러시아의 항공산업 역사는 복잡다양할 뿐만아니라, 국방산업과 연관되어 비밀리에 발전되어 상세히 알려지지 않았으나, 페레스트로이카 정책 추진 이후 서방의 주요 에어쇼 참가등을 통해 많이 공개되었습니다 현재 러시아의 정치, 사회적 변화가 극심한 관계로 항공산업조직의 정확한 추정은 곤란하지만, 이 글에서는 최근 2-3년간 주요기관들의 변화, 동향을 살펴봄으로써 자본주의 결제체제로의 전환전략 및 가능성을 살펴봅니다

This study utilized one of Hofstede's cultural dimension, collective dimension and validated its influence on individual's change oriented organizational citizenship behavior(COCB hereafter) with mediation of emotional regulation. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were mostly conducted at national levels. However, in this study, Yoo's CVSCALE was used to analyze collectivistic tendencies at individual levels and its influence on emotional regulation and COCB were measured. The study distributed 200 paper based self administered surveys to employees of Fortune 500 electronic company in Korea for two weeks period. Findings indicated individual's collectivistic dimension positively influenced COCB and emotional regulation mediated between collectivism and COCB. In conclusion and application, the significance of this research lies in indicating collectivistic culture's positive influence on COCB and emotional regulation as possible antecedents of Change oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

In this research, one of five Hofstede's cultural dimension, Long term orientation (LTO) was selected to examine its influence on individual's change oriented organizational citizenship behavior with emotional regulation mediating. East Asian countries and Korea especially received higher score on LTO cultural dimension, meaning it valued harmony, long term relations and saving for future. Also, in today's hyper competitive and evolving global climate, the ability to adapt quickly and also to be able to control one's emotion is highly valued individual competency. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were conducted at mostly national or large group levels. However, in this study, Yoo's CVSCALE which allowed for individual level analysis on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were used to analyze multinational company's employees's long term orientations' influence on emotional regulation and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. The survey conducted from 200 employees from major electronic company based in S city in Korea for two weeks period and the results indicated long term orientation positively influenced change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Also emotional regulation mediated between long term orientation felt by individuals and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Such results validated previous studies that indicated emotional regulation as possible antecedents of individual proactive behaviors such as change organizational citizenship behavior and long term oriented view as another potential antecedent of change oriented organizational citizenship behavior in multinational corporation setting.

최근 글로벌 경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률 하락에 기인하여, 대내외적으로 불투명한 환경하에서 생존하고 발전하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생 시키고 생산방식의 변화와 업무 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 지대하다는 것을 모두 공감 하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 기술혁신역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소벤처 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 지식경영의 성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 기업의 전략적 활동을 조직화하여 가치창출에 사용될 자원 및 조직 능력을 외부 네트워크로부터 획득하게 하는 네트워크 역량이 어떤 역할을 수행하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 즉, 중소벤처기업의 기술 혁신역량이 네트워크 역량을 매개변수로 하여 지식경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술혁신역량이 중소벤처기업의 네트워크 역량을 매개로 삼아, 기술혁신역량이 지식경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 한다. 기술혁신역량을 기반으로 한 경제활동의 불확실성이 높아진 환경 하에서 새로운 변화에 신속히 대응하며, 장기적 경기 침체 극복은 물론이고 거시적 경제 성장과 발전을 이끌어 조직의 지속적 성장과 생존뿐 아니라, 국가의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 조직 내의 가장 중요한 지식경영 성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

