A Meta-analysis of variables related to organizational commitment of social workers (사회복지사의 조직몰입과 관련된 변인에 관한 메타분석)

  • This study examined the correlation between the variables related to the organizational commitment of social workers. The research results are as follows. First, the overall effect size of the variable group had an intermediate effect size. Among the four organizational commitment-related variables, the job-related negative variable had the largest effect size. Next, the group of positive variables related to the organization, the group of positive variables related to the job, and the group of individuals related to the individual were in order. Second, among the individual-related variables, experience, gender, and education showed a small effect size, and other factors were close to the small effect size. In the group of positive variables related to organization, all variables except for transactional leadership and organizational fairness, which had a medium effect size, showed a large effect size. The job-related positive variables showed a large effect size only for job satisfaction, and customer orientation and job suitability were close to the large effect size. The turnover intention, which is a group of job-related negative variables, had a large effect size and job stress showed a medium effect size.

Effects of implant collar design on marginal bone and soft tissue (임플란트의 collar design이 변연골과 연조직에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of implant collar design on marginal bone change and soft tissue response by an animal test. Materials and methods: Two types of Implant (Neobiotech Co. Seoul, Korea) that only differs in collar design were planted on two healthy Beagle dogs. The implants were divided into two groups, the first group with a beveled collar (Bevel Group) and the second group with "S" shaped collar (Bioseal group). Standardized intraoral radiographs were used to investigate the mesio-distal change of the marginal bone. Histological analysis was done to evaluate the bucco-lingual marginal bone resorption and the soft tissue response adjacent to the implant. Mann-Whitney test was done to compare the mesio-distal marginal bone change at equivalent time for taking the radiographs and the tissue measurements between the groups. Results: Radiographic and histological analysis showed that there was no difference in marginal bone change between the two groups (P>.05). Histological analysis showed Bioseal group had more rigid connective tissue attachment than the Bevel group. There was no difference in biological width (P>.05). Bevel group showed significantly longer junctional epithelium attachment and Bioseal group showed longer connective tissue attachment (P<.05). Conclusion: For three months there were no differences in marginal bone change between the Bevel group and the Bioseal group. As for the soft tissue adjacent to the implant, Bioseal group showed longer connective tissue attachment while showing shorter junctional epithelium attachment. There were no differences in biologic width.

A Meta-regression Analysis on Related Protective Variables of social worker's Turnover Intentions (사회복지사의 이직의도 억제와 관련된 변인에 대한 메타회귀분석)

  • This study confirmed by a meta-analysis of the effect of suppressing the size of the turnover variable based on the thesis concerning "turnover intention" of the past 15 years, and the trend over the year, according to published meta-regression analysis was verified. The overall effect size for the study was found to inhibit factors medium effect size. Effect size is a private property factor by lower variable salary levels, age and marital status, working period, turnover experience, educational level, showed a work order forms, job characteristics factor is job satisfaction, working conditions, job importance, firm relationships with colleagues, showed a net job autonomy. In addition, organizational characteristic factor effect sizes organizational commitment, organizational commitment, advancement opportunities, compensation satisfaction, organizational justice, participatory doctor had determined the net. Changes in accordance with the published year is closer to 2015 it showed that the effect of inhibiting factors reduced size.

초등교사의 직무스트레스와 감정노동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 중심으로

  • 최근 교사들의 잇단 극단적 선택으로 학교의 변화와 상황에 대한 문제의식이 사회적으로 날로 높아지고 있다. 교직에 대한 선호도가 급격히 떨어지고 교직 이직 비율도 빠르게 높아지고 있어 교육의 질을 걱정하기에 이르렀다. 드러난 문제가 원인의 하나일 수 있으나 많은 연구에서 교사들의 직무스트레스가 심각한 수준임을 밝히고 있고, 학교교육 현장에는 교사들이 조직에 몰입하기 어려운 다양한 문제들이 있음을 밝히고 있다. 그럼에도 교육현장에서는 학생, 교사들이 함께 성장할 수 있고 모두가 만족하는 교육 활동을 실현시키고 변화와 혁신을 통해 교육역량을 높이고자 지속적으로 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조사 분석하고 두 변인 즉 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 교사 직무스트레스 실태를 종합적으로 파악하고자 관계 요인, 업무요인, 정책 요인으로 나누어 분석(김종민 외, 2018. 경기도교육연구원)하고 특히 스트레스 요인 중 가장 비중 있는 감정 노동 부분은 분리하여 더 상세히 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기도, 경기도, 서울, 전라남도 소재 초등학교교사 500명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 변인들의 기술통계치를 산출하고자 한다. 초등교사의 인구통계학적 변인간에 유의한 차이가 있는지 확인하기 위해 t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한다. 그리고 연구에 포함된 변인들간의 상관계수를 산출하고 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차에 따른 3단계 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 기법을 적용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하고자한다.

