Subjective Wear Comfort and Related Fabric Surface Parameters Including Fractal Dimension of Contact Points (Fractal 차원과 면 혼방직물 셔츠의 착용 쾌적감)

  • 본 연구에서 직물의 열, 수분 전달특성과 KES-FB의 역학적 특성치, 직물표면의 fractal dimension을 측정하여 주관적 의복 착용 쾌적감을 예측하고자 하였다. 실험의복에 사용된 직물은 면 100% 평직물, 면/PET 혼방직물, 피치가공된 면/PET 혼방직물, PET 100% 평직물, 알칼리 감량가공된 PET 100% 크레이프 직물이었으며, 실험의복의 형태는 긴 소매 셔츠로 하였다. 착용실험은 온도 29$\pm$0.5$^{\circ}C$, 상대습도 75$\pm$2%RH, 기류 0.15m/s를 유지하는 항온항습실에서 실시하였고 36명의 여성 피험자(20-23세)들이 참여하였다. 의복 착용감의 하위 구성차원을 파악하기 위해 실험결과를 요인분석한 결과 5 개의 요인으로 추출되었다. 제 1 요인은 체온상승, 수분특성과 관련이 있는 온열.발한감이었으며, 제 2 요인은 무게ㆍ두께감, 제 3 요인은 회복특성감, 제 4 요인은 표면접촉감, 제 5 요인은 온냉감으로 구성되었다. 직물의 표면특성을 정량화하는 방법으로 도입한 fractal dimension 의 분석값들과 종래의 가장 보편적으로 이용되어 온 KES_FB 의 표면 특성치들이 주관적 착용쾌적감 예측에 얼마나 기여하는지 비교해 본 결과, 표면접촉감은 fractal dimension, 접촉점들의 총면적, 접촉점들의 평균 axis ratio, MMD, SMD와 높은 상관을 나타내었다. 또한 종합적 착용쾌적감에 대해서는 SMD 를 제외한 척도들이 유의한 상관을 보였으며, 그 중에서도 fractal dimension 과 접촉점들의 총면적은 0.8 이상의 높은 상관을 나타내었다. 착용쾌적감을 예측하기 위한 회귀분석결과에서는 fractal dimension 만으로 쾌적감의 74%가 설명되었으며 공기 투과도를 첨가하면 두 변수로 $R^2$=.792가 되었다. 설명되는 누적분산값은 67.18%였다.주관적 평가의 결과와 객관적 평가 결과를 이용해 마직물의 태를 평가하는 산출식을 제시하였다. 태 평가치의 경우 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법과 stepwise 방법, 또 Kawabatark 사용한 순차적 군 회귀법의 세가지 방법의 회귀식 중 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법의 결정계수가 가장 높았다.tosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea.   • The court in Korea values evidence justice, and also demands justification for the process of collecting evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the level of organizational commitment, which means that the police investigators performing these tasks feel attached to the police organization they belong to, and that they feel united about the goals of the organization. Based on this recognition, the study analyzed the effects of the police's perception of organizational Justice on organizational commitment, and classified organizational Justice into distributive Justice, procedure Justice and interaction Justice. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of the police's perception of organizational Justice on organizational commitment and verifies the effect through multiple regression analysis by injecting the trust of Supervisors into a mediating variable. The study was also conducted on the assumption that the trust of Supervisors is important in carrying out the field investigators work in the South Korean police. To achieve the purpose of this research, a total of three surveys were conducted from May 2017 to October 2019 at the National Police Agency using the selection process of investigators and job training courses for the national police, and a total of 500 copies were used as analysis data. Looking at the results analysis of this study, first, it was found that there was a statistically significant static (+) effect on organizational commitment, where the organizational Justice of police officers was a independent variable. Second, the relationship between organizational Justice and organizational commitment has shown that the trust of Supervisors has a mediating effect in korean police organization.

