정보보호관리자에 대한 직업교육훈련 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서 정보보호관리자에 대한 직무분석에 대한 체계적인 직무준석을 실행함으로서 정보보호관리자의 직무정의 직무흐름도. 직업명세서, 직무명세서, 작업명세서를 도출하였다 정보보호관리자의 직무는 4가지 책무와 13가지 작업으로 분석되었고 교육훈련 프로그램으로 18가지 교육내용과 7가지 교육과정이 제시되었다.

As society evolves into the information society, major countries strengthen software education. Especially, the curriculums of school to enlarge software education are made in major countries. Therefore, Korea Association of Information Education (KAIE) have studied a standard model for software education and revised the standard model that was published in 2014. The KAIE suggested a new plan that contents of software education classify by 'Software', 'Computer System' and 'Convergence Activities.' Therefore, I studied on a curriculum for 'Information' topic in elementary school. In this paper, I suggested the achievement goals for education of 'Information' topic. I nextly suggested teaching-learning and evaluation methods to meet the achievement goals. And I expect that the achievement goals, teaching-learning and evaluation methods I suggested about 'Information' topic will contribute to develop the curriculum for software education.

It is required that university students acquire information technology in order to adapt to the information society. Therefore, it is inevitable for universities to provide students with an effective curriculum to improve IT fluency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the content of the informatics learning programs in universities in Korea in terms of IT fluency which is defined by National Academy of Science NRC99. Based on the information that the Academy Information Center announced, the content analysis was carried out from September 2010 to June 2011. According to the result of the analysis, 84 of 201 universities provide the informatics education as a mandatory course. 29 of them mainly provide the programs about word processors, spreadsheet, and presentation that are regarded as contemporary skills. These programs cover the fundamental concept, but the contents which require intellectual capabilities are rarely addressed. Moreover, the informatics education has mainly focused on elementary and secondary education. In this sense, it is valid to analyze the contents and current states of the informatics learning programs required in higher education.

In order to solve the problems of the information society and the reverse function of chatting, there is a growing need of seeking out approachable educational methods. Therefore, we need to offer that addresses these issues ethical education from elementary school years where the creation of sound personality and its course may be hurt unless otherwise. Yet, there is no detailed curriculum for chatting education which is one of the detailed education areas. Also, how to offer and utilize the chatting education has never been mentioned. Moreover, only reverse function of information-driven changes have been emphasized whereas their desirable functions and information ethical principles have been simply neglected. The paper presents the effectiveness for improvement the school chatting education.

As the social and technical circumstance changes rapidly, passive learners who were knowledge-finders not only remember and regenerate about the given information but also critically grasp the phenomena of real life, and then also it became necessary for us to help cultivate the ability to solve the problem creatively in the new form of educational goal, educational content, educational methods and evaluation, educational environment. As a result, this study analyzes the smart learning education, fit the model of smart learning education training in high school information ethics parts, design the lesson that is proposal class of 'Information protection and Security' section, and develop the teaching and experience educational contents, furthermore, It is to investigate the impact on the ethics consciousness about information communications.

최근 정보기술을 기반으로 하는 원격교육에 대한 관심이 집중되는 것은 무엇보다 교육의 저비용.고효율 구조를 실현할 수 있는 대안교육의 하나이기 때문이다. 그러나 정보기술을 매개로 하는 원격교육의 효과에 대해서는 누구도 장담할 수 없는 입장이다. 정보기술의 활용이 필수적인 원격교육 환경에서 학습자들이 정보기술 자체에 대한 두려움으로 인해 수업에 대한 거부감을 나타낸다. "시작이 곧 그 절반이다" 라는 속담처럼, 원격교？ㄱ의 기본 도구인 정보기술에 대한 첫인상은 교육의 성과에 대해 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 정보기수의 수용과 사용에 있어서 개인적인 차이를 설명할 수 있는 중요한 개념중의 하나가 정보기술 자기효용감(IT Self-efficacy) 자신의 정보기술 사용능력에 대한 믿음 또는 자신감이다. 교수자가 정보기술 자기효능감의 중요성을 인식하고 이에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 파악할 수 있다면 학습자의 정보기술 자기효능감을 개발시키고 고무시킬 수 있는 훨씬 나은 교수설계를 할 수 있을것이고 효과적인 수업이 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자기 효능감이론(Self-Efficiency Theory)에 근거하여 정보기술 자기효능감이라는 개념을 소개함과 동시에 정보기술을 매개로 이루어지는 원격교육 환경하에서 그 역할을 조명해봄으로써 효과적인 교수설계를 위한 틀을 제시하고자한다.을 제시하고자한다.

