A Study on the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Perceived by Korean Navy Personnel: Mediating Effect of Affective Commitment and Moderating Effect of Coworker Social Loafing (해군장병이 인식하는 조직문화와 조직시민행동의 관계 연구: 정서적 몰입의 매개효과와 동료의 사회적 태만 조절효과)

  • This study, the effect of organizational culture perceived by millennial Naval Personnel working on naval ships on organizational citizenship behavior was empirically analyzed. First, it was found that OC(group/hierarchy) had a positive effect on OCB. Second, affective commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between OC(group/hierarchy) and OCB. It was confirmed that organizational culture has a direct effect on OCB, but also indirectly through affective commitment. Third, Coworker social loafing had a negative moderating effect in the relationship. Therefore, in order to improve organizational citizenship behavior, it is necessary to improve a balanced organizational culture suitable for changes in the organizational environment, Strengthen the key influencers for organizational members to affective commitment themselves in the organization, and promote improvement in social loafing.

  • 이 연구는 시큐리티조직의 시장지향성이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 2011년 현재 경기도 소재 재직하고 있는 민간경비원을 대상으로 설정하였으며 326명을 표집하였다. 타당도 및 신뢰도는 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 통계처리는 다중회귀분석 등이 활용되었다. 이상과 같은 방법을 통하여 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 시큐리티조직의 시장지향성은 직무만족에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 시큐리티조직의 시장지향성은 조직몰입에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 시큐리티조직 구성원의 직무만족은 조직몰입에 영향을 미친다.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 금융기관에서 실시하고 있는 내부마케팅 요인이 조직몰입과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 이들 요인들 간의 상관관계, 영향관계, 매개효과 등을 실증적으로 연구 분석하는 데 있다. 그동안 내부마케팅에 대한 연구는 여행사, 항공사, 호텔, 요식업 등 서비스산업 종업원을 대상으로 한 연구가 대부분이었으며, 금융기관에 대한 연구는 거의 미미한 편이었다. 특히 저금리시대와 인터넷전문은행의 신설 예고 등 금융환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 최근 금융기관들은 대고객 서비스 의 중요성을 인식하고 은행원에 대한 직무능력 향상과 사기진작을 위한 다양한 내부경영전략을 확대하고 있어, 이에 대한 연구는 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 연구는 금융기관의 내부마케팅 요인으로 권한위임, 경영층지원, 의사소통, 팀웍역량을 주요 구성 요인으로 보고, 이들 요인들이 은행원의 조직몰입을 높이고, 나아가서는 고객지향성에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 전제로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 내부마케팅 요인 중, 권한위임, 경영층지원, 팀웍역량은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 의사소통은 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직몰입이 고객지향성에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 조직몰입이 내부마케팅 요인과 고객지향성의 관계에서는 부분적인 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

창업보육센터의 교육서비스품질이 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향

  • 1990년대 후반 정부는 경기부양의 일환으로 창업보육센터(Business Incubatir: BI)를 전국에 설치·운영하도록 지원하였다. 창업보육센터를 통해 벤처기업이 스스로 자생력을 갖출 수 있는 시기까지 시설, 기술, 행정, 경영지원 뿐만 아니라 입주지원까지 다양한 지원 역할을 수행해오고 있다. 특히 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램은 입주업체들의 기업 성장에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램이 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 최근 조직문화에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 조직문화는 스타트업을 움직이는 심장이며 그 영향력은 실핏줄을 타고 회사의 가장 사소한 결정에까지 미친다. 조직문화마저 없다면 스타트업은 제품, 브랜드 무엇 하나 제대로 갖추지 못한 그저 꿈을 쫓는 집단에 지나지 않을 것이다. 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 교육프로그램 서비스품질 구성요인 인 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성과 스타트업에게 중요한 원동력이 되는 실천중심설계가 교육만족, 조직문화 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 아울러 교육만족이 조직문화에 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구를 진행하고 가설을 검증함으로써 학문적, 실무적으로 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 노인요양시설 요양보호사들의 조직몰입을 높이기 위하여 노인요양시설 최고관리자의 리더십과 조직미션의 동의정도가 정서적몰입, 규범적몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하셨다. 분석결과 변혁적리더십, 조직미션의 동의 정도는 모두 정서적 몰입과 규범적 몰입에 모두 긍정적 영향을 나타냈다. 특히 규범적 몰입에 대해서는 변혁적 리더십이 조직미션에 대한 동의정도를 통해 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 검증되었다.

