Since the plant industry is a total business, it has great impact on the related industries and generates high value. However, in order to have a competitive engineering skills and capabilities, the plant industry requires long-term investment and a continuous strategic planning at the consortium level or national level. Also, a system needs to be established to share the information of the plant industry's overseas orders awarded and success factors. Thus, this study has conducted a survey and case study of the plant construction in foreign countries. Statistical analysis was performed and a basic data structure was built as a means of improving the future technological capabilities of the plant industry.

The fourth industrial revolution introduced at world economic forum in 2016 has had huge effects on tourism industries as well as the change of core technologies in ICT such as big data, IoT, etc, This paper proposes the methods to propel tourism of Yoesu city through big data analysis and questionnaires. Sensitive words and positive-negative trend are extracted by Social Metrics and the keywords for Yeosu tour trends are extracted and analyzed by Naver datalab, and the results are visualized by R language. And frequency, difference, factor, covariance and regression analysis in SPSS are executed for the questionnaires for 493 visitors who traveled in Yeosu city. Sentiment analysis for Yeosu tour and maritime cable car shows that positive effect is much more than negative one. The analyses for questionnaires in SPSS show that Yeosu area is statistically significant to tour satisfaction index and tour revitalization for Yeosu, and favorite sightseeing places and searching electronic devices for age groups are different. The sightseeing places such as a maritime park with soft contents that give joyfulness and healing to tourists are highly attracted in both the big data and questionnaires analysis.

To boost the IPTV industry, it has being considered to provide terminal portability from one service provider to another for users. If the terminal portability is guaranteed, then a service user can purchase an IPTV terminal in a market and select an IPTV service provider. For this, the IPTV terminal should process a series of pre-configuration, so called provisioning procedure. Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) established the standard of IPTV terminal provisioning procedure, TTAK.KO-08.0026. In this paper, we explain the revised standard TTAK.KO-08.0026/R2, and introduce the architecture, functions, operating procedures and parameters of the IPTV terminal provisioning system that we implemented based on it. Finally, we discuss the future issues of the standard of the IPTV terminal provisioning procedure.

담배는 오랜 과거부터 규제의 주요 대상이 되어 왔다. 1950년대 이전까지만 해도 담배관련 규제는 담배의 생산 및 제조활동과 함께 윤리 또는 규범적 차원에서 주로 이루어져 왔으나, 1950년대 초 이후부터 흡연의 건강 위해성에 관한 연구가 본격화되고 건강에 대한 공중의 관심이 확산되면서 담배와 흡연에 대한 사회적·법적 규제가 크게 강화되어 왔다고 할 수 있다. 담배산업이 그 동안 지속적인 성장을 하는 가운데에서도 담배와 흡연에 대해 강도 높은 규제가 가해져 온 이유는 담배가 성인들의 기호품으로써 보편화 된데 반해 건강 위해적 요소들을 내재하고 있고, 담배의 높은 수익가치로 인해 담배의 생산 및 판매가 정부의 재정사업으로 관할됨에 따라 정보에 의한 강력한 통제가 불가피했기 때문이라 할 수 있다. 세계 각 국에서 적용되고 있는 담배에 대한 일반적인 규제유형으로는 크게 흡연(smoking) 규제와 판매 및 촉진활동(sales & promotion) 규제, 경고문 부착(labeling)에 관한 규제, 그리고 진입 및 무역(entry & trade) 규제 등으로 구분될 수 있다. 한국의 경우는 전통적으로 흡연에 대해 매우 관대한 태도가 유지되어 왔으나, 95년도 중반 이후 국민건강 증진법 등의 규제법률이 제정·시행되면서 제도적·정책적 규제가 크게 강화되어 현재는 세계 최상위 수준을 유지하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 가운데 99년 5월 이후, 담배에 대한 표준화된 규제지침의 설정과 강화를 통해 궁극적으로 세상에서 담배를 근절시키고자 하는 목적 하에서 세계보건기구(WHO)의 주 역점사업으로서 추진되고 있는 담배규제협약(FCTC)은 담배에 대한 규제가 초국가적 차원으로 발전되는 계기를 제공하고 있다. 향후, 담배규제협약안의 세부사안들에 대한 합의과정에서 각 국별로 상당한 이견과 반발이 예상되고 있지만, 협약안의 전체 회원국 투표에서 승인될 경우 각 국가들뿐만 아니라 담배산업과 담배기업들에게 미치는 파급효과가 매우 클 것으로 예상된다. 대부분의 국제협약들이 그러하듯이, 담배규제협약도 그 적용 범위와 수준이 어느 정도로 결정되는지에 따라 각 국가와 기업별 이해관계가 크게 달라지게 되기 때문에 신중한 대응전략이 요구된다고 하겠다.