A Critical Review of Behavioral Studies for Accident Control (안전 관리를 위한 행동적 연구에 대한 비판적 분석 및 제언)

  • This study reviewed behavioral studies that have been conducted to prevent accidents. The studies were analyzed according to settings, subjects, experimental design, dependent and independent variables. Based on this analysis, issues important for conducting future research are proposed. The analysis indicated that behavioral studies have several limitations although they have been successful in preventing accidents. Especially, variables in individual levels that have been related to the accidents have not been appropriately dealt with in the behavioral studies. Similarly, several important variables in organizational levels have not been implemented in the behavioral studies. Therefore, these variables should be more appropriately dealt with in future behavioral research to increase the effectiveness of accident prevention programs. In addition, theoretical relationship between dimensions of independent and dependent variables and maintenance of programs need to be studied further.

Analysis on the Effect of Incentive Gap of Teacher's Merit-pay on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (교사의 교원성과급 등급이 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the analysis on the effect of incentive gap of teacher's merit-pay on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The study verified the hypothetical path model and analyzed the effects of incentive gap of teacher's merit-pay, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The subjects of the study are 762 elementary and secondary school teachers. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, it was found that there are significant correlations among incentive gap of teacher's merit-pay, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Secondly, incentive gap of teacher's merit-pay affects organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, S grade teachers of teacher's merit-pay are more organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior level were higher than A and B grade teacher. Therefore teacher's merit-pay have positive impacts to the teachers.

Socio-Organizational Variables Related to Teachers' Organizational Commitment (유아교사의 조직헌신성과 관련된 사회 조직적 변인에 관한 연구)

  • The present study investigated socio-organizational variables which influence teachers' commitment to the organization. Subjects were 254 teachers of private kindergartens in Kimhae, Kyungnam-do, and Tongrae-gu and Kangseo-gu in Pusan. The instrument was a questionnaire developed by Rosenholtz(1991), originally developed for the study of the teachers' work place (the social organization of elementary schools) and revised here for Korean early education. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA. Results revealed that the most important variable influencing teachers' organizational commitment is teachers' job certainty, next is teachers' learning opportunities; other variables are teachers' career, psychological rewards, and task autonomy and discretion.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the emotional intelligence of day-care teachers on their career commitment and organizational commitment in an attempt to provide some information on the development of the emotional intelligence of day-care teachers. Two hundred and three teachers in day-care centers in Gyeonggi-do Suwon-si participated in the study and descriptive, correlation, multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows: First, the emotional intelligence of day-care teachers had a statistically significant positive correlation to career commitment. In addition, among the sub-factors of emotional intelligence, motivating oneself and knowing one's emotion exerted a statistically significant positive influence on career commitment. Second, the emotional intelligence of day-care teachers had a statistically significant positive correlation to organizational commitment. In addition, among the sub-factors of emotional intelligence, motivating oneself exerted a statistically significant positive influence on career commitment.

  • This study examined the impact of self-directed learning on job satisfaction, organizational commitment. Also, it verified moderating effects of organizational culture(centralization, decentralization) in the era of global competition. The results of this study are as followings: 1) self-directed learning(acceptance of responsibility for learning) is positively related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, respectively. 2) centralization moderated on the relationship between self-directed learning(acceptance of responsibility for learning, self-confidence as a learner, future orientation) and organizational commitment. 3) decentralization moderated on the relationship between self-directed learning(future orientation) and organizational commitment. We discussed the implications of these of findings for both theory and practice.
