대규모 기업집단의 계열사 간 내부거래에 대한 공시 범위 확대 등을 내용으로 하는 공정거래법시행령 개정(안)이 지난 9월 26일 입법예고(기간: 9월 26일~10월 17일)되었다. 이밖에도 기업결합의 사전신고 범위를 확대하고 상습 법위반 사업자에 대한 자진신고 감면 제한 근거조항 마련 등 시행령 운용과정에서 나타난 미비점을 보완했다. 이번 개정안은 법제처 심사 및 차관회의 국무회의 등 관련 절치를 거쳐 확정 공포되며 금년 12월 말부터 시행될 예정이다.

심도 냉동(급속 냉동 포함)식품과 특정 품질특성이 유지되는 기간이 18개월이 넘는 식품은 ''상미(best before)'' 또는 ''소비(use by)'' 기한을 표시하지 않아도 된다는 규정은 1996년에 폐지하도록 재정고시되었으나 시행은 유보되어 있다. 1999년 제53호 법률 공고에 따라 1999년 6월 1일부터 이 유보 조항을 시행하게 되었다. 따라서 심도 냉동 식품과 특정 품질특성이 유지되는 기간이 18개월이 넘는 식품에도 1999년 6월 1일부터는 상미기한 또는 소비기한을 관련 규정에 따라 표시되어야 하며 이를 위반하는 경우 $\$$50,000의 벌금과 6개월의 징역을 받게 된다.

This paper investigates the relationship between the two problems, supervisor reduction and observation function (projection) design, which arise in supervisory control of DEDS. It is shown through an example that a reduced supervisor of minimal size does not necessarily result in a maximal projection when a projection design method which uses the transition structure of a supervisor is applied. Also, if an L-realizable projection P is available and if a supervisor has a special structural feature, a cover C for supervisor reduction can be easily obtained. By investigating the control-compatibility of states of the reduced supervisor based on C, we can also check maximality of P in a simple manner.

This paper analizes two numerical integration methods, both based on the Runge Kutta 4-th order formula for deterministic systems, for digital simulation of a differential equation driven by white noise. It is shown that a "standard' Runge Kutta method for stochasitic systems yields solutions of Stratonovich differential equations, while Riggs and Phillips' method results in solutions of Ito differential equations. Therefore the white noise differential equation must be converted into the equivalent Ito equation before the latter method is used. Digital simulation results for a simple differential equation are also presented.nted.

공간 변화의 동적과정을 시뮬레이션 하기 위한 이론과 모델들은 대, 중, 소규모에 따라 system of cities, city system, cities 로 나눌 수 있으며, 지난 40년 동안 이 각각의 규모에 초점을 맞춘 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 하지만, 각 규모를 통합하여 도시를 설명하는 이론은 없는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 거듭제곱 법칙을 기반으로 한 행위자기반모형을 이용하여 모든 규모에서 설명이 가능한 모형을 제시하고, 이러한 거듭제곱 법칙이 공간패턴 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다.

In this paper, we show that various navigation constant values in PNG law can result in as optimal gains when we introduce proper time-varying weighting functions into the cost function of an optimal control problem. we then apply this idea to the guidance problem where we are required to achieve a given impact angle as well as the zero miss distance. As a result, we obtain a set of optimal guidance laws each of which could be related to a navigation constant in PNG. Some basic properties of these guidance laws are also presented.

In this paper, the optimal homing guidance problem is investigated for the general missile/target models described in the state-space. The closed-form solution of the optimal guidance law derived, and its asymptotic properties are studied as the time-to-go goes to infinity or zero. Futhermore, several approximate solutions of the optimal guidance law are suggested for real-time applications.
