The Moderating Effects of Personality Types on the Relationships between Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention: Using of Sample Transportation Service Workers (성격유형, 직무만족, 이직의도와 자기효능감의 조절효과: 운수서비스종사자를 중심으로)

  • This study explores the moderating effects of personality types (Big'5) influence on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intension using dispositional approach. In order for that, we surveyed for employees of 4 service's company and 430 samples were used for empirical study. According to result, extroversion and conscientiousness among personality types had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. And agreeableness and conscientiousness had negative effects on turnover intention. but extroversion and conscientiousness had positive effects on turnover intention. Self-efficacy had interactive effects on the relationship between personality type and job satisfaction. but it influenced only agreeableness. The self-efficacy had moderating effects agreeableness on the relationship between personality type and turnover intention.

A Study on the Relationship between Service Quality and Visit Intention in a Cosmetics Unmanned Store : Moderating effect of familiarity (화장품 무인매장의 서비스품질과 방문의도의 관계 연구 : 친숙성의 조절효과)

  • In this study, the relationship between service quality and visit intention of unmanned cosmetics stores was investigated and whether there was a moderating effect of familiarity. To this end, a total of 190 questionnaires were collected and the main results of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis using the statistical package SPSS 26.0 are summarized as follows. First, it was found that usefulness, ease, and playfulness, which are components of service quality in unmanned cosmetics stores, had a significant effect on the intention to visit. Second, familiarity was also found to have a significant effect on visit intention, and was found to have the greatest influence on visit intention. Third, as a result of examining the moderating effect of familiarity on the relationship between service quality and visit intention of unmanned cosmetics stores, usefulness, ease, and playfulness were all statistically insignificant, indicating that there was no moderating effect of familiarity. As a result of the above, in order to increase the familiarity, which has the greatest influence on the intention to visit, marketing should be presented emphasizing the promotion or advertisement of unmanned cosmetics stores.

  • 본 연구에서는 가상시장에서 인터넷쇼핑몰을 통해 제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자의 재구매의도를 확인하고자 시도하였다. 인터넷쇼핑몰을 통해 제품을 재구매하기 위해서는 이전 구매경험의 만족이 결정적 요인으로 작용할 것으로 가정하였다. 이러한 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 쇼핑몰의 구조적 특성(심미성, 이용편리성), 제품특성(품질, 가격), 그리고 서비스 특성(확신성, 신뢰성, 반응성) 등을 포함하였다. 이들 요인이 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주고, 만족이 재구매의도에 영향을 줄 것으로 가정하였다. 또한, 이들 만족과 재구매의도간의 관계는 지각된 위험 및 제품관여에 따라 조절역할을 할 것으로 가정하였다. 이러한 가설들간의 관계를 분석하고자 구조방정식모델을 실시하였고, 조절변인들의 조절효과는 조절회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 모든 연구가설들은 유의적으로 나타났다. 즉 쇼핑몰의 구조적 특성, 제품특성 및 서비스 특성은 쇼핑만족에 영향을 주며, 이러한 쇼핑만족은 소비자의 재구매의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 만족과 재구매의도간의 관계는 지각된 위험과 관여수준에 따라 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다

The Service Value Affecting Customer Satisfaction and the Moderator Effect of Switching Barriers (서비스 가치가 고객만족에 미치는 영향과 전환장벽의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this work is to develop a model that understands perceived service value is useful when explaining customer satisfaction and that examines the moderating effects of switching barriers on the relationship between service value and customer satisfaction. Serv-Perval scale which consists of five dimensions was adapted to measure perceived service value. Online and offline questionnaire survey was empirically conducted with respondents who experienced services in the various areas. The results show that five dimensions in Serv-Perval scale had impact on customer satisfaction respectively. And the switching barrier moderates between service value and customer satisfaction. It indicates that perceived value of service forecasts overall assessment on customer satisfaction and needs the optimal use of switching barriers in the service industry were offered.

  • This study checks how the beauty service selection attributes of active seniors affect service satisfaction and whether there is a moderating effect of store familiarity between the beauty service selection attributes and service satisfaction and presents related implications. The survey for the study was conducted directly from October 10 to October 15, 2021, and a total of 188 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the beauty service selection attributes of active seniors were divided into four factors: expertise, image, service, and facility, and all of these factors were found to affect satisfaction. In addition, it was confirmed that familiarity had a moderating effect in the relationship between beauty service selection attributes and satisfaction. Therefore, it is considered important to properly manage the services, facilities, and images of beauty services while maintaining high familiarity with active seniors.