가. 부검 1. 부검시 주의 사항 ◇ 시험계획서와 표준작업수순(Standard Operating Procedure)를 충분히 숙지한다. ◇ 부검소견기록지를 준비한다. ◇ 부검은 정해진 장소(부검실)에서 보호구를 착용한 후 실시한다. ◇ 부검책임자의 감독하에 실시한다. ◇ 동물번호를 반복해서 확인하고 다른 동물과의 혼동을 피한다. ◇ 외모와 내부장기 및 조직을 잘 관찰한다. ◇ 이상부위는 소견을 상세히 기록한다 (위치, 크기, 모양, 색깔, 경도, 단면 등). ◇ 소견 기술(description)은 표준용어를 사용한다. ◇ 조직의 기계적 손상, 건조, 자가융해 등의 artifact를 최소화한다. ◇ 시험물질의 성질, 투여경로, 임상관찰 결과 등 필요한 정보를 파악하고 작업한다. 2. 육안관찰의 일반적인 원칙 ◇ 독성평가는 부검의 완벽함과 정확성에 의존한다. ◇ 부검은 병리에서 자료생산의 시작단계다. ◇ 육안관찰은 조직의 선택과 삭정에 대한 기초와 방향을 제공한다. ◇ 변화는 크기에 관계없이 진단의 가능성을 최대화한다. ◇ 시험계획서에 명시된 조직 및 기타 병변을 철저히 관찰하고 채취한다. ◇ 부검시 폐기된 조직은 영원히 사라짐을 명심한다. This study analyzes the characteristics, implications, and problems of Social Network of Press Organizations from the Kim Dae-jung administration to the Lee Myung-bak administration in Korea. For analyzing these issues, this study attempts to investigate the traits of social network structure based on the density analysis, distribution character analysis and correspondence analysis in each and among regimes. To answer these questions, this study utilizes human relationship data which related to personal network aspects (place of birth, affiliated college) and expertise aspects (types of major field), and which data has been gathered from the biographical web-site of Press Organizations in Korea. The results showed that the membership format of each Press Organizations depends on the connection with political environment directly and indirectly. Especially, the network traits of Broadcasting Press Organizations stands out a place of birth aspect. This findings indicate that the broadcasting policy reality that the path of decision making is connected with the political environment is more effective.

Interest in spirituality in the workplace is rising as an alternative to overcome the possibility of burnout of social workers. This research has evaluated the results of spirituality education program to social workers in senior welfare centers. CPE(Clinical Pastoral Education) was provided to 25 social workers in 3 different senior welfare centers for 12 to 14 weeks. 4 Focus group interviews with 24 education participants after the end of education were conducted. For the participants of CPE, there were changes in individual levels(habituation of self-reflectivity, the integration of personal spirituality and social worker's spiritualty, expansion of self-awareness and pursuit of altruism), practice behavior(recognition of client's individualism, getting rid of the obsession of proposing a resolution, active listening), and organization levels(intimate fellowship, increase in horizontal relationship in the agencies). Pursuing changes within the organization towards integrating individual and organization spirituality along with social welfare organizations helping the development of social worker's individual spirituality for the simultaneous growth of social workers and the organizations is necessary.

Bioimpedance involves a lot of information related to living tissue. If there is alteration in bio tissue, its electrical characteristics also change. It is to study electrical characteristics of pork tenderlion in using a HP-4194A Impedance/Gain-phase analyzer instrument and electrical characteristics changes by graded radiation exposure dose. The results were as follow 1. Electrical characteristics of pork tenderlion in repeated measurement had high precision within ${\pm}5$% of coefficiency of variability. 2. During the measurement impedance absolute value and phase alteration did not show statistically significant difference.(p>0.05) 3. While impedance phase of electrical characteristics associated with frequency change was almost stable, impedance absolute value was in inverse proportion to frequency that means high inverse correlation of -0.096(r). 4. Impedance absolute value dropped in radiation exposure dose. The alteration of the value did not show statistically significant difference in 1 Gy, 2 Gy and 4 Gy.(p>0.05) However in radiation exposure dose of 10 Gy, the decrease of impedance absolute value was significantly different.(p<0.05) 5. Impedance phase according to radiation exposure dose change did not show statistically significant difference in 1 Gy, 2 Gy, 4 Gy, and 10 Gy(p>0.05).

방사선치료에서 결손조직의 보호를 위해 사용되는 기존의 결손조직 보상체는 체표윤곽을 얻기위해 컴퓨터단층촬영영상이나 자기공명촬영영상등의 의료영상을 이용해 왔다. 하지만 이러한 촬영을 위해서는 고가의 비용이 소요되고 방사선치료에 따른 체표윤곽의 변화에 적절히 대응하지 못하는 등의 단점이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사용이 간편한 디지털 카메라로 환자를 촬영한 후 얻은 2차원 이미지를 이용하여 결손조직 보상체를 제작하고 이의 유용성 평가를 위해 기하학적, 선량학적 평가를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 조직결손을 보정하고 정상조직을 보호할 수 있어 임상적용의 가능성을 확인 할 수 있었다.
