리엔지니어링 작업의 성공요인분석 : 성공요인 및 적중율에 관한 실증연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 리엔지니어링 작업 구현에 영향을 주고 있는 조직·관리적 요인 들을 실중적으로 연구하는 것이다. 본 연구에는 두 가지 목적이 있다. 첫째, 리엔지니어링 작업의 구현을 성공적으로 이끄는 조직·관리적인 요인들을 조사했다. 본 연구에서 조사되어 질 조직·관리적 요인들을 조직구조, 문화, 최고경영자의 의지, 그리고 리엔지니어링 작업의 구현을 위한 성공요인(success factors) 중에서 어느 요인이 핵심성공요인(key success factors)이지를 나타내고자 한다. 본 연구 결과에서의 성공요인으로는 자율적인 기업 문화, 회고 경영자의 의지, 그리고 관리제도상의 변화인 것으로 나타났고 특히, 자율적인 기업 문 화와 관리제도상의 변화가 핵심 성공요인인 것으로 확인되었다.

A Study on a Orientational Filter for Texture Image Analysis (조직 이미지 분석을 위한 오리엔테이션 필터에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 조직 이미지 프로세싱에서 로칼 조직의 주파수 성분과 방향각을 효과적으로 평가할 수 있는 점근적 2-D FPSS QPS 필터의 커널쌍 구성에 대하여 논의하고 이를 아용한 오리엔테이션 필터의 설계와 응용을 고찰한다. 설계된 필터 특성은 필터 길이가 주어지는 경우 대역폭, 감쇄 정수, 방향각, 그리고 변이 정수에 의존하므로 특성 제어가 용이하다. 4개의 커널쌍으로 구성된 오리엔테이션 필터에 의한 방향각 측정 오차는 최대 2.5°이며 세그멘테이션 결과도 효과적임을 보였다. 그리고 단일 방향각을 갖는 오리엔테이션 필터에 의해 조직 이미지의 특성 성분의 추출이 용이함을 보였다.

  • 저작, 발음, 미관등 3대기능회복에 주안점을 두어왔던 치과보철학은 근년에 와서 l아 및 그 주위조직, 악골 및 악관절, 저작근육들과 그들을 지배하는 신경계통등 구강악계(stomatognathic system)의 total treatment로 더욱 발전되어 가고 있다. 구강악계를 구성하는 조직들은 각기 독립적으로 저작, 발음, 연하등 그 기능적 행위에 참여하는 것이 아니라 서로 긴밀한 협조와 조화에 의하여 이루어 지기 때문에 어떠한 조직의 잘못된 치료는 한 개의 기능적 단위인 구강악계전체에 영향을 미치게된다. 그러므로 치과수복 치료에 있어서 단순한 인레이로 부터 전구강회복에 이르기까지 이들 보철물들은 기능운동시 다른 조직들과 잘 조화되어야 된다는 것은 당연한 사실이다.

Fine Structure of Epithelial Tissue in Korean Leech, Erpobdella lineata (한국산 거머리(Erpobdefla lineate)상피조직의 미세구조)

  • 한국산 거머리 각배obdeffo linea약의 상피조직을 배부상피(dorsal epithelium), 복부 상피(ventral epithelium) 측부상피(lateral epithelium) 별로 3부위를 광학현미경과 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 전자현미경 관찰에서 거머리 상피조직은 3부위 모두 불규칙한 세포로 구성되었으며, 그들은 전자밀도가 높은세포와 중등도인세포 그리고 투명한세포 등 3종류로 구분되었다. 거머리의 불규칙한 상피조직 사이에서 두 종류의 분비성 과립인 a 및 b형과립과 색소성 과립인 D형과립이 관찰되었다 배부상피조직에서 관찰된 a형과립(66$\times$83 Um)은 복부와 측부에서 관찰된 과립(33H66 Um) 보다 형태가 훨씬 크고 그 수 도 두배정도 많이 관찰된 반면, b형과립은 모든 상피조직에서 동일한 크기와 형태를 보였지만 그 수는 배부와 복부에 비해 측부상피조직에서 두배정도 많이 관찰되었다 이상 분비성 과립들은 PAS-alcian blue(pH 2.5) 반응에서 모두 PAS에 강한 양성반응을 나타내어 중성점액다당류로 확인되었다. 거머리 몸마디를 이루는 체절은 배부와 복부에서 그 주름의 깊이와 넓이가 각각 다르게 나타나서(배부, 40 Um와 330 urn, 복부 100 urn와 150 urn), 복부의 깊은 체절이 발(foot)의 역활을 수행 하였다.

