For the education on information, information appliances and operating systems of the information curriculum in elementary schools, precedent studies on the content structure of domestic and foreign curricula and etc. were compared and analyzed, and the ways of improvement and implications were examined. In addition, the necessity to select these contents, time of education, appropriateness of the selected contents were surveyed by professionals, and as the research results, the contents for the education on information, information appliances and operating systems in elementary schools were chosen, and achievement standards were set and proposed. The paper results can be used for the development of national level of elementary information curriculum and for the cultivation of elementary school students' key educational capacities. This paper has the limit that its results cannot be generalized because its analysis was based on the outcome surveyed only by some experts. Nevertheless, it is meaningful in that it specifically tried to analyze the appropriateness of the content achievement standards of the elementary information curriculum, and through which, it offers the information necessary for the stable management of elementary information curriculum and the improvement of elementary information curriculum.

IT 장비 및 기기의 확산과 전력 소비의 증가로 인한 환경문제가 점차 심각한 국제문제로 대두되기 시작하면서, IT 부문의 $CO_2$ 배출과 에너지 절감을 위해 그린 IT의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 그린 IT는 교육기관에서도 에너지 효율화 및 사교육비 절감 등의 효과를 발휘하기 위해 저탄소 녹색성장을 견인하는 녹색정보화 방향으로 추진되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 교육기관에서의 녹색정보화를 위해, 학교 구성원들인 교사 학생들이 지켜야 할 그린 IT 사용 지침 및 이를 지속적으로 실천할 수 있는 교육활동을 제안하였다.

21세기 지식 정보화 사회를 이끌어갈 학생들이 고등학교에서 배운 내용들을 실생활 속에 적용시킨 수 있도록 하기 위해 통계 교육의 목표를 '지식정보화 사회에 사는 시민으로서 통계를 근거로 생산된 각종 정보의 해독 이해 능력을 갖게 하고 다양한 정보로 지식을 생산할 수 있는 능력을 함양하는 것'으로 설정한 후 첫째, 현재의 초등학교로부터 고등학교까지의 교육과정 및 교과내용에 대해 살펴보았고, 둘째, 보다 효율적인 통계 교육을 위한 교과 재구성 방안을 제시하였고, 셋째, 학교 현장에서의 통계 교육의 실태 및 문제점에 대해 알아보고 더불어 개선방안에 대해서도 살펴보았다.

In this thesis, a survey was conducted on elementary school teachers about the establishment of information subjects in elementary schools. As a result, the opinion that information subjects should be newly established for ICT literacy education and SW/AI education in elementary schools was very high. In addition, if it is difficult to establish a new information subject, opinions in favor of the organization of the information subject as an autonomous subject using the discretionary time of the principal were high. In light of the results of this analysis, it is judged that it is necessary to establish a new information subject for ICT literacy education and SW/AI education in the next elementary school curriculum. However, if it is difficult to establish a new information course, it is necessary to come up with a plan that can be operated in the form of autonomous subject for students wishing to learn SW/AI. And it is judged that the number of class hours should be secured for at least 1 hour or 2 hours per week in the 3rd grade and above.

지금까지 컴퓨터 교육은 많은 발전이 있어왔고 제 7차 교육과정에서 매주 1시간씩 정보통신 기술교육을 함으로써 교과로서의 컴퓨터교육으로 한걸음 나가게 되었다. 그러나 현재 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육은 정보소양 및 ICT 활용교육에 치중하는 등 많은 문제들을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 현재의 컴퓨터 교육과정과 관련된 연구를 중심으로 현행 교육의 실태와 컴퓨터 교육의 방향을 파악하고, 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육과정을 본질적인 과학으로서 접근한 ACM 교육과정과 인도, 미국 등 외국의 교육과정을 비교 분석하며, 외국의 교육과정과 우리나라의 초등 컴퓨터 교육과정을 비교하고 초등학교 컴퓨터 과학 교육과정의 개선방향을 제안하였다.

It is known that the smart education has a positive impact of critical thinking skills and problem solving, communication and collaboration, creativity and innovation in the 21st century. However, some people concern about the adverse effects of smart education such as smart devices addiction and health problems. In this study, we conducted the adverse effects of education using smart devices on students. The questionnaire survey was conducted and analyzed for students in 9 schools at A city(four elementary schools, three middle schools, two high schools) that are receiving smart education. The types of adverse effects of smart education includes smartphone addiction, lack of information ethics, health problems, and lack of social and learning ability. We showed the differences each item compared among elementary school, middle school and high school about adverse effects of smart education. The result of survey didn't have any adverse affect of smart education such as internet addiction or smartphone addiction. However in order to protect the copyright, the school needs to fight against indiscriminated downloads and perform the information ethics education. Plus we surely need to be more open-minded in reading and exercise at school and home.