  • The purpose of this study aimed to examine work environment and culture of the employees in private security corporation on the organizational performance. 200 guards who worked at security employees in Julanam buk provinces in 2011 were selected by using the method of judgment sampling and 188 guards were used for analysis. The data were analyzed with frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis of the collected data from the respondents by using SPSS 15.0. The conclusion was as follows: First, there was significant relationship between work environment and culture of the employees, organizational performance in private security corporation. Second, organizational environment of employees in private security corporation exerts influence of organizational culture and organizational performance. That is, organizational environment of employees in private security corporation exerts direct influence on organization performance, but it exerts indirect effect through organizational culture.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediation effect of organizational trust and intrinsic motivation in the relationship between emotional leadership and creativity, suggesting the importance of organizational creativity. Therefore, this study conducted a survey for employees who are working at Korean ICT firms, analyzed the relationship with 241 valid samples, and verified hypotheses using PLS-SEM. The results are as follows. First, emotional leadership had a positive effect on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust had a positive effect on the intrinsic motivation of employees. Third, intrinsic motivation had a positive impact on employees' creativity. Fourth, the organizational trust did not have a positive effect on the creativity of employees. By verifying the mediation effects of organizational trust and intrinsic motivation, this study analyzed the relationship between emotional leadership and creativity, expanding the existing studies of the leadership.

  • As job rotation provides various job experiences and opportunities to develop potential abilities to employees, it is considered as a strategy for key human resources management to improve individual and organization's competitiveness. Therefore, to practically verify how employees at public companies having perception of job rotation influences on organization effectiveness, based on document research, we examined the viewpoints of perception on job rotation(operating procedure, individual development, career management) and viewpoints of organization effectiveness(job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational loyalty) and empirically analyzed organizational relationships. As a result, First, as the perception of job rotation, the operational procedures have a positive effect on job satisfaction, and the operational procedures and career management have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive effect on organizational loyalty. From this research, importance of perception on job rotation is verified in order to improve public companies' organizational effectiveness. This research has a purpose to suggest practical implication to improve the competitiveness of individual and organization at public companies.

  • This study investigates effect of perceived organizational support which recognized by hotel convention employee on empowerment and organizational commitment from a social exchange relationship point of view. The major findings of this study were follows. First, the result of verification, effect of perceived organizational support which recognized by hotel convention employee, the hypothesis 1-1 and the hypothesis 1-2, operational support, the operational support had no significant effect on meaning, competence factor and effective factor. on the other hand the result of verification the hypothesis 1-3 and the hypothesis 1-4, the emotional support was found to have significantly positive effect on meaning, competence factor and effective factor. furthermore, by analysing the hypothesis 2, which states that the impact of empowerment on organizational commitment, the meaning, competence factor and effective factor as subset of empowerment had significantly positive effect on organizational commitment. finally by analysing the hypothesis 3, the operational support was found to have positive effect on organizational commitment, but emotional support had no significant effect on organizational commitment.

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate the organizational effectiveness of uniersity libraries in Korea. This study models emphasized the situational factors, fundamental factors and types of organiz tional effectiveness. environment, technology, size, strategy, and power were taken as situational factors of organizational structure ; fundamental factors were complexity, formalization, and centralization ; organizational structures were diveded into simple organization, functional organization, departmental organization, subject divisional organization(I), (II). Efficiency, flexibility, information service and satisfaction were taken as effectiveness factors and satisfaction was subdivided into organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In this study, situational factors, fundamental factors and types of organizational structures influence one another, ultimately affect the level of organizational effectiveness. Organizational effectiveness represents no organization of high organizational effectiveness on all levels.
