Importance Analysis of SCM Adoption Factors (SCM 도입 요인 중요도 분석)

  • This study aims to analyze the importances of various SCM adoption factors suggested in precedent researches with AHP. SCM adoption factors were categorized by four types: organization factor, transaction factor, relation factor, and information factor. Each factor has sub-factors. Organization factor has five sub-factors: adoption strategy, support of CEO, maturity of information technology, development of assessment system, and innovation leadership. Transaction factor has three sub-factors: transaction period, delivery/quality, and shared goal. Relation factor has five sub-factors: trust, collaboration, inter-dependence, conflict, and immersion. Information factor has three sub-factors: information quality, information share, and information exchange. There are sixteen sub-factors altogether. Analyzing the importances of SCM adoption factors with AHP, the importance of organization factor(.387) ranked the highest. Relation factor(.291), information factor(.167), and transaction factor(.155) followed. Putting the analysis results of primary hierarchy factors and secondary hierarchy factors together, support of CEO(.169) ranked the highest and trust(.124), adoption strateg (.089), share goal(.081), information exchange(.069), collaboration(.064), and information share (.057) followed.

Does Organizational Capacity Explain Fundraising Effectiveness in Nonprofit Social Service Organizations? (비영리 사회복지조직의 재정자원동원 효과성과 조직의 관리능력)

  • This study intended to analyze what factors affect fundraising effectiveness in nonprofit social service organizations. Focusing on organizational characteristics only, current studies did not address the importance of organizational capacity leading to organizational effectiveness. Based on the assumption of the relation between organizational capacity and effectiveness of nonprofit organizations, this study added factors indicating organizational capacity to the current model. After collecting data from 147 staffs involving in fundraising activities of nonprofit social service organizations, this study used a hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that organizational capacity had a significant impact on the variance of fundraising effectiveness. Despite the limitations of the purposive sampling method, this study has implications to provide practical guideline for nonprofit managers and to develop a theoretical framework with a new perspective on organizational capacity.

Effects of System and Knowledge Quality, Organizational Support and Individual Traits on Knowledge Management System(KMS) Success in Research Organizations (시스템·지식 품질, 조직지원, 개인특성이 지식관리시스템 성공에 미치는 영향 -연구조직을 중심으로-)

  • This research aims at investigating the factors determining the success of knowledge management system(KMS) in research organizations. Based on the literature survey and the general framework of IS success model, a new comprehensive model which is customized to the context of KMS is proposed. Some organizational support factors and an individual personality variable that moderates the relationship between predictors and the success factors are also integrated to the new model. A proposed model was tested by the technique of structural equation modeling using survey data from the employees in research organization. The results revealed that KMS quality had the strongest impact on the KMS success measured by perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and KMS use. The moderating effect of an individual personality factor, organization-based self esteem is also founded in the research.

  • This study is a research on the influential factor of R&D (Research and Development) personnel's job stress on their organizational effectiveness, and defined its purposes as the following in order to find out in detail what effect the R&D personnel's job stress has and what difference it makes with respect to the relation with their organizational effectiveness. As a result of testing the relation between organizational members' job stress and their organizational effectiveness through this empirical research, the following results were derived. First, job stress according to demographic characteristics has an important effect on organizational effectiveness. Second, it was revealed that job stress has a significant effect on organizational effectiveness according to organizational members' personal characteristics. Third, it was found that organizational members' job stress has a negative effect on organizational effectiveness. Finally, it was found that each variable such as role-conflict, role-ambiguity and career development has a negative effect on organizational effectiveness independently.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 EDI 이용수준에 영향을 미치는 조직특성요인, 시스템의 구축과정요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 체계화하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존의 문헌을 조사하여 EDI이용수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고, 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 두 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째 EDI의 이용범위에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들은 ‘업무의 EDI 적합성, 최고경영자의 적극적 지원, 참여도’인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 결과에서 서류업무가 많고 거래가 빈번한 기업들이 EDI에 대한 필요성을 느끼게 되고 따라서 EDI를 조직내에 통합시킬수록 그에 따른 이익을 얻을 수 있다. 한편, 기존 업무를 EDI 방식으로 전환하는데 많은 투자와 변화에 대한 위험이 존재하는 만큼 최고경영자의 적극적인 지원이 반드시 필요함을 알 수 있다. 그리고 EDI의 이용범위를 확대시키기 위해서는 EDI 사업자, 사용자의 참여뿐만 아니라 교육·훈련도 많은 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, DEI의 이용량에 영향을 끼치는 요인은 ‘업무의 EDI 적합성, 참여도’인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 거래업체와 서류업무가 많고 거래가 빈번한 기업일수록 많은 기업들과 EDI를 통해

