고온의 염기성 수용액에서 Ni기 합금의 응력부식파괴

  • Alloy 600 및 alloy 690과 Ni-8Cr-lOFe 합금 등의 응력부식(stress corrosion cracking, SCC) 거동을 고온의 염기성 분위기에서 C-ring 시편을 사용하여 연구하였다. Alloy 600과 alloy 690을 여러 조건에서 열처리하여 etching한 후 탄화물의 분포와 입계 주변의 Cr고갈 정도 등의 미세조직을 광학현미경과 주사 전자현미경(SEM)으로 관찰하였다. 이들 재료에 대한 SCC 시험을 315$^{\circ}C$의 40% NaOH 수용액에서 일정한 부하전위(부식전위 + 200㎷)를 가하면서 수행하였으며, 동일 조건에서의 분극거동도 측정하였다. Alloy 600 MA(mill anneal) 및 TT(thermal treatment)의 SCC 저항성은 alloy 690 TT와 Ni-8Cr-10Fe SA(solution anneal)보다 낮았다. Alloy 600 TT 재료는 alloy 600 MA 및 SA 재료에 비해 SCC 저항성이 더 컸다. 고용 탄소농도는 alloy 600의 SCC 저항성에 큰 영향을 주지 못했다. 대부분의 Alloy 600은 균열전파 입계균열을 보였으나, 일부에서는 입계 및 입내 혼합양상(mixed mode cracking)을 보였다. 염기성 분위기에서 Ni기 합금의 SCC 거동을 미세조직, 분극거동의 관점에서 고찰하였다.

Environmental Effect on Corrosion Behaviour of Zr-2.5Nb Alloy (Zr-2.5Nb 합금의 부식거동에 미치는 부식 매질 효과)

  • 40$0^{\circ}C$ H$_{2}$O, D$_{2}$O및 $O_{2}$분위기에서 Zr-2.5Nb합금의 부식거동을 분석하였다. Martensitic $\alpha$'-Zr상이나 $\alpha$-Zr과 $\beta$-Zr상의 Zr-2.5Nb합금인 경우, 부식분위기에 매우 민감하여, $O_{2}$속에서 가장 큰 부식속도를 보였다. 반면, $\alpha$-Zr나 $\beta$-Zr상의 경우, 부식 매질에 따른 별다른 차이없이 높은 부식저항성을 보였다. 이러한 Zr-2.5Nb 합금의 미세조직 및 부식 매질에 따른 부식거동변화는 Zr-2.5Nb 합금의 음극 지배 부식반응의 관점으로 해석되었으며, 이들 결과를 이용하여 CANDU 형및 RBMK 형 Zr-2.5Nb 압력관의 가동조건 차이를 설명할 수 있었다. Zr-2.5Nb 합금의 모든 조직에서 주로 단사정 ZrO$_{2}$산화물이 형성되었으며, 산화물내 정방정 ZrO$_{2}$비율은 산화물 두께가 증가함에 따라 감소하였다.

  • Korea domestic casino industry has been experienced an explosive growth marking the highest quantity and quality with rapid growth of domestic economy since the 1960s. However there are really lack of study about presenting guideline for establishing risk management planning reflected characteristics of casino industry. Therefore, we analyzed previous studies about concept of the risk and criteria and drew dimension of safety supervision reflecting characteristics of casino industry. we, also, identified detailed safety management factors as well as classified three dimensions of environment, human and facility on the dimension of safety supervision. This study was designed to examine effect relationship between risk management factors and performance of security management organization focused on The mediation effect of atmosphere of organization We used two different tools for data analysis: SPSS 18.0 for the descriptive statistics and PLS 3.0 to validate the integrity of the research model and proposed hypotheses that is main effects from risk management factors to security management organization and mediation effects of atmosphere of organization. The data analysis confirmed the importance of risk management factors to enhanced performance of security management organization. The mediation effect of atmosphere of organization, also, supported relationship between risk management factors and performance of security management organization. It provided theoretical and practical implication for building risk management strategy well suited casino company and conducting security management.

