios, formulas, and simulations as safety verification methods in the development of ACC.

PL 사례에 대응한 제품안전성 제고방안

  • 금년 7월 1일부터 개정 시행되는 품질경영촉진 및 공산품안전관리범파, 2002 년 7 월 1 일부터 시행되는 제조물책임(Product Liability; PL)법으로 인하여 제품의 안전성을 제고하기 위한 노력이 정부와 기업. 학계에서 다각도로 진행중이다. 그러나, 그 추진방향들이 아직 제각각이어서 하나의 조직적인 체계를 갖추진 못하고 있다. 그 이유는 제조물책임에 대응하기 위한 제품안전성 향상이 어느 한 분야의 활동으로는 충족시킬 수 없기 때문이지만, 기본적으로는 제품안전이 담당하여야 하는 책임의 범위가 어디까지인지 기업을 비롯한 관계자들이 명확히 이해하고 있지 못하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 관련하여, 기존에 이미 시행착오를 겪은 선진국들의 소송사례를 중심으로 제품결함 중 어느 부분에 문제가 제기되는가를 살펴보고, 그 대응책을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 제조물책임법의 제정 취지와 법에서 정하고 있는 책임범위가 어디까지인지를 살펴보고, 선진국의 소송사례를 중심으로 그 적용범위를 확인하였다 또한 제조물책임에 대응하기 위한 방법이 어떻게 진행되는지를 살펴보고, 그 중 제품 안전성 (Product Safety) 을 향상시키기 위하여 신뢰성이나 품질측면에서 경영상의 어떤 노력이 경주되어야 하는가를 검토하였다. 한편, 리스크 관리상의 리스크 분석과 위험성 분석과의 관계, 위험성 분석의 기법들, 위험성 분석기법의 선정요령, 제품의 안전성을 평가하기 위하여 기존의 위험성 분석기법을 어떻게 활용할 것인가, 적용상의 문제점은 없는가 검토하였다. 마지막으로, 현재 기업들이 가장 소홀하게 대응하고 있는 표시상의 결함에 대하여 소송 및 보상사례를 살펴보고, 그에 대한 대책으로서 픽토그램, 라벨, 경고문구, 그리고 사용설명서의 작성 및 표시 방안에 대하여 대응방안을 고찰하였다. 용융이 발생될 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 현상을 방지하기 위해서는 진공 분위기 하에서 적절한 접합 틈새를 유지할 수 있는 공정 및 장비의 개발이 필요하다.(Icing화) 문제가 발생하기 때문에 배기가스의 Icing을 방지하기 위하여 압축기 끝단에서 공기를 추출하여 배기부분에 송출할 필요성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 출구가스의 기체 유동속도가 매우 빠르므로 (100-l10m.sec) 이를 완화하기 위한 디퓨저의 설계가 요구된다고 판단된다. 또 연소기 후방에 물을 주입하는 경우 열교환기 및 기타 부분품에 발생할 수 있는 부식 및 열교환 효율 저하도 간과할 수 없는 문제로 파악되었다. 이러한 기술적 문제가 적절히 해결되는 경우 비활성 가스 제너레이터는 민수용으로는 대형 빌딩, 산림, 유조선 등의 화재에 매우 적절히 사용되어 질 수 있을 뿐 아니라 군사적으로도 군사작전 중 및 공군 기지의 화재 그리고 지하벙커에 설치되어 있는 고급 첨단 군사 장비 등의 화재 뿐 아니라 대간첩작전 등에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.가 작으며, 본 연소관에 충전된 RDX/AP계 추진제의 경우 추진제의 습기투과에 의한 추진제 물성 변화는 미미한 것으로 나타났다.의 향상으로, 음성개선에 효과적이라고 사료되었으며, 이 방법이 편측 성대마비 환자의 효과적인 음성개선의 치료방법의 하나로 응용될 수 있으리라 생각된다..7%), 혈액투석, 식도부분절제술 및 위루술·위회장문합술을 시행한 경우가 각 1례(2.9%)씩이었다. 13) 심각한 합병증은 9례(26.5%)에서 보였는데 그중 식도협착증이 6례(17.6%), 급성신부전증 1례(2.9%), 종격동기흉과 폐염이 병발한 경우와 폐염이 각 1례(2.9%)였다. 14) 식도경 시행회수는 1회가 17례(54.8%), 2회가 9례(29.0%), 3회 이상이

  • Conventionally, 2WS is used for vehicle sleeting, which can only steering front wheel. In case of trying to high speed slalom or emergency through this kind of vehicle equipped 2WS, it may occur much of side slip angle. On the other hand, 4WS makes decreasing of side slip angle, outstandingly, so it is possible to support vehicle movement stable.   • This paper implements an integrated vehicle chassis system of ACC(Adaptive Cruise Control) and LKS(Lane Keeping System) based on OSEK OS to vehicle operating system and analyzes its performance through experiments. In recent years active safety and advanced driver assistance system has discussed to improve safety of vehicle. Among the rest, We integrate ACC that controls longitudinal velocity of vehicle and LKS that assists a vehicle in maintaing its driving lane, then implement integrated control system in vehicle. Implemented control system uses OSEK/VDX proposed standard, which is aiming at reusability and safety of software for vehicle and removal hardware dependence of application software. Redesigned control system based on OSEK OS, which is supported by OSEK/VDX, can manage real-time task, process interrupt and manage shared resource. We show by results performed EILS(ECU-In-the-Loop Simulation) that OSEK OS-based integrated controller of ACC and LKS is equivalent conventional integrated controller of ACC and LKS.
