One of the main objectives of this paper is to identify the mediating effects of both social and intellectual capitals in the relations between entrepreneurship and innovation performance in Small and Medium Businesses. Based on the previous literatures on their relationships, we set our research model and test our hypotheses through a questionnaire survey. The main results of our analyses are as followings: first, entrepreneurship has a significant effect on innovation performance; second, social capital has a significant mediating effect between entrepreneurship and innovation performance; and finally, there exists a significant mediating effect between intellectual capital and entrepreneurship. One of the main policy implications of this study would be that the level of both social and intellectual capitals, coupled with entrepreneurship, should be reinforced in order to improve innovation performance.

우리나라의 중소기업은 국가경제의 근간을 이루고 있으며, 고용창출, 기술혁신, 산업의 다양성 등 여러 측면에서 국민경제 발전에 있어서 실질적인 원동력이 되고 있다. 이로 인해 중소기업은 기술혁신을 통해서 혁신역량을 확보하는 것이 더욱더 중요해졌으며, 내부자원의 한계로 인해 경영에 필요한 다양한 정보와 여러 가지 도움들을 외부와의 협업과 다양한 네트워크 활동을 통해 습득해 나가고 있다. 더 나아가서 시장기회를 포착하고 조직 성장을 위한 수단들을 모색하기 위한 수단으로 기업가 정신 또한 필요하다. 본 연구는 ICT중소기업의 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어 기업가 정신과 기업의 혁신역량이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 했으며, 사회적 자본이 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 1,200개 기업을 대상으로 실증 분석을 했다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가 정신은 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐으며, 사회적 자본 변수가 기업가 정신과 기업성과 간의 조절효과가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 혁신 역량이 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 사회적 자본 변수가 조절효과를 한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 기업가 정신이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 사회적 자본이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Responding to the prior studies' call for further investigating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance, this study proposes a partially mediated model of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial knowledge position, and firm performance. Survey responses from 3,324 small- and medium-enterprises in South Korea are analyzed to identify a partially mediating role of an organization's entrepreneurial knowledge position. A firm's innovativeness both directly affects its innovation performance and knowledge position in positive ways. On the other hand, risk-taking firms only positively affects knowledge position, whereas a firm's proactiveness positively affects its performance while negatively affecting its entrepreneurial knowledge position. Neither autonomy nor competitiveness show any statistically significant relationships to either entrepreneurial knowledge position or firm performance. A firm's knowledge position is strongly and positively related to its performance. The findings of this study contributes to the research stream of entrepreneurial orientation by delineating the partially mediating role of a firm's knowledge position.

This study was analyzed using a mixed methods approach to clarify the concept of compassionate communication competencies of psychiatric nurses. In the theoretical phase, the literature published from 2000 to 2022 was collected and 38 articles were analyzed. For the fieldwork phase, in-depth interviews were conducted with eight psychiatric nurses from December 1 to December 28, 2022. In the final analysis phase, the dimensions and attributes of psychiatric nurses' compassionate communication competence were identified and conceptualized. Based on the attributes identified in the theoretical and fieldwork phases, the definition of psychiatric nurses' compassionate communication competence was synthesized into five dimensions and 12 attributes. Therefore, psychiatric nurses' compassionate communication competence refers to the skills and abilities of psychiatric nurses to use active listening and empathic skills for effective communication based on compassion and understanding of the target, to be sensitive to the thoughts and feelings of the target, to accurately convey what the target wants to express, to respect the target, and to empower the target.

본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 CEO의 사내 기업가정신이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 데 있다. 중소기업은 창업부터 성장하기까지 많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경쟁시장에서 생존할 수 있다. 즉, CEO의 미래지향적이며, 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 성향과, 위험 감수적인 기업가적 정신이 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정하에 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 사내 기업가정신의 주요 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 하였고 사업성과를 종속변수로 설정하였으며, 선행연구를 기반으로 커뮤니케이션 스타일을 매개변수 채택하여 변수 간의 관계를 실증적 분석을 통하여 검증하고자 한다. 중소기업 CEO를 대상으로 하는 사내 기업가정신의 선행 연구 논문을 바탕으로, CEO가 강사인 대상으로 차별화하여 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 사내 기업가정신과 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하여 사내 기업가정신의 중요성을 밝히고자 한다. CEO의 역량과 능력이 기업의 사업성과 향상에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하고, 강사가 CEO인 중소기업을 대상으로 강사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 조직 구성원과 사업성과 향상을 이끌어 내기 위한 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