  • This research conducted research on the provision of the strategic information for the companies' financial and accounting parts among the functions that are provided by the ERP, elements related to the adoption of financial information system that influence and that supports decision-making and management performance. The results of this research are as follows. First, organization's degree of decentralization among the organization structure's characteristics and the element of information technology infrastructure among the information technology characteristics does not affect financial or non-financial performance. Second, financial information characteristics do not affect financial performance partially, Third, organization's size does not play the role of adjuster when it comes to the financial performance. Fourth, some research variables used on this research were not analyzed as important elements that influence financial performance, but the analysis showed that they mostly influence non-financial performance, which means that these are what could be considered strategically when adopting financial information system in the future.

Relationship between Stress and Job Satisfaction of Fire-fighters (소방공무원의 스트레스 요인과 직무만족간의 관계)

  • Most of previous studies on civil servants' stress factors and job satisfaction have been focused on low job satisfaction caused by stress from role relations and human relations. In case of fire officers, however, their stress is expected to be influenced by their unique job characteristics such as risk, urgency, stand-by, and shift. Thus, this study divided fire officers'stress factors into job-related factors (risk, urgency, stand-by, alternation) and role-related factors (role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload), and empirically analyzed how these factors affect their job satisfaction. According to the results of this study, fire officers' job characteristics and their roles in the organization had a significant effect on their job satisfaction. Particularly, among the job-related factors, urgency and stand-by had a positive effect on job satisfaction, and among role-related factors, role conflict and role overload had a negative effect on job satisfaction. In addition, fire officers' stress and job satisfaction were significantly different according to their job (fire fighting, rescue and first aid, fire administration, others), and according to their workplace (fire fighting headquarters, fire station, 119 safety center).

The Relationship between Trust and Organization Commitment within Organization of Coast Guard Officers (해양경찰공무원의 조직내 신뢰와 조직몰입과의 관계)

  • Coast guard organization has very different working environment with other general administrative organizations or police organizations. Because they are charging various coastal crimes and safeties by using war vessel at ocean, it was expected that in case of coast guard officers, the impact on organization commitment for each trust factor within organization has the differentiation with other administrative organizations. Core of results by conducting positive research is as following: It is indicated that for coast guard officer, organization trust factor most strongly impacts on organization commitment, and of social trust factors, colleague trust factor more impacts relatively than boss trust factor. Then, when searching the difference of trust factor recognition depending on population sociological properties of coast guard officers, it is indicated that the one having the experience of working at war vessel has more trust to its colleagues than the one having not and executives more trust their boss than non-executives. The reason why the trust to colleague is higher than to boss is recognized that it is caused from deep relationship with colleagues who work and live together when considering working conditions of security vessel.

Effects of Service Employee's Personality on OCB and Customer Orientation in Foodservice Business (외식기업 서비스종사원의 성격요인이 조직시민행동과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper investigated the effects of employee's personality on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and customer orientation in service business. Based on the literature search about personality, OCB and customer orientation, this study conducted a survey to total 207 service employees who engage in food service business. The findings of the research are as follows. First, service employee's personality consists of neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and intelligence. Second, service employee's OCB is affected by intelligence, agreeableness, conscientiousness and extroversion of a service employee. Third, service employee's extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and intelligence positively affect service employee's customer orientation, and service employee's neuroticism negatively affect service employee's customer orientation. Fourth, service employee's customer orientation is affected by employee's OCB. The findings of this research shows that service employee's personality affects OCB and customer orientation.

  • 효율적인 연구개발을 위해서는 관련된 여러 자원들을 적절하게 활용할 수 있어야 하며, 기업연구소는 자원의 축적과 활용, 의사결정 지원을 위하여 연구관리시스템의 도입과 정착을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 인간연구소에서의 R&D 지식관리시스템의 성공적인 실행을 위한 방안을 도출하기 위해 조직상황요인 이론을 적용하였다. 즉 조직상황요인에서의 조직구조와 연구관리시스템 실행간의 관련성 규명이 본 연구의 핵심이다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행특성을 관찰하고, 성공적인 R&D 지식관리시스템의 실행을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
