금속연료의 미세조직과 석출물 분석

  • 액체금속로용 금속연료인 U-10wt.%Zr 합금의 기지조직은 공석조직으로 $\alpha$uranium과 UZr$_2$$\delta$상이 교대로 나타나는 층상조직을 이루고 있다. 잘 발달된 층상조직의 두께는 $\alpha$U이 40-8$\mu\textrm{m}$, $\delta$상인 UZr$_2$는 20-30$\mu\textrm{m}$$\alpha$U이 $\delta$상의 2-3배 정도 된다. 기지조직내에 나타나는 둥근 형태의 석출물 크기는 ø5-12$\mu\textrm{m}$이며, 응집된 석출물의 크기는 ø15-25$\mu\textrm{m}$이다. 석출물의 TEM SADP과 EDS 분석결과 순수한 $\alpha$Zr이 아니고 산소에 의하여 안정화되고 소량의 uranium을 함유한 Zr rich 상으로 $\alpha$Zr과 같은 hexagonal 결정구조를 갖는다. Rod 형태 및 사각형태의 석출물은 tetragonal 결정구조를 갖는 SiZr$_2$ 상이다.

Problems and Solutions of Matrix Organization Structure: Focusing on the Case of H-Corp. Research Institute (매트릭스 조직구조의 문제점과 해결 방안: H사 연구소 사례를 중심으로)

  • Even though there have been so much practical interests in industry, the relevant empirical researches are not sufficient. In this study, we try to identify the problems of matrix organization structure in the semiconductor industry and make suggestions for improvements. Also, we try to find out whether there are differences in the perceptions of the problems among ranks and teams. This study was conducted to the researchers in the matrix organization structure of the H-corp. research institute. The problems we found are as follows. The researchers agreed that the matrix organization structure is appropriate when highly professional members for the development of next-generation semiconductors are participated in the projects. They showed strong wills to participate and succeed in projects. However, the researchers felt that the equipments and manpowers were not enough and too much tasks and workloads were assigned to both the managers and members Also, in an open ended question, the researchers pointed out the problems of the matrix organization structure such as 'weak project manager's authority', 'communication and teamwork issues', 'non-obvious work priorities', 'compensation and benefit system', 'lack of research manpower and equipment'. From the strengths and weaknesses of the matrix organization structure of the semiconductor industry, we provide some suggestions for improvements.

A Study on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructures fabricating sheet of Magnesium based Alloy (AZ3l) (마그네슘 합금(AZ31) 판재의 기계적 특성 및 미세조직 연구)

  • 마그네슘 합금은 결정구조가 HCP구조로 슬립면이 제한되어있어 상온에서의 가공이 용이하지 않다. 따라서 최근 마그네슘 합금의 미세 조직을 제어하기 위해 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 구조용 재료 및 기능성 재료로 기대되는 마그네슘 합금(AZ3l)을 이용하여 주조로부터 압출·압연 과정으로의 연속적인 판재 성형공정을 실행하였다. 모든 공정에 대한 전형적인 기계적 특성을 평가하기 위하여 각 공정에서 재료의 인장실험을 실시하였으며 각 공정 후에 향상된 기계적 특성들을 규명하기 위하여 경도시험을 실시하였다 또한 각 공정에서의 대표적인 미세 조직을 관찰하여 결정립 미세화에 따른 기계적 물성의 향상을 확인하였다. 주조재, 압출판재, 압연판재의 인장강도는 189.3㎫, 257.9㎫ 그리고 234.㎫로 증가하였다가 다소 감소하지만, 연신율은 상대적으로 16.26%, 24.99% 그리고 27.16%의 50%에 가까운 주목할만한 증가를 나타낸다. 인장실험의 실험결과로부터 얻어진 가공경화지수로부터 대상 재료인 마그네슘 합금(AZ3l)에 대하여 DRX의 거동을 예측할 수 있었으며, 압출후 압연 판재의 경우 연한 재결정 조직으로 인하여 연신율의 대폭적인 증가를 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • 자가통제평가(CSA : Control Self Assessment)는 핵심사업 목적을 달성하는데 개입되는 위험 그리고 그러한 사업위험을 관리하기 위하여 설계된 내부통제를 공식적이고 문서화된 협력적 프로세스에 의하여 검토하기 위하여 사용되는 방법론이다. 현재 많은 기업에서 효과적인 조직통제와 비즈니스 프로세스 개선을 위하여 전문 감사인과 경영인들이 기업지배구조 조직의 강력한 위험관리 도구로서 자가통제평가의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 자가통제평가는 해당 조직의 담당부서나 팀에서 내부통제평가를 통하여 내부통제상의 재무보고, 준법, 사업 및 운영상의 효율성 등을 확보하기 위해서 설치되며, 효과적인 모니터 장치로서 기업지배구조상의 업무 프로세스를 정비하고 업무에서 발생하는 제반 정보의 흐름을 원활하게 해서 조직에게 손해가 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 위험으로부터 회사를 사전에 차단하는 기능을 한다. 이러한 부분에서 효과적인 자가통제평가 시스템을 구축하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 e-Business 관련 기업지배구조의 안전성을 확보하기 위한 자가통제평가 모델에 대한 개발 필요성과 관련 자가통제평가 세가지 기본 모델들을 통하여 장단점을 제시하고, 자가통제평가 모델의 필요성을 논의하였다.

