With industrialization in urban area communities containing local cultures are becoming hard to be preserved. Therefore, this study aims to develop acquisition policy of record as an way to activate the community by using the locality records containing strong regional characteristics. This study examined the history, current status and problems of district in Daegu Yakjeon alley and extracted the types of records and the components of communities. As an acquisition plan, this study developed step-by-step acquisition policy based on the results of analysis on the archives of Shiheung Varagi Archives case, the records of Chongneung Village Records case and Stadtteilarchiv Ottensen.

The purposes of this study are to analyze how effects of parental attitudes, Sense of Community on adolescents school adjustment and verified was the mediating effect of Sense of Community between parenting attitudes and adolescents school adjustment. For data analysis, we have use the first year data for the 1st year middle schol students from 'the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey, conducted in 2010' by the National Youth Policy Institute. The study shows that parenting attitudes and Sense of Community have a significant effect on adolescents school adjustment. And, the Sense of Community have a significant partial mediating effect among on parental attitudes and school adjustment. Thus, efforts to foster individual's Sense of Community and develop desirable parenting attitudes should be made to enhance the level of school adjustment.

This study conducted a systematic review of mathematics teacher learning communities, especially the characteristics of teacher collaboration in community activities. Our review includes 14 research papers published in national academic journals indexed in KCI and 24 research papers in international academic journals indexed in SSCI from 2003 to 2019. Results show that the literature varied in research design, research topics, and patterns relating to teacher collaboration. While both international and national papers report teacher community activities concerning the organization, management, and participation, there were different levels of involvement, visions, and activities across the communities of practice. For example, research in national journals has presented teacher community as professional development while papers in international journals have focused on documenting teacher community becoming a reflective community of practice. This study contributes to understanding the interplay of context, conflicting epistemic culture, and professional agency in fostering collaboration in teacher communities. This paper also discusses relevant research methods to investigate mathematics teacher communities and insights into the policy and practice of mathematics teacher education.

The primary purpose of this study is to suggest the governmental strategies for enhancing the capacity of the culture technology industries. By reviewing the past relationships between the government and industry in the process of industrialization, we have arrived at some of the lessons about 'positive' or 'negative' effects on the relationships. The newly revised government and high-technology-based industry relations should be reformed in order to make the industries efficiently operated and competitive especially internationally. We have suggested a conceptual framework for the relationship by considering the policy community in consideration of the characteristics of the industries. The policy community is consisted of four dimensions. each of which, we considered were specifically, (1) research institutes for collecting data, market analysis, and gathering informations for the industries, (2) financial institutions, (3) professional groups for advising and sharing the technologies to the industries, and (4) education institutes for providing skilled personnels. Because these policy community does not effectively interrelate each other, we suggested that government should play pivotal roles in connecting these four dimensions of the policy community. The policy networking is necessary for the industries to be more effectively work together. The roles of government then provide some of the ways in which the policy community working interactively. By way of conclusion, we suggest some of the ways in which the government make the industries much more productive and competitive in the world markets.

The purposes of the study are to examine the relationship amongst adolescents' internet usage, fandom activities, sense of community and their mental health in the digital era and to probe into the effect of internet usage, fandom activities, sense of community on adolescents' mental health. The results are as follows: First, there were statistically significant correlations among those four factors. Secondly, it shows that the effect of internet usage, fandom activities and sense of community on the adolescents' mental health have a difference by gender. In the case of female adolescents, there is no effect of internet usage on their mental health. But, the study reveals that adolescents' internet usage and fandom activities which now are accepted as a part of their culture, could be combined with the sense of community and could have an effect on the adolescents' mental health. Furthermore, the study casts a light on the possibility to build a strong point on adolescents' activities, education, counseling and policy making for the purpose to enhance adolescents' mental health in the future.

This study tries to find the policy instruments that have used in the process of social insurance policy implementation. The results can be summarized as follows: First, in case of compulsory policy instrument, the government uses the regulation, public enterprise and government insurance in the process of implementing of all the social insurance policy. Second, in the case of mixed policy instrument, the government use the user' contribution in the process of implementing of all the social insurance policy but the subsidy was used in the process of implementing of the medical, pension, unemployment and long-term care insurance for the aged policy. Also, the information and discipline was used in the process of implementing of unemployment insurance policy and the partnership was used in the process of implementing of long-term care insurance for the aged policy. Third, in case of voluntary policy instrument, the government uses the family and community in the process of implementing of almost the whole social insurance policy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a sense of community and trust in charitable organization on donation motive and attitude. For this study, 901 adolescents were surveyed in four areas of Chungnam province. And data analysis was performed by frequency analysis, T-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The major results were as follow. First, it was found out that donation attitude was higher in female adolescents than male adolescents, and in high school students than middle school students. Second, there were positively significant correlation among a sense of community, trust in charitable organization, donation motive, and donation attitude. Third, as a result of SEM, donation motive was fully mediated between trust in charitable organization and donation attitude as well as between a sense of community and donation attitude. Lastly, the limitations of this study and policy implication for the activation of donation were presented.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to improve happiness by verifying the mediating effect of career decision in the relationship between civic consciousness, community consciousness, career decision, and happiness of middle school students. As for the analysis data, the "2020 Gen Z Teenage Values Survey" data surveyed by the Korea Youth Policy Institute was used. Among the survey subjects, 2,703 middle school students who met the purpose of this study were sampled and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and PROCESS MACRO Model Number 4 were used to verify the mediating effect, and indirect effects and significance were analyzed by applying the Bootstrap technique. The results of the study showed, first, that middle school students' sense of citizenship and community had a positive effect on happiness. Second, in the relationship between civic consciousness and happiness, career decision had a partial mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between community consciousness and happiness, career decision had a partial mediating effect. In other words, it is meaningful in that it presented policy alternatives and practical programs to improve the happiness of middle school students.

The aim of this article is to explore the neighbourhood plan in the UK on the basis of the characteristic of community partnership. In establishing the plan in the UK, a characteristic of public partnership is that a local community takes part in the whole process of establishing the plan. In addition, the central and local government induce the participation of such communities while establishing a statutory duty. To conduct the duty, the government introduce a referendum in the process of the establishment of the plan while emphasizing that the majority selection is the best solution. Based upon this local partnership, one of important lessons from the case of the UK is that in terms of local development, the evolutionary pathway to the social economy become one of more crucial factors beyond the economy itself. In addition, this pathway is deeply concerned with the community partnership.

This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of social withdrawal between adolescents' mobile phone dependence and the sense of community, and to secure the evidence data for adolescents' mobile phone dependence intervention. Among the 7th year data for the 4th grade students in the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS), 1,979 students were included. The results showed that mobile phone dependence had a significant effect on the decrease in the sense of community and influenced the sense of community through social withdrawal. These results imply that positive intervention to reduce social withdrawal is needed and it can improve the sense of community in youth. Also, when we deal with weakening in the sense of community, we should consider convergent intervention in psychological and social aspects which deal with dependency, social withdrawal, and the sense of community.
