  • This Paper is Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Authentic Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. It's important for enhancing corporate performance to facilitate positive interactions between leaders and members, and to cultivate a positive psychology for achieving common goals. Members with high positive psychological capital have confidence in performing their tasks, expect successful outcomes, and when problems arise, they adjust their course and persevere. This complex state of adjusting or transcending one's psychology is referred to as positive psychological capital (Luthans & Youssef, 2007). Recognizing this, the study identifies positive psychological capital as a crucial factor in enhancing corporate performance and competitiveness, and chooses it as a mediator in the research.

  • One of the oldest chestnuts in economic geography is this: Cultural and creative industries strongly gather in large cities and this geographic concentration of economic activities leads to regional development. Of course, depending on the circumstances, such a proposition still holds good. But, under the current paradigm shift to knowledge-based economy, it may be open to question. This study aims to investigate financing and knowledge accumulation in the film industry through an alternative framework for explaining their spatial distributions, "formation mechanism of economic space." From the fact that their production organizations are formed on a project basis, project-based financing structure in the investment stage and knowledge accumulation process in the production stage form both axes of it. Film industry as the most mature industry among the cultural and creative industries does not always concentrate in a certain place (industrial agglomeration) or show metropolis-oriented preference. This allows us to reconsider our long brooding theory.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effects of employee outcomes on the relationship between quality of employment and organizational performance and to understand the specific mechanism of the impact of employment quality on organizational performance. Although there has been a widespread debate on the merits of the quality of employment, there have been few studies dealing with how the quality of employment contributes to organizational performance. For the empirical analysis, we analyzed the mediating effect of employee outcomes on the relationship between employment quality and employee outcomes (human capital competence and collective organizational commitment) and employment quality and organizational performance for 501 Korean companies. The results showed that the higher the quality of employment, the higher the employee's human capital competence and collective organizational commitment, and the employee outcomes mediate the relationship between the quality of employment and organizational performance.

  • Recently, organizations are increasing their investment to protect information resources from information security(IS) threats through the adoption of IS policies and technologies. However, IS incidents occur in a variety of ways, such as intrusions from outside the organization and exposure to the inside. Our study presented the negative effects of IS role stress on organizational insiders and suggested factors from the organizational and individual perspectives for mitigating IS role stress. We conducted a survey on employees of companies that introduced and applied IS policies to their work and tested the hypothesis using 329 samples. As a result, IS organization justice reduced IS role stress and strengthened IS positive psychological capital, thereby affecting the IS compliance intention of employees. Also, IS positive psychological capital moderated the relationship between IS stress and IS compliance intention. This study contributes to the achievement of internal IS goals by suggesting the conditions that affect the IS compliance behavior of employees in terms of the organizational environment and individual characteristics