  • To date, the majority of research on empowerment has focussed on the individual job incumbent's psychological experience of empowerment and linking this with various work-related outcomes. However, a model that focuses on individual subjective reactions is at best incomplete if it does not include an examination of the contextual factors that shape those perceptions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among situational factors, psychological empowerment and employee's attitudes. The data were collected by questionnaire from a sample of 525 employees who were working at business organizations in Kangwon area. Results indicated that organizational characteristics such as access to information, LMX, and participative climate were positively related to an employee's psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment was positively related to an employee's job attitudes such as organizational commitment and innovative behavior. Finally, theoretical and practical implications from the results were discussed.

The effect of value diversity on team indentity and team conflict (팀제구성원의 가치 다양성이 팀정체성과 갈등에 미치는 영향: 포용성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of value diversity on team identity and team conflict and to explore the moderating roles of inclusive climate in the relationship between value diversity and team identity and in the relationship between value diversity and team conflict. This study developed four hypotheses and tested them using regression and hierarchical regression analyses. The results showed that the positive relationship between value diversity and team identity and the negative relationship between value diversity and team conflict were statistically supported. And this study found that inclusive climate played moderating roles in the relationship between value diversity and team identity and in the relationship between value diversity and team conflict. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

Analysis of Per-Position Characteristics Recognized by Tenure Women Managers (근속 여성관리자가 인식하는 직위별 특성 분석)

  • This study focused on the importance of job position as a role model for female career adaptation. To do this, we used the KWMP data to conduct a Multinomial logit analysis to examine the influence factors of the tenure women managers. As a result, first, section chief position showed a low level of life satisfaction and showed difficulty of beginner's manager. Second, it is predicted that the position of the Deputy Head of Department will establish the identity of work as an intermediate manager. Third, head of department Director showed a high age, target status, possibility of achieving the target, and duration of the next job. Fourth, executive level has the least average experience of discrimination on monthly average wage. It was suggested that it is important to develop individual career by recognizing that the organizational atmosphere and personnel management are lower than those of the other positions. It was found that age, organizational atmosphere and personnel management, goal status, possibility of achieving goals, next job tenure period, monthly average wage, welfare, and life satisfaction factors were the most influential factors in women career adjustment. Finally, implications and limitations were discussed based on the results of this study.

Surface Treatment of IHX Materials for VHTR (원자력 중간열교환기 열수송계 소재의 표면처리)

  • $900^{\circ}C$이상 초고온 He-gas 분위기 또는 용융불화염 (molten salts, FLINAK) 환경에서 사용될 VHTR(Very High Temperature Reactor)의 IHX(Intermediate heat exchanger)용 열수송 구조재료로 가장 가능성이 높은 합금인 Inconel 617 및 Hastelloy X 상에 습식화학적, 물리적기상합성법(Vacuum arc-plasma과 RF magnetron sputtering) 및 pack cementation에 의한 표면개질 및 마이크로 초내열(refractory ceramics) 코팅층(TiN, TiCN, TiAlN, $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$)을 형성시켰다. 고온 장기사용 시 문제가 될 수 있는 고온에서의 조직변화, 미세구조와 상(phase)형성, 고온 부식 및 그에 따른 마모(wear resistance) 손상 등 이들 소재의 내열, 내식 및 내마모 물성을 개선하는 연구를 수행하였다. TiAlN 박막의 경우 공기분위기에서 N이 분해되나 치밀한 산화물($TiO_2/Al_2O_3$ layer)을 형성하여 내식성 있는 보호피막을 형성함으로 기판과의 열팽창 계수로 인한 박리가 발생하지 않아 보호피막으로 적합하였다. Pack cementation법에 의한 aluminiding(Al-Ni합금)도 He 및 공기분위기에서 고온물성의 저하를 가져오는 $Cr_2O_3$의 생성을 충분히 억제하고 있었으며 He 및 air 분위기에서 사용이 가능한 박막으로 여겨진다. 내열 및 내식성에 대한 실험을 종합한 결과, 공기분위기에서 사용할 수 없는 박막은 He-gas 및 FLINAK(LiF-NaF-KF) 용융염 분위기에서도 사용할 수 없었으며, He-gas, FLINAK 및 air 분위기에서 모두 사용이 가능한 박막으로는 Inconel 617에서는 $(TiO_2-)Al_2O_3$, TiAlN 및 Al-Ni이었고 Hastelloy에서는 Al-Ni 및 $Al_2O_3$가 가장 적당하였다.
