정부 포탈 사이트는 국민들의 참여와 이용을 장려하여 정부와 국민간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 창구로 이용하려는 전자정부의 의지를 반영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어떠한 요인들이 정부 포탈사이트 사용의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하여 그 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해서 정보기술 수용에 관련된 연구들 중 널리 알려진 Davis(1989)의 TAM 모형과 DcLone & McLean(l992)의 정보시스템 성과측정 모형을 사용하여 연구모형을 도출하였으며, 지각된 모호성과 정부지원을 조절변수로 사용하여 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다.

This study was carried out to verify management commitment on perceived consulting quality in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted and analyzed on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived consultant perform quality. Second, management commitment was found to have positive effect on the perceived government support quality. Third, management commitment was found to have no effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fourth, perceived consultant perform quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Fifth, perceived government support quality was found to have positive effect on the perceived consulting results quality. Suggestions and significance of this study are as follows: the result of this study suggests a need to increase institutional support for enhancing the management commitment as well as the capability of consultants and support of government. It also has significance in presenting an effective and efficient direction of policy on consulting support project for SMEs.

This study was carried out to verify application motive for consulting upon the path between quality perception and use of results in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, it turned out that the perception of the quality of consultant's performance and the perception of the quality of the government support have a positive impact on the perception of the quality of consulting results. Second, the perception of the quality of consultant's performance has a positive impact on the use of consulting results. Third, it was proved that the perception of the quality of the government support has no impact on the use of consulting results. Fourth, it was demonstrated that the perception of the quality of consulting results has a positive impact on the use of consulting results. Fifth, it turned out that there is a difference in paths of non-voluntary application group and application group and application group for consulting service. This study implies that it is necessary to reinforce consultant's competence, government support system and voluntary application for consulting.

This research aims to examine the efficiency and effectiveness of the governmental policies promoting IPTV by verifying their influences on the adoption empirically. The government unveiled several policies including creating demands in public sectors, developing diverse public contents, subsidizing the production of converged contents, easing the regulations to promote IPTV industry. While a lot of previous literature has already proved that a system quality, a content quality, and a perceived price have influences on the adoption of IPTV, the effects of governmental policies are not well understood despite of their contributions to the adoption. Rather, most of existing research on governmental policies in the context of technology adoption have focused on regulatory frameworks. The results of the study show that governmental policies have influences on consumers' perceived system quality and content quality. It is also found that perceived system quality, content quality and perceived price have influences on adoption intention. This study can contribute to the field in a way that it proves the important roles of governmental policies in the diffusion of new technologies including IPTV.

본 연구에서는 중소기업에서 품질혁신활동을 추진할 때 정부와 모기업차원에서 지원이 가능한 요소들에 대해 Kano가 제시한 방법의 설문을 활용하여 조사하였다. 이 조사 결과를 Kano 분석과 함께 Timko가 제시한 고객만족계수를 활용하여 분석하여 품질혁신활동을 지원하는 정부와 모기업, 그리고 추진의 주체인 기업 등에 작용하는 매력적 요인과 일원적 요인, 당연적 요인 등을 밝히고자 하였다.

정부는 공공데이터 개방을 통해 신산업, 일자리 창출 등 경제 활성화를 위한 도구로 활용하는 것을 목표로 한다. 정부는 고품질의 공공데이터 보유를 위하여 품질 개선 활동을 통해 공공데이터 품질 향상을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 공공데이터 품질관리 수준 진단을 진행하는 담당자의 데이터에 대한 전문성과 이해도에 따라 품질진단 결과에 격차가 발생하여 진단 결과의 신뢰성을 보장하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 공공데이터의 원활한 품질진단 지원을 위해 품질진단규칙 매핑 모델을 제안하여 공공데이터 품질진단의 안정성과 신뢰성을 높인다.

The present study attempted to test the effects of using external knowledge services on corporate management performance among SMEs. A survey of SMEs that had used external knowledge services was conducted for the analysis. The findings are as follows. First, regarding government-supported knowledge services for SMEs, knowledge service expert groups' competencies and government's support policies had positive effects on the quality of knowledge services. In particular, the knowledge service expert groups' competencies had more significant effects on the quality of knowledge services than the government's support policies. Second, the quality of knowledge services had significantly positive effects on management performance, whilst confidence-related knowledge service quality factors exerted significant effects on enhancing the relationship with customers and the informationization of knowledge. These findings have the following implication and meaning. The present findings indicate that the government's policy to foster and lay the foundation for knowledge service industry should be furthered, e. g. knowledge service supports for individual companies including knowledge service support projects and systems for SMEs and institutional supports for knowledge service companies and expert groups. In sum, this study is meaningful in that it suggests an effective and efficient policy direction for government's knowledge service provision projects.

This study aimed to confirm the quality of exhibitions and the effectiveness of government's policy support for small and medium-sized companies seeking to help companies expand overseas marketing and improve their performance through participation in overseas exhibitions. For the purpose of empirical analysis, the survey was conducted directly to exhibitors of companies participating in overseas exhibitions with the support of government for three years from 2016 to 2018. As a result, the quality characteristics of overseas exhibitions had a significant positive influence on re-participation intention, and the influence was the most important in organizer's capacity, followed by exhibition reputation and exhibition environment. In addition, quality characteristics had a significant effect on participation performance, and participation performance had a partial mediating effect on re-participation intention. The government's policy support had a significant moderating effect between participation performance and re-participation intention, and the conditional indirect effect (adjusted mediating effect) on the effect of quality characteristics on re-participation intention through participation performance. This study has an academic significance in confirming the mediating effect of participation performance and the moderating effect of government policy support.