  • It can be said that the effectiveness of organization is influenced by the ethical leadership of the boss, including the CEO, who is the subject of ethical management. In this study, ethical leadership was set as the subject of the study, and the concept of ethical leadership was set as ethical leadership that perceives the superiors in the process of performing subordinates by members of a company or organization. In this study, the effects of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction were examined, and the effects of ethical leadership on the ethical consciousness of subordinates were analyzed, and ethical consciousness in the relationship between ethical leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction The mediating effect was analyzed. The subjects of this study were surveyed on 300 small and medium-sized workers in Gyeonggi Province from March 7 to May 10, 2020, and used as empirical analysis data. For data analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical analysis programs were used. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the study, it was found that ethical leadership has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and ethical consciousness, and organizational characteristics such as ethical consciousness affect organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction according to how individuals perceive the organization. It was found that. Ethical leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. And these results are absolutely necessary to practice ethical management as a way to strengthen ethical leadership in order to increase organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement various programs that make you feel a sense of unity with the organization.

The Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Ego-Identity with Psychological Well-Being of The Office Workers (직장인의 직무만족과 자아정체감 및 심리적 안녕감과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between job satisfaction and ego-identity with psychological well-being, and it will provide a basic information for The Office workers' psychological counseling through this research. To verify it, each level of job satisfaction, ego-identity, and psychological well-being has been measured from 264 office workers in Seoul, Gyunggi, and Incheon, and correlation analysis, regression analysis using SPSS 12.0 has been done. The result of this research is as follows. First, job satisfaction had shown slightly higher correlation with positive relationship with others of psychological well-being and objective orientation of ego-identity, and all the variables of ego-identity except for initiatives had shown a static correlation with psychological well-being. Second, job satisfaction had exercised influence over Positive relation with others, self-acceptance, purpose in life and personal growth but not over autonomy and environmental mastery. Third, initiatives among the sub-ordinate variables of ego-identity had exercised a negative influence over Positive relation with others among the sub-ordinate variables of psychological well-being. Fourth, objective orientation among the sub-ordinate variables of ego-identity had exercised a static influence over job satisfaction but identity confusion had exercised a negative impact. Fifth, as a result of observing an impact job satisfaction and ego-identity had exercised over psychological well-being, it had shown a high impact in general and in particular, purpose in life among the sub-ordinate variables was valued highly. Through these results, it could be expected that job satisfaction and ego-identity would be influenced to increase their objective orientation.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how abusive supervision influences on security policy compliance in their work place and find moderation effects of organizational justice. The results is that abusive supervision decreases employees' affective commitment or social bond to their organizations. And it negatively affect employees' behavioral intent to comply with security policies. Organizational justice acts to attenuate the negative relationship between the stress from abusive supervision and willingness to comply with the security policy. Especially, distributive justice has a significant effect on decreasing the negative relationship.

Quality Characteristics of Instant Rice Noodles Manufactured with Broken Rice Flour (파쇄미 쌀가루를 이용한 즉석 쌀국수의 품질특성)

  • This study investigated the quality characteristics of instant rice noodles manufactured with broken rice flour as an application of rice-processed products. We examined the physicochemical characteristics of common rice flour (CRF), broken rice flour (BRF), and CRF mixed with BRF (CBRF). Futhermore, instant rice noodles were manufactured with these three types of rice flour, and their quality and sensory characteristics were also investigated. Damaged starch content and water-binding capacity of rice flour were highest in BRF. Particle size of rice flour was significantly different among the three types. RVA pasting viscosities of BRF and CBRF were higher than that of CRF. Volume after cooking of instant rice noodles increased in rice noodles made with broken rice flour (BRN). Turbidity and cooking loss of BRN were higher than those of common rice noodles (CON). For texture properties, CON displayed the highest hardness, adhesiveness, and chewiness. In the sensory evaluation, springiness and overall acceptability values of CON were significantly higher than those of other rice noodle types (BRN and CBRN). In conclusion, BRN showed increased cooking loss and turbidity with reduced texture and overall acceptability values. The results of this study suggest that added amount of CRF may significantly increase the overall quality of instant rice noodles prepared with BRF.

