  • Cartesian coordinate systems used in national base map have 3 zones. If these coordinate systems are used at navigable digital maps without modifications, the edge-matching errors will occur near the edge of two zones. Therefore, it's required to eliminate separate zones of national plane coordinates system suitable far navigable digital map, we choose TM projection that is used at national base map but changed the location and the scale distortion of antral meridian.

A Sequential AT Algorithm based on Combined Adjustment (결합 조정에 기반한 연속 항공삼각측량 알고리즘)

  • Real-time image georeferencing technologies are required to generate spatial information promptly from the image sequences acquired by a multi-sensor system. We thus derive a sequential adjustment algorithm based on the combined adjustment model. By adopting the sequential adjustment model, we develop a sequential AT(Aerial Triangulation) algorithm to georeference image sequences in real-time. The proposed algorithm enables to perform AT rapidly with the minimum computation at the current stage by using the results computed at the previous stage whenever a new image is added. Experiments with simulated data were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The results of the experiments show that the georeferencing of each image took very short time and its accuracy was determined within ${\pm}4cm$ on the ground control points comparing to the results of the existing simultaneous AT.

Computation of Bessel Coordinates of the Cadastral Control Points by Trilateration Adjustment of GPS Baseline Measurements (GPS 관측기선의 삼변망 조정계산에 의한 우리나라 지적측량기준점의 베셀성과 산출)

  • In this study, the software to compute Bessel coordinates by trilateration adjustment was developed, and the software was used to determine coordinates of the cadastral control points over the southern Korean peninsula. The baseline measured by GPS was reduced to the distance on geoid surface by applying PNU95 geoid model, and the distance on geoid surface was reduced to the plane grid distance by applying scale factor of map projection of Bessel coordinates. Using the plane grid distance, Bessel coordinates of 32 CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station) were computed by free adjustment at first, and then the coordinates of the cadastral control points were computed by joining the control points to adjacent CORS. The result shows a possibility of construction of highly accurate and consistent cadastral survey network with coordinate error less than 1ppm of distance, when newly computing the coordinates of the control points by using distances measured by GPS.

  • 네트워크 거리 (Network distance : 일반적으로 ping이나 traceroute 등으로 측정 가능한 round trip time 등 네트워크 상에서 패킷 전송 시간) 추정 기법은 인터넷상의 많은 응용프로그램들에서 유용하게 사용된다. 예를 들면 다수의 서버를 인터넷상에 설치하고자 하는 경우 사용자들 간의 네트워크 거리를 알고 있다면 서버와 사용자간의 왕복 전송 시간 (Round Trip Time)등을 최소화할 수 있도록 서버를 분산하여 설치하는 구성을 도출해 낼 수 있을 것이다. Peer to Peer 응용 프로그램들에서도 이 네트워크 거리 정보는 매우 유용하다. 기존에 존재하는 추정 기법들은 대부분 유클리드 공간 좌표 기반 기법들로서 유클리드 좌표 상의 거리가 실제 네트워크 거리와 유사하도록 유클리드 공간 좌표를 지정한다. 그러나 이런 방법들의 문제점은 인터넷 상의 네트워크 거리가 삼각 부등식을 만족하지 않는 경우가 존재하는 등 유클리드 공간의 기본적인 가정을 만족하지 못한다는데 있다. 이런 문제점 때문에 새로운 모델이 필요하고, 이 논문에서는 가상 토폴로지(Virtual Topology) 모델과 지역 조정 항 (Local Adjustment Term) 모델을 제시하고, 기본적인 성능 분석을 시도하였다.

  • 철도측량 및 철도현황측량에 있어 기본이 되는 철도기준점은 과거 국가삼각점을 이용한 지역(동경)좌표계에서 조정 되었다. 세계좌표계로의 전환을 결정한 건교부 지침에 의해 기존의 지역좌표계 성과는 모두 세계좌표계로 전환되어야 하며, 이를 위해 본 연구는 철도기준점의 좌표계 변환방법에 대한 기준을 마련하고자 하였다. 다양한 분석결과 GPS상시관측소 데이터를 활용하는 것이 가장 적절한 대안으로 분석 되었으며, 각 관측 지점의 좌표를 상시관측소의 수를 달리하여 분석한 결과 상시관측소 1,2개소를 연결한 것 보다 3개소 이상의 관측소를 사용한 것이 예상대로 좀 더 정밀한 결과 값을 얻을 수 있었다.

