This study is aimed to suggest the core elements of instruction and development program through understanding the generation Y's characteristics and examining the standards and education models for information literacy. Concretely, this paper is comparatively analyze and customize the successful online information literacy tutorial models adopted by university libraries in U.S.A, Japan, and Korea. As a result of research, the outline of the needed procedure and required contents for the improvement of the online tutorial in the university of our country are suggested.

지식검색서비스의 사용자들이 많아지면서 정보를 획득하고 전파하는 새로운 방법으로 각광받고 있고 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 단순히 사용자의 만족도에 관한 연구가 대부분이었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구와 더불어 개인이 느끼는 자신의 컴퓨터 활용능력에 따라 지식검색서비스에 대한 만족도가 상이할 것이라는 가정 하에 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 만족도에 정보 품질과 서비스 품질, 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도가 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조절 변수로 사용한 자기 효능감은 서비스 품질에 대해서만 조절 효과를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 자기 효능감은 정보품질과 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 연구를 통해서 앞으로 지식검색서비스 사용자 만족도에 대한 연구들이 더욱 활발히 진행되고 사용자들을 유인할 수 있는 컨텐츠의 개발에 도움이 되고 사용자들의 손쉬운 정보 공유와 활용에 더 큰 역할을 할 수 있게 되기를 기대한다.

농업적 가뭄을 모니터링하기 위해 토양수분량, 증발산량, 지하수위 등을 이용하며, 농업용 저수지의 저수율을 기반으로 농업용수 공급능력을 평가해 왔다. 특히, 농업용 저수지에 대한 농업적 가뭄을 평가하기 위해 저수율 관측 자료를 저수율을 이용하거나, 관측 자료가 없는 경우 물수지 모형을 이용한 연구는 다수 진행되어 왔다. 다만, 농업적 가뭄을 전망하는데 있어 물수지 모형의 활용은 입력 자료의 구축 및 기상예보자료의 활용 기술 부족으로 많은 평가가 진행되지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 기상예보자료와 회귀모델을 연계한 농업적 가뭄전망정보를 산정하고, 활용성을 평가하였다. 기상예보자료는 기상청 현업예보 모델인 GloSea5로부터 생산된 자료를 이용하였으며, 농업적 가뭄을 평가하기 위해 농업용 저수율 자료 기반인 RDI (Reservoir Drought Index)를 활용하였다. 농업적 가뭄전망정보는 현재의 수문조건이 지속된다는 가정 하에 예보선행시간 3개월까지 산정하였다. 가뭄전망정보를 평가하기 위해 과거 가뭄사상을 대상으로 산정하였으며, 전망정보의 예측성은 통계분석을 이용하여 정량적으로 평가하였다. 금회 제시한 연구방법은 현재의 수문조건이 지속될 시 기상예보에 따른 농업적 가뭄을 예측할 수 있다는 점에서 활용성이 높을 것으로 판단된다.

정보통신기술의 급격한 발달은 새로운 정보와 지식의 양을 급속하게 증가시켜 지식 기반사회로의 체제를 굳건히 만들고 있다. 지식기반사회에서 전통적 교수-학습 방법은 더 이상 학습자의 문제해결에 도움을 주기 어렵다. 이런 이유 때문에 전통적 교수-학습 방법을 대신할 수 있는 지식기반사회의 적합한 수업모형인 문제중심학습이 대두되고 있다. 또한 이를 발전시켜 온라인 기반의 e-PBL (e-Learning PBL)은 e-Learning과 PBL을 결합시킨 수업모형으로 전통적 교수-학습 방법을 대체할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 초등학교 정보소양교육 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 e-PBL 수업모형, 수업문제를 개발하고 이를 실제 교육현장에 적용하여 타당성과 효과성을 검증하였다. 또한 e-PAS 시스템을 구축하여 e-PBL을 지원함으로써 학업성취도 및 자기 주도적 학습능력을 향상시키고 학습만족도를 신장시켰다.