유아를 위한 메뉴 개발 및 평가

  • 유아기는 식품 기호도, 식사예절, 식습관 등 식행동의 기초가 형성되는 시기로서 특히 편식이 생기기 쉽고, 식욕부진과 영양과잉 등 불균형한 식품 섭취로 인한 영양문제를 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 2003년 7월 구미지역 2개 보육시설의 92명 유아들의 부모들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 유아들의 식습관과 식품 기호도를 조사하고 이를 고려하여 유아를 위한 메뉴를 개발하고 평가하였다. 개발한 메뉴는 일반식 (삼각김밥, 오징어전), 편식 (도라지강정, 브로콜리스프), 빈혈식(쇠간함박스테이크, 참치깻잎쌈밥), 비만식(참치샐러드, 닭안심깻잎조림), 전통식(떡찜, 두부선) 등 각 2가지씩 총 10가지이며, 2003년 10월 시식회를 거쳐 656명의 유아들에게 맛, 냄새, 모양, 조직감, 전반적인 기호도 등에 대해 5점 척도법으로 메뉴평가를 실시하였다. 식습관 조사결과 편식습관이 있는 경우가 70.7%였으며, 평소 싫어하는 음식에 대해서는 권유로 마지못해 먹는다가 67.4%로 가장 많았다. 성별에 따른 유아의 식습관을 분석해 본 결과 전반적으로 남녀간 유의한 차이는 없었으나 남아가 여아보다 탄산음료를 즐겨 마시는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 기호도 조사결과 10가지 식품군 중 과일류에 대한 기호도(3.97$\pm$0.65점)가 가장 높았고, 채소류에 대한 기호도(2.46$\pm$0.68점)가 가장 낮았으며, 기호도가 특히 낮았던 식품으로는 곡류 및 감자류 중에는 보리밥과 콩밥, 육류 및 가공품 중에는 간과 내장, 두류 및 가공품 중에는 팥, 어패류 중에는 굴, 해조류 중에는 파래, 채소류 중에는 토란, 브로콜리, 도라지 등이었다. 조리법별로는 튀김류(3.80$\pm$0.68)가 가장 높았고 그 다음이 볶음ㆍ구이류(3.77$\pm$0.56)였으며 기호도가 가장 낮은 음식은 생채류(2.61$\pm$1.27)와 숙채류(2.85$\pm$1.13)인 것으로 나타났다. 개발한 메뉴의 선호도는 전반적으로 높았으며 맛에 대한 선호도(4.30$\pm$0.91)가 가장 높았고, 모양에 대한 선호도(3.95$\pm$0.89)가 가장 낮았다. 메뉴별 맛에 대한 선호도는 닭안심깻잎조림 (4.85$\pm$0.36)과 두부선(4.85$\pm$0.52)이 가장 높았고, 참치깻잎쌈밥(3.43$\pm$1.61)이 가장 낮았으며 냄새에 대한 선호도는 두부선(4.76$\pm$0.69), 닭안심깻잎조림 (4.64$\pm$0.53), 브로콜리스프(4.59$\pm$0.88)가 유의하게 높았고 참치깻잎쌈밥(2.95$\pm$1.24)은 유의하게 낮았다. 모양에 대한 선호도는 두부선이 4.85$\pm$0.52점으로 유의하게 높은 점수를 보였으며 쇠간함박스테이크(3.03$\pm$0.17)와 참치깻잎쌈밥(3.11$\pm$1.33)이 유의하게 낮은 점수를 보였다. 조직감에 대한 선호도는 두부선(4.80$\pm$0.56)과 브로콜리스프(4.63$\pm$0.60)가 유의하게 높게 나타났고, 참치깻잎쌈밥(3.20$\pm$1.29)이 유의하게 낮았다. 전반적인 선호도는 맛, 냄새, 모양, 조직감에서 모두 선호도가 높았던 두부선이 4.82$\pm$0.49점으로 가장 유의하게 높았으며 참치깻잎쌈밥이 3.17$\pm$1.30점으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 음식의 맛, 냄새, 모양, 조직감 및 전반적인 기호도간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 따라서 음식의 맛에 영향을 주는 요인은 맛 자체뿐만 아니라 냄새, 모양, 조직감 등 다양하므로 어릴 때부터 가정과 보육시설에서 다양한 식품과 조리법을 이용하여 맛있고, 먹고싶은 냄새가 나고, 부드러우며, 모양도 먹음직스럽게 조리하여 유아들의 올바른 식습관 형성에 도움이 되도록 하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • It can be said that it has various effects on the organization depending on the leadership of the boss, including the CEO, who is the main agent of management. In this study, Servant Leadership is the subject of research, and the concept of Servant Leadership is established as Servant Leadership, in which subordinates who are members of a corporate organization perceive their bosses in the course of performing their duties. In this study, we examined the impact of Servant leadership on job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance, analyzed the impact of Servant leadership on subordinates, and analyzed the mediated effects of ethics in relation to Servant leadership and job performance. The subjects of this study conducted a survey of 300 workers at small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide from March 15 to April 20, 2021, and used 273 data as empirical analysis data. Data analysis uses the SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 Statistical Analysis programs. Research has shown that Servant leadership is affecting job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance. These results are absolutely necessary for management practice in various ways, such as strengthening servant leadership, to enhance job satisfaction and non-financial organizational performance, so it is necessary to develop and implement a program to feel unity with the organization. Therefore, organizational leaders need to create new ideas and actions to suit their objectives. To do so, it suggests that it is important to create a horizontal organizational structure in which fresh views can be derived rather than a vertical organizational structure that follows only the command system.