Big data analysis is actively used for collecting and analyzing direct information on related topics in each field of society. Applying big data analysis technology in education field is increasingly interested in Korea, because applying this technology helps to identify the effectiveness of education methods and policies and applying them for policy formulation. In this paper, we propose our approach of utilizing big data analysis technology in education field. We focus on free semester program, one of the current core education policies, and we analyze the main points of interests and differences in the free semester through analysis and visualization of texts that are written on the operation reports prepared by each school. We compare regional differences in key characteristics and interests based on the free semester operation reports from middle schools particularly at Seoul and Gangwon-do regions. In conclusion, applying and utilizing big data analysis technology according to the needs and requirements of education field is a great significance.

Previous e-financial anomalies analysis and detection technology collects large amounts of electronic financial transaction logs generated from electronic financial business systems into big-data-based storage space. And it detects abnormal transactions in real time using detection rules that analyze transaction pattern profiling of existing customers and various accident transactions. However, deep analysis such as attempts to access e-finance by insiders of financial institutions with large scale of damages and social ripple effects and stealing important information from e-financial users through bypass of internal control environments is not conducted. This paper analyzes the management status of e-financial security programs of financial companies and draws the possibility that they are allies in security control of insiders who exploit vulnerability in management. In order to efficiently respond to this problem, it will present a comprehensive e-financial security management environment linked to insider threat monitoring as well as the existing e-financial transaction detection system.

Today, SNS exists as the most influential medium. A variety of designs are being produced in the context of numerous SNS marketing designs and the increasing exposure of ads to SNS and portal sites. Recognizing the current status of sns advertising design, which is heating up more than a decade ago, we will study strategies to introduce an important part of education to be conducted in universities and the current way in which it is used and produced. Modern SNS marketing designs include promotional posters, card news, and banner ads, and are evolving into various forms and content that are combined with advertisements. In communicating or sharing information, the importance of real-time advertising product work and the saving of caustic costs are important. This requires a diversification of university education, as well as a change in quality and speed of production. When the graduates of SNS Design Production Education Development Plan and design work were carried out, they conducted a study on the education section where real-time work is possible to proceed to the industrial field. Through this research, we would like to consider the development of SNS marketing design personnel and the practical implications of training methods.

Housing prices are closely related to various variables that indicate macroeconomic conditions. In this paper, empirical analysis based on data is performed referring to previous studies. Focusing on the policy interest rate among the factors affecting the housing price, the non-linear impulse responses of other variables to the interest rate shock are analyzed. Using the random forest algorithm, the variable importance scores of the macroeconomic variables presented in the previous studies are calculated. After selecting the variables through this process, the impulse responses are calculated using a model that can capture non-linearity. According to the model, the responses of housing prices to the policy rate is only significant when the rate is raised. Especially, the impulse response is amplified when the shock increases due to the non-linear characteristics that can not be captured by the traditional VAR methodology. The analysis results suggest that the interest rate as a policy instrument should be approached from a more cautious perspective.

Since the weapon system project has a large ripple effect on the country by investing a huge budget, analysis of acquisition methods that secured economic feasibility is required in the planning stage to promote the weapon acquisition project. In response to this demand, economic analysis for acquisition method is preformed in the research stage of previous studies, but the analysis on economic analysis for acquisition alternative is imperfect at the present. In this research, we identify the limitations of the effect analysis and propose an additional cost-benefit analysis method to analyze the economic feasibility of the acquisition alternative. It is possible to present the universal results of economic feasibility analysis for not only multiple alternatives but also single alternatives by presenting benefit/cost ratio. It is applied to research on acquisition project of OO guided rocket, and the result of economic analysis for each alternative is presented.

With the development of artificial intelligence technology, competition for artificial intelligence technology patents around the world is intensifying. During the period 2000 ~ 2021, artificial intelligence technology patent applications at the US Patent and Trademark Office have been steadily increasing, and the growth rate has been steeper since the 2010s. As a result of analyzing Korea's artificial intelligence technology competitiveness through patent indices, it is evaluated that patent activity, impact, and marketability are superior in areas such as auditory intelligence and visual intelligence. However, compared to other countries, overall Korea's artificial intelligence technology patents are good in terms of activity and marketability, but somewhat inferior in technological impact. While noise canceling and voice recognition have recently decreased as topics for artificial intelligence, growth is expected in areas such as model learning optimization, smart sensors, and autonomous driving. In the case of Korea, efforts are required as there is a slight lack of patent applications in areas such as fraud detection/security and medical vision learning.