  • This study sought to determine the influence of perceived benefits of subscription services on attitudes toward subscription services and continued use intention of them. For this purpose, the perceived benefits of the subscription service were composed of perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, and the personal variable, innovativeness, was set as a control variable to examine its influence. As a result of the study, perceived benefits, such as perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness, both showed a positive influence on attitude toward subscription services and continued use intention of them. The moderating effect of innovativeness on perceived usefulness was also confirmed. The influence of perceived usefulness on attitudes toward subscription services was found to be greater in groups with low innovation propensity than in groups with high innovativeness. These results provide implications about the value of personal characteristics for the continued use of subscription services.

  • Differentiated services network (DiffServ) aims to provide the same service to a group of connections that have similar Quality of Service requirements. One of the essential function to realize DiffServ is the traffic conditioning mechanisms to support the required services. The paper proposes the enhanced traffic conditioning mechanism which alleviates a bias against reserved bandwidth size. The simulation results show that the new mechanism is rather insensitive of size of reserved bandwidth, and performs better both in terms of throughput assurance and fair distribution of excess bandwidth in case of well-provisioned and over-provisioned network environment.

The Effects of Family Relationship Difficulties on Life Satisfaction among the Middle-aged in Gyeonggi-do: Moderating Effects of Family Support Services (경기도 지역 중장년의 가족관계 어려움이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향 -가족지원서비스의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study was conducted to determine how the family relationships of the middle-aged affect their life satisfaction and how family support services regulate the association between the two factors. A total of 8,695 middle-aged residents(aged 50 to 64 years) were chosen from among resident-respondents of the needs survey administered to establish the 4th local social security plan in Gyeonggi-do. The moderating effect of family support services on the relation between family relationship difficulties and life satisfaction was investigated. The analysis showed that the life satisfaction experienced by the middle-aged is slightly higher than the middle level. The lower the difficulty in family relationships, the higher the use of family support services, the more women than men, and the better the economy, the higher the life satisfaction of middle-aged. As a moderating variable, family support services significantly moderate the effects of family relationship difficulties experienced by the middle-aged on life satisfaction. The results are meaningful in that they comprehensively shed light on the difficulties that confront family relationships and the relationship structure of family support services, thereby contributing to the search for life satisfaction among the middle-aged in Gyeonggi-do.

Research on Trend Analysis of Ecosystem Water Quality Regulating Services in National Park - Focusing on Odaesan National Park - (국립공원의 수질조절 생태계서비스 가치평가 연구 - 오대산국립공원을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the trend of ecosystem water quality regulating services in Odaesan National park of the last five years and the corresponding economic values. Recently the climate change makes increased the value of the water, it is more important to protect the source of the riverthan to purify the contaminated water. To evaluate the water quality regulating services, we calculated the difference between purification and pollution from national park and estimated the quantitative value of the water quality regulating services. As a results, the amount of the value of the water quality regulating services from 2017 to 2021 was increased from approximately BOD 128.21 kg/Day, T-P 12.11 kg/Day to BOD 161.38 kg/Day, T-P 13.24 kg/Day and the economic value also increased from 2,304 million won to 2,817 million won.

  • This paper is to study for causality validation of relation of the repair justice and repair satisfaction, relation between repair satisfaction and re-purchasing with South Korea's most important express service users. Through this research, we would like to confirm to seriousness of the failure express service and effects of controlling effectively adjust in relation between repair impartiality and satisfaction of repairs. The results of the study show as below. First, the result shows the justice outcome in express service, interaction justice, outcome justice in the relation of satisfaction with repair have regardful effects to the satisfaction of repair. This result explains that interaction justice has a positive influence. Second, in the relations between the procedural justice in express service and the satisfaction of repair, it is presented that the procedural justice has not regardful effects and results show differences from other leading researches. This result explains that procedural justice has not a positive influence. Third, as analyzing seriousness of the failure express service, controlling regulation effect in the relation of repair justice and repair satisfaction, seriousness of interaction and controlling regulation effect are not regardful effect in this relationship. These results are explained that the seriousness or controlling of the failure express service have not a positive influence to the relation of repair justice and repair satisfaction. Finally, in the relation between repair satisfaction and the intention to use again, repair satisfaction has a regardful effect to intention to use again. This result explained that it has positive influence to repair satisfaction and the intention to use again.