Academic libraries need to support effectively cyber education which should be managed successfully. When the information materials and library services for distance learners are supported efficiently, they can maximize learning effects. This study explored the role and function of academic libraries that seek to support cyber education successfully through previous foreign studies and presented the elements of the librarian, library service, digital library, library administration and policy that academic libraries must consider to support cyber education successfully.

The curriculum in primary and secondary school is at the heart of the education. In education, a curriculum is broadly defined as the comprehensive plan consisting of educational goal and objectives, instructional content, materials, teaching and learning method. Many countries has national level curricula in primary and secondary education, such as the Korea. Korean national curriculum has been revised 10 times. Currently, '2015 revised curriculum' is applied in korea. On the other hand, the Korean library association developed called a 'Library and information life' curriculum for information literacy instruction in 2007. However, this curriculum is based on the '2007 revised national curriculum', so it differs from the system and contents structure of the '2015 revised national curriculum'. Since the primary and secondary school applying the '2015 revised national curriculum', 'Library and information life' curriculum should be revised. Therefore, this study suggests the direction of revising the 'Library and information life' curriculum after comparing and analyzing '2015 revised curriculum' and 'Library and information life' curriculum.

본 연구에서는 국내 게임 산업의 최근 동향과 함께 게임 산업의 인력 수급 현황을 살펴보고, 게임 교육기관 여섯 곳의 교육 시스템과 방향을 비교 분석하여 게임 교육기관의 변화와 현황 및 문제점을 찾아내고자 하였다. 이는 문헌연구와 인터넷을 통해 해당 학교별 특징과 장단점을 정리하고, 공통적으로 부족한 부분을 도출하여 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 게임개발사 직원들을 대상 게임 산업 전문가를 두 그룹으로 분류하고 심층면접을 실시하여 게임 전공자에 대한 만족도와 우수 업무능력, 부족한 업무능력, 교육기관에 요구하는 교육내용 및 소양 등에 대한 의견을 분석하여 문제점을 도출 시켰다. 이에 대한 결과로 특정계열 및 세부전공으로 편향된 교육과정을 운영하는 교육 기관이 많은 점과, 게임 세부 직무별 전문성과 응용력 향상에 적합한 교육과정이 체계적으로 구성되어 있지 않은 점, 창의력 향상을 위한 교육과정이 매우 부족한 점이 문제점으로 도출되었다. 이에 대한 해결 방안으로 게임 콘텐츠산업과 교육기관 각자의 역할에 대한 정체성과 교육기관의 교육방향성을 통한 미래 발전방안을 제안하였다.

최근 인터넷 등의 급속한 보급 및 상용화에 따라 인터넷을 통한 다양한 정보서비스가 널리 이루어지고 있다. 이것은 컴퓨터와 네트워크에 의한 결합으로 구성하여 이루어지고 있는데, 이러한 상황에서 해킹 등의 정보화의 역기능으로부터 정보를 어떤 형태로 보호할 것인가의 문제가 사회적으로나 국가적 차원에서 급속도로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하기 위해 현재 정보보호분야에 대한 인력을 체계적으로 양성하기 위한 각종 대책이 정부나 교육기관에서 수립되어지고 있다. 정부는 이미 정보보호기술개발 5개년 계획을 수립하여 현재 각종 사업과 프로젝트를 진행하고 있으며, 또한 국내 전국의 여러 대학에서도 이러한 국내외 흐름을 감지하여 정보보호분야와 관련된 학과(전공)의 설립 등을 통해 체계적인 인력양성방안을 수립 추진하고 있다. 실제로 대학의 정보보호분야에 대한 교육목표설정, 교재개발, 교육과정의 설계, 실험 실습실의 구축과 교원확보 등 많은 부분에 대한 준비를 시작하고 있는데, 현실적으로 대부분의 대학들이 학부과정에서 지도해야 할 부분은 정보를 보호하기 위한 기술습득에 필요한 기초지식일것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이와 관련하여 전국 4년제 주요 대학에 신 증설된 정보보호 관련학과의 현황과 교육과정을 살펴보고 분석하여 향후 교육과정모델과 교육방향에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.
