This study This study analyzed the effectiveness of Corporate Entrepreneurship, using Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) data from 2017. The attitude of workers, which is main link in the process of corporate entrepreneurship, has been studied at a singular level at individual and organizational levels due to the lack of data and analysis methods. Multi-level analysis using hierarchical and linear modeling was performed to improve the accuracy of the relationship estimation between variables. In addition, this study examined the moderating effect of the organizational level in the process of entrepreneurship. As a result, corporate entrepreneurship has had a positive effect on job satisfaction and turnover, which is due to the employees attitude and organization. Organizational trust in the process has been shown to perform an important role in the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and job satisfaction, and that the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and turnover has not been controlled. Based on these results, the implications, limitations, and future research tasks of the study are discussed.

급변하는 미래 사회 환경에서의 청년 실업문제 및 직업진로에 대한 불안요소 극복을 위해서는 다양성에 대응하는 유연한 태도와 주도적인 진로 개발 역량 함양을 통한 실천적 자세가 요구된다. 사회 진출을 준비하는 대학생들에게 있어서 변화에 대응하는 새로운 혁신이 요구됨에 따라 기업가정신 교육의 필요성 또한 강조되고 있는 현실이다. 이는 비단 취업에만 국한되는 요구 역량이 아니며, 지속적으로 확장되고 있는 창업생태계에서 창업 지원 정책을 대하는 대학생 수요와 창업의지 변화에도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로탄력성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 기업가정신 교육 만족도가 진로탄력성과 창업의지 관계에서 조절 효과로서 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 대학생의 기업가정신 교육 경험 여부를 통제한 상태에서 기업가정신, 진로탄력성과 같은 개인의 내적 영향요인으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 기업가정신 교육만족도의 조절 효과 여부를 확인하여 기업가정신 교육의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화하기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 잠재적 창업가가 될 수 있는 대학생의 기업가정신 영향요인을 검증하고 연구 자료에 다양하게 비교할 수 있는 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

This study was conducted to identify sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sexual behavior that are perceived by psychiatric patients, and analyzes their differences and relations. Participants were 222 adult psychiatric patients hospitalized in two psychiatric hospitals located at K city of J province. Data were collected from March 11 to April 15, 2016 by using structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed through independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The mean score of sexual knowledge was 2.60, sexual attitude was 2.74, and sexual behavior was 0.49. The sexual knowledge of patients differed significantly according to parent attitude(${\rho}$<.01), and sexual behavior showed the difference according to diagnosis(${\rho}$<.05). Sexual knowledge had a significant positive correlation with sexual attitude(r=.75, ${\rho}$<.001) and sexual behavior(r=.15, ${\rho}$<.05). There were also positive correlation between the sexual attitude and active sexual behaviour(r=.20, ${\rho}$<.01), the subcategory of sexual behaviour. These results of study suggest that psychiatric nurses should appropriately assess sexual problems of psychiatric patients and include them in nursing interventions.

This paper empirically analyzed whether or not professional college students' Protean career attitudes affect entrepreneurial intention through employability and entrepreneurship, and whether or not they have practical training experiences can make a difference in such influence. For this reason, a questionnaire survey was conducted on about 240 students at specialized universities in Seoul and the Gyeonggi province for one month beginning on June 1, 2018. Of the 220 collected questionnaires, 214 parts in total were selected for final analysis, except for the 6 parts of the answer sheet which were not sure if there was a missing value or not. The main findings are as follows. First, it has been confirmed that the professional career attitude of Protean has influenced employability and entrepreneurial intention, but has not directly influenced entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, it has been confirmed that the employability and entrepreneurship have have a positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention. Thirdly, it has been confirmed that employability and entrepreneurship play a role as a fully mediated role in the relationship between the attitude of the Protean career and the entrepreneurial intention. Fourthly, considering the characteristics of the vocational college, there is no difference in the influence of employability and entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial intentions, but the influence of the protean career attitude on employability and entrepreneuriship was different depending on whether or not they had the practical training experiences. This study is to analyze the relationship between the protean career attitude and the entrepreneurial intention in the aspect of employment and entrepreneurial activation of young people.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence the depression and social maladjustment in adolescence of multi_cultural families. The participants were 211 adolescents in multicultural family. The data were collected using a self-report questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression with the SPSS 23.0 program. The stress, career maturity and authoritarian caring attitude had a significant impact on depression(F=13.77, p<.001). The stress, authoritarian caring attitude, negative impact and resilience, career maturity, cultural diversity attitude, open communication, parents' support showed positive impact on social maladaptation(F=13.77, p<.001). This study contributes an integrated understanding of adolescents in multicultural family. And the findings was provided basic data for the development of intervention program on depression and social maladjustment for adolescents in multicultural family.

