A Study on the Post Management Impact of Consulting Service for Small and Medium Enterprise in Korea (한국중소기업을 위한 컨설팅서비스의 사후관리 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the post management impact of consulting service for small and medium enterprise in Korea using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results show that first, consulting activities have an effect on the consulting performance. Second, this research found that post management is an important moderate variable between consulting activities and performance. This study have an important meaning that we confirm a part of the knowledge management service for the consulting service, which is considered temporary task, to practice sustainability business.

Influence of the Career Plateau of Food Service Industry Employees on Their Turnover Intention: The Moderating Effect of Organizational Support (외식서비스기업종사원의 경력정체가 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 조직경력개발지원의 조절효과)

  • This study analyzes the influence of the career plateau perceived by food service industry employees on their turnover intention. The perception of career plateau is classified as either structural or content-driven. This work also examines how organizational support (formal and informal) for career development affect turnover intention in their interaction with career plateau (structural and content-driven). The research hypothesis was objectively verified based on an analysis of the data on 255 employees. As a result, the structural and content-driven career plateaus perceived by employees were observed to have a positive overall effect on their turnover intention. Aslo, informal organizational support for career development moderates the relationship between career plateau and turnover intention but not formal organizational support.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of emotional labor behavior of employee at geriatric long-term care(LTC) facilities on job burnout and service quality focusing on the emotional leadership of superior to improve the working environment of LTC employee and provide the high-quality service to seniors. First, it is appeared that between emotional labor behaviors deep acting has a negative effect on job burnout, in contrast surface acting has a positive effect on job burnout. and, emotional labor behavior has positive influence on service quality. Second, self efficacy has partial mediating effect of tangibility, reliability, assurance and empathy on service quality only for the deep acting between emotional labor behaviors. Third, between emotional labor behavior, emotional leadership has moderating effect on emotional depletion and deterioration of personal accomplishment. In contrast, moderating effect of emotional leadership is not appeared on surface acting and depersonalization. In conclusion, further study is required to improve service quality of elderly in LTC facility and working environment of LCT facility workforce.

  • This study aims to examine the effects of personal assistance services(physical activity support, homemaking activity support, social activity support) on caregiver burden and determine whether family resilience(family belief system, family cohesion, interaction) has a moderating effect between personal assistance services and caregiver burden, thereby presenting a reference data which can be used to seek a practical measure for handicapped welfare. This study was conducted on 200 primary caregivers with disabled family members of rank 1 or 2 in east, west, south, and north Gyeonggi-do using personal assistance services. Data was collected in 2013 from April 1 to May 15, and was analyzed using the SPSS 19.0 statistics program in which a moderated multiple regression analysis based on exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis was performed. The primary conclusions of this study were as follows; First, the use of physical activity support was showed to have a positive effect in reducing family burden related to disabled care. Second, personal assistance services exhibit significant moderator effects related to family burden in family belief systems and family cohesion.

  • 최근의 무선통신 기술의 발전은 사용자가 이동하면서 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공받는 것을 가능하게 하였다. 하지만 무선망의 특성상 높은 대역폭을 요구하는 비디오 스트림을 이동컴퓨터가 서비스 받기에는 많은 문제점이 있다. 이런 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 본 논문에서는 유무선망 사이에 중재역할을 하는 프록시 서버를 이용하여 이동 컴퓨터가 멀티미디어 서버로부터 비디오 스트림을 서비스 받을 때, 사용자가 요구하는 대역폭을 유무선 환경에 맞추어 적절하게 조절하는 기법을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 환경에서 VOD(Video On Demand) 서비스를 위한 적응적 멀티미디어 동기화 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 방식은 망의 상태에 따른 패킷 손실과 지연에 대해서 각각 적응적으로 서버의 전송률과 클라이언트의 재생예정시간을 조절한다. 그리고 망에서 발생하는 손실뿐만 아니라, 클라이언트의 재생 처리능력을 동시에 고려한 선택적 픽처 폐기를 통하여 서버의 전송률을 조절한다. 성능 평가를 통해 제안된 방식이 기존 방식보다 더 나은 서비스 품질을 제공함을 알 수 있었다.

지식검색서비스 사용자만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

  • 지식검색서비스의 사용자들이 많아지면서 정보를 획득하고 전파하는 새로운 방법으로 각광받고 있고 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 단순히 사용자의 만족도에 관한 연구가 대부분이었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구와 더불어 개인이 느끼는 자신의 컴퓨터 활용능력에 따라 지식검색서비스에 대한 만족도가 상이할 것이라는 가정 하에 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 만족도에 정보 품질과 서비스 품질, 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도가 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조절 변수로 사용한 자기 효능감은 서비스 품질에 대해서만 조절 효과를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 자기 효능감은 정보품질과 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 연구를 통해서 앞으로 지식검색서비스 사용자 만족도에 대한 연구들이 더욱 활발히 진행되고 사용자들을 유인할 수 있는 컨텐츠의 개발에 도움이 되고 사용자들의 손쉬운 정보 공유와 활용에 더 큰 역할을 할 수 있게 되기를 기대한다.

Factors Influencing Acceptance of Mobile Services: Moderating Effects of Service Type (서비스 유형의 조절효과를 고려한 모바일 서비스 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인: 모바일 게임과 모바일 금융 서비스를 중심으로)

  • The focus of this research is to investigate which factors are important for the adoption of mobile service and the moderating effects of service types such as hedonic and utilitarian service between those factors and the adoption of mobile service. The empirical results based on the data gathered from 169 users of mobile games and finance service showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust had significant impacts on the adoption of mobile service whereas social influence did not. Also the moderating effect of service type was found that perceived usefulness and trust have more impacts on adoption of mobile service in mobile finance rather than mobile game. Base on these empirical results, this study suggests the managerial implications for mobile service marketing.

  • As Chinese luxury consumption is rapidly expanding and dominant in global luxury market, it becomes very critical to understand Chinese consumers' luxury consumption pattern. Under this circumstance, this study empirically tested the impacts of Chinese consumers' perceived service quality of luxury stores and extended self of luxury on luxury purchasing intention. The result of this study is as follows. First of all, Chinese consumer' perceived service quality of luxury store and extended self of luxury have positive impacts on luxury purchasing intention. However, Chinese consumer' extended self of luxury has partial interaction impact on luxury purchasing intention. From the results, to promote Chinese consumers' luxury consumption, marketers must improve the service quality of luxury store and extended self of luxury. This research not only enrich theoretical knowledge about Chinese consumers' luxury purchase behavior, but also assist marketer to develop luxury marketing strategies in China.

Effects of Learning Organization Building Activities in Convergence Service Companies on Organization Citizenship Behavior - Considering the Moderating effect of Perceived Organization Support - (융복합사업서비스기업의 학습조직구축활동이 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원인식의 조절 효과를 고려하여 -)

  • The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of the learning organization building activities on organization citizenship behavior(OCB) in business service companies providing the convergence service for the manufacturers and the moderating role of perceived organization support(POS) between the learning organization building activities and organization citizenship behavior. The data were collected from 327 employees of 31 business Service companies in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Hierarchical regression technique was employed to analyze the collected data. The results showed that both of the seven learning organization building activities and POS had a positive effect on employees' OCB. Moreover, also found out the only one out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Strategic Learning Leadership' had the moderate roles between learning organization building activities and OCB. Then, The results and implications of the study were discussed and the directions for future study were presented.