정보 교육과정 모형은 컴퓨터를 사용하는 방법을 교육하는 것이 아니라, 학습자의 체계적이고 구조화된 사고력 함양을 위한 방향으로 연구되어야 한다. 컴퓨터를 통해 실생활을 모델링하고, 모델링한 결과를 통한 추상화는 인간은 사고의 폭을 넓혀 나갈 수 있다. 이러한 과정을 통하여, 학생들은 실생활에 적용되는 사물들을 이해할 수 있으며, 또한 이를 통해 프로그래밍 과정을 하고, 이를 변형시키는 사고력을 얻게 될 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 정보교육을 위한 교육과정 설계는 지식의 획득을 위한 인식 모형이나 컴퓨터 활용능력함양을 위한 프로그래밍 모형과는 구별되는 정보교육과정의 특성에 맞는 교육과정 모형의 개발을 제안하였다. 객체지향 설계를 통하여 객체 및 클래스와 상속성 개념에 기반한 정보교육과정을 구성하여 사고의 추상화와 확장성 및 재사용성을 높이는 방안으로 초등학생 자료구조 교육과정을 제시하였다.

제7차 교육과정에서는 세계화 정보화, 다양화를 지향하는 교육체제의 변화이다. 이와 같은 변화에 맞추어 2001학년도부터 재량활동을 통해 ICT 교육을 1,2학년에 한하여 실시하고 2002학년도에는 3,4학년으로 2003년에는 5,6학년까지 그 범위를 확대하여 실시되고 있다. 정보통신기술교육은 지식평가나 능력위주의 평가대신에 실습위주로 이루어지며 컴퓨터를 바르게 이해하고 활용하도록 도와준다. 타 교과에서는 수행평가를 영역별로 실시하지만 정보통신기술교육에서는 영역별 수행평가를 실시하지 않고 전반적인 평가를 하고 있다. 컴퓨터교과도 수행평가를 실시하여야 바람직한 평가가 될 것으로 생각되어 현재 일선학교에서의 컴퓨터 평가실태를 분석하고 그 문제점을 제시해 본다. 정규교과로 되기 위해서는 컴퓨터영역별로 세분화 된 평가준거 및 문항 등이 평가의 밑바탕이 되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구자는 교육현장에서의 초등 정보통신기술교육에 대한 효율적인 수행평가방안에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

IT의 급속한 발달은 교육에 대한 인식과 체계를 변화시키고 있다. 각국은 불확실한 사회 변화에 대처하기 위해 정보교육을 강화하고 있는 것도 IT의 발전이 국가의 경쟁력으로 반영되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 미국의 고등정보 교육과정 표준인 CS2013에 근거하여, 층화표집과 무선추출로 선정된 한국의 7개 대학 정보교육과정 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 하나의 대학을 제외한 모든 대학은 소프트웨어 개발 기초(SDF)와 프로그래밍 언어(PL)과 관련된 과목개설 비중이 15%이상 29.2%이하로 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 플랫폼 기반 개발과 병렬 및 분산 컴퓨팅 지식영역을 세 곳의 대학만 포함하고 있었으며, 정보 보호와 보안영역은 네 곳의 대학만 포함하고 있었다. 본 연구는 국가수준의 고등정보 표준교육과정이 부재한 상황에서 교육과정 구성을 위한 단초 및 고등교육의 시사점을 제공하기 위한 목적이 있다.

The Curriculum Determinant Factors of Information Management are identified Manpower Demand Factor, Department Associate Perception Factor, Imitation Factor, Education Demand Factor. The result of This Study proposed that Computer Science Field, IT Field, Internet Field had to Include to Curriculum of Information management. In Addition, The Result of This Study is identified that Curriculum Determinant Factor is related to Composition Factor. Manpower Demand factor Department Associate Perception Factor are important to Curriculum Determinant. And IT Field, Computer Science Field are critical to curriculum of Information Management.
