  • Recently, government is endeavoring for Defense Ministry unit's efficiency improvement according as requires low cost, high effectiveness continuously about public sector. But, by real condition that measuring analysis about logistical corps'(LOG) efficient operation is not, this study was done to present method to estimate efficient management availability of logistical corps(LOG). Presents choosing variable that is suitable in Quartermaster Corps' efficiency estimation for this through existing virtue study investigation, and takes advantage of DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) technique that divert in public sector efficiency measurement, I wish to present plan for inefficient organization's efficiency improvement after evaluate efficiency to Quartermaster Corps.

  • PMO(Project Management Office)는 프로젝트 수행을 일관성 있게 관리하는 조직으로 프로젝트의 효율성 극대화를 위하여 프로젝트의 성공적 수행을 도모한다. 이미 해외에서는 PMO 도입으로 인한 프로젝트 성과 향상에 관한 연구가 보고되었으며, PMO운영을 통해 프로젝트가 성공적으로 관리되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최근 정부에서는 공공기관 PMO제도 의무화를 발표하였고, 국내 IT 기업들은 PMO도입을 고려하는 등 PMO제도 정착에 노력하고 있다. 그러나 PMO 초기화 단계로 어떤 기능이 필수적으로 수행되어야 하며, 조직에서 PMO가 어떤 가치를 줄수 있는지는 정의되지 않았다. 본 논문은 전문가 집단 인터뷰를 바탕으로 국내 PMO에 대한 인식과 더불어 PMO 조직이 국내 소프트웨어 산업에서 프로젝트의 범위, 일정, 통합 관리 부분의 영향에 대하여 연구하였다.

반경 방향 집합조직을 가진 압력관에서의 $K_{IH}$

  • CANDU 압력관의 집합조직을 원주 방향 집합조직에서 반경 방향 집합조직으로 변화시켜 $K_{IH}$ 를 평가하였다. 집합조직은 평면 변형에 의한 25% 확관 방법으로 번화시켰고 (0002) direct pole figure와 basal pole component (기저면 성분, Kearns number)로 분석하였다. 반경 방향집합조직의 압력관의 $K_{IH}$ 는 2$50^{\circ}C$에서 17MPa√m 이상으로 나타났으며, 이것은 상용 압력관의 $K_{IH}$ =8-10 MPa√m보다 70% 이상 높은 값이다. 반경 방향 집합조직의 압력관에서 나타나는 $K_{IH}$ 거동을 균열 진전면에서의 기저면 성분과 연계하여 분석하였으며, 평면 면형에 따른 집합조직의 변화는 슬립과 쌍정 기구의 작용으로 설명하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 CANDU 압책관의 delayed hydride cracking (DHC) 저항성 관점에서 반경 방향으로 집합조직을 제어하면 매우 효율적이라는 것을 보여 준다.

A Verification on the Effectiveness of Middle Managers' Emotional Leadership in Food Service Management Companies (위탁급식업체 중간관리자의 감성리더십 효과성 검증)

  • The purposes of this study were to: a) provide evidences concerning the effects of emotional leadership b) examine the impacts of emotional leadership on employee-related variables, 'job satisfaction', 'organizational commitment', 'organizational performance' and 'turnover intention', and c) identify a conceptual framework underlying emotional leadership. A survey was conducted from August 23 to November 3, 2005 to collect data from mid-level managers in food service company headquarters (N=219). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (12.0) for descriptive, reliability, factor and correlation analyses and AMOS (5.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The main results of this study were as follows. First, the managers gave the highest point to their leaders in the emotional leadership competence 'organizational awareness : reading the currents, decision networks, and politics at the organizational level' and gave the lowest point in the emotional leadership competence 'influence: wielding effective tactics for persuasion'. Second, the means of job satisfaction was above the midpoint (3 points). Employees' job satisfaction with 'coworkers' was relatively high. However, the extents of satisfaction with 'payroll' 'promotion', and 'work environment' were relatively low. Third, the organizational commitment was above the midpoint (3 points). In the organizational commitment, 'loyalty' factor was higher than 'commitment' factor. Fourth, the means of organizational performance was above the midpoint. The highest organizational performance variable was 'internal efficiency; trying to reduce cost' and the lowest organizational performance variable was 'internal fairness ; equitable treatment and all are treated with respect with no regard to status and grade'. Fifth, most respondents intended on 'thinking of quitting ; towards turnover process'. Sixth, the test of hypothesis using structural equation modeling found that emotional leadership produced p[Isitive effects on job attitude and job performance. Emotional leadership enhanced job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and in turn, employees' attitude positive effects on organizational performance; emotional leadership also had a direct impact on organizational performance

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between communication and conflict in the ship organization and to analyze the affect of the conflict on the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness in the view of dysfunctional conflict that would play on the negative role to decrease the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness. The empirical survey showed that the intragroup and intergroup communications in the ship organization affect on the conflict of within and between groups, these conflicts decrease the group cohesiveness and organizational effectiveness, and that cohesiveness affect the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction of ship organization member significantly.

Effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior by the Fairness of Restructuring in Hotel Corporations (호텔기업에서 구조조정의 공정성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This research aimed to help the employers of hotel corporations by analyzing the effects of fairness of restructuring on employees' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The research found that employer's fairness of restructuring has significant affects on the degree of employee's organizational commitment, thereby reducing the negative effects of restructuring and enhancing organization commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, this study aims to examine impact of justice perception of layoff on survivors' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in hotel corporations. There are main results in this research given below; First, as procedural justice and distributive justice are higher, survivors' organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior are higher in the restructuring process. Second, as organizational commitment is higher is also higher organizational citizenship behavior in the restructuring process.

  • Interpersonal trust is the mutual "faithfulness" on which all social relationship ultimately depend and applicable to the relations among people rather than to their psychological states taken individually. Recent development in the organizational sciences reflect the importance of interpersonal trust relationships for sustaining individual and organizational effectiveness, researchers have recongnized trust's influence on coordination and control at both institutional and interpersonal levels of organization. Because economic action is embeded within networks of social relationships. researchers have argued that efficiency within complex systems of coordinated action is only possible when interdependent actors work together effectively. Thus, for managers and professionals in organizations, developing and maintaining trust relationship is especially import. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the mechanism of interpersonal trust in the organization. Especially, the major concern of this study is to verify role of interpersonal trust in the member's task behaviork behavior

  • IMF 체제와 의료시장 개방 체제속에서 경쟁우위와 합리적인 경영환경을 구축하기 위해서는 의료업계에서도 불합리한 구조적 개선과 다변화하는 고객서비스 개선을 위해 병원 조직의 효과성 또는 경영 합리화를 위해 구조조정이 불가피하다. 변화의 대응전략 하나로정보기술(Information Technology)에 의한 HPR(Hospital Process ReEngineering) 방법론을 적용시켜 조직의 리스트럭처링(Restructuring)과 프로세스 리엔지니어링(Process ReEngineering)개선으로 인한 경영환경 변화요인을 분석함으로써 기대되는 학습조직, 유연조직, 가상조직, 네트워크 조직, 인간존중조직의 구성효과와 서비스의 질적 향상, 조직의 재구성, 업무의 재분배,인적자원의 적재적소 배치, 사무환경개선, 업무처리과정이 표준와, 경영환경 개선의 기대효과와 정보기술은 단순한 프로세스의 개선, 효율화가 아니라 새로운 환경에 적합한 최적의 경영도구로 병원의 목적 달성에 간접적이 아닌 직접적인 도움을 주는 성공요인으로 평가하였다.