This study was designed to find out a degree of social stigman on people with mental disorder. Many comparisons were made. The first was a comparison with the stigma on the physically disabled. And the differences between general public, the mentally ill, their families, and professionals were explored. Among general public attitudes, the sociodemographic and regional differences were also explored. The subject was 600 people, including 300 general public, 100 mentally ill, 100 families, 100 professionals. They were evenly distributed to 3 regions - big city, urban area, and rural area. The data were collected by a survey questionnaire consisting of the Attitude toward People with Mental Illness Scale, and the Attitude toward People with Physical Disabilities Scale. The analysis showed that the public attitude toward the mentally ill was quite acceptable. Social stigma was low in areas like accepting his/her human right. But the public also showed low acceptance on areas in allowing social functioning roles, and social integration. High stigma on the hospitalized mentally ill was expressed to those hospitalized patients regarding divorce against their will. However, volunteer experiences with this population seemed influential in high acceptance and low stigma. In comparison with the stigma on people with physical disabilities, the results showed. different levels in different areas. In regional comparison, the results showed that big city is the lowest among three. And the results of urban and rural area revealed different levels in different areas. In regard to self-stigma, while the subjects expressed low in general, they revealed high on areas like relating with others. Based on the findings, the study would conclude that mental health policy should be community-based, social integration oriented policy instead of in-patient oriented policy. Moreover, the professionals should intervene on the elements affecting both negative and positive attitudes.

컴퓨터의 급속한 보급화와 기술의 발달에 따라 컴퓨터의 활용은 사회 전반에 걸쳐 깊숙이 보편화 되었고 정보를 처리하는 대표적인 수단이 되었다. 이런 현상에서 각급 학교에서도 학급 운영과 학생관리 등 거의 모든 업무를 컴퓨터를 이용하여 효율적으로 처리하는 방안을 모색하고 있다. 현재 보편적으로 운용되고 있는 학급 운영 시스템은 일반 학교의 학급을 위한 시스템이 대부분이고, 이들 학급 운영 시스템은 학급운영과 학생관리의 업무 특성상 정신지체장애 학교와 같은 특수학교에 적용하여 운용하기에는 무리가 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정신지체 학교와 같은 특수학교의 특성과 실정에 맞는 학급 운영 시스템을 설계, 구현함으로써 특수학교 교사와 학생의 학급 업무에 대한 효율성을 증대시키고 특수학교 학생들의 특성에 맞는 개별 교육을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 차별화된 학급 운영 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efforts of Knowledge, Attitude and Perceptions of Patient Safety Culture on Fall Prevention Activities in Mental Hospital Nurses. This study is a descriptive research study of 153 nurses working in Busan and Gyeongnam mental health hospitals, the data were collected from April 4 to December 31, 2018. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS/win 24.0 program, which included t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. As a result, The attitude toward falls differed depending on subject's license or qualifications, the higher the education level. The higher the level of perceptions of patient safety culture, and the higher the work experience, the more prevention activities toward falls. The higher the perception of patient safety culture, the higher the attitude toward falls. The higher the prevention activities toward falls, the higher the attitude of falls and the perceptions of safety culture. As a result of multiple regression analysis of factors affecting Knowledge, Attitude and Perceptions of Patient Safety Culture on Fall Prevention Activities were 12.5%. Therefore, in order to promote fall prevention activities of mental hospital nurses, the knowledge needs to be expanded through continuous education. Education programs should be developed and provided to change attitudes toward falls. and At the hospital organization level, a wide range of support is required, including changes in the overall human and institutional environment for safety.

Objectives：The purpose of this study was to evaluate suicidal attitudes, self-image, anxiety and depression on industrial and cultural wemen's high school, and to make a comparative study between suicidal attitudes and anxiety, depression, self-image. Methods：Three hundred twenty-six student(161 persons from industrial wemem's school, 165 persons from cultural wemen's school), who were supposed to different from in psychosocial environment, entered this study. To assess the attitudes toward suicide, Suicide Opinion Questionnaire(SOQ) were done at study. To estimate anxiety, depression, and self-image, Zung' Self-rating Anxiety Scale (ZAS), K-Beck Depression Inventory(KBDI), Offer's Self Image Questionnaire(OSIQ), respectively, were executed in this study. Results：1) We extracted 5 factors after factor analysis based on SOQ results with the response of the 326 subject；ethics, religion, mental illness, acceptability, revenge. Revenge factor were stastically significant between both groups. 2) In OSIQ, family relationship factor & superior adjustment factor were stastically significant between both groups, but, both groups didn't have a significance on ZAS & KBDI. 3) According to correlative analysis between SOQ results and OSIQ, ZAS, KBDI results, ethics factor(SOQ) were converse to BS factor, ET factor, and ME factor in OSIQ. Mental illness factor(SOQ) were in proportion to PP factor(OSIQ). Acceptability factor(SOQ) were in proportion to ZAS & KBDI result. Conclusion：Our subject mostly regarded suicide as sinful ethically ,and as mental illness. But, In that there was neuropsychiatric history and suicidal idea in them, the subjects looked upon suicide as permissive. With significantly high score on ZAS & KBDI, there were more acceptable attitude toward suicide. So, We consider suicide to be used as coping strategy about more stressful event to young adolescent.