Simultaneous Adjustment of Geodetic Networks by Geographical Coordinates φ, λ (경위도(經緯度) 좌표(座標) φ, λ에 의한 측지망(測地網)의 동시조정(同時調整))

  • This paper deals with simultaneous geodetic networks adjustment by geographical coordinates(${\varphi}$, ${\lambda}$). The adjustment computation is performed by variation of coordinates, and the classical method with fixed points and free networks are also compared. Provisional values for observation equations are computed by extended Gauss-mid lattitude formula using existing official coordinates. Bessel ellipsoid and unit weight are adopted. The processing of a test-network by distances yields the average root mean square error of position 6.2 cm for classical method and 2.4cm for free networks. The standard error of unit weight in a test-network is $1.66{\times}10^{-6}$ radian (0.3"), and the analysis of error ellipses shows that free networks are more normally distributed errors.

  • LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging)는 3차원공간정보를 신속하게 구축할 수 있는 최신 측량 기술로써 최근 그 활용도와 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 LiDAR 관측성과는 시스템 특성상 높은 수직 정확도를 제공하고 있으나 항공사진과 같이 정확한 평면위치를 측정하여 조정할 수 없으므로 상대적으로 낮은 수평 정확도를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LiDAR 관측에 의한 건물의 벽면 반사파를 이용하여 건물모서리의 평면 좌표(x, y)를 추출하고, 이를 항공삼각측량에 의한 평면좌표와 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 LiDAR의 평면좌표가 항공삼각측량에 의한 평면좌표에 비해 상대적으로 이동되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 2차원 좌표변환을 수행하여 LiDAR의 평면좌표를 보정하여 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있었고, 이를 이용하여 향후 LiDAR 관측성과 품질 향상에 도움이 될 것이라 기대한다.

Accuracy Analysis of 3D Position of Close-range Photogrammetry Using Direct Linear Transformation and Self-calibration Bundle Adjustment with Additional Parameters (DLT와 부가변수에 의한 광속조정법을 활용한 근접사진측량의 3차원 위치정확도 분석)

  • In this study, the 3D position coordinates were calculated for the targets using DLT and self-calibration bundle adjustment with additional parameters in close-range photogrammetry. And then, the accuracy of the results were analysed. For this purpose, the results of camera calibration and orientation parameters were calculated for each images by performing reference surveying using total station though the composition of experimental conditions attached numerous targets. To analyze the accuracy, 3D position coordinates were calculated for targets that has been identically selected and compared with the reference coordinates obtained from a total station. For the image coordinate measurement of the stereo images, we performed the ellipse fitting procedure for measuring the center point of the circular target. And then, the results were utilized for the image coordinate for targets. As a results from experiments, position coordinates calculated by the stereo images-based photogrammetry have resulted out the deviation of less than an average 4mm within the maximum error range of less than about 1cm. From this result, it is expected that the stereo images-based photogrammetry would be used to field of various close-range photogrammetry required for precise accuracy.

  • On this study, a 50-years-old earth dam was measured by the static method of GPS for deformation monitoring. The reference network was measured by the vector between points in twice times and the monitored points were observed in four times at test field, i.e. an embankment which was restored by mortar, In addition, gross errors in the measurement were estimated and eliminated by data snooping method and random errors were adjusted by least square method. Finally, the amount of displacement was estimated from variance-covariance matrix. Also, precision of points were showed by the confidence ellipse(95%), and the amount of displacement was figured.

  • In this study, improvement of accuracy in a plain slope analysis is a main object using the bundle adjustment with changing the convergent angles and the configurations of control points when we can't take convergent case because of poor environment around establishment and cultural assets. From converged photographing using the angle of deviation, it was possible to improve accuracy in a plain slope analysis.
