This study is to investigate how security organizational mentoring type and mentoring function affects organizatio nal commitment. This study had selected security from 5 different security organizations of 2010 which are located i n capital area. Using judgment sampling method, 198 security were drawn for the final study. The survey used in th is study is composed of 37 questions. To practice frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis and regre ssion, a program called SPSSWIN 18.0 was used. The value of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, which shows the reliability of the stud y, appeared to be over .622. The result is: First, security organizational mentoring type affects mentoring function. T hat is, when a systematic mentoring is activated, friendship protecting function, career managing function and sociopsychological function are promoted. Second, security organizational mentoring type affects organizational commitmen t. That is, when a systematic mentoring is activated, organizational commitment is promoted. Third, security organiz ational mentoring function affects organizational commitment. That is, increased friendship protecting function, career managing function, socio-psychological function and role model function results in increased organizational commitment.

조직공학은 결손된 조직의 구조 및 기능을 신속히 수복할 수 있도록 적절한 생체소재, 세포, 활성인자 세가지 구성요소를 적절히 조합하는 것이다. 이렇게 하므로써 결손된 조직을 대체할 수 있는 세포에 대한 부착, 이동, 증식, 분화조건을 최적상태로 만들어 주는 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 치아임플랜트의 조직 공학적 적용은 다음 몇가지 관점을 고려할 수 있다. 첫째, 인공치아 임플랜트도 넓은 의미에서 그 자체로서 조직공학의 범주에 들어간다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 결손된 치아의 구조 및 기능을 신속히 회복시킬 수 있도록 조직공학적인 관점에서 검토할 수 있다. 생체소재는 표면에너지의 관점에서, 세포는 골모세표와 섬유모세포관점에서, 활성인자는 세포분화 촉진인자의 관점을 고려할 수 있다. 둘째, 치아임플랜트의 기능회복 촉진을 위한 조직공학기법을 부가적으로 적용하는 것이다. 임플랜트와 생체조직사이에 기능성 조직을 신속히 형성시키므로써 임플랜트의 기능회복을 촉진하는 적절한 생체소재, 세포, 활성인자를 적절히 이용하는 정통 조직공학기법을 적용하는 것이다.

획득관련 업무의 발전을 위해서는 제도와 조직이 잘 갖추어져야 하며 그에 따른 전문화된 인력이 있어야 한다. 이중에서 조직은 획득업무를 원활하게 추진할 수 있도록 요구되는 기능이 잘 반영되어야 한다. 그러나 국방본부내의 현 획득조직은 정부조직법에 의한 조직체계로 조직이 경직되어 있고 소요기능이 제대로 조직되지 않는 등의 문제점을 안고 있어 보다 더 책임성을 있고 효율적인 업무추진을 위해서는 조직의 개선이 필요하다.

The Purpose of this study was to examine effects of mentoring function on career development and organizational effectiveness in private security service organization. Example number used on interpretation finally using purposive sampling method after this study establishes 5 places private security service company's security guard by population in Seoul on March, 2010 is total 227 people. Reliability of questionnaire appeared Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value more than .667. Conclusions that appears in this study is as following. First, private security service organization's Mentoring function affects in career development. That is, if friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, innovative own development, special capacity development, and information competitive power development are helped. Second, private security service organization's Mentoring function affects in organization effectiveness. If friendship, patronage, career management, society mind, and role model are mobilized, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. On the other hand, change of jobs intention decreases if function of society mind is mobilized. Third, private security service organization's career development affects in organization effectiveness. If reform and special capacity development are helped, career satisfaction, organization immersion, and job satisfaction increase. While change of jobs intention decreases as development of information competition is helped. Fourth, Mentoring function exerts influence of causality on career development and organization effectiveness. That is, Mentoring exerts direct influence on organization effectiveness, but it exerts indirect effect through career development.

정부조직 개편과 관련하여 지난해 12월 23일 대통령령 제14,443호로 농림수산부와 그 소속기관의 직제가 개정됐다. 이번 직제 개정은 개방화$\cdot$지방화시대의 농림수산업 환경변화에 대응하여 농업부문 통상협력 등 일부기능을 강화하고 농업정책기능과 집행기능의 체계화를 위해 소속기관이 집행하던 일부 집행업무를 농촌진흥청으로 이관하는 등 농림수산부와 그 소속기관의 조직을 합리적으로 정비$\cdot$개편하기 위함이다.