중국 중소기업들은 기업 경영에서 아웃소싱을 광범위하게 활용하고 있다. 이에 따라 아웃소싱을 위한 정보 수집 및 활용 역량은 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 역량으로 작용할 수 있다. 특히, 글로벌 시장에서 이러한 정보 역량은 기업의 수출 경쟁력을 제고하고, 지속가능한 성과 향상의 핵심 역량으로 작용할 수 있디. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국 중소기업의 이러한 아웃소싱 전략을 개방형 혁신 전략의 프레임워크에서 논의하고, 중국 중소기업의 정보수집 및 활용 능력이 기업들이 추진하는 제품 차별화나 원가우위 전략에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 또한, 이러한 정보 역량들이 궁극적으로 기업의 최종적인 성과로서 수출성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 통해 중국 중소기업 345개사의 응답을 확보하였고, 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 중국 중소기업들의 정보수집 및 활용 역량은 각각 제품차별화 전략과 원가우위전략의 실행에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 통해 최종적으로 기업의 수출성과 역시 향상되는 것을 규명하였다.

The aim of this study is to identify the research topics and suggest an information literacy curriculum by analyzing research articles on information literacy. For this purpose, we applied the topic modeling technique to 97 scientific articles and identified the core contents of information literacy education, such as media literacy, information literacy instruction, and the use of information resources. Based on the analysis results, we suggested an information literacy curriculum by considering the Big 6 model, information literacy standards of American Association of School Library, and Association of College and Research Libraries's information literacy competencies. This study is significant in that it considered 'use of information resources' and 'information ethics' to suggest information literacy education.

Variable message signs (VMS), which are used for providing real-time information on traffic conditions and accident occurrences, are one of the important components of intelligent transportation systems VMS messages need to meet human factor requirements: messages should be readable and understandable while driving. Lab-controlled experiments on VMS messages were conducted to obtain useful data for analyzing drivers' responsive characteristics for VMS messages. Binary logistic regression (BLR) modeling techniques were applied to explore the relationships among drivers' message perceptions, message reading time, and amount of VMS messages. Probabilistic outcomes of the proposed BLR-based perception model could be greatly utilized to design VMS messages considering drivers' legibility performance. The major contribution of this study is to develop invaluable statistical models that can be used in designing VMS messages more effectively from the human factor point of view. The results could be further applied to establish the scheme of VMS message phase and duration.

많은 중소기업들은 정보시스템 적용과 운용에 있어서 정보기술의 전략적, 운영적 차원의 사용보다는 당면한 기업조직의 현문제와 기존의 시스템의 적절한 유지와 보수문제를 어떻게 해야 하는가 하는 문제에 더욱 집중되어 있다. 그러나 정보기술은 기업의 전략적 무기로 인식하여 경쟁우위를 점할 수 있는 가장 큰 수단으로 인식되어 져야 한다. 본 연구는 대기업중심의 아웃소싱관련 선행연구를 통해 우리나라 중소기업의 정보시스템 아웃소싱 상황에 맞는 모형연구가 필요하다는 것을 알게 되었다. 선행연구에서는 파트너십에 대한 문제와 기술적, 통제적, 경제적에 대한 성공요인에 대한 검토되었는데 한편 우리나라 중소기업 상황에서는 자금 회사규모 문제 40.3%, 시스템 운영인력 부족 24.1%, 임직원 활용능력 부족 8.9% 등이 문제로 나타났다 이처럼 대기업과 위험요인과 중소기업의 요인을 비교하였다 그리고 지금까지 나타난 대기업 아웃소싱 문제점과 함께 지난 2년간 정부주도하의 중소기업 정보화 지원사업을 연구하여 중소기업 정보화 아웃소싱 성공요인들을 도출하여 성공적인 중소기업 정보시스템 아웃소싱 모형 만들 수가 있을 것이다.

Sophisticated business intelligent software and personalized web services help collecting and mining huge amounts of personal information. This increase in digitalized personal information and advances in Internet technologies poses new challenges to consumers' information privacy. Based on the identified concept of information privacy concerns (IPC), this study additionally explores the interrelationships among consumers' individual characteristics(self-efficacy, digital literacy, customer alienation), customer satisfaction and intention to buy in e-commerce process. Academically, this study extends IPC to an empirical research model by identifying the conceptualization and organization of IPC. Moreover, practically, e-commerce providers can develop how to relieve IPC of online consumers.

This study aims to analyze the predict capability of some of the popular software NHPP reliability models(Goel-Okumo model, delayed S-shaped reliability model and Rayleigh distribution model). The predict capability analysis will be on two key factors, one pertaining to the degree of fitment on available failure data and the other for its prediction capability. Estimation of parameters for each model was used maximum likelihood estimation using first 80% of the failure data. Comparison of predict capability of models selected by validating against the last 20% of the available failure data. Through this study, findings can be used as priori information for the administrator to analyze the failure of software.