  • In this study, the effect of $\alpha$-phase morphology on the dynamic deformation behavior at ultra high strain rate was investigated by EBW(Explosive Bridge Wire) test. All of tests and analyses were conducted on three typical microstructures of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, i.e. equiaxed, widmanstatten and bimodal microstructures. The spall strength and HEL(Hugoniot Elastic Limit) of the specimens that have the thickness of 2mm and 4mm were highest with the bimodal microstructure. These results were similar with previous study which was performed by dynamic torsion test(Kolsky torsion test).

  • This study aimed at examining the relationship among organizational learning competency, organizational commitment, protean career attitude, and organizational innovativeness as perceived by university faculties and staff as organizational innovation becomes a key challenge for universities to thrive for strengthening competitiveness. The analysis results are as follows. First, organizational learning capabilities showed a positive effect on organizational innovativeness. Second, organizational learning capabilities had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment had a positive effect on organizational innovativeness. Fourth, in the relationship between organizational learning competency and organizational innovativeness, organizational commitment showed a mediating effect and protean career attitude showed a moderating effect. Through this study, The results implies that universities should provide organizational environment to enhance organizational commitment of university faculties and develop protean career attitude thrive in changing environment.

Alleviation of γ-enolase decrease by the chlorogenic acid administration in the stroke animal model (뇌졸중에서 클로로겐산 투여에 의한 γ-enolase 감소 완화 효과)

  • Stroke is a major cause of death and long-term disability. Chlorogenic acid is a phenolic compound with a potent neuroprotective effect. γ-enolase is a phosphopyruvate hydratase found in mature neurons and plays an important role in neuronal survival. This study investigated whether chlorogenic acid regulates the expression of γ-enolase during cerebral ischemia. Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was performed to induce cerebral ischemia. Adult male rats were used and chlorogenic acid (30 mg/kg) or phosphate buffered saline (PBS) was injected intraperitoneally 2 hours after MCAO surgery. Cerebral cortical tissues were collected 24 hours after MCAO surgery. Our proteomic approach identified the reduction of γ-enolase caused by MCAO damage and the mitigation of this reduction by chlorogenic acid treatment. Results of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and Western blot analyses showed a decrease in γ-enolase expression in the PBS-treated MCAO group. However, chlorogenic acid treatment attenuated this decrease. Results of immunofluorescence staining showed the change of γ-enolase by chlorogenic acid treatment. These results demonstrated that chlorogenic acid regulates the γ-enolase expression during MCAO-induced ischemia. Therefore, we suggest that chlorogenic acid mediates the neuroprotective function by regulating the γ-enolase expression in cerebral ischemia and may be used as a therapeutic agent for brain diseases including stroke.

  • This study aimed to investigate the effect of charismatic leadership and transactional leadership on organizational commitment among cuisine employees in hotel. It also examined the moderating effect of job satisfaction between leadership and organizational commitment. The findings might delineate very meaningful suggestions and implications to enhance organizational commitment for cuisine employees. The result showed that both of leadership styles had significantly positive effects on employees' organizational commitment. In particular, charismatic leadership had more powerful effect than transactional leadership did on organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction showed moderating effects between charismatic leadership and organizational commitment. This study concluded with discussion and implications for hotel managers and future research directions.

  • Plant regeneration from the stem tissue of Orostachys japonicus A. Beiger was investigated. The calli derived from shoot apex when apex when cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 4mg/L 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D)and 2 mg/L benzyl aminopurine (BAP). The calli were developed into shoot to MS medium with 0.5mg/L NAA and 2mg/L and into root with 1mg/L kinetin. The reddish pigment which might be essential for the rootregeneration was observed in the tip of regenerated root.

Textures of Fe-Ni Alloy Thin Films Fabricated by Sputtering Method (스퍼터링 방법에 의한 Fe-Ni 합금 박막의 집합조직)

  • The evolution of textures in Fe-Ni alloy thin films fabricated by PVD using a sputtering method was investigated with parameters such as deposition time and chemical composition. The textures of the as-deposited films were characterized by fibre-type. In Invar alloy(Fe-36.5 wt%Ni) thin film, the <110>//ND fibre texture as a starting component changed to the <210>//ND fibre texture with increasing deposition time. In Permalloy(Fe-81 wt%Ni) thin film, a mixture of the <221>//ND and <311>//ND fibres developed at the early stage of deposition, and then transformed to the <210>//ND fibre with increasing deposition time. These texture changes were discussed in terms of relationship with the microstructural evolution of the films.