The Impact of Change Management Activities on Members' Emotional-Organizational Commitment During the Military Restructuring - Focused on the Mediating Effect of Change Acceptance - (조직구조 개편 시 변화관리활동 지각이 구성원의 정서적 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 - 변화수용의 매개효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of members' perception of unit change management efforts on their emotional-organizational commitment during the military restructuring. The mediating effect of change acceptance of the members in this relationship is also studied. Currently, the military is seeking to restructure its military construct in order to actively cope with the rapidly changing security situation and the decrease in military service resources. If an organization fails to effectively manage its changes when undergoing restructuring, it is difficult to expect the success of organizational change due to its members' resistance to change. Therefore, this study suggested the effect of members' perception of personnel fairness and transformational leadership on their emotional-organizational commitment and the mediating role of the members' change acceptance in the relationship between them as the hypotheses. Survey results show that personnel justice and transformational leadership has a positive impact on the emotional-organizational commitment of the members, and that the change acceptance of the members partially mediates the relationship between them. By presenting the mediating effect of change acceptance with theoretical implications, the theory has been expanded. In practice, the change management activities for the restructuring of the military structure have been identified, and the effort for enhancing the change acceptance of the members is required to success on the organizational restructuring.

  • Information system, organization structure, and business strategy have been major variables in MIS research. Most of research about these variables interested in the relationship of two variables. There were very few efforts to connect three variables. But relationship or fitness of these factors plays an important role to improve performance. Nowadays managers face new challenge. That is 'globalization' To cope with this turbulent environment, they have to know how to fit these Important factors(information system, organization structure, business strategy). It is the main purpose of this article to find out the fitness of these variables under global business environment. Based on literature review, I made research model which tells whether fitness of three variables affects performance under the control of headquarter. And I propose hypothesis. I define strategy as global innovator, integrated player, implementers role, local innovator and organization structure as multinational, global, international, trans-national and information system as independent IT operation, headquarter driven configuration, intellectual synergy configuration, global integrated IT configuration.

An Empirical Study of Social Workers' Organizational Commitment : Analyzing Mediating Effect of Organizational Cynicism (사회복지사의 조직몰입에 관한 연구 : 조직 냉소주의의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine antecedents and outcome of organizational cynicism. This paper focuses on organizational commitment of social worker as outcome variable. Thus, this study attempts to examine structural relation of variables of organizational level(personnel management), job level(job characteristics), and individual level(level of self-control) on the level of organizational commitment, with special concern about the mediating effect of organizational cynicism. The study conducted mail survey and collected information for data analysis from 330 social workers working at 173 social welfare organizations in Seoul and Kyong-gi area, The study used structural equation modeling(SEM) method for analyzing the constructed model. Main results are as follows: (1) evaluation about personnel management is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (2) evaluation about job characteristics is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (3) evaluation about self-control is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (4) organizational cynicism exerts negative effect on the level of organizational commitment; and (5) evaluation about personnel management, evaluation about job characteristics, and evaluation about self-control exerts positive effect on the level of organizational commitment. Among the results of this study, this paper focuses on the function of personnel management system on organizational cynicism. This paper emphasizes that social welfare organizations must make a lot of efforts for making fair personnel system in order to reduce social workers' organizational cynicism and ultimately promote their organizational commitment.

An Exploratory Investigation of On-line Organizational Structure Design for the E-Commerce Firm (전자거래기업에서의 온-라인 조직구조 설계방안에 관한 연구)

  • This paper focused on exploratory testing the organizational management area by examining conceptualized relationships between e-commerce usage type and organizational structure. The research model consists of three e-commerce usage type such as buy-side, internal, sell-side activities and four organizational structure dimensions like decentralization, specialization, formalization, and administration intensity. An interview and an e-mail survey of managers were used to obtain information on the variables relevant to e-commerce activities and organizational structure. The data resulted in response from 58 companies. Major findings of this research are summarized as follows: buyer related e-commerce activities is positively relate to the administrative intensity and the specialization, internal process is positively relate to the formalization, while customer related e-commerce is directly relate to the decentralization and the specialization in terms of organizational management.

  • Current studies have shown academic and practical interests in effects of various factors on fundraising effectiveness in social service organizations. However, they hardly suggested what factors affect fundraising effectiveness in a clear way. This study intended to suggest a structural relations between factors, such as professional leadership, environmental competitiveness, market orientation, and fundraising effectiveness. The results of the structural equation modelling analysis showed that there were not significant direct effects of professional leadership and environmental competitiveness on fundraising effectiveness, but their indirect effects and mediating effect of market orientation toward donors. Although the study has a limitation to generalize the results for all kinds of nonprofit social service organizations, it has both academic and practical implications to introduce the concept of market orientation for an explanation of fundraising effectiveness, and also to indicate the importance of organizational efforts to keep strong and sound relationships with donors.

  • 편성물은 직물에 비하여 신축성, 함기량, 유연성, 방추성 등이 우수하여 스포츠웨어와 캐주얼웨어에 수요가 크게 증가하고 있어서, 편성포의 외관(감각적 성능)과 쾌적성능이 매우 중요한 요소로 대두되었다. 특히 위편의 경우에는 생산공정이 간단하면서도 다양한 조직으로 편성할 수 있어 다양한 용도로 활용이 넓어지고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 이러한 편성포의 물성들은 편성구조나 편성조직에 따라 변화한다고 알려져 있으나, 직물에 비교하여 편성물의 물성에 대한 구체적이고도 체계적인 연구는 아직까지 미흡한 실정이다. (중략)
