It's about time we had to think an alternative to recover our insufficient fishery market caused by IMF locally as well as the fishery agreement on Japan and China. It's essential that we have to build up the foundation of information-oriented fishery market In order to improve the infrustructure of the market like developed countries. In this paper We present digital data communication network to exchange information for fishery and safety between fishing ship and coast station in cheeper communication fee using SSB(Sing Side Band) in HF(High Frequency) band.

The various concepts of knowledge such as Knowledge Management(KM). Intellectual assets and digital knowledge asset management are currently important issues among many organizations. To the country like Korea that has professed Itself for a great power of knowledge Information and adopted KM and Record and Information Management (RIM) as the country's main polity, the study on the theoretical basis and best practices of KM and RIM from the perspective of Library & Information science is very urgent. However, many studies on knowledge including KM were mainly done at the business administrative field. and the consolidated study basis on knowledge even in the Library & Information Sciences was quite in deficiency, furthermore any discussion on knowledge, correlation among related systems and the possibilities of cooperation as the development of Information communication has not been done. Therefore, this study is to present the alternative plan of the consolidated management on knowledge through comparative analysis on the definition, main function and trend of KM & RIM. Especially, this study would be the theoretical basis to the public organizations that plan to introduce KM & RIM.

21세기를 맞이하는 기업은 세계화와 국제화, 정보의 다양화 및 분산화, 제품수명주기의 단축과 수익률의 감소, 고품질의 제품, 지식산업의 등장, 고객 욕구의 증대 등 다양한 내 ${\cdot}$ 외적 환경변화에 대응해야 하고 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해 끊임없이 기업의 변화능력을 확보해야 한다. 기업은 제품을 생산하여 판매하는 기업의 시스템 전체가 경쟁력을 갖추어 총체적 우위를 확보하고 고객의 기호와 감성에 호소하는 제품을 만들 수 있도록 다양한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 필요로 하게 되었다. 즉, 시간과 서비스에 뒤진 고객지원체계는 기업의 성장에 절대적인 마이너스 요인이므로 고객 정보의 효율적 관리, 고객 요구에 대한 신속한 대응, 정기적 고객만족도 조사 등 고객이 원하는 것을 재빠르게 얻어낼 수 있는 고객 친밀형 정보시스템의 확립이 요구되는 것이다. 이를 해결해 줄 수 있는 새로운 경영정보시스템이 바로 WebERP인 것이다. WebERP는 기업의 원활한 자재, 구매활동을 위해 제안된 MRP에서 시작되었으며, 생산관리의 개념을 포함하고 있는 MRPII로 확대되었다가 다시 인사나 회계, 재무 등 조직이나 기업의 전업무영역을 수용하는 종합경영정보시스템으로 발전된 것이다. 현재는 전자상거래와 관련하여 WebERP의 필요성이 부각되었고, 모기업과 협력사간의 구매발주 및 납품관리를 확대시켜 소모성자재(MRO: Maintenance, Repair & Operation) 및 기타 공동구매서비스와 유사업종간의 그룹을 형성하여 ASP(Application Service Provider)의 공동 환경을 이용한 WebERP 환경을 이용한 WebERP활용이 현시점으로 적실히 필요한 것이다. 이는 중소기업들의 공동 협업체제를 도모하여 외세를 대비하는 응집력을 확고히 함으로써 집단체제의 e마켓플레이스 확립과 더불어 국제경쟁을 대비한 방안으로서 집단 공동의 웹환경 인프라가 필요한 것이다. 이러한 배경에서 ASP환경을 이용한 WebERP활용방안과 시스템 구축전략을 경남지역의 기계산업정보화사업단이 추진하는 일반기계, 전기기계, 금속기계, 수송기계, 정밀기계의 5개 업종을 4,877개 기업 대상으로 추진하고 있으며, 그 중 WebERP의 모델로서 2003년도까지 50개 기업을 선정하고, 이는 5개 업종 골고루 선정하여 적용과 표준화 모델로 전개해 나가는 것을 정리한 것이다.

This paper analyzes business performance that together influence firms to adopt IMS, which is the standard primarily concerned with an IMS. We predict that the firm's financial characteristics will also influence the IMS adoption in our analses. This study tests three hypotheses on management performance of adoption of IMS. The main findings are as follows. The first hypotheses is supported in terms of debt ratio, fixed assets to net worth and fixed liabilities, net sales groth rate respectively at the 1%, 5%, and 5% significance level. The second hypotheses is supportrf in terms of gross margin on sales and total assets turnover at the respective rates of 1% and 10% significance level. The third hypotheses is supported in terms of current ratio, debt ratiom fixed assets to net worth and fixed liabilities at the respective rates of 10% and 1% significance level.