이 연구는 여성의 삶의 질에 '일'과 '가족'이 갖는 의미가 무엇인지를 알아보기 위해서, 여성의 '신체적${\cdot}$정신적 건강'에 미치는 '일'과 '가족'의 효과를 분석하고 있다. 이 연구는 생산직 및 사무직에 종사하는 기혼 여성 902명에 대한 설문지 면접조사결과를 회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 기혼여성노동자의 신체적 건강과 정신건강에 미치는 직업특성${\cdot}$가족특성의 영향력에 변별성이 발견되었다. 가족특성이 기혼여성노동자의 정신건강에만 유의미한 영향을 미친 반면, 직업특성은 이들의 신체적 건강${\cdot}$정신건강 모두에 유의미한 영향을 미침으로써 여성들에게 직업이 갖는 의미가 재해석되어야 함을 암시하였다. 분석결과가 함의하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, '업무스트레스'의 효과처럼 동일한 변수가 성별로 상이한 효과를 미친다는 사실에서 '일'에 대한 성별화된 사회규범이 해체되어야 한다. 둘째, 여성의 연령 증가, 자녀수 증가에 따라 정신건강이 좋아진다는 결과에서 여성에게 '가족'과 '일'의 갈등적 측면 못지않게 지원적 측면이 강화되고 있다. 셋째, 기혼여성노동자의 건강에 가장 영향력 있는 변수는 '가정형편' 변수로서, 건강의 계층화 현상에 주목할 필요가 있으며 저소득층에 대한 각별한 건강복지정책이 요구된다는 점이다.

To understand the synergy of collaboration and to apply this understanding to education, an analysis of how a team solves a problem and the sharing of their mental models is needed. This paper analyzed two things qualitatively to find out the source of synergy in a collaborative problem-solving process. First, the sharing contents in team mental model and second, the process of sharing the team mental model. Ten gifted middle school students collaborated to solve an ill-defined problem called sunshine through foliage problem. The gifted students shared the following results after the collaboration: First, scientific concept prior to common idea or the idea that all group members have before the discussions; second, unique individual ideas of group members; and third, created ideas that were not originally in the personal mental model. With created ideas, the team model becomes more than the sum of individuals. According to the results of process analysis, in the process of sharing mental model, the students proposed and shared the most important variable first. This result implied that the analysis of the order of sharing ideas is important as much as finding shared ideas. Also, the result shows that through their collaboration, the gifted students' shared mental model became more refined and expanded as compared to their individual prior mental models. It is recommended that these results can be used to measure shared mental model and develop collaborative learning models for students.

The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences and attitudes of elementary pre-service teachers, the level of entrepreneurship core competencies, and to analyze differences in entrepreneurship core competencies by grade, gender, and attitude. To this end, 208 elementary pre-service teachers who responded to the online questionnaire surveyed their experience, attitudes, perceptions, entrepreneurship attempts, and entrepreneurship core competency levels. As a result, pre-service teachers had a low level of understanding and direct participation in entrepreneurship education, the need for entrepreneurship education for elementary school students and teachers was high. The average of the value-creation competency group consisting of innovation, social value orientation, and change agility was relatively lower than the challenge, group creativity, and self-directed competency group. The difference of the entrepreneurship core competency level between the grades was not significant, and female students' competency levels were statistically significantly higher than male students. In addition, the average of the four core competencies of entrepreneurship in the group that recognizes the importance of entrepreneurship as essential competencies was statistically higher than that of their counterparts. Based on the results of this study, the implications for the design and development of a program for enhancing entrepreneurship competency for elementary school pre-service teachers were presented.

세계경제가 저성장 국면에 들어서고 우리나라 기업들의 탈 추격(post-catch up) 전략모색이 요구되는 상황에서 사내기업가정신이 기업의 급진적 혁신을 위한 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 국내에서 사내기업가정신이 기업의 전체 혁신에 미치는 효과는 상대적으로 미미한 것으로 보인다. 사내기업가정신은 기존 기업 내에서 혁신을 통한 새로운 성장동력을 제공하는 기업가적 행동으로, 혁신 프로세스를 내포하고 있다. 따라서 기업 내부에서 사내기업가정신을 확산시키기 위해서는 혁신을 관리하는 관점에서 접근하는 것이 바람직하다. 본고에서는 사내기업가정신 제도의 국내외 운영현황을 분석하고 혁신가치사슬 개념을 적용하여 사내기업가정신 프로세스상 문제점을 진단하고 이를 개선하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시하였다.

본 연구는 기업가정신 교육을 받은 청소년의 창업역량이 창업가적 프로세스에 미치는 효과를 기업가정신의 매개를 중심으로 검증하였다. 기업가정신 교육은 주식회사 슘페터 청소년 기업가정신 프로그램을 활용하여 2018년 10월부터 2018년 12월까지 특성화고등학교 1학년 학생 303명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 슘페터 기업가정신 프로그램 커리큘럼의 학습 목표 및 활동내용을 분석을 통해 다양한 키워드를 도출하여 최종적으로 11개의 변수를 채택하여 사전 사후 설문을 실시하였다. 기업가정신 교육을 통해 창업역량(창의성, 기회발견, 문제해결력) 이 높아지고 이를 통해 학생들의 창업가적 프로세스(자기효능감, 목표설정)에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 또한 청소년의 창업역량이 생기면 창업의지와 창업행동에 영향을 줄 것이라고 가정했다. 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 기업가정신 및 창업교육 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