In this study, an analysis was conducted to investigate the process how information technology(IT) quality affects organizational performance. Acquisition of IT by itself is not sufficient for the improvement of organizational performance, which additionally requires the operations activity using IT to meditate between IT and organizational performance. This study classified the IT quality into functional quality and operational quality. The functional quality is defined as intrinsic characteristics of IT itself while the operational quality is defined as effective support of IT for organizational management activities. Our research model proposed that the functional quality has indirect effect meditated by the operational quality on organizational performance. The statistical test using structural equation modelling in empirical research showed insignificant direct effect and significant indirect meditation effect of the functional quality on organizational performance via the operational quality. This paper concludes with contribution of this study, managerial implication of the research findings and further research issues.

취장 외분비 기능 부전은 임상적으로 영양결핍, 발육부전, 지방변동을 유발하나 이의 치료로는 결려된 소화효소 보충 등 보존적 요법만 시행될 뿐 근본적인 치료법은 없는 실정이다. 지난해 과제는 합성 단백분해 억제물질인 Camostat이 취장의 비대와 중식을 일으키며 또한 단백분해 효소분비를 증가시킴을 보고한 바 있다. 이를 토대로 최근 보고된 실험적 취장 외분비기능 부전 모델을 이용하여 camostat의 효과를 검색하고자 하였으며 아울러 이를 CCK효과와 비교하였다. 실험동물로는 몸무게 200 g 안팎의 수컷 Sprague-Dawley계 흰쥐를 사용하였으며 취장기능 부전은 oleic acid (25 $\mu$/100 g bw)를 취관내 주입하여 유발하였다. Camostat은 200 mg/kg씩 위내 투여(i.g.)하였으며 CCK(CCK-8)는 5 $\mu\textrm{g}$/kg씩 하루 2회 피하주사하였고 투여기간은 각각 3, 7, 14 일간으로 하였다. 각 약물 투여 후 취장 외분비 기능과 조직학적 검색을 실시하여 다음과 같온 결과를 얻었다. 1. Oleic acid의 취관내 주입으로 흰쥐의 취장 무게, 조직내 효소단백 함량 및 효소분비량이 현저히 감소되었고 조직학적으로 심한 위축과 섬유화를 관찰할 수 있었으며 이는 주입 후 기간이 지남에 따라 계속 진행하였다. 2. 취장기능 부전 유발 흰쥐에서 camostat 처치로 조직내 효소단백 함량 및 효소분비가 증가 되었으며 이는 14일간 처치군에서 뚜렷하였다. 3. 취장 기능부전 유발 횐쥐에서 camostat 처치는 조직학적으로 기능적인 외분비 조직이 유지되었으며 이는 3일군에서 특히 뚜fut하였다. 4. 취장기능부전 유발 횐쥐에서 CCK 처치효과는 camostat 처치효과와 비슷하였다. 이상의 결과로 보아 oleic acid 주입은 취장기능부전 연구에 유용한 실험모델로 생각되며 합성 단백 분해 효소 억제제인 Camostat은 취장외분비 기능 부전의 진행을 억제하고 어느정도 그 기능을 호전시킬 수 있으며 이는 CCK유리에 기인한다고 생각한다.

Purpose: As an administrative organization that directly affects the safety and livelihood of the people, local governments are important to ensure the continuity of key functions in the event of a disaster. The purpose of this study is to review effective methods for establishing and implementing a continuity of operations plan to protect and maintain the key functions of local governments. Method: In order to improve the inefficiency of the ISO22301-based continuity of operation plan, applying the organizational-oriented functional continuity method and set up the planning method, key functions, required resources, and basic education and training forms, and apply to local governments and review their feasibility. Result: The proposed organization-oriented continuity of operation plan preparation method reflects the characteristics of bureaucratic local governments and makes it easy to prepare and apply in practice. Conclusion: Compared to the private sector, in the public sector, where work is organization-oriented, it can be a more efficient way to fully reflect the organizational point of view in establishing a continuity of Opertaions plan.

본 연구에서는 환대산업 종사원들의 직무 스트레스가 조직시민행동에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 또한 직무스트레스와 조직시민행동사이에서 가족기능이 매개역할을 하는지를 알아보고자 한다. 환대산업 종사원들의 직무 및 역할과 조직시민행동에 관련한 연구들을 살펴보면 환대산업 종사원들은 보다 나은 업무결과를 위하여, 업무 스트레스를 경험하게 되고 이 업무 스트레스는 조식시민행동을 낮게하는 변수로 작용하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 호텔기업 종사원들의 직무스트레스가 조직시민행동에 어떤 영향관계에 있는지를 실증적으로 분석해보고 그 영향관계에서 가족기능은 어떤 매개역할을 하는지를 알아보고자 한다.