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs ＆ Fisheries have planning the advancing fishery information integrated system for the fishing present condition, marine resource administration and applicability consideration. The fishery information communication system is build up to the raw data ＆ process-network-content. The communication system must be small size, low cost and adapted SSB transceiver, that is using fishery shipping. In this paper We present digital data communication network to exchange information for fishery and safety between fishing ship and coast station in cheeper communication fee using SSB(single Side Band) in HF(High Frequency) band.

To solidate information security, Korea government introduces information security governance. The public institutions and agencies in korea have begun to recognize the importance of information security governance. For solidating information security governance, the government has tried to establish and solidate an information security policy and information security systems. This study suggests factors affecting the level of information security governance in the public agencies and institutions through the factor analysis and the linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the CEO's support is able to elevate the level of information security governance. The level of information security governance has relation with the number of the staff in information departments, and the budget in the public agencies and the institutions. This study provides directions for the public agencies and the institution for elevating the levels of information security governance.

The purpose of this study is to research how to effectively export the dental prosthetic restoration and the service to the overseas. The study showed the present status of dental prosthetic restoration service in South Korea and some suggested ways to improve the export of the dental prosthetic restoration service to the overseas. The size of the medical service market has been gradually increased because of the globalization and the development of the information-oriented tendency. The medical industry is being perceived as a highly valuable service industry that emphasizes the importance of quality. Through the efforts of the nations attempting to develop the market and create new employment, the medical field is becoming a prospective field of trade. In order to develop the medical industry, the strategies; firstly, medical institutions need to explore overseas markets and strengthen globalization; secondly, medical service should be upgraded through specialization; and finally, specialized management system has to be established and medical management system has to be innovated.

분산컴퓨팅, 다자간 협업, 대용량 고품질의 컨텐츠 교환을 지원하는 P2P는 차세대 인터넷의 핵심 어플리케이션이 될 것이다. 본래 인터넷의 근본이었던 IP 라우팅도 P2P 방식이었다. 장비가 다양해지고, PC가 증가하게 됨에 따라 동적 IP를 사용하거나, 하나의 IP를 여러 사람이 공유하여 사용하는 복잡한 방식을 취하기 시작했다. 그러나 새로운 IP 주소들이 충분히 공급될 수 있다면, 하나의 장치 당 하나의 주소 체제가 다시 각광을 받게 될 것이고, 지금처럼 불규칙적인 동적 IP 주소를 활용하지 않아도 될 것이다. 그런 의미에서 IPv6는 풍부한 주소자원을 각 단말에 부여할 수 있어, IPv16 기반의 P2P 구축은 P2P의 성능을 최적화하는 방법이 될 것이다. 현재 P2P는 콘텐츠 공유 및 전달, 네트워크/장치(하드디스크, CPU) 리소스 공유, 다자간 원격협업, 검색, 호스팅 및 프로젝트 관리 등 다양한 방법으로 활용되고 있다. 2000년경부터 대두되기 시작한 P2P 애플리케이션은 지난 2년 동안 급속하게 늘어났으며, 특히 인터넷 사용자들은 컨텐츠를 공유/전달할 목적으로 P2P를 많이 사용하고있다. 그러나 컨텐츠의 공유에 있어 MP3, 동영상, 이미지의 전달 및 공유에 그치고 있어, P2P를 기업 환경에서 지식공유 및 전달을 위한 시스템으로 활용하는 경우는 아직 미약하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 조직 내에서 정보활용 능력을 제고하기 위한 방안으로 P2P 시스템을 정보 공유 시스템으로 팔용하고, P2P의 성능을 최적화 할 수 있는 IPv6 기반의 개발 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 IPv6 기반의 정보 공유 P2P는 IPv6 전문가 그룹을 통해 시범적으로 적응하는 것으로 시작해, 학교 및 연구소를 통한 정보지식 공유 그리고 기업 정보화 솔루션으로 활용 될 수 있다.을 제시한다. 이렇게 함으로써 최대한 고객 납기를 만족하도록 계획을 수립할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 계획 모델을 사용함으로써 고객 주문에 대한 대응력을 높일 수 있고, 계획의 투명성으로 인한 전체 공급망의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여 감염의 위험성을 증가시키지 않으면서 영구적인 신경학적 합병증을 일으키지 않았고 좋은 혈관 개존율을 보여주었다. 따라서 동맥 도관을 이용한 Off pump CABG는 관상동맥의 협착의 정도에 따라 효율적으로 시행 시 좋은 임상결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.였다. 그러나 심근 기능이나