The Relationship Between School Organizational Climate and Teacher Burnout: Focusing on the Latent Profile of School Organizational Climate Perceived by Special Education Teachers (학교조직풍토와 교사 소진의 관계: 특수교사가 지각한 학교조직풍토의 잠재프로파일을 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to identify how special education teachers perceive their school's organizational climate through latent profile analysis performed using Mplus, and determine whether there was a difference in the average teacher burnout rate between perception groups using three-step approaches. The participants were 312 special education teachers. The perception groups were identified as 'closed', 'laissez-faire', 'average', 'controlled', and 'autonomous.' The groups had different teacher burnout rates. The closed group had the highest rate, while the autonomous group had the lowest. This paper discusses the implications of these results for special education teacher burnout and school organizational climate, and suggests ideas for future studies.

  • Companies with ethical management can be said to influence the performance of an organization based on the ethical judgment of its members. In this study, ethical judgment was set up as the subject of the ethical judgment, and the ethical judgment was set up by bosses and colleagues who are members of the business and organization as the factors of ethical judgment. The research was designed to examine the impact of ethical judgment on job satisfaction and organizational civic behavior, the impact of ethical judgment on organizational trust, and analyzed the medium effect of organizational trust in the relationship between ethical judgment and job satisfaction and organized civic action. The target of this study was to survey 450 workers in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and South Chungnam Province from October 7, 2019 to November 2, using them as empirical data. The SPS 24.0 Statistical Analysis Program was used for the analysis of data. The study confirmed that ethical judgment was affecting task satisfaction, organizational civic behavior, and organizational trust, and that parameters such as organizational trust affected task satisfaction and organizational civic behavior depending on how individuals perceive the organization. Ethical judgment has a high impact on organized citizen behavior and job satisfaction, and ethical management of how to improve ethical judgment is absolutely necessary to enhance organizational citizen behavior and job satisfaction, and it is necessary to develop and implement various programs that enable a sense of unity with the organization.
