Since 1990s, more and more enterprises outsource the logistics to reduce the cost and improve core competence, which bring the prosperity of 3PL, industry in China. However, some data shows that the service quality of 3PL is not good enough, there is only a few companies that can provide systematic service, and the satisfaction of the customer is very low. Besides, many enterprises choose 3PL service provider mainly based on the price. Although there are many papers on the logistics service quality, they mainly research on single part, Studies on the relation between the service quality and the partnerships of outsourcing are scarce. Therefore, this study tries to research the service quality, partnership and the relationship between them in China's 3PL industry systematically. On the foundation of the service quality and partnership theories by former researchers, taking present situation of China's 3PL industry into consideration, this paper constructs service quality and the partnership evaluation system and develops LSQ-PP model to examine the relation between the service quality and partnership. and then use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analysis the full sample of collected questionnaires. Finally, the thesis summarizes the conclusion and offers suggestions for practice and future research.

In a biometric authentication scheme, a user's biometric data that is unique to the user is used to prove the user's identity to the third party. Since the user should have to participate in every authentication sessions, it's not possible to delegate other users to authenticate instead of himself/herself. In a biometric signature scheme, contrary to authentication scheme, a user's biometric data is used to prove that "this message is signed by the signer who claims to be" to the third party. However, once the biometric key is created, it can be accessed by the signer. Thus, it's possible to lend the biometric key to other users. In this study, the server based biometric realtime signature scheme is proposed. The proposed scheme can be applied to sign the vote in electronic voting or to authenticate the copyright owner in DRM enabled mobile commerce where the proxy signatures are not allowed.

It is essential that the liability for damage on the surface caused by aircraft be regulated at international level. However, the Rome Convention on Damage Caused by Foreign Aircraft to Third Parties on the Surface of 1952 and the Montreal Protocol of 1978 did not have significant worldwide repercussions since few countries have ratified them. So the Secretariat ofthe ICAO has produced the draft Convention for the modernization of the Rome Convention in 2002 and the Special group has considered the text of the draft Convention so far. The draft Convention contains main issues with regard to the liability system of the operator and the insurability of the risks for damage to third parties on the ground. In order to protect the air transport sector of a country as well as to facilitate speedy recoveries by victims, Work on modernizing the Rome Convention should be continued and the new Convention should be finalized in the near future.

In this research, polymeric anionic surfactants having various molecular weights and acid values were synthesized using a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR). The CSTR has an advantage of higher production rate and more constant product properties compared to batch and semi-batch reactors. The polymeric surfactants were made using butyl acrylate as a hydrophobic group and acrylic acid as a hydrophilic group. The synthesized polymeric surfactants were ionized with alkali solution and were used as an anionic surfactant. To investigate the properties as a surfactant, the properties of the synthesized surfactant, such as acid value, critical micelle concentration (CMC) and molecular weight, were measured. The results showed that the acid values of the polymeric surfactants were 60 to 380 and a number average molecular weight were 8,000 to 13,000 g/mol. Also, it was found that the CMC was around 0.01 g/ml, which showed similar level values with ordinary surfactant. To prove the performance of the polymeric surfactant, acrylic emulsion PSAs were synthesized using the acquired polymeric surfactant. The results showed that the maximum peel strength of 21.24 N/25mm when acid value was 150 and molecular weight was 8,500 g/mol. The values of peel strength and initial tack of acrylic emulsion PSAs using polymeric surfactant synthesized in this study showed much higher than those of reference PSAs synthesized using ordinary anionic surfactant, SDS (Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) and SDS/TRX (Triton X-100).

건설생산체계 개편의 일환으로 논의되던 시공참여자 제도가 2008년부터 폐지됨에 따라 전문건설업자는 시공참여자에게 재하도급을 주어 노무관리를 일임하던 구조에서 탈피하여 십장 및 그 소속 근로자를 직영 근로자로 고용해야 한다. 이는 전문건설업자의 유.무형 부담을 가중시켜 기업경영의 어려움을 초래할 가능성이 높다. 이와 같이 경영상의 어려움을 최소화하기 위해 전문건설업자가 채택할 수 있는 최선책은 팀제생산방식의 장점을 살리면서 작업능률을 최대한 발휘할 수 있는 건설 노무인력 임금체계를 모색하는 것이다. 이와 같은 건설 노무인력 임금체계로 제2안(팀장과 팀원 모두 고정급형 성과급제 적용)과 제3안(팀장과 팀원 모두 순수 성과급제 적용)이 가장 적합하다. 팀장과 팀원 모두에게 고정급형 성과급제 또는 순수 성과급제를 적용함으로써 팀장(십장)의 긍정적 기능을 유지하면서 건산법 및 노동 관계법상의 근로자 지위를 보장하여 건설 노무인력의 수급안정과 직업 안정성 확보에 기여할 수 있다. 또한 일정 수준 이상의 노동생산성을 확보하여 전문건설업자의 과중한 경영부담을 다소 해소할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근, 팬데믹 상황이 나아지면서 줄었던 해외출장이 늘어나고 있다. 해외출장 시 주 교통수단으로 사용하는 항공기는 기상상황에 따라 변동이 잦고 이런 변경된 일정을 확인하기 위해서는 항공사 마다 로그인해서 일정을 확인하거나 공항 홈페이지에서 직접 항공편명을 검색해야 한다. 그렇기 때문에, 일정을 열람하기가 번거로우며 제 3 자와 일정을 공유하고자 할 때에는 제 3 자가 공항 홈페이지에서 항공번호를 직접 입력하는 방법 밖에 없으므로 더욱 불편하다. 본 연구에서는 이런 불편사항을 개선하기 위하여 하나의 웹사이트에서 자신의 일정을 등록하고 열람하며 제 3 자와 쉽게 공유할 수 있는 방법을 고안하였다.

The safety-related accident in which the field operators of all sorts of industrial sites don't fasten the seat belt properly and which it generates is the tendency that it increases constantly every year. By sounding the announcement sound in case the operator did not fasten the seat belt and the person seat belt monitoring system proposed in this paper progressed the work the operator fastened the seat belt properly. In addition, at the same time with that, since the administrator monitored the seat belt wearing or no of the operators on a real time basis the safety-related accident which did not wear the safety equipment properly and which it generates was prevented.
